I will leave from here easily. Instead of going that way, I should have gone this way earlier. Assalam-O-Alaikum Everyone. Welcome back to the channel from Charyn Canyon, Kazakhstan. Yesterday I crossed the Kazakhstan border from Kyrgyzstan.
When I reached here in the evening, it started raining cats and dogs. So I decided to spend the night here. So that when I wake up in the morning, the weather will be better. So that I can enjoy the beauty of this canyon at sunrise and leave. But nature had some other plans. It rained throughout the night and into the morning.
I have packed my stuff and as soon as I left to load it on motorcycle, it started raining again. But I must have to go ahead today. There are two or three more beautiful places to visit here.
One is Lake Kaindy and the other is Lake Kolsai. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to reach the first lake. and 1 to 1.5 hours to reach the next lake.
The plan is that I will spend the night in that region. I am not sure if I will be able to see both the lakes today. Because the weather is so bad that it might rain all day. But it's quite possible that when I reach that region, the weather will be clear. So let's leave from here and take you to Lake Kolsai.
I might stay two more nights in this region and then leave for Almaty. So let's pack our stuff and leave. I made some breakfast and tea in the morning. I had some stuff with me.

Numerous buses are arriving here. I think they are bringing tourists from Almaty for a day tour. This is their visitor center. I think it was built a year or two ago. Earlier, people used to come here and take their bikes or cars wherever they wanted to.
They used to go to the canyon. But now all those things are no more here. So the adventure ride in this area seems quite difficult. You can see that it's not fun with so many tourists. I have enjoyed a lot in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Now I am missing that. Hopefully, when I go to Kaindy Lake, it will be better. But it will also be very touristy. All the tourists who are coming here, they will definitely visit these two or three places. There are a lot of Indian tourists here. I am sure there will be direct flights from Delhi or Mumbai.
That's why there is a lot of tourism here. I have to cover 10 km on the main road. And then I will head towards the mountains.

This is the National Park, Lake Kaindy. National Park was mentioned here. I have paid only $1.25 which is not much. The National Park entrance is quite reasonable here. It's written here that there is a lot of wildlife here.
But I don't think I will be able to see anything along the road. This is the parking lot. You will have to walk from here or ride horses. There used to be a bike path ahead. You could have gone further.
But not from here. There is a lot of mass tourism here. There was no such tourism before. This man belongs to Kazakhstan. Let's park it there.
After a hike of about 2.25 km, I have finally reached Lake Kaindy. There are a lot of tourists here. As I was saying earlier, as compared to my experience of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, it's a mass of tourism. As soon as I reached here, the guard told me not to fly the drone here.
He saw it in my hand. Because normally it is in a bag and you can take it easily. So the good thing is that I had made some footage before reaching that point. Here some photographers are making videos of people but they charge money for it. He told me that you have to pay 5,000 Tenge, almost $10. I said okay, I'll pay.
Then he said no, as you don't owe a government license, you have to pay 25,000 Tenge more, which is like $35 to $40. I said let it be, I won't fly a drone. As I had already made some footage before reaching the National Park. It is a very beautiful lake.
The water is crystal clear. The beauty of this lake is that it is right in the middle of the valley. So you get amazing views from the height. Secondly, the main feature of this lake is the trees. You won't find such unique lakes.
Let's spend some time here, make some footage and then leave. I was on my way back from the hike. I must have walked for about 10 minutes. It has started to rain heavily.

I always try to use a translator to order my dinner. But sometimes, there are some issues. Even today, there was an issue. Food has been served.
Shashlik and Mutton. I have bread with it. I thought it would be a big platter. I had told him.
But he brought it after half an hour. I don't have the courage to ask him to bring more. Otherwise, half an hour is more than enough.
