Even the gushing waterfalls seem to whisper prayers. We are taking you there. We welcome you to the third episode of the fourth season of 'Heaven is a Myth, Nepal is Real,' where we will take you to the famous divine land and pilgrimage site, Gosaikunda, located at an altitude of 4,380 meters in the Rasuwa District.

Hello everyone Namaste, My name is Hemanta Bhandari and welcome to yet another episode of Nepal8thwonder travel series and this time we are heading towards Gosaikunda which is located in Rasuwa district. We have to manage the drone papers. Next day we will head towards Thulo Syapru and later we shall be exploring Gosainkunda via Lauribina. It’s been more than 6 years of exploring Nepal along with Honda's Nepal. First we used the bike later the Honda Grazia and now a Honda Dio 125. Its mileage is around 50 km per litre. It’s been six months of riding this scooter.

We have Ultima's brand products for this season 4 travel series We have a new ultima watch circle 2.0. Its price is around Rs.4000 and is new in the market. These power banks are very useful in our travel episodes for the places where we can’t find electricity. So let’s hit the road now, let’s go. Today we will reach Tokha first and end our day at Dhunche, so I hope you enjoy the video and watch till the end.

Many people watch but don’t subscribe. I’m asking for your subscribe for the very first time. See you. where day and night blend into a single hue,a single melody, and a single rhythm in the struggle from dawn till dusk, Bidding farewell to this city, we set out on our journey to Gosaikunda with our Honda Dio 125. From the very beginning of our journey, we could see clouds that seemed to disrupt the entire skyline.

The continuous rain had washed the landscape, turning the greenery into a golden hue. We had a glimpse of how the beauty of the monsoon would continue to captivate us throughout the journey. After a short while into the journey, we left behind the dense urban environment of Kathmandu and merged into the hilly landscape. there is always a chance to observe the life in the hills, During such trips, even if only for a brief moment. At times, it seems that this life, deprived of luxury, is difficult and shrouded in darkness.

Yet, in other moments, it feels like a life of resilience, where a golden childhood flourishes even in scarcity, is radiant. It makes you think that if true contentment is found anywhere, it is in a life like this. After a short while into the journey, we left behind the dense urban environment of Kathmandu, and merged into the hilly landscape, During such trips, there is always a chance to observe thelife in the hills, even if only for a brief moment. As time passed, the day was also brightening. As travelers on a long journey, we became adept at measuring the depths of our own hearts in the clarity of the day and the openness of the sky.

During such journeys, the new faces of new people always seem to scatter fresh smiles here. Hello everyone, we have reached Ankitar. It falls under Bidur 10, Betrawati. We are about to eat our meal. It took us around 2 to 2.5 hours to reach here through Tokha's road. The road is very well made, sometimes it was a bit off road but its 171 mm ground clearance has made it easier for us.

We have covered a lot of places and tomorrow we have a bit of a tough road to reach Thulo Syapru, so we are waiting for that moment. And from here it is about 38 km for us to reach Dhunche. The best part of travelling in monsoon is the greenery. green different shades of green, different various shades of green some of them are different green some of them are different green And we are watching green ,greenery After leaving Kathmandu via the Tokha road, we had taken the Trishuli Highway.

Our journey from then on followed the banks of the Trishuli River. Originating from the Rasuwa District, which lies between Tibet and central Nepal, this river stretches for 200 kilometers. We found that, except for a few short sections, the condition of this highway was quite good. the commercial relationship between China and Nepal. connects an important trade route that enhances on which we were traveling,The Trishuli Highway, So now we are in a place called Betini of Rasuwa and we have current’s new buckwheat snacks. We have grandfathers here and we are asking them to taste it.

Have you ever eaten “Phapar ko Dhido?” yes These snacks taste the same. please taste it. How does it taste? Its good Does it taste like Phapar? Yes You too taste it, is it good? It is good, a little bit sour, and a little bit spicy. Have you got a different taste than other such chips? Yes,it tastes different.

It’s a bit spicy and kind of tastes different. Let us taste it too "we will also gonna taste it : t’s the first time I'm tasting it. I either don’t know the taste of Phapar but let’s eat it So in the next generation Phapar should be included as healthy food. People consumed lots of wheat flour, flour but nowadays everyone is investing in healthy snacks that are made up of Phapar Normally, People prefer Phapar for Dhido too. Life is a document of memories.

