Touring A Tropical Resort Mansion With Floating Fireplace!
this is a Hollywood Hills modern tropical Masterpiece with some of the most unique Design Elements we have ever seen before it has living walls exterior Stone details private movie theater Wine Cellar and one of the coolest primary bathrooms we've ever seen with an open Atrium and today we're going to tour this property in its entirety but before we do make sure to subscribe because we're touring started we are here today in the Hollywood Hills about to tour this architectural modern tropical Masterpiece right in front of me you can see you have this curved driveway which actually takes you up here to your private Motor Court area you have so many palm trees and bright colored plants all throughout the section take a look at the foliage here it feels like we are in some sort of tropical forest or garden every time you drive up to your property it seriously feels like you were in your very own Resort you have the water feature on my right you can listen to that every time you come home it feels very calming very relaxing you can also see that these large walls right here are covered in all of the beautiful Greenery and if we continue down right over here you have even more plant life more palm trees access to an intimate seating section in this dirt tray tale belongs to you when you purchase this property this is like your very own private hiking trail we haven't seen a feature like this before in a home but this is very unique of course you don't have to come up this driveway every time you want to get to the front of your house you also have a private gated entry at the front of the property and that takes you into your two-car garage you have a front door entrance here at the top level of the property and you also have a glass pivot door on the lowest level of the house taking you down into your entertainment floor which we will be seeing later and this front door leads us into the top floor the main level you can see beautiful stone work water features and plant life around me you have very contemporary exterior architecture dark smooth stucco finish with the wooden panel details and you have this absolutely massive pivot door with the metallic details and the wood also got the glass panel and guys take a look at how thick this pivot door is right here this thing feels bulletproof it's probably fireproof and it takes you directly into your grand entrance and right when you come in you were greeted with this tropical living wall you also have the picture window here in the center looking out to your water feature and more of the plant life around your front entrance also behind me we see more of the golden metallic details here on these rivets right here and we also do see these on the exterior of the property as well it provides more privacy from the street levels so no one can see into the property and you can also see we have this very interesting 3D textured wallpaper across this entire entry space Skylight above me and you can see this entryway has a very open concept layout in front of me you've got the living space kitchen dining room and backyard access like I said we are on the main level of the property right now this home does have an upside down floor plan we're on the top floor and you have your floating staircase which takes you down to level two and that floor contains the primary bedroom suite and two other guest bedrooms below that you have the lowest level which is your entertainment floor it has the movie theater Wine Cellar garage access and a private office space which is completely detached from the rest of the house of course we will be touring this property in its entirety first things first let's talk about the space right in front of me this is your formal dining room section which has seating for up to eight guests here at this circular glass table gorgeous contemporary light fixture is positioned right above the space and if you take a look right here you actually have all of these pivot doors which opened up nicely leading you back out here into that intimate seating section which we did briefly talk about earlier you can open all these up let in the fresh air get the views of the foliage such a private entryway and you can leave these open all day no one's going to bother you this home is very safe very secure of course we got the high ceilings track lighting all across this area and you can see you've got the glass railing right here and individual glass panels on each floating step taking us back down to those lower levels in front of me we have a powder room with the gorgeous floating marble vanity and wood details throughout and if we continue around this corner here we've made it into your contemporary family room your living area I love all of the furniture that they have chosen for this room also you can see you've got your dual sided fireplace right here and that's correct you can actually view the other side of this fireplace from the exterior of the property so in case you have some friends pulling up to the house they could actually see that you have a fire going in this private space which is something we've never seen before you've got of course the smooth stucco here on the interior complemented with the wooden panels the gold detail on these rivets the 3D wallpaper and if you take a look just on the far side of the space we've got the dark marble walls and although we have different colored walls throughout the property they all complement each other extremely well you can see more wood countertops here with the circular sink design you've got the mirrored backsplash going all the way up there and we'll see more marble details extending up to the ceiling and again when you're relaxing in this living area you are getting these tropical views of your very own palm trees from the front of the property you also have these sliding glass door hours which lead you out to this exterior seating space you've got direct access to the backyard from this point here more glass railing sections off the area I'm such a big fan of the modern tropical feeling that you get every time you come to this property you have another seating space here for four in this contemporary area and now let's go ahead and continue our tour around the corner here glass railing on the interior like I mentioned previously if you look up above we've got this semi-circular Skylight which again brings natural lights into this section all day long and that also brings natural light down below to your middle level again that has the primary Suite we'll see it in just a bit more marble walls in front of me and these are complemented with these wooden details surrounding the space and we actually have your wolf double oven set up in here