Everyone this is troy he's going to guide us through this amazing place today. Hello everyone hope you're doing well back there my name is Troy and I'm really looking forward to showing Mika and also all of you around our beautiful house today. It's so nice here it's amazing can you please tell us about this place? Yeah okay so well we're located at Tung Klom Talman Soi 8 . Right um where is that? Basically this is the southern part of Pattaya it's around 10 minutes drive away from Jomtien beach. Wow. And i must say that one of the best locations right now if you're looking for a house the reason being is that our houses are located on one of the hilltops so when you're upstairs you can have the perfect view of Jomtien beach from here. It's so nice yeah I see that yeah. Yeah and
moreover we have an entire team that can really design the house based on your specification so everyone has different tastes everyone likes different things we can do that for you pretty much. It's so nice guys let's see. Yeah follow me... So Mika let me show you towards our dining table and also our kitchen pantry... Okay. So as you're walking this way you can see the perfect light that comes in from the side of the house yes and on the other side is where the swimming pool is located I'll show you that later on... Sure. So the reason why we have this island and also the pantry is this is basically going to be the heart of the house where the food belongs... It's so nice here first of all... Yeah... I mean like... Can you feel this this is actually a quartz stone so okay the best part about the quartz stone is that um you know when as you're cooking as you're chopping vegetables and things like that there's gonna be no scratches whatsoever okay...
um in the kitchen we only use top tier products so this uh product is called Quick... Okay... uh yeah this is from Scandinavia if I'm Yeah yeah very nice... Yes If I'm not mistaken this is from Denmark of course we have the um soft closed system... Soft close too... Yeah the electric cooker is... Love it yeah.... Bosch... um Germany... yes yes so this comes as well
right um right next to the kitchen pantry yeah um towards your right right behind right here is where the main kitchen is located... Oh okay we will go to that later... Later on... First of all this is very nice guys it's like when you are welcoming all your friends your guests it's like a nice kitchen showcase... Perfect place to serve drinks or a coffee... Yeah or even a glass of wine... Absolutely yeah... It's cool it's cool love it love it all right... Okay... Here
right next to the kitchen pantry let me show you towards our pool... Sure... So as you're walking outside you can feel already the perfect airflow and there's a particular reason for this so the architect has designed the house in such a way that when you open the windows and the door there's going to be airflow passing by. Yes I can feel that this really nice is it's very nice landscape here too yeah.... Yeah the best part Mika about our houses is that um for the two-story houses as you're standing here you can see the sunset view of Jomtien Beach... it's beautiful it's beautiful... Absolutely stunning... Yeah...
Considering... Because we are also high on the on the hill you know so you got all the nice beautiful view right here... And in Pattaya city there's very it's very hard right now to find projects with such a view... True... So you have this yeah it's incredible yes... Of course when you're outside next to the pool you need to have the perfect couch just to watch your children swim or friends and family who are over... Yes... This is in my opinion one of the best places to end the day you know a poor glass of wine enjoy the sunset view it's... Or in the morning you can you know relax here with the cup of coffee having your nice breakfast you know it's very very nice yeah very nice... All right so follow
me... Sure... Let's go inside the house where i'm going to show you where the main kitchen is now... All right so coming inside let me show you to our main kitchen... So Mika as you can see right the kitchen pantry is located here but we have another kitchen area um there's a specific reason for that and in Thailand it's so important to have like... Spices! ... Yeah exactly yes Thai kitchen comes with a lot of like spices and basil and things like that... Som-Tum... Exactly
which is why most houses in thailand tend to have a separate kitchen so this would be it in here... It's really a big kitchen... Yeah it's pretty nice... yeah yeah... So coming into the main kitchen uh we've installed it with mostly all of it is top tier products so from the sink it's um Franke and more over we have Bosch... Really Good quality... Installed as well in this house So when you have like oh the big party when people come and visit you and reduce your work it's very practical it's really good it's good... Like you wouldn't really know how important it is to have like a dish washing machine but once you have it it's like a lifesaver... Sure yeah very nice quality here... Moreover the amazing function of this house is that the housekeeper's
bedroom and bathroom is separated from the house it's located right behind this kitchen so let's just say you have guests coming in... Easy for her to come and work and you know like that's very practical... Exactly yeah moreover like as she's right over here um in front um... She`ll be the first person to know... Pretty much... Yes oh very well organized... Exactly yeah... Very good... I'm pretty sure everyone's aching to see the bedrooms here in the house so yes just falling down past the hallway all right and we'll be showing you our first bedroom... Okay...
