what's going on guys Ryan Meeks here with the escape to Arizona YouTube channel today we're checking out the emerald collection at Empire point and this is going to be the biggest collection there's three collections now you'll notice on my channel that um I'm gonna have these split up by collections so I'm gonna post this collection second I've already posted the Sterling collection so make sure you subscribe to be notified when I put those videos out and one thing guys to know is that this community is going to be awesome it's going to have a ton of amenities it's going to have a swimming pool it's going to have a fitness center it's going to have a ton of playground equipment pickleball courts I saw a lot of green space at that amenity Center so really going to have a recreation center a place for people to come together hang out and obviously meet other people so definitely a cool Community to check out I recommend watching all my videos on this and also I have some Drone footage of the amenities I'll be kind of thrown in here as well so first we're going to start off with the Kelly we have two models here we're gonna start off with the Kelly and then we're going to go into the sage the sage is the two-story and it's actually my favorite elevation so I'm excited to show you guys that remember if you come here get a realtor guys contact us it's awesome to have representation it makes your life so much easier and it gives you a middleman when you're looking to you know shoot out the sales person for not getting your home done in time right so all right so let's go ahead and take a look at this and we'll go from there here's the Kelly model so this is going to have four beds three and a half baths three cargo garage 2961 square feet I left I left all my paperwork in the car so I'll have the price show up right here okay they've sold about three of these you're gonna have 150 a month HOA fees uh for all these wonderful amenities and in case you didn't hear me I did say that there is a fitness center here so you guys will absolutely love the fitness center all right so heading into this once again we are in a model you are not going to get all this with the base okay so whatever that base price is [Music] tack on another 30 percent a cool thing to keep in mind with this community which I was just told is it's also Maricopa County so we are in Maricopa County uh Queen Creek is going to be servicing your trash sewer water and rather than having private app core servicing which Services San Tan Valley and some parts of Queen Creek uh we're in a good pocket over here to where you're gonna have uh city services from Queen Creek so always a good thing now this room feels like a really good size so I'm definitely okay with this room we have the Jack and Jill bathroom here eight foot doors throughout these feel a little bit skinny these doors just letting you know definitely don't feel like the standard with now this room's a good size as well walk-in closet over here [Music] very nice look at that [Music] okay I always recommend getting canned lighting spend the money on cam Lighting in the bedrooms at least the master bedroom so nice white hallway as we go through here to my right you got a little bit of a wow this is a big media room office whatever you want to use it for I'm sure you could probably slap some walls on there create a private little space for you but this is an interesting little entertaining area they got going on right here not a bad idea get some design ideas from these videos guys because stuff is pretty cool so here we have the living room I got some people in the backyard just hanging out but a nice really nice big living room hello you got a kitchen over here and believe it or not there is a kitchen in this house kids running around looking at me um so yeah nice big kitchen here some of the finer points here if you guys want to see the Kelly here's what's included in the home I can't really I'll try to take a picture of this for you guys and throw it on the Google drive file that I will have so let me take a picture of this kablam all right try to get a straight picture now there we go so feel free to look at that all the included features that come with the home and I'll also have that once again down in the drive file no need to give your email anymore I'm a little tired of getting people's emails and then they don't respond and you know if you guys need help honestly just give me a call shoot me a text uh I'm sure you've heard it from all the other YouTubers but I uh I don't get calls and texts every day like everybody else does so I have time for you guys that's kind of they all say the same thing I don't know sometimes I find myself saying it like maybe if I say this I'll have more people calling me but no definitely reach out guys I'm happy to help so you can see we're going through a lot here uh this is a cool exercise room right here it's kind of small I don't know if you could fit a Peloton here no no problem that's for sure I'm turning down all the music once again these people aren't going to want me going through because I turn their music down bathroom over here though nice little ensuite so yeah I mean it's like a little gym over here you know and and this is going to be your your base fiberglass insert guys or cultured marble I can't tell which one it is but uh definitely cool floor right here this is a sweet home once again the laundry room leading and we're gonna go backwards through this so we're gonna go into the closet this is the master closet I love that little portal it's like the best idea who ever thought of that not that I do any laundry ever seems like it would uh really work well let me turn the music down again over here this music is way too loud what are they trying to do to me all right so nice big master I mean you could even you know you get the two chairs here and then obviously the uh [Music] the bed and that headboard what is going on with that thing man that thing is like glued onto the wall it's like a giant pillow with more pillows that's weird it kind of looks cool I guess so here's this bathroom again looking at it from this angle I love this shower and we have 10 foot ceilings in here in case I didn't you know usually that's the first thing I point out but so you got a 10 foot rainfall uh shower head there and I love these belt ends I think I saw on the last one I love what they've done here with these built-ins get get rid of all your stuff and makes it look classy that's the worst thing when you go into somebody's house and they're reselling their home and they have their shampoo bottles and conditioner like like spread out all over the place it's kind of annoying so yeah this is a cool this is a cool kitchen uh no complaints nice little dining room over here [Music] let's go over here so here's the pantry if I didn't show you guys the pantry and I'm gonna go outside there's like a family out there I feel kind of bad of going out with the family out there but um I need to show you guys the backyard so let's go do that they've been kind of hanging out there all day let's give you guys an idea the size of this backyard and for Marcos and Danielle I get you a little peek into the backyard over there because uh this is the house they're looking at so they can kind of see how big pick the backyard is but obviously we'll go through that oh my gosh that's a tough slider right there so here is the back patio good good thing we have the hired actors there in the backyard just hanging out hey uh yeah this is a cool little little place here I'd hang out here for a little bit you can see the travertine they got right here obviously the uh fake grass it is June something the kids are in the grass they're okay they're not dying there's an American flag up there a pretty nice sized back patio though I think this would work really well for anybody and you can see we're gonna go into this one next but kind of see the the uh length of the backyard there and gosh what that is such a cool um back area holy cow I can't wait to go in the house all right we're gonna go check it out let's go somebody spending more time and once again we're on what's called a uh kind of a community wall here so this block fence isn't going to go up all the way you're gonna have this open spot here and you can see there's actually a sidewalk back there so you all have people kind of peeking into your yard so make sure when you're getting whatever lot you're getting that uh you know you either like people or don't like people I don't mind that I would love to just see people and um I have no shame so I don't mind it I don't care I do have clients that want a ton of privacy and don't want to you know just have people looking in their yard and maybe that would bother me over time eventually because I know right now [Music] when kids go on my lawn I start yelling at them so things change as you get older I know you really yell at them but I had these kids going through my front yard and there's like a little kind of a hole there it must have been a tree and they filled it in before we moved in and the kids go through it with their bikes when it has uh after it's been watered and uh it's totally created a mud pit it was super annoying and uh yeah I just you know had to had to not yell at them I didn't I told them kindly to stop and they didn't so all right two two garage two car garage over there one car over here this is so cool Danielle and Marcos if you guys are looking at this is awesome [Music] so it's the sage five beds four and a half baths three car garage 3983 square feet we'll have the pricing pop up right here this elevation is awesome all right so walking in eight foot door and uh wow this is this is very roomy I wish the ceilings were a foot higher but uh that'll do I mean they're still 10 feet tall I don't know or are they yeah they're 10 feet tall look at look how tall those ceilings are so that's two feet above the the door so you got a pretty good size office right here as we walk in and uh to my right looks like we have some rooms up front so let's go check those out first man all this music's playing everywhere just turn it down turn it down so here's a huge bedroom I mean this is a really good bedroom size yeah wow love it ensuite as well you got a walk-in closet that's gigantic and this thing I'm I'm probably gonna move here if you guys don't [Music] love this shower that's cool honeycomb and what do we got here so we got the laundry room so that's a pretty good sized laundry room you don't really see that a whole lot obviously you got the garage there that's going to be locked we have our little Nook Center here so I don't know if they would include these shelves but that is a really good idea and then we have the half bath right here for your gusts um obviously the tile all around that looks really cool man it's like you could put tile on any wall and and make it look just so much better so that's going to lead you to your one car garage and of course you have your kind of coat rack as you walk in and then oh my gosh this is so cool what they've done here I'm standing up completely in this and they've actually they figured it out that's cool I like this model all right so here's your living room flowing into your kitchen this kitchen is huge and you can probably extend those shelves if you want cabinets counter space over to the side but this thing is amazing beautiful waterfall edge here I'm going to take a picture of the features that it comes with here guys and then that will be in the Google drive file as well for you let me um let me get this here oh come on come on there we go up okay either pause your screen or download that drive file alright so 42 inch cabinets beautiful guys very very beautiful huge sink right here we have the uh the