so i love arcadia all right so i'm at the train station and engine we just got off this train from kharkiv so let's see if we can find them oh crazy frog just a nice building yeah but they are doing something inside you can see that yeah it's been here for years i guess i see really good beautiful buildings already are you our guys you know there's some really big beautiful buildings yeah but look this is my first time in odessa she was here before you were here before okay guys johnny's is expert on the strippers club but there's a lot of new ones i haven't seen all of them yet okay where are we going now club okay my wife is so cool we can go strip club together i'm not joking she would enjoy it's here this is the best triple over here i i know this one's the best vlog okay i have a day three maybe now day two for me so we're having lunch in case and this is roast beef bruschetta and that was a surprise i think yeah it definitely doesn't look like normal persona but you know like open face sandwiches yeah some kind of cream i wasn't listening and that's what caviar i was listening there's too many things yeah there's so many you just like pepperoni peppers peppers peppers and we have guacamole with the chips oh yeah yeah thank you all right so we are by the beach here in arkadia washington it's not okay sorry this is like almost the city center academy is like an hour walk that way so this is really cool that it's walkable from the city center it's uh at this beautiful restaurant we're gonna have dinner at it's a little bit chilly tonight surprisingly but still really nice spot so what happened hello all right so even though it's the most roughly pretty dirty it's probably like still 30 degrees having hot wine we have blankets by the beach it's kind of cool so it's been a few interesting days in odessa i've been here almost a week now and actually this is my third trip here over the years and actually it's very similar to what it was five years ago there's a few new restaurants and shops but in general this main street kind of atmosphere the people it's very similar to what it was kiev and harkie have grown and changed so much faster and it's not necessarily a bad thing odessa has kept his charm with both it's positive and it's negative akadia beach is basically the same as it was before a long time ago ask you to say is basically the same as it was before similar nightclubs from their vibe the people that come here a little bit different now because now it's so cheap and easy to fly to turkey or egypt for a vacation to go to a you know a nicer beach and to go to somewhere internationally or even to go to europe that the only people who come to odessa are the ukrainians who either used to go to crimea which unfortunately can't go anymore or people who don't have passports or for whatever reason are either afraid or reluctant to travel overseas so it is nice to get a lot of local ukrainian tourists here that are very different than the typical tourists you get in other countries this is a good example all these tourists the ukrainians who you meet in thailand are very different than the ones you meet in bali and they're very different from those in sri lanka and actually even in thailand the ukrainian toys you need in packaged taurus destinations like mattaya or phuket are vastly different than the tourists that you meet on copenhagen or kolanta or the smaller lesser-known islands so that's my observations of odessa overall i'm glad i came but i think if it wasn't for england coming and to meet the owner of the furniture place i wouldn't have come this year it would have been a little bit of a shame because actually it's a nice place i i did miss i missed it all right so we decided to go to the odessa food market to check out what they have let's check it out mm-hmm all right so we are walking upstairs to see what is here at the odessa food market i know we don't like so much seafood but if we get one kilogram of mussels it's just 150 uah that's cheap yeah one kilo even 1.2 like something they have a discount why is it so cheap i don't know they're just today they have a chip and oysters they have three types they cheaper the smallest from 19 green now wow i will have at least three for oyster kilos but i need to pick tabasco because they don't have a spoon okay so this is almost exactly the same as the kiev market but this one's actually about half the size the one in kiev is almost double all right so what are your thoughts again i really like it and there's like literally every food you can find in one small area and they have a city areas upstairs which is perfectly done and it's an old building which really gets our attention all the time the architecture is beautiful yeah furniture's beautiful is all made by nelly yeah and yeah they're all made by sandalyeci yeah so good furniture design that's why she came for the first architect who was working here uh but you know the one in camp it looks exactly like this right double the size twice i don't think it looks sick very similar very similar maybe the same guy same layout almost the same like i did when i was first time it was like out of construct like out of design it was this whole building a really deep yeah maybe yeah i i think it's it's really nice now but this is actually a bit more cozy another one the other one's actually makes too loud and echoey all right question yeah which taste you gonna go which country you want to say your muscles also no i know what about mexican first yeah we're going mexican all right so after a long time our food is finally ready we have we have to fight for it right now it's gonna be tacos so this is supposed to be a beef burrito but this is literally a hamburger no no no no it's not i'm very inside the uh how do you say this in a burrito yeah what is this so now we have oysters on ice that's a lot of ice and oysters for a while not much it was yeah but how much was it uh 39 but normally it's more expensive yeah today's like promotion yeah it's only like a dollar preparing okay ready yeah one two three i really smell the ocean uh and i tasted the ocean oh god i eat it what if it's the river river oysters all right we've got done with dinner at the food market i love the concept of spaces the architecture is beautiful it's a cool place to hang out that's what it's actually a terrible place to have dinner and i'll tell you why all these restaurants have a main restaurant in the city that is that same place but if you go to that restaurant you'll have better service and you have better tasting food you have a better atmosphere looks like a cafeteria style so you have to go down wait in line order you go find it try to find a seat it's always crowded and then you're gonna go back pick up your food this little deeper thing and the price is exactly the same as if you just went to the actual restaurant there you would have nice service and the food is normally better at the actual restaurant as well than here because they just have like two or three college students working here making probably minimum wage instead of the actual chef makes sense so it's a cool place to go hang out but honestly the food is never the best but i do like the atmosphere that's why people like it you
