One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai | World Record-Breaking Hotel in Dubai(full tour in 4k)
Some highlights before starting the tour! One Za’abeel was awarded with a Guiness World Record for the longest cantilever building in the world. One Za’abeel is comprising of 2 towers 67 floors and 58 floors. The towers are linked by a 120m high, 226m long ‘Link Bridge’, the world’s longest cantilever structure. One&Only One Za'abeel is 4.6 km from Dubai Mall and 4.9 km from Burj Khalifa. The nearest airport is Dubai International Airport, 9 km from One&Only One Za'abeel. One Za'abeel has been designed by Nikken Sekkei for developer Ithra Dubai. The hotel opened in February 2024.
The hotel entrance is spacious, featuring water walls on either side that create a relaxing atmosphere. Let's go inside! The lobby looks spacious and elegantly designed. On the left you can find the reception area. Tall room adorned with beautiful chandeliers. Seating areas for check-in or just relaxation.
Replicas of sand dunes decorate the lobby, adding a unique touch. The sand structure even have waves to perfectly imitate the real dunes. UAE royalties pictures on the wall.
Fresh flowers arrangements makes the lobby looks more luxurious and welcoming. While waiting to check-in, guests are invited to enjoy a coffee or tea. Cookies are also offered. The room is ready! My room is a Grand Za’Abeel Room. Let's go inside! These generous guest rooms are among the very largest in Dubai, 84 sqm. Rooms can have Burj Khalifa or City view.
My room has city view. The room offers a king size bed, mini bar, a spa-like bathroom and separate walk-in wardrobe. Wow! The bathroom is impressive—absolutely beautiful. You can relax in a warm bath while enjoying the view. The bathroom features a large bathtub, two sinks, a separate shower cabin, and a toilet cabin. Large doors divide the bedroom from the bathroom, creating a spacious, modern open space.
Here are the shower and toilet cabins. A walk-in wardrobe. The room is indeed very spacious, stylish and comfortable. The choice of colors used to decorate the room creates a relaxing yet luxurious ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Dubai’s dynamic skyline views. Slide back the glass doors and you have a spacious, interconnected circular room.
Now let's get into room details! At the mini bar, you can find alcoholic drinks, San Pellegrino sparkling water, and Acqua Panna still water. Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee and tea cups from Wedgwood, an English fine china, porcelain and luxury accessories manufacturer. In the fridge you can find soft drinks, beer, water, etc. A wide selection of Nespresso coffee pods.
Assortments of nuts, jelly and snacks. Chocolates! The chocolates are designed with the One Za'abeel building motif. Plates and cutlery for in-room dining. Kettle to make you own tea.

The bathroom offers two sinks and all the amenities and body care products you need. Tooth paste, dental kit and comb. Acqua Panna water is also available in the bathroom.
Extra towels are provided for your convenience. The bathtub looks spacious, stylish and modern. Salt and sponge are available. The toilet is designed with a smart feature that automatically lifts its lid when you open the door.
It includes a built-in bidet that provides gentle and precise cleansing for personal hygiene. The shower cabin is very spacious. Offers both rain and power head. Body care products from Montroi.
One&Only has teamed up with Montroi to craft an exclusive collection of signature scents. The walk-in dressing area offers a makeup table, large closets, and enough space to store your belongings. In the first closet you can find hangers for your clothes, yoga mat and a branded cap. Safe for your valuables.
In the second closet you can find dressing gowns and comfortable bathrobes. All of them are One&Only branded. A unique feature is the cleaning service closet. You can press the Vallet Box for pick-up and delivery of polished shoes, laundry and dry-cleaning.
On the make-up table you can find Dyson hairdryer. The Dyson hairdryer uses intelligent heat control to maintain the optimum temperature. Outside you can see famous landmarks such as The Frame. The Frame is an observatory, museum, and monument in Zabeel Park, Dubai. Standing tall at 150 m, it holds the record for the largest frame in the world. Let's have some lunch! At floor 25 you can find Aelia restaurant for lunch and breakfast.
Once you reach floor 25, you are positioned on the famous The Link. On level 25 'The Link' connects Aelia restaurant with the renowned La Dame De Pic restaurant. La Dame De Pic showcases refined French cuisine from the 11 Michelin stars chef, Anne-Sophie Pic.