It is a tapestry of golden, delicate, sometimes mature, and sometimes immature memories. We travel, and we preserve the memories of our journeys in their entirety. This is what gives meaning to the seemingly meaningless, She has a pure heart, dreamy eyes, and a beautiful smile. She is like a flower in society. Not only does she enrich herself, but anyone who gets close to her also receives tales of innocence. She teaches the lesson of selflessness and shows how to enjoy life free from worries.

There are truly many things we all need to learn from her. Guys,we are stuck in the rain here in rasuwa there was a flood. Now We kept the scooter here and we got on the truck which is our ride for today Guys, due to heavy rainfall we left our 3 scooters here and we’re in a truck right now.

"Laughing" Where am i? Indinstictive chatter. We met this brother here. He is nepal8thwonder’s fan and he recognized us I watch your videos. Thank you for this ride brother. This is how we are able to go in the truck. "Singing" We have reached Langtang National Park.

There is checking going on and everyone has to take their bag to be checked. Hello everyone now we have just reached Dhunche around 10:30 pm. All thanks to sabin dai we were stuck in Thade Bazaar. It was raining heavily and there was a lot of stuff.

Keeping our 3 scooters there, we put all of our stuff in the front seat of my brother's truck. By sitting on each other's lap we finally reached here. All thanks to you. You watch our videos.

Do you have something to say? Keep supporting, do subscribe to Nepal 8th wonder. Wohooooo. Goodnight , thank you brother. Rasuwa District is divided into a total of five rural municipalities. Among them, Dunche, located in the Gosaikunda Rural Municipality, serves as the district headquarters.

Dunche is at the center of the people's lives here. It has a market for trade, a hospital for treatment, and Nepal Telecom services for communication. Nestled beside the highway, Dunche awakens with a new environment and vibrant daily life, with smiling faces all around. Hello everyone Good Morning it’s day 2 and we are here at Dhunche. It lies at 2030m above sea level. We reached here yesterday at almost 11 pm via truck.

The boys went by the local bus to get the scooter where we kept it yesterday when it was raining heavily. Today we go towards Thulo Syapru. It takes around 2 hours to reach there by scooter or bike. Dhunche is giving very good vibes due to the clouds around the hills because of the monsoon.

So,we will go ahead after breakfast from here. See you at Thulo Syabru. We are about to leave for Thulo Syapru It might take us around 1.5 to 2 hours to reach there. There is no petrol pump here We keep the saddlebags behind the scooters. We have a direct petrol refilling spot in the back and we don’t have to open the seating space.

We are using bottled petrol which per litre price is rs.200 There is no petrol pump in this area I think there should be a petrol pump at these areas but no worries. Now by adding this petrol we move forward to Thulo Syapru. See you Thulo Syapru. Leaving Dunche behind, we set out for a journey towards the Thulo Syafru.

While it's possible toreach Cholangpati from Dunche during a Gosaikunda trip, which is a well-known route, which is a well-known route, we were traveling via a shorter and still-developing path. For those who prefer traveling in a peaceful environment and staying close to nature, the Thulo Syafru route is the best choice. The gravel road section had already started, but the good ground clearance of the Honda Dio 125 made the journey smooth without any significant difficulties. The gentle sound of waterfalls and the murmuring of the stream made the environment serene and pleasant We have recently arrived at the place called Sano Bharkhu The ride from Dhunche to here is almost 25 minutes.

But,the road was quite tough because of muddy road and stones. Sometimes we have to get off the scooter and came here It is performing well so far. A little ahead of Sano Bharkhu we have to take a right & we’ll reach Thulo Syapru after then.

It’s an hour of massive off-road from here. now we are going up with this scooter. Hopefully,we will reach Thulo Syapru today. Let’s not delay otherwise it might rain in the evening. Let’s go We have traveled through many regions of Nepal.

The possibilities are not limited; they are immense. From beauty to faith, there is so much to experience. Roads connect one civilization to another, and only through roads can a secluded world be linked with the modern world.

This is the only thing we lack; otherwise, nature has provided us with everything we need. Hello everyone,we just arrived at Thulosyapru which is 2100m above sea level. It took us 7 hours to reach here from Dhunche. Road was way too difficult.

