Honestly, I have traveled to very wild and remote places in the world. But the feeling that you get here... Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone and welcome back to the channel from Altai, Mongolia. Yesterday I reached here by taking the South route from Khovd. I covered a distance of about 450 km.

I found the road to be flat and barren. It seemed uninteresting, so I decided to change it. If I continue on this highway to Ulaanbaatar, it will be easy but I have not come to Mongolia to cover easy routes. I have come here for adventures. Today there will be alteration in the plan.

I will go from the South route to the North route. There is a gravel off-road road from here. I am uncertain about its condition.

But the total distance to the North route is about 350 km. Let's see if I can complete it today or not. Because 350 km wouldn't have mattered if it had been asphalt. I don't know about the condition of gravel road, river crossing, etc. Personally, I have no idea about them.

Let's see how the journey and the adventure unfold. I, Rangeeli (the motorcycle) and you will be together. Let's have coffee in the morning and then will leave. (prayer for journey) May Allah bless us with a blessed and safe day ahead.

Hopefully, I will reach the other side safely. I just have to refuel from here. And then I will leave. Let's get fuel from here. Here is 80 and 92.

Hello 92 Yes I had to pay 20,000. You don't get coins here. They have kept 50 and 100. Although their currency is not significant.

3400 Tugrik is equivalent to $1. There is a relatively bigger town about 200 km from here. There is a small town 50 km away. I will get fuel from there too. I will go ahead, taking care of fuel. It's cloudy today.

It's not that cold. Still, you can say that it's around 9 to 10 degrees. All the people in this area are Buddhists.

Which is my first impression. There are still some Buddhist rituals going on. It's being practiced by the family departing. The woman was throwing something on the tires. I think as soon as I will exit the city off-road will start.

And it will start to become cold when I get halfway. There are a lot of fuel pumps here. There is a stupa behind the fuel pump. Stupas have been built on small hills. Okay It's written here that you have to pay 500, but they are not taking it.

There are stunning landscapes early in the morning. The sun is not that scorching today. Visibility is good. The scenery has also improved. The name of the city is Uliastai.

Prior to that, a town is 45 km away. I have to travel for 40 km more. It's good in the beginning. Better that it stays this way.

Then it's possible that I might cover 350 km. It's not that bad. Mountainous areas will provide the reality check. Washboards are problematic.

You can't go slow on them. And I am afraid of going fast. Personally, I love this.

Riding here as compared to the asphalt. It's not that fast. And the road is good. It's not a bad track.

If such cars are here then so can be Rangeeli. There is no competition. And the rider too is amazing. You can enjoy the scenery. And the scenery is getting better.

When I plan a route, At times, I have no idea about that. I'm sure you've watched my videos when I struggle in certain areas. You follow the map or ask people. Because most people travel by cars 4 x 4.

They are therefore unsure of how difficult it may be for the motorcycle. In case there is a small section or a river crossing or a slippery section. So I hope my today's decision won't be wrong.

And even today, you will see that I will hardly find anything on the way. We will see people only when I get to a town. Otherwise, there is nothing but Ger Camps can be seen rarely. I think I have never traveled an empty country like this.

I have been to a lot of places. They are digging something out of the ground. I am not sure what it is. I haven't seen anything other than that in this area.

There is no agriculture on this land. There must be some minerals because it's such a big country. I have come across very few extraction sites.

I have noticed that whenever you enter a Buddhist town you can see Stupa near the entry point. I can also see the Buddhist flags. So it's easy to spot. But the villages here are very beautiful, small and clean. You can see a lot of life in the middle of nowhere.

You can even find asphalt here. This is a bank, Khan Bank. My credit card is valid here in Mongolia. I don't have to eat anything. But I want to refuel 2 liters in Rangeeli. God forbid, if I get lost somewhere, those 2 liters can be a lifesaver.

The map was indicating a fuel pump here. I have covered about 40 km. Where do I have to go now as I have entered the village.

Let's see. This must be the one. There is a beautiful meadow right next to the village and the river is flowing below. There were some paths ahead.

But I was afraid of this river crossing. I thought there must be a bridge here. Because this is the main route for the city and then towards the North. However, I probably won't find a bridge on the other trails. And it will be very difficult. So many paths ahead.