and these ovens are actually pushed to open in which is a feature we don't see too often go ahead and close those up and then you can see we're just surrounded by more push to open Cabinetry right to this section and then you've got some more pull outs right below and those are all soft closing now to my right you can see that we have just made it to your contemporary minimalist kitchen you've got the breakfast bar seating for up to six guests here at this wooden extended countertop you've got the two Sputnik light fixtures right above this section marble countertops here with the waterfall Edge and if we continue around this corner guys take a look at the shape of this Center Island so it's actually in a kind of shark fin design you have the curved Edge right here with the Triangular points on either side this is something that we have not seen before also we will be seeing lots of different curved walls and curved glass panels throughout this entire property like this right here all of these cabinet spaces are slightly curved if you take a look very closely and they actually did that to match the curvature of the exterior which is very interesting have you ever seen a curved soft closing cabinets I have not and that is very unique of course the curvature continues for this side of the kitchen you've got your four burner cooktop right over here and then a grill station next to that with more of the marble details throughout you've got the Miele espresso machine with your microwave right below that and then when you're in this kitchen these are the views that you get you get the beautiful foliage outside of course marble details surround this section and if you look up again more skylights bring natural light here into this kitchen all day long and I can hear the noise of your water feature just outside we have seamless access to the backyard we'll see it in just a second to my rights you you've got your very own built-in sync section and then of course we have more push to open curved Cabinetry throughout this entire space another thing I also forgot to mention if you take a look right here you've actually got this little push-up area and this is your hood they didn't want to have a big Hood taken away from this view right here so instead they just created this small little flap right here which solves the problem now let's continue our tour that's not all you take a look right here just go knock knock and that is your very own hidden Miele dishwasher right here of course it's nicely paneled it Blends in well with the rest of the custom Cabinetry and it's slightly curved which is very interesting now to my left hand side we've got some secret Closet Storage here open this up and this actually reveals your fridge and your freezer section which is very interesting we haven't seen something like this before you've got your pantry storage across space open this up glass paneled Sub-Zero refrigerator and you actually have your two freezer drawers right below this section again it's nicely paneled it Blends in to the colors of the kitchen and then you can close this up and then you can't even really tell that it's there it's like your very own secret curved area now let's continue our tour very unique main level so far and now you can see we've got these sliding glass doors which just take you directly out to your backyard section you've got your outdoor dining table with seating for six at the glass table moving down through you've got three staged pool chairs with the glass railing outdoor barbecue to my left and then guys we've just made it here to your very own pool section it's Infinity Edge on two sides and zero Edge on this side right here and again it kind of looks like the center Island that we saw it's in a very interesting triangle regular shape you've got the glass enclosed linear fireplace on the far side of this section surrounded by beautiful plant life again it feels very tropical out here and then you get the views of the city in the distance views of your palm trees this is a very unique offering here in the Hollywood Hills now that concludes our tour for this main level so now we're going to head down below check out the middle floor and then the lowest level coming down your floating spiral staircase we've just made it to the middle level of the property we have two bedrooms on either side of me and the primary Suite down this Hall to my left also we have the beautiful collection of glass light fixtures in front of me glass railing and you have another floating spiral staircase which takes you down to the lowest level which is the entertainment floor very beautiful Landing that you have right here but let's uh not talk too much about this section follow me through your padded pivot door which takes you directly into the well-appointed primary bedroom suite guys right when you come in again it feels very modern and tropical in this space it's like your very own tropical resort you've got the Dual sided glass enclosed fireplace to my right curved Stone details across the section and you will notice that the walls across this entire room are actually curved so this is indeed a circular primary Suite you've got the California king size bed in front of me with nightstands on both sides and if you look above you've got the semi-circular recessed LED lighting up above this space here beautiful seating area right in front of your fire pits and you can see if you just unlock this door right here you can actually open up all these doors like we saw upstairs and again you can prop these open and it takes you out into again a very contemporary intimate seating space surrounded by the foliage and the palm trees above also you can access your primary bathroom from outside in front of me we have the primary closet we'll see it in just a bit but before we do I wanted to show you this so you actually have these pocket sliding doors which are indeed curved which again is something that we have never seen before go ahead and pocket these into the wall and this space leads us into the primary bathroom guys this has got to be one of my most favorite bathrooms I think we've seen on the channel and this right here is definitely the reason why so you have your very own open Atrium in the center of this bathroom space collection of glass light fixtures above this area every time you want to take a bath or take a shower you can look out at all of your plant life and we also see more of the golden rivets right here so again the space is very private very secure and you can actually close up your very own Atrium here with these sliding glass doors if you wish if it were me I would leave these open all day long and feel the fresh air when I'm taking a bath or when I'm taking a shower here this is so impressive