Sometimes we have to get off the scooter and push it It performed well sometimes. The road was muddy but somehow we managed to reach here well. Rakesh dai has been waiting for us at his hotel named Hotel Stupa We’ll go there and will take some rest for a day or two as per the body demands. and after that" lets go; Our scooter came this far. It has been our companion, leaving these here, our trek will start from tomorrow.

Now let’s move on. baka Baka is our role model standing at the back. bye bye..

After 2 mins of walking we reached dai's hotel. Dai do you want to say something? Namaste everyone, my name is Rakesh and i would like to welcome Nepal8thwonder team here. Sounds like your journey has been a bit rough no worries you’ve reached here safely. We were ready to welcome you here. So let me put Khada on you.

Okay dai, namaste. Namaste, I’m Gyaljen Tamang. Welcome to Thulo Syabru team Nepal8thwonder. I’m here to welcome you from Lauribina’s Maya Hotel.

Because of compulsion, I wanted to welcome you here, thank you. Okay dai thank you, namaste. We just got here and got freshen up It’s foggy and it’s time for Current’s cup noodles. This one is new instant cup noodles The first one was hot and spicy flavoured cup noodles but this time it’s normal flavoured instant noodles which we buy on packets too but it is in a cup. After adding hot water, keep it covered for five minutes and it will be cooked. So,let’s enjoy the current time.

Need some water guys Okaayy We have this one fork. This is flavour I think it’s a flavour and here is the noodles this is how it looks. This water is steaming hot.

Made in Nepal, Current's products have recognized the taste preferences of Nepalese people and have been producing various noodles. That’s why, no matter where we travel, we never forget to bring along Current's cup noodles. We mixed everything hot water, flavour and now we keep it covered for around 5 minutes. 3-4 mins This time instead of plastic we have a reusable bottle cap which can also be used by our mothers at home(laughing) Mother usually uses it.

Let’s wait for five minutes. Our 5 minutes are up. You don’t eat spicy food, isn’t it good for you? It's perfect for a non spicy eater like me.

Current did the best thing making it non spicy. Cheers. Goodnight, See you in the morning. Thulo Syafru, Langtang, and Gosaikunda are all part of the travel route. Langtang and Ganesh Himal emerge from behind, bathed in sunlight. There are well-equipped hotels and homestays here for relaxation.

With Nepal Telecom's 4G network coverage, the experience is further enhanced. Good Morning everyone it’s Day 3 and today we are at Thulo Syabru We arrived here yesterday evening and its height is exactly 2260m above sea level We just checked. We stayed at the Hotel Stupa Guest House. The sleep was good enough. The hotel is nice While travelling, we can also explore Gosaikunda from here via Cholangpati. And today the weather is foggy and cloudy.

Clouds are floating all over. Our walk is around 6 hours to 8 hours, as we will be filming and walking towards Cholangpati. Normally it takes 3 hours to reach Cholangpati from here. We will be resting in between. We are about to have our breakfast. Our porter dai is here.

We will slowly move forward after Porter dai. Okay see you. The morning weather brought us a message of rain, causing the clouds to part and reveal Thulo Syafru in its full form among about 160 households. For ensuring that there were no shortcomings in the facilities during our stay. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Rakesh Dai of Hotel Stupa Guest House Given the rainy weather, we planned to start our trek as early as possible after having breakfast. Good Morning everyone I wanted to go with you but I had different plans so I couldn't. You continue your journey.

See you soon guys. We just had our breakfast Now we are heading towards Cholangpati. It will be a walk of around 5 hours. Cholangpati’s height is around 3600, brother had told us This is my first time travelling through this route. Previously, we went from Langtang up to Kyanjin Ri.

he weather is so cloudy that nothing can be seen This is Ultima watch 2.0. We can measure the body's SpO2, heart rate, footsteps and check on how many calories have we burned. Mostly to those who work out and it only costs Rs.4000 It shows footsteps and everything. Now we will head up. Let’s go

Buddha's half-closed eyes seem to rest here among the people, who, like flowers blooming inscarcity, are gentle and calm. Those eyes reflect a unique philosophy There are several trekking routes for the Gosaikunda journey. One way is to start the trek fromDunche and reach Cholangpati, which can be somewhat long and challenging.

Alternatively, as we did, you can drive up to Thulo Syafru and then begin the trek from there. We’ve reached Chautad and its height is 2530m above sea level. It took 45 mins of walking to reach here. We can’t see the view because it’s foggy and raining slightly.