'The Link' consists of three levels. Level 25 (this level): Aelia restaurant and Le Dam De Pic restaurant. Level 24 : A collection of restaurants and bars. Level 27: The famous infinity pool and Tapasake restaurant. From here you can see the restaurants below. Right in front is the Aelia restaurant where breakfast is served.
Many people are also dining at the Level 24 restaurants. Let's see the Lunch menu! The drinks menu! A cola is priced at 8 EUR, and a coffee is around 11 EUR. In the middle of the restaurant, there is a long table adorned with flowers, serving fruits and the most delicious and visually appealing cookies I've ever seen. The flower ornaments look beautiful and luxurious. With such a wide array of textures and tastes, it’s impossible not to find something you like. It's heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Fresh sandwiches are also available for purchase. The restaurant is very spacious, with plenty of seating areas. Near the sweets station, there is an open-space bar. At this floor, you can also find 'Sphere'. Sphere bar is Dubai’s premier nightlife venue and lounge, offering cocktails, a selection of fine wines, champagnes, and spirits, accompanied by live music.
The bar age policy is adults only – 21 years old and above. Ample space for relaxation or socialising. The combination of regal blue and orange colors creates a luxurious space. From Aelia restaurant you can use the elevator to reach Level 24. On level 24, you can find an array of restaurants featuring kitchens from all around the world.
Discover a modern Middle Eastern food hall and exceptional French, Japanese, Moorish and Thai flavours from Michelin-lauded chefs. On the right you can find the elevators that can bring you here from any part of the hotel. We are located on 'The Link' , a futuristic boulevard floating 100 metres above the city. So many options for dining at 'The Link'. As mentioned earlier, you can access level 24 from the general elevators and also from Aelia Restaurant on level 25.
Now that we've visited the two levels of 'The Link', let's also head to the final one, Level 27, where the infinity pool is located. At the entrance, there is a reception area where you can receive assistance with reservations or find a sun-bed at the pool. On busy days, having a reservation is crucial because this pool is also open to non-guests, and you might miss the opportunity to access it otherwise.
Situated on top of The Link, Tapasake is a glamorous poolside restaurant and day club in Dubai. Here you can indulge in vibrant South American and Japanese Inspired Nikkei cuisine and cocktails. Let's have a look on the drinks menu! Beer is priced at around 15 eur.
This is UAE's longest infinity pool. The pool is opened from 10am - 7pm. Beautiful cabanas and sunken seating areas from where you can enjoy the views. From the open bar, you can order signature cocktails or simply enjoy a cold beer. I've ordered a fruity mocktail.
Relaxing seating areas in the pool where you can have a drink while taking in the view. You can see Dubai skyline. At sunset time the pool becomes even more beautiful. It's so spacious that you feel like you have the entire pool to yourself. After spending the entire day at the pool, you are welcomed back to your room with beautiful views to enjoy from the comfort of your space. After a good night sleep let's have some breakfast! Breakfast is served at Aelia restaurant.
The breakfast is available both as a buffet and à la carte. From the menu, you can order omelets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles, and more. During breakfast, the table is filled with plenty of options. Delicious puddings and yogurts.
Strawberry, mango, and raspberry granola yogurt. A vareity of exotic fruits are available. You can try sliced fruits if you want to taste a variety of them. You can create your own veggie salad. Dressing for salad.
A variety of ingredients such as tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, etc. Arabian delicacies. A variety of nuts assorted with delicious cheese. Honey and Syrup. Gluten-free cookies.
Cereals and different types of milk (soy, almond, full fat). Salmon and avocado toast. Peach and Blueberry toast. Grilled vegetables.
Cold cuts. Delicous pastries Sandwiches. At this stand you can find cooked food.
Here you can find sliced bread to toast. Muffins, cakes, donuts, and other pastries. This fruit tart looks delicious. From the menu, I've ordered Eggs Benedict. After breakfast I decided to visit the Kids Pool. The Kids Pool is located at Level 4, along with a Kids Club.
The pathway to the pool looks gorgeous, filled with exotic plants and palm trees. Luxurious and comfortable cabanas are situated on the side. The Kids pool looks entirely different from the Infinity Pool, but both are beautiful in their own way.
The birds chirping and the sound of the water create a relaxing oasis in the middle of the city.