As you're walking towards the living room you'll notice Mika... That's really high ceiling... Exactly... It's really high ceiling here... Exactly floor to ceiling is so spacious and so high it's um around six meters... Wow... so as you're sitting in the living room you just have a sense of ease and space... Yes... And you feel so relaxed here this is one of the
best designs in my opinion from this house is that the floor to ceiling is really high all right... Which is really very spacious... So yeah from the living room as you're walking past the hallway here... Yes... You will have the perfect 360 view of your garden around the house um the unique the unique point in this house that i must mention... Okay... Is that we have deliberately
kept the green zones around the house for you so let's just say that in the future if you would like to expand the house or add additional parts of the house that you haven't thought of yet we could do that so easily and with ease because in our project we have um invested heavily in our own internal architect team... Wow so you can customize... Pretty much... Wow... yeah... I will give you a very quick example... Right... Um one of our clients um has a relative who is on a wheelchair so he has decided to install an elevator to the house the elevator could be accessed from the garage and also inside the house... If you have... if you have the space we
would be more than happy to incorporate that for you so this is where the elevator would be located for that house so it's perfect for its function and also perfect for the flow of the house as well. In the corner over there is his own private cinema room he's just he loves movies so much that he decided to make his own like a movie room... Just over there where you see the tree... Um the perfect example that we have incorporated this expandable option is here just behind us over here... Oh this is a very nice Gin-lounge right now... Yeah so originally over here Mika is where the outdoor terrace would be located with the original design so this is... Can be even like a home office place... Exactly... Wow exactly... That is very smart.. Pretty much... Very really...
Exactly so original design is designed to have like a sofa here outdoor maybe a barbecue area but as you mentioned if you are you know the future of work is working from home... Yeah... So if you would like to have a own private home office we could incorporate that or particularly for this room yes you know for all those music aficionados out there... It's good yeah... It's perfect place to end the day or to start the day just to you know work and uh do whatever you like really... One of our clients also uh decided to incorporate this and have into the baby's playroom... Oh yes yeah... It's perfect for that... Yes that's nice... So follow me to the first bedroom here in this house we have all together four bedrooms.. Bedrorooms okay so this is the first bedroom
it's very big though even like... This is the smallest size bedroom that we have in this house so it's quite spacious it's very spacious actually um... I love the design yeah... Yes I'm also pretty sure Mika as you're walking in this bedroom you can feel the warmth and also the elegance... I Love the floor the floor is Teak? Yes... Wow that's right it's Golden Teak woods okay it's so hard to find now... And it's feel good... Oh yeah... Yes... It's quality and you can really feel the luxury in the tip of your toes as you walk in this room um moreover I mean we had decided to incorporate earth tones in the interior of our houses the reason for that being is that as humans we tend to gravitate towards the colors of the earth because through our... you know through our history... Yeah... We used to live in the forest and in the caves
so which is why in particular... Its a lovely combination... Exactly... Grey, Green, Brown... Tell us about these closet is very interesting... Yeah thank you so the closet is um basically built in we have our own team who builds the closets for you it's an automatic lighting... See through... Yes... You can see through... The automatic lighting system... Yeah okay... There's a reason why it's see-through and for the function of a closet right yeah as long as you organize it um it's it's perfect for time efficiency so let's just say you wake up in the morning you want to go to work sure yeah organized by colors... the this is the standard this is basically the standard bathroom that we have... En suit yeah... And if you notice Mika from floor to ceiling once again is quite high it's almost three meters so as you're walking inside the bathroom you have this sense of space and um the lights and the mirror is quite large... Yeah I see that... The build-in is also here for you as well where you keep your towels and things like that so yeah knock yourself off in the bathroom... All right... Mika as you notice when you're walking up the stairs you have a 360 view of your entire house you can see your garden from literally every single angle... Oh by the
way it's very up modern... Yeah... It's very very I'm going to give you a big compliment on this... it's like also the Golden Teak wood right it feel really good and it's very um modern... I love it, I love it very much yeah... I mean you won't really know what it feels like unless you're really walking on the Golden Teak you have this sense of luxury and warmth on your tip of your toes... Yes... And you know where the money is going when you buy this house... Yeah... Because the Golden Teak is so hard to find now we need to import it from abroad...
So I mean if you have friends and family coming they'll know that... Wow... You've got a good taste to have this in your house you know... Upstairs you have three bedrooms and every single bedroom comes with his own private bathroom... A little bit different style... Oh yes... This one is uh... Different color tone... Yes yes yes... So the interior designer has... Look
at the view... yeah... Beautiful... Yes yeah the interior designer designed this particular bedroom into like a daughter's room... Just to just to have a bit of contrast so... Sweet... That's why you see a bit of purple and pink... Right... It's like pastel color it's very nice... The best part... Yes... for this type of house in this project... this is called the Onyx B2...