Porter or travellers like us can stay here for a little rest and the other thing is, when you travel don’t litter everywhere, please use a dustbin made by the WWF and locals community. From here we go ahead and have lunch at a place called Mukharka which is at a distance of around 1 hour. There is also a Sherpa cottage on the way so let’s explore the place. Sigh, we’ll go after taking some rest.

This is my land! In every corner it holds, In the vast valleys of mountains, In the flowers that bloom in forests, Love hides away as a secret from the world, Civilization remains invisible. No matter how much you seek to understand, No matter how hard you try to capture it, It cannot be imprisoned, Nor can it be confined. Thus, This is my land, It is not small. This is my land, It is vast.

It neither offers comfort to those unaware of its height, Nor does it bring destruction to the arrogant. It only knows its bond with the earth, Only its bond with the heart. That’s why my land Is mysterious, Is magical, Is vast, And that’s why my land Is immense, Soimmensely vast. After walking for 1 hour we arrived at a place called Bomba We are here at Hotel Sherpa Cottage. This place's height is 2730m above sea level.

he N8W team were here at Bomba. We will take a short break and have some tea. We’re eating freshly boiled potatoes Thank you, children. Go safely visit Gosaikunda and come back.  Okay bye byee: After resting for a while in Bomba, we continued our journey. The closer we got to our destination, The more we realized that the Gosaikunda trek was not just a journey through nature. We were walking the same path that many devotees take in search of salvation and hope.

Whether knowingly or unknowingly, we too had become connected to that spirituality. Although the fog obscured all views, we felt as if the trail welcomed us at every step with a blend of new forms and new experiences. If we consider nature an open book, there is so much here that is worth reading and understanding. The time in this world may seem too short.

The lessons taught by that path, by the stream flowing from some mysterious corner of the mountain, by the rain and thefog, where can a closed book teach such lessons? We just reached a place called Mukharka which is 2997m above sea level. It’s raining and nothing is seen because of the weather. We are wearing raincoats This is the place where we eat our lunch. It’s a midpoint.

It takes around 2 hours to reach Cholangpati. Firstly, we will eat something and head up. Come on in. Let’s go. Rain and fog can make an already difficult journey even more challenging. That’s why it’s important to travel with full preparation and caution during such times. Even though the scenery ahead became invisible, we didn't stop enjoying the company we were in.

The same rain that had drenched us while walking became a relief when we took a rest at the shelter. Places and their way of life flourish with the passage of time, just as flowers bloom and trees grow in a cycle, in an orderly progression. Sometimes you have to climb mountains, and sometimes you must accompany the river as it descends.

That’s why perhaps the true traveler is time itself, and we are merely following the never-ending flow of time. Abhee, yes dai I’m scared. This is what happens in the monsoon trek, leeches are everywhere. It should be on the leg but it’s on the head instead.

Is it big? No, it's small. The perks of monsoon trek is gloomy weather with very amazing foggy vibes, a little rain feels good, and the vibes inside of the forest is a good part too. The worst part is we can get attacked by leeches. Here it is, leach. There is no need to be afraid. It is trying to attack but now we’re saying bye to it.

Tata, bye bye Thank you. After walking for 8 to 9 hours from Thulosyapru we’ve reached Cholangpati. Its height is 3610m above sea level. We arrived here after ascending almost 600m from Mukharka whose height was 3000m. Today we took 13,609 steps and burned 612 calories.

So,Ultima watch circle 2.0 is useful for this kind of thing like footsteps, calories burned. We are here at Rakesh dai’s hotel named Langtang Lerung view hotel. Whether you arrive from Dhunche or Thulosyapru, the meeting point is Cholangpati. From here everyone takes the same route towards Gosikunda. Now we will take some rest and eat something hot Guys, you’ve arrived.

Yes dai we’ve arrived.well we have to eat now then sleep Tomorrow we have to wake up early and start going to Gosaikunda. Goodnight dai, okay goodnight.

Cholangpati is situated right in front of the Langtang mountain range. It’s the point where all the paths leading to Gosaikunda converge. Here, travelers who have taken different routes but share the same destination meet. There are hotels available for lodging, and since the NTC network is accessible, there is no lack of basic amenities. NTC’s effort to spread communication technology to every corner of the country is truly commendable. Hello everyone, it’s Day 4 and we’re at Cholangpati The height is 3610 above sea level. We came yesterday, it rained heavily all day.