built-ins going around the TV I like that it's not perfectly symmetrical so that's kind of cool and what's really nice is the Masters on the main down here as well so let's go look at that unless this is just some kind of fancy guest room I don't know but this is a good size room let's turn the music down once again I'm sure you guys are sick of me saying that three windows in the back the only thing this is missing is a door to the outside so kind of a bummer walking into the bathroom we got more music playing all right so uh yeah this is nice right here separate vanities [Music] and a uh Standalone tub not a super shower but you could probably get the super shower in lieu of the Standalone tub if you wanted to and check out the size of this closet really good size you don't have a secret passage here however going to the washer and dryer like the other model but this is this is cool so my guess is that this is the master you're gonna have to trust me there's a toilet over there so let's go through here this is super beautiful [Music] I think there's some people upstairs so I'm gonna go check out the yard before I go up there I feel like getting them on video and you know how that goes sometimes all right so what is going on with this oh it's child proof oh my gosh it's heavy okay that was rough all right Trevor team tile nice sitting area um the yard isn't huge but it's not Barney Farm small so that's good definitely you can fit a pool here and make sure you subscribe and look out for my content I'm going to be interviewing a guy who does pools uh his name's Matts with Az Valley Pools coming up I really don't recommend going with um the companies that the builders have unless like you get some kind of guarantee that they'll be done on time uh they're just really overworked and a lot of their subcontractors aren't that great here's what pool equipment looks like if you've never seen it so you can see this pool has two pumps it's got a leaf back in floor cleaning system um some kind of ozone oxidation system I'm not sure what that's all about looks like it's really nice it's got a sand filter over here which is different than the type of filter I have uh here it's a little bit easier to clean so that's good but something to learn about ask your pool guy about whether you have cartridges or sand you can see these little gas Nubs right here so you could put like an outdoor kitchen if you wanted to right here or obviously an outdoor barbecue we don't have water running there so you couldn't quite you know have like a running water situation so here you have two AC units outdoor hot water tankless hot water tank you don't have a whole lot of space right here so that's what I'm trying to tell you can see with the width of those AC units so definitely close to your neighbors that would be one con I'm looking at here I mean look at this it's like you're like right on top of them I think these are 65 feet wide if I'm not mistaken so at least you can get through that way with no AC units all right let's go upstairs I'm excited to show you guys what's going on up there I need both hands here oh actually I just need one everyone loves the grunting I know all right you don't have the bullnose corners you have just the straight Corners there so that's always a plus bull nose is like the rounded Corners that you see on most AZ homes not sure if that's an upgrade I should have that in the comments though if you want to check it out or I'm sorry in that Google drive file wow this is look at this holy cow this is like every adolescent kid's dream come true right here as far as like the space for parties and this reminds me of like having a having like teen parties up here I mean this is a cool spot I don't know movie We're watching here it was like the Dragon movie okay so out here is your patio come on seriously they got locked I guess they don't want anybody jumping off the patio so it doesn't work oh there we go it's child proof so look at this patio so you can have a little like thing here some chairs over here look at this view of the amenity area so whoever lives here you could be like hey come on over we're having a party so those are going to be pickleball courts right there that look empty um I don't know that's just gonna be green grass for kids to kind of run around in but super cool spot I'm digging up Superstition Mountains in the background this is a cool home whoever buys this model it's gonna love it wish the pool was a little bit bigger but you know it'll do I'll take that pool it would be 100 happy with that pool all right let's go back in this Loft space is just incredible this is the biggest Loft I've seen this is even bigger than I saw a 1.8 million dollar home in Morrison Ranch the other day looking for some clients and uh and this this loft is larger than that one and that was a big big home so this is a good sized bedroom too this is like be I'm so surprised by the room sizes you know I am more of a one-story guy I like the stately feel homes but sometimes for families it just works out better to have a two-story budget and all that stuff you got to make sacrifices it's kind of a weird backsplash in our tile I don't know just think about that I'm not a fan um but uh sorry if it ruins this house in the future so it just just really depends on your situation and I feel like sometimes two stories just make the most sense especially if you just need a big house got a lot of kids plan on having a lot of kids and he just gotta get your space you know so here you have I think this is a Jack and Jill very cool kind of did it up here with the tile and the tub I'm really excited about this home very cool yeah what do we got going on here another walk-in closet yeah none of these little diddly closets hey Game Boy probably get like 100 bucks for that actually probably more than that it's not a real one guys and no I'm not stealing it all right