Okay... Onyx B2 house... Right... The best part about this design house is that every single bedroom upstairs comes with your own private balcony... So you can imagine waking up in the morning you know fixing yourself a cup of coffee just enjoy the view... It's also very big balcony... Oh it's massive... I like it very much yeah... It's beautiful... If this was my house I would put like a coffee table right here... Yeah... You know... Like perfect and see this beautiful view here... the landscape is just lovely lovely... love it... Yeah you don't get this anymore I mean you feel so... The air is
also very nice... Exactly I was gonna say... Very very beautiful day today... Yeah um very clear very very fresh air um you also get a bit of the salt air... Absolutely... That's really nice... Absolutely... Wow... Love it very much... I mean when you when you come inside you'll know that okay I'm getting the best of the best and even the switches this is Panasonic I mean... Super next this will be the second bedroom upstairs... Okay... Oh very nice as well... Beautiful right? So coming inside straight away you'll notice the different colors... It`s more like for the son... Yeah definitely... It's very nice yeah... I mean this color gives you this classic feel doesn't it i mean it's luxury....
Classic... Yeah... It's still... Simple but classic... Exactly... Like really very love it very much yeah... And the best part this is the secret of the houses here is that the house is designed in such a way that during the sunrise... Yeah... It will not be going through the window because down there that is the um no no south...east... west... Excuse me that is the West
and the sun sets every day on the West side so you know... Every day when you wake up it doesn't blind your eyes so that's why... Great please... Please Excuse me my geography... No worries... So final the master bedroom this... Oh I'm excited for this... Now this is something special this is
special... Before we're going there I just want to tell you this is lovely guys right... this is like very big chandelier... is so nice and luxury very beautiful.... You feel like you're in a tropical resort... And it's also very like wide space to walk for the hallway is Wow... Definitely the best part about the master bedroom is that it's located on the other end of the house right so this ensures that you get the maximum privacy when you're upstairs and this is where the highlights of this house is i mean enjoy... Mika... Yes it's very nice one thing i noticed here is that they have this uh kind of a soft-wall... Oh you like that? Yeah yeah.... It's just very nice I don't see it much I mean I see a lot of properties but this is very... I love this details guys...
Thank you very much yeah a lot of people who come into this house they say guys we love this cushion wall... Yeah... I mean it's it looks so elegant classy and it's just blends everything... With the echo? Oh yeah definitely I mean if let's just say you're you know you're putting down the blinds you're turning on tv you're putting the surround sound going on yeah there's perfect sound perfect tone in this bedroom... I mean it's just it's fantastic... Now the best part is that if I take you to the other side... You will see the view as well...Oh guys... Have a look just just have a look... at this view Oh there is a hot-tub... Yes there is... there is... you can imagine like every single evening dropping in for a hot bath pop open a glass of champagne whether you have something or not to celebrate about just do it anyway... Every day is a celebration when you're in this house.... I love this big window...
You feel like you've made it... Yeah it's so nice... it's making the Wow... You really feel like you've made it in life you know right... You can just pop a champagne for no reason to celebrate life so this is what this is what we want to um really embrace here you know in this project so... There's a bigger surprise for you Mika it's not done yet
so follow me into the final room of the house... Okay... It's a secret room... It's a highlight? Oh i guarantee all the women out there will love this room... Are you ready for what you're about to see Mika? Yes Please....
Okay this is going to be every woman's dream okay.... I mean follow us... Wow it's so spacious it's so big... right it keeps getting it keeps getting better okay... Follow me follow me all right as we go as we keep on going it just never stops... Never stops... Mika...Yes? Take them for... Guys follow me... It's a full size closet.... like it's so easy to even two person you know like Wow... I mean as they say no walk-in closet is big enough but i believe that this one could be it...
If not? Of course our interior design team our architect can redesign another walk in closet for you... Bigger than this? Oh this is very big already... Should you need one just come in... Consult with Mika she'll bring you into this project and she'll probably get you the home of your dreams so what you're gonna do? It's also a very big bathroom here guys... Its really really big, And
we do have some houses that we have sold already where the client purchased the plot next to it like combined yeah to combine together and we do give options for that so if you're the kind of person that wants to have a house with a massive land we could sell multiple plots together and build you the house of your dreams... Would be a very beautiful landscape too... I think with you Mika you'd be the perfect consultant to discuss that with the client... So i mean... Thank you... A lot of people told me that she's so good at understanding people and what they need so it'll be perfect yeah... So how many types are they like?... Right so in our project we have all together three types okay.... Yeah... We have the one story house...
Oh I love one story house because you can play with the height... Oh yeah... The the the level of the house and so on... So it's a one-story house and um the house will still give you the sense of... you know... freedom and also the calmness because... Yeah... Um the house has the height of around four meters... Wow... That's like a double the floor actually is like it's really high... It's really high and it comes with them three bedrooms um three bedrooms three bathrooms of course the swimming pool... Perfect.... Yeah... As well suitable for the family yeah the best part
about the one-story house is that we still maintain the plot size so when you purchase a one-story house... It would be the same size? The same plot... Oh Wow... Yeah at 165 square wah... Oh Wow...