The plan was to get up early in the morning and move towards Gosaikunda but it rained heavily in the morning. We got up around 8:30. Now the weather is clear The speciality of this place is that it is a point where two roads meet. Now around here sel roti is being cooked. Travellers can reach Gosaikunda via Lauribina and Buddha Park after having lunch here We are able to see Lauribina’s hills from here. It takes around 1 hour to get there.

Buddha park can be reached on a 1 hour walk further up from there and again from there it is another 1 hour walk to Gosaikunda. It takes 3 hours to get there for normal travellers. It might take us around 6 to 7 hours to reach there. Today we will try to reach Gosaikunda.

We don’t know where we will reach, hopefully the weather will support us Now we have our breakfast and then we will head out. There is no other network other than NTC’s network here. We finished our breakfast. We will go to Lauribina first, maybe we will have lunch there Byee.byee. Where are you going today? Going to Gosaikunda today Go well. Say it, say it.

Why aren’t you saying it? Go well. okay bye bye. Have a good trip. Thank you.may you work well above. Okay bye. The Gosaikunda region of Rasuwa falls under the Langtang National Park.

This national park, spread across the districts of Nuwakot, Rasuwa, and Sindhupalchok, covers a total area of 1,710 square kilometers. The Langtang Valley, Helambu, and Gosaikunda are among the main attractions of this national park. The grazing lands and suitable environment here contribute to the conservation of various species of birds, Himalayan flora, and animals like the red panda. The natural and religious significance of this area captivated us just as much.

Hemanta dai has not allowed to wear a raincoats. We are walking like this, completely wet. I don’t know what will happen next. Let’s go. "We had reached a considerable altitude above sea level, so it became crucial to pay attention to our health and body while walking.

Nature has a healing element, but if ignored or neglected, that very element can become detrimental. Therefore, it's essential to take proper rest where necessary. As it was also raining, we decided to rest at Maya Hotel & Lodge, run by Gyaljeng Dai. Hello everyone,we just arrived at the Maya hotel and lodge at Laurebina. It's height is about 3970m above sea level.

He is Dorje dai, brother of Gyaljen dai. Say something dai. All travellers are welcome to Maya hotel. It is two and half hours before Gosaikunda, our Maya Hotel is the oldest one on this route. It has been operating since the time of our father ,now we are operating it. We have the best food ever here, i want to welcome everyone and that’s all I want to say. People stay here to acclimatise. Because some can’t carry their bags, they just stay here, acclimatise, leave their bags here and go up to worship and come back down.

Now let’s eat food,Okay. Nepal 8th Wonder team were here at Lauribina. When you are here just take a photo of this sticker and mention it in your stories, we will reshare them. Go well, have a nice trip and come after visiting Gosainkunda as well. See you again, bye bye. We were grateful to Gyaljeng Dai and Dorje Dai for making even our short rest so refreshing.

Now, our journey was towards Gosaikunda. We arrived at a place called Buddha park.it’s height is around 4220m above sea level. here we have to walk for 1.5 hours to reach Gosaikunda. It takes 3 to 4 hours to reach here from Cholangpati. We walk a little slowly. Here we will rest for a while and then we will head up.

This is a great religious place. Below it says Lauribina, from here it says Lauribinayak because you can walk from here without the sticks and there is no uphill from here. People offer sticks here. If you go horizontally from here, you will reach Gosaikunda. There is no uphill from here? It is a bit steep and there are stairs.so, this is Lauribinayak. Is it also called Buddha mandir? Buddha mandir or Lauribinayak is what this is After ascending a bit from the previous point, we arrived at Buddha Park, located in an area known as Lauribinayak. It's said that this entire area is part of Buddha Park. I've already mentioned the significance of the place before The main Buddha statue here is situated slightly higher than the rest of Buddha Park. We’re taking a short tea break here, and in about an hour and a half of walking, we’ll reach Gosaikunda The fog is quite dense today. As we all know, no matter where we travel, the fog seems to always accompany us

It’s like a constant companion and rainfall too! The fog and rainfall feel like they have a special bond with us. Tomorrow morning, if the weather clears, we might get a better view. Just as I always said during our trips to ABC and Dudh Kunda, from start to finish, I’m saying it here too:the weather will clear up. So, let's stay hopeful and keep moving forward. Jay Sambhoo!! Dai, share a bit about walking barefoot here. his is especially done to clear and purify the mind. It is believed that a person with a clear and pure mind walks barefoot.