I don't know which one is right and which one is wrong. The next 150 km are going to be tough. I think even the villagers use this route less. That's why the track is bad.

I'm terrified of the motorcycle's noise. Wow! What a view! There is another village ahead. Actually, I was not supposed to come here. There was no village in the route that I planned. So the track that I opted deviated aside. Otherwise, a track can be seen there.

That was a straight path. Anyway, it's good. I got to see some population here. This is a nice town. The map didn't show much of it. Honestly, I have traveled to various wild and remote places.

But the feeling that you get here... I have traveled 27 km from the last village. Didn't find anyone. In the first 5 km, I found a Ger, kind of yurt. I didn't see any animal.

It's wild. You get that feeling when you ride here. What a place! Unbelievable! The only thing is not to forget the roads. There are so many roads.

I have deviated a bit from my route. Actually, my route was that way. But I will go ahead and make it the other way. It is leading towards another village. Since there are multiple routes, and when you go a little further, you realize that you have gone the wrong way.

But anyway, I shall continue. I will stop here for a while and then move ahead. I have taken another short break here. Covering the kilometers slowly. Scenery is beautiful in certain places. And monotonous in the other.

But the real adventure here is its remoteness and wildness. You always have that fear. A lot of people ask me, Don't you feel scared coming to such places alone? To be honest, of course I do. Especially as I am on a motorcycle.

God forbid, something happens to the motorcycle Or when you are riding at high speed on off-road. Suddenly you can come across a bad section. You can fall. The motorcycle can be broken down. Something can happen to you.

But of course, these are the things that you can't plan in advance. So try to keep your fear aside. And if you get a chance to explore such wild places, then fight your inner fear. And then decide such route. That I am going to travel here.

So this is it. Sometimes I do this. And it feels good. I pray that whenever I set out on such a route, I complete it. Let's have some tea here. So, finally I have reached Uliastai.

I have covered 200 km. This city is even bigger than Altai. Check out their stadium. It's a small city with a huge sports complex. I really like this thing about Central Asian countries. Wherever I have been, there are sports facilities everywhere.

Let's search for a nice cafe. I've come across various roads and everything has changed here. Where was the cafe? It was on this side. What a tiring journey it was. I have covered 200 km.

I have to cover another 150 km to reach the main asphalt road. Initially, I was thinking of continuing from here. One reason is that I am very tired. Secondly, I might not be able to reach before evening. According to navigation, I will reach in 2.5 hours. But this is an off-road.

I don't know how long it will take. I might get into trouble. It will gradually become cold. It's better to have a cup of coffee here. After that, I will look for a hotel and relax.

It's been 12 or 13 days since I left Almaty. I haven't taken a single day's rest. I have been riding continuously for 12 to 16 hours.

It's been tough days. My body is feeling it. Normally, I travel for 2 to 3 days and then take a day off. There were visa issues in Russia. If I decide to take a day off due to the cold, it might become cold gradually. Anyway, I will stay here for the night.

After having coffee, I will go to look for the hotel. Finally, I have found delicious cappuccino here. All I could see is hazy since the road was so rough. Anyway, the hotel I went to was luxurious.

With a sub-branch next to it. I have booked a hotel there. I have to stay for the night. I need a decent hotel.

I don't need an expensive hotel since I have time, I could have searched for a hotel elsewhere. I have found a hotel here. Let's have a room tour. This is my room. It's a simple room.

There are two beds. There is a wardrobe here. There are some chairs here. There is a toilet here. It's neat and clean.

I will comfortably spend the night here. I paid 88,000 Tugrik for this room. I think it is around $30. The other luxurious room was around $70.

This room is perfect. I will have some rest as I am literally very exhausted. After that, I will try to explore the city and find a decent place to eat. I went to explore the city. It was uninteresting.

There was not much to see. Came across a nice restaurant while walking. There is much Korean influence in Mongolia. There is Korean food in small villages and cities. There was a small restaurant called Pizza House. They serve bubble tea, pizzas and Korean food.

Look at the delicious pizza. I requested them to have vegetables and cheese in it. She was a nice lady. She made a delicious pizza. It looks delicious. Let's eat.

I hope you liked the vlog. If you liked it, don't forget to like, subscribe and share. I haven't paid for it yet.

I don't know how much it will cost. It will be around $5 or $6. Remember in prayers. Bye.
