Island Hopping in Iloilo! featuring Islas de Gigantes and Sicogon Island
[Music] foreign [Music] [Music] welcome back to nstv travel vlog join us as we head back to the airport for another adventure we're going back to the visayan region but this time doing hilo province [Music] so if you're ready let's go [Music] [Applause] so [Music] from the iloilo international airport it's a three-hour ride going to istanbul from there it's a 45-minute boat ride going to our ultimate destination sikogo on [Music] [Applause] [Music] no [Music] [Applause] welcome to chicago [Music] and this is [Music] [Music] so we're finally here in huni si kogon yes here in ilo that's right so you saw our room it's very nice yeah we'll try to show you the other kinds of rooms with the facilities facilities amenities as you can see behind us of course there's the beach over there but also you have a really nice pool where you can just lounge chill and of course even from your rooms you can actually have a good view of the beach i think for now i think we've only just discovered this part of the island maybe bob you can uh go around and give everybody a tour yes [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] it's lunchtime here at pune resort we have lipstick chicken and the same [Music] [Music] and also from here [Applause] [Music] so [Music] good morning good morning it's our second day here in chicago that's right we arrived yesterday here in huni chicon where we enjoyed ourselves and had a real restful sleep yes and from here that's right one of the features around the area we're going today on highland highland island hopping island happy let's go you ready let's go let's go thailand hopping thank you [Music] or the islands of giants is a remote group of islands located off the coast of parlez in a stancha towns in northeastern ilohilo the islands are blessed with pristine white sand beaches bountiful fresh seafood and jagged rock formations according to locals its name came from tales that bones of giant humans were found in one of the caves [Music] first up pancake island salt water lagoon that's right if you see right behind us there's a salt water lagoon uh the island's very own natural pool but bob a little bit of trivia do you know how tall is actually formed [Music] fresh water fresh water that's right is [Music] [Applause] [Music] so [Music] [Music] eight o'clock [Applause] feel [Music] and we're here at our second stop kabuko island uh the pictures that you see normally from guests who visit here and that was over there you get a good view of the island also a good uh you can get good pictures with danke island or lagoon at the background also they have a nice beach here uh in the island which is vegeta and located and you can actually take a dip out here in the forecast wonders also yeah yeah so promoting support enjoy the island [Music] photographer next up anthony yes [Music] other destinations we've been through so far they have fresh seafood have a famous cup scallops and just like you i'm very excited but there are other things that we'll do after having lunch we have two beaches only on both sides of the island but from this vantage point but also foreign foreign [Music] wow [Music] foreign freshly caught i said they have a they have a scallop farm here endorsing the usual pork on uh nihao stuffed squid and you know [Music] [Applause] [Music] so we're here at bantigue sandbar yes actually except more under the coral broken corals and the broken sea shells yeah so we thought this is going to be powdery white by sand but apparently it's made out of those shells have broken um corals but still yeah behind us is actually the pinaka bar we are in the sandbar and it's a long stretched major winding so the best time to come here is around one o'clock to two o'clock before lunch will happen anyway for you to get a better appreciation with sandbar show you some drone shots please watch [Music] so [Music] okay so we're back in huni chicon we had a really fun filled day of course we just got back from the isla de gantes island hopping tour it's not actually my first it's my second but for bob over here it's his first time so bob comes overlooking the whole yeah that's very true anything else from kabuko that you like to take them pictures always been attracted and drawn to my lagoon so that's why my favorite island here is is uh they call tanke [Applause] it's pretty much the lure of the lagoon it kinda reminds me of coron el nido remember one of our first vlogs in el nido remember the first and we went to a lot of lagoons at that time so every time i see a lagoon it really you know gives me a good sense a soothing sense that we're among nature that we're within nature so yeah but you know what's important is we're back here where is it going who needs a cocoon and we're gonna we still have time so i guess we have we're gonna enjoy the amenities here yes um cocktail drinks and uh i'll get the massage no perfect right after the massage we'll have dinner now with everybody else so the perfect way to cap today's activities yes so we'll see you then see you then [Music] good morning it's our last day here in sunni [Music] and breakfast so bye now so here we go again for a bitter sweet moment because we have to leave and say goodbye to sikhova yeah and uh we had a wonderful time here here at hooni resort thank you houdini for uh here but make to iloilo city but all this for not i think where we have extra time so i think we'll manage to visit some more spots in the illinois city before we head back to manila so i think i think our boat is