Many people fulfill their wishes by making offerings like this. Where did you come from? "I came from Dhunche." Barefoot all the way from Dhunche? "Yes." Was it difficult? "No, it wasn’t. Lauribina offers facilities for necessary rest and refreshments. Right now, where are we? We are almost at Gosaikunda—about 30 minutes away After taking a short tea break, we continued towards the final destination of this journey,Gosaikunda. Sometimes, when you stumble, You might forget your destination. Sometimes, as you walk, You might leave everything behind.

Then, the ground beneath your feet Might begin to change. Might begin to change. Then, the sky you seek shelter under Might begin to change. Then, those you call your own, Might begin to change, And those who feel like yours In that moment, you should realize— It’s time for you to return home. Right now, where are we? We are almost at Gosaikunda—about 30 minutes away Keep watching and keep walking with us! And one more thing, he usually never speaks on camera, but he did today. "I have to speak tomorrow,

so I’m just practising!" Thumbs up and peace. Jay Sambhoo! It felt as if every particle there was imbued with a single name. From the streams to the rocks, one name seemed to be etched everywhere Lord Shiva The devotion of the pilgrims truly made it feel like a sacred abode of Shiva.

Gradually, the weather began to clear for a brief moment. For the first time, we could take in the sight of Gosaikunda. From the waterfall cascading down the mountain peak to Bhairav Kunda, everything was in view before our eyes. It was as if a magician had snapped his fingers and revealed them all at once. We have arrived, we have arrived Hello everyone! We've just arrived at Gosaikunda, and we're here at Hotel Lakeside, which is situated at an altitude of 4,380 metres above sea level. The main highlight is the upcoming Janai Purnima fair, set to take place on the 2nd or 3rd. This is a major religious spot in Nepal, and many devotees of Lord Shiva come here for this occasion and the Gosaikunda trek.

We have our dai here with us. What is your name, brother? "My name is Yuvraj Tamang. I am the manager of this hotel, and this hotel belongs to me." It's great to see you here. I used to watch you only on YouTube, and it’s my pleasure to finally meet you in person today. I’m so happy you’ve come here, and I’m excited that your vlog can show everyone our beautiful place. We warmly welcome Nepal8thwonder to Hotel Lakeside in Gosaikunda! We just arrived and freshened up. We had some hot water and sat by the fire to warm up.

Right now, I'm backing up our footage and files. Today, we walked 10,045 steps, and we’re tracking our steps with Ultima’s Fit app Another great feature from Ultima is their newly launched 30,000mAh power bank. it’s incredibly compact! Above Cholangpati, there was no electricity so having something like this, which is both light and travel-friendly, is really useful when you're on the go Carrying a 30,000mAh power bank provides a solid backup for all your travel needs. Now, let’s get back to backing up our files.

Goodnight, and see you in the morning. Thank you, Ultima, for this handy gadget! Gosaikunda, located in the Rasuwa district, is a renowned religious site nestled amidst towering mountains, with the Langtang mountain range standing majestically in the background. This sacred lake is famous for its deep connection to the devotion and worship of Lord Shiva. Situated at an elevation of 4,380 meters above sea level, Gosaikunda is a sanctuary of peace, faith, and reverence. The area surrounding Gosaikunda is home to around 108 other lakes, making it a significant spiritual destination.

Moreover, this lake is listed as a Ramsar site under UNESCO, highlighting its importance as a wetland of international significance. Gosaikunda, a natural lake, resides amidst the profound mysteries of life and the universe, holding the unsolved, unanswered questions of the soul and contentment. After Mount Kailash, Gosaikunda is revered as another highly significant center for the worship and devotion to Lord Shiva. Shiva, the embodiment of the universe, the cosmos, stands as the singular focus of both material and immaterial faiths at Gosaikunda. It is believed that a holy bath in Gosaikunda purifies one of all sins committed in life. Driven by this faith and deep-seated desires, millions of devotees visit this sacred place annually.