unlike anything we've seen before the attention to detail is unmatched now like I said you've got the freestanding tub and you also have the these pocket sliding doors which take you directly outside to this seating area that I mentioned to you all a little bit earlier and then we have the secret Stone pathway which takes you down into your water wall and to the front of your property which is very unique you've got the flat screen TV in here as well curved Stone details going all the way up to the ceiling curved walls this is very very unique and then to my left of course we've got the Dual vanity set up here with the fabricated sink and we see more of the curvature here on this floating vanity all of the cabinet spaces are curved as well you've got the golden fixtures massive mounted mirror above with more of the marble details surrounding this section and these right here are actually large pushed to open cabinet spaces which is very unique again marble countertops let's continue our tour and you can see we have just seamlessly walked in into the glass enclosed shower area golden fixtures throughout rain head with the body spray you've got the glass shelving here as well and you also have another sliding door so you can open this up while you're taking a shower with views of the foliage here I mean this is the most tropical bathroom moments I think we have ever seen it might be one of the best ones in all of Los Angeles guys just take a look at this the vibe in here is unreal and then if you take a look up above that is where you have your heavy duty rain head we've only seen one like that one other time on this channel before LED lights above integrated into your rain head I mean this is just crazy marble details surround the section again I would leave all of these doors open and just listen to the birds chirp feel the breeze come into the space open Atrium I mean I just can't believe the section's real now let's continue our tour down the way Chevron wooden floors lead you into your primary closets again more curved shelving and Cabinetry is shown throughout you've got the high ceilings you've got the mirrored backsplash here with the full body mirrors to my left also you have the center Island area which has a built-in sink glass shelving above with the track lighting and you can see that all of these drawer sections are indeed soft closing and again they've kept the curvature theme throughout this area you've got the LED light strips throughout with the mirror details of course and then if you want to go ahead and close up the space of course you can with your very own curved pivot door very incredible now let's continue back up these steps right here and like I mentioned earlier this is your padded pivot door which takes you into the section we've never seen a padded pivot door inside a house now that's the spiral staircase that takes you down down to the entertainment floor before we see that let's continue our tour right in front of me this is one of the guest bedrooms that we will be seeing today on this level here you've got the contemporary furniture LED light strips on that side of the bed built-in desk area and you also have these sliding doors and these take you out to a private balcony area overlooking the foliage once again you've got the ensuite bathroom to my right with one of these privacy pocket doors you've got of course the Dual vanity set up here mounted mirror with the LED light strips and then to my left this is your glass enclosed shower section can also open up these glass doors in here too so again you can look out at the foliage get the fresh air when you're taking a shower I mean these bathrooms in this property are so unique I love this now around the corner you have your walk-in closet with all of your necessary built-in items and and if we go ahead and continue our tour back to this secondary level Landing we've got to go ahead and take a turn you have another plush pivot door right here you can see and then this space takes us tropical so modern again a lot of homes just don't go this much into detail this property has so many intricate details throughout I'm so excited that we got to get in here today and show you this property also right here you've got your of course Closet Storage and that concludes our tour for this second level so now we gotta head down those floating steps and check out the lowest level so let's do it coming down your floating spiral staircase we've just made it to the lowest entertainment level of the property and like I mentioned earlier you actually have this glass railing right here and each individual floating step has its own rectangular glass panel right here of course collection of light fixtures above like we saw earlier this floor has a movie theater entrance to the exterior and this remarkable private bar with seating for four guests here more curvature on the countertops waterfall Edge on this side and if we take a look inside you've got the two flat screen TVs mounted above me here sync set up in front of me of course down below you've got your built-in ice maker Refrigeration right next to that this is a real deal bar this has everything you could possibly need you even have four different beer taps in this space with the individual logos on each one right here guys I promise you're not going to see stuff like this in in any other residential property also right here you've got your pull out dishwasher drawers one and two right below me there and then coming out of that section you've actually got your glass enclosed Wine Cellar which has space for hundreds of your favorite bottles of wine right here of course we see the recessed curved lighting right above the space wooden panel details throughout with the custom Cabinetry below the area and this golden curtain of yours and we are LED into your private movie theater it's sound proof in the space you've got the plush walls all across the section carpeted dual tiered seating over here to my left lots of space for all of your guests you can easily accompany 20 plus people in this movie theater section you've got the recessed LED light strips lining the perimeter of this room projector right in front of me and you can see we've got the absolutely massive screen right in front of me here as well more recessed lights above and you can see these are fill those plush walls and they've brought them all the way here to the screen you've got the wood panel detail right below this area this movie theater is very impressive and you can see we actually have more of the golden curtain details to section off the area and if you want to get rid of all of the natural lights you've got the blackouts right here too which is essential to have and this is something very interesting that I
