patea and I'm right in front of the most recognized well-known condo in patea it's uniquely designed as a seash shell so you probably have seen it before and this is the peaceful area in wongamat Beach from this condo you can walk to the beach it's the beach front condo and it's only 1.5 km to terminal 21 so that means you can also easily access to the patea beach City the project offers you only 100 units which is giving you a guarantee of privacy and safety and they have the spacious size area of units which comes with the large expansive balcony with a complete sea VI and today I'm going to show you two units and they have also many types of amenities in the common area so let's check it out first of all look at the shape of this building as I mentioned before it's a well-known [Music] one [Music] and this is going to be the reception and the lobby of the [Music] condo now before we head out to the beach we're going to check out the amenities [Music] here and this way going the view is just amazing you have the seating area here with another meeting room [Music] and from this condo you can walk to the beach is the beach front and access to the beach so let's head to the beach nice it's gorgeous you have the common [Applause] area including the swimming pool here and the clubhouse [Music] wow look at the swimming pool first it's really nice wow you have like more seating areas teras here with the oceanville you can enjoy the ocean Bree when you swimming here chilling here by the pool so nice let's check it out at the clubhouse so at the clubhouse here you have another meeting room and also the gym [Music] downstairs [Music] the area of this condo is really huge in common area and this is the [Music] gym now finally let's head to the beach wow it's really nice you have the private beach here is the area of the condo like you access from the condo to the beach and the beach is really nice down there [Music] I really like it so now let's move to the room and this is a three bedroom unit the size of this room is 238 squ [Music] M and when you enter the room a soon as you enter the room it's going to be the walkway and from my left hand side from the entry it's going to be shoe cabinet but right now it's um there are still some owner stuff so I hope it's going to be understanding but first of all you have like really well-designed walkway with the motion lights so it means it's automatically turn on when you just walk here it's really nice even just the walkway here looks already beautiful and here going to be the first bedroom at the walkway before we go to the living area at the first bedroom here the owner turn it to be the private living room with the really beautiful ocean [Music] view and now we start one by one here going to be wardrobe and the on Su is here and the air conditioner going to be Central one like this in this bedroom so let's check it out in the onu bathroom wow I would say it's been designed really well everything looks so gorgeous by the way it's going to be fully finich so that means you can just move in and you get everything it's already it's been designed already really gorgeous in every spot in this room here going to be your toilet basine and medicine cabinet okay now we move to the seating area here so the owner turn it to be a private living room or like meeting room when you have your guest or like you want to have the business talk then you have this private room you have the TV there and seating area with really beautiful furniture with furnit here everything the art TV cabinet with all the decorations and it's really spacious this is just the first bedroom you see it's really spacious you also have the fan ceiling and like another table here so that you can have your study or work space it's really nice you can literally walk around and still feel like so spacious and moving this way is going to be the balcony and the balcony from this unit is really spacious really big one so you also have the jacuzzi here but we will have look around the balcony later on from this room first it's going to be the first balcony here and then you have glass panel with which you can enjoy the view of Gan Island see it's really beautiful from your own unit here and you have two shares with the coffee table here in this private living room and the air compressor going to be hidden here with the laundry have the sliding glass door like this now let's move to the leaving [Music] area it's really Grand and this going to be the second bathroom before you enter the living [Music] room he you have the sliding glass door like this so that you enter the common area of this unit wow it's amazing look look at the wheel the balcony is so spacious so that you see complete wheel from your own unit this is so amazing and you see it's been deide really really well gorgeous this is the common area which consists of kitchen dining and seating area so we start one by one I'm so excited because this is right like a dream house like literally it's so beautiful so here you have the kitchen the kitchen section here you have island table and this going to be storage room by the way and in the kitchen you actually have everything you can just move in they have drain cooler the oven the stove coffee machine and also the microwave is really nice and you have a lot of space for your ingredients you have like all the builtins like plenty of space here you can put many many stuff in and the fridge is like in the buil-in it's really nice the space is also really large like common space here really nice and you have your D dining table here the table sets for six people here and it's really nice furniture looks really Grand it's furnish here and also they designed the interior they designed to put the mirror here so that when you are here in your come in AA you feel like you know it's really large the reflection of the mirror makees the room feel more expensive it's really nice you see you even have like beautiful chandelier it's it's all included and here you have the center air so it's perfect for this spacious space here and here you have the seating area and the couch even fits 10 people here is really large you see so comfortable you have really nice coffee tables with all the decorations you see the space between the TV and the couch very large it's so nice fan ceiling the second one here and the beautiful view of the ocean in your living room look at the space again spacious expensive it looks so nice the owner of this room they they changed the layout of this unit the living private living room here here the common area with the bedroom as you see so move to the balcony and again you can enjoy the wheew of the Gan Island from this balcony and here if you remember that balcony and the jaui top here is from the first private living room and it connects like this so it's going to be um another bedroom there but I will show you later and here at the balcony all connects together because the balcony is very large one you see have Jacuzzi top and also another dining area here so if you want to change the mood when to have a meal here or a dinner you know you can have it here the atmosphere is really nice you can enjoy the view of the ocean the blue and the ocean [Music] breeze I love it see how spacious is the balcony you can just walk around even connect to the bedroom we will see in a bit so here you have a sunbathing as [Music] well and now we are back at the Comm area I'm impressed by this unit and as I mentioned before here's going to be another bedroom and they turn it to be the office room the study room you know it's a private one so you're going to have your working space here and the couch and you can access to the balcony and here you see you have the Shelf you can put all the books and again it's still space spous here in this room you have the fan ceiling with the center airon you see the color of the room is matching with the couch and everything like it looks really nice it looks modern I really like it so now let's move to the [Music] bedroom wow the we was some amazing you can see the swimming pool at the common area from your unit here and you see the ocean you can even open the window and then get the ocean breeze from your bedroom it's insane so nice and again from this bedroom you access to the balcony as well and you have the Wardrobe here in your bedroom and this is space for your bed and the air conditioner is a center one you also have another fan ceiling here you see the space of the bedroom so spacious and you have this sliding door to the on suite and by the way in the on Su you have another area for your dressing like wardrobe like this two sides really nice and you have nice Bing with the mirror like the mirror around like this and you have all the draw you can actually put all your stuff your perfume or decoration is really nice you have the toilet and the space of the enclosed shower is really big you [Music] see I enjoy it a lot I really enjoy touring this house like it's amazing and we will go again to the balcony from this bedroom because the wheel is insane you see it's actually good that they put the mirror like in the room for like interior because then the reflection of the mirror I would say it makes the room feel more expansive and looks really GR and and again we access to the balcony from the bedroom and you have all the glass panel here so that you enjoy the view of the ocean and this is wam Beach so as you see from this unit you access to the beach like it's a private beach from your condo it's really nice let's move to another room and this is a penthouse the size of this unit is 377 square meters I will show you the [Music] layout