Good Morning everyone, hello from Gosaikunda. It's our fifth day and we are here at Gosaikunda whose height is 4360m above sea level. It took us 5 days to reach here. We got a little wet in the rain. We came slowly. Gosaikunda is one of Nepal's major religious sites, where Newars, Newars who follow Buddhism, and Hindus all come to visit From both a tourism and religious perspective, this lake is quite famous. We've arrived here, and it's giving off a very peaceful vibe. It’s amazing .Enjoy Gosaikunda guys.

The name "Gosain" signifies God, making Gosaikunda revered as the sacred lake of the divine. The legend of Gosaikunda is intricately linked with the ancient Vedic and Puranic story of theSamudra Manthan, or the churning of the ocean. During this epic event, conducted between thegods and demons, many treasures and beings emerged, including wealth, prosperity, and evenGoddess Lakshmi. However, a deadly poison also surfaced, posing a grave threat to all beings. To protect the world, Lord Shiva agreed to consume the poison. As the poison settled in histhroat, causing him immense pain, he struck the ground with his trident (Trishul) to release a water source to soothe his suffering.

This spring became the lake now known as Gosaikunda, considered to be created by Lord Shiva’s divine act. Gosaikunda is highly revered as a significant religious site due to its origin from Lord Shiva'strident strike. This divine connection is highlighted in various Hindu scriptures, making Gosaikunda well-known among devotees. Particularly on the day of Janai Purnima, a grand fair takes place here, Drawing hundreds of thousands of devotees who come to bathe in the sacredlake and worship Shiva. As a holy pilgrimage site, it continues to be a place where people renew their devotion and uphold their faith. It's really enjoyable here, and I'm feeling genuinely happy from the bottom of my heart.

This is the place where Lord Shiva meditated after drinking poison. It's a highly revered pilgrimage site for everyone Reaching here fills me with a deep sense of pride. God himself guided us and made sure we reached here.

I'm feeling extremely happy. Not just anyone can reach here, and we Nepalis should truly respect this special path and way. We must bow our heads in reverence to it Because We are living in Bharat Bharsha and lucky to be at the place where Lord Shiva meditated and took a plunge. We are truly lucky.Thank you Gosaikunda, along with the nearby Trishul Waterfall, holds a special place where devotees oftenoffer their prayers.

Known historically as a sacred pilgrimage site among Nepali people, Gosaikunda is not only significant for Hindus but also revered by Buddhists. In the Newari language, it is also called "Silu." For all Nepalis, Gosaikunda stands as a place of immense importance, and our journey to this sacred site proved to be unforgettable.

Each year, devotees come to Gosaikunda with deep faith and reverence. We arrived just as Janai Purnima was approaching. The local residents expressed their concerns about the lack of necessary facilities provided by the government. Despite being an ancient pilgrimage site, we also noticed that many improvements are still needed. Recently, electricity was first introduced to Gosaikunda, and a Nepal Telecom tower has been installed, addressing the issue of communication infrastructure.

However, challenges arise when thousands of devotees arrive, and managing such a large influx becomes difficult, as reported by the locals. locals. We hope that the relevant authorities will address these issues promptly. With the serene surroundings and otherworldly experiences, our challenging journey concluded successfully. We celebrated this success with a meal of Curren't noodles. We always mark the triumph of our travels with these locally produced noodles from Yasodha Foods enjoying theirtaste and the satisfaction of our accomplishments.

We arrived at Gosaikunda last evening The weather is a bit cold, but today it has cleared up. The views are beautiful. Right behind me is Gosaikunda, and it looks amazing. Now,We are wrapping up this episode by eating some Current noodles. So, see you all in the next episode!

The journey, which began in the rainy season with a challenging path but filled with enthusiasm, traversed through fragrant greenery and the melodious flow of streams, leading us to a site rich in religious significance. This five-day journey was not entirely easy. Despite the persistent battlewith clouds and rain, the difficult path to the Thulo Syaphru, and the obscured views from the fog, the trip enriched us with new memories and experiences. Upon reaching Gosainkunda, we experienced not just a sense of achievement but also peace and contentment. Immersed in spirituality, we gained a profound personal experience. We also shared in a portion of the devotees' reverence and connected with it.

We are deeply moved and grateful for this journey. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsors, who made this pilgrimage possible. Our gratitude also goes to Rakesh Dai from Thulo Syafru, Gyaljen Dai, Dorje Dai from Cholangpati, and Yuvraj Dai from Gosainkunda, who ensured that our journey was smooth and complete.
