morning my friends i mean adana and today i'm  gonna start my journey to gaziantep but first i   need to retrieve my bike let's see if the bike  is still here because it's the first time i   i use the hotel did not want to keep my bike so  they indicated me a place for parking for cars   so i put my bag there, i locked it  there, and let's see if it's still   there, and then we're gonna go to gaziantep,  it's about uh 220 kilometers from here   with a lot of climbing, i hope i can do it in  two days before the rain arrives basically   and yeah, let's see if the.... if i can make it  in two days, an adventure to go to gaziantep what the heck, oh my god, so the  guy at the entrance is sleeping   and uh i'm afraid my bike is  uh hidden behind something so the bike is behind there well it's still here, so let's take it uh...  let's take it out and then yeah and let's go anyway let's go back to the hotel, and let's load  the bike, and let's start our journey to gaziantep   glasses let's go i'm starving i just had my chocolate bars i will buy, 1 kg of clementines mandarin mandarin, very nice okay, 1 kg 30 cents for 1 kg, what the hell i am starving small youtuber my name is idriss my name is yves hello hello he did not want me to pay and i am arriving in osmaniye, so it means  this morning i did about 85 kilometers   but i still have a 125 let's say, or 130 to  gaziantep to antep as they say here, oh my god   and i'm shattered, and that was the easy part   because after here, it's gonna be climbing  the mountains are waiting for me, look at that like 10 kilometers ago i had to stop just to eat  some nuts because i had no more fuel basically   it was like... i was completely empty, my body is  not used anymore to those long days on the road a monument in the center of osmaniye there is a doner look at that, that's gonna be my  meal place, oh my god i'm destroyed   oh, it's almost three o'clock, oh i did  eighty five kilometers, just on my breakfast oh hello bread sausage, bread kofta, or lavash bread and sausage so sausage with bread sausage with bread, uh ukraine russia france france yeah ah, she likes sarkozy sarkozy, uncle beautiful i go to Gaziantep, but tomorrow today maybe bahce let's try this sausage sandwich ah, we go together, yeah so i feel a little bit better, i had this uh   sausage bread, which was awesome, so  look at the sujuk, this is the sausage now i'm getting a kofta bread,  getting ready for the bread kofte so he's explaining me, for the ayran like yeah he gave me two bottles of water okay okay okay so he gave me two small bottles of water   because actually i've been running out  of water, it's good to be back on the road i am arriving in bahce, oh my god ah, it's painful i can barely walk oh my god i need to stretch a lot to be  able to, to ride tomorrow, i have   i think 90 kilometers, with a lot of climbing in  the morning probably, yeah so and that's uh   that's my uh 15 dollars room, like usual, i  always pay like 200 turkish lira, 15 dollars   so that's my fifteen dollars room for  the night in bahce, i think half way   up up uh the anatolian plateau, because i'm gonna  be back on the anatolian plateau tomorrow   so see you tomorrow guys, for  the second part of this video morning my friends, what a beautiful day to do  two high mountain passes at 1000 meters today   look at that there is snow up there, snow up there  and i'm gonna continue... and this puddle is... it   comes from uh... it was snow basically, that's melted  snow, so i am at like five or six hundred meters   of altitude and have two mountain passes, at  about 1000 meters, to reach gaziantep today, about   90 kilometers, that's where i slept tonight, and  uh yeah let's go to gaziantep, let's okay okay i don't know see you later i love... people love the bike it's so funny,  it's so great to travel with this thing  

everybody came to see me, the guy of the  hotel, the two women were the cooks life is good on the road, man,  you're tired, your body is broken   but it doesn't matter, people are happy  to see you, that's the most important yeah let's go to antep to gaziantep and that's the first pass of the day, 970 meters   and you can see in front that's the  next pass for me, covered in snow you broke the ice guys, what happened  to you, what the hell, okay let's go down   let's go to the next valley, the last valley before  reaching, before climbing on the anatolian plateau oh my god wow that's insane look at that so here you have my bicycle well  my trike, the pass i just reached, a small tea   house which is closed, the mountain  covered in snow, and a deep valley   i think... so this passes at almost 1 000 meters,  the pass there is going to be 1 100 meters high   and we have a deep.... i think the valley is  like 400 meters high something like that   agricultural valley, so before in adana we  were in the cillician plains, very fertile very   good for agriculture, and now we reach the  last valley, i don't know how it is called   and that's the last valley before going back on  the anatolian plateau, it looks like somehow the   view on the beqaa valley, the difference is the  beqaa valley was also very good for agriculture   the beqaa valley, the valley was red,  the land was red, while here everything is green beautiful so let's make another break, because basically  one guy stopped, the guy with the blue car there   he stopped to give me mandarins  an apple and some rice cakes ah nice people here in turkey, very very very  nice people, everybody gives me food, so then i'm   almost down already, almost down the valley, that's  the city, i think then the the road is going uh   it's going this way, i don't know exactly where   look at this beautiful fertile agricultural green  valley, and let's have the food the man gave me i love those rice cake, rice cakes you see the beautiful bridge  for the highway, very nice okay wow that's extraordinary, the snow,  you see the the fog oh my god so the snow is basically uh, becoming a cloud, from  snow to cloud directly, without becoming liquid   so beautiful they have a borek, ayran, okay let's stop  here, see you have borek, and cheese cheese okay can i have cheese can i see nice where are you going, antep is it big, small normal, i need one, two okay, i get two okay, one potatoes, and one cheese usually i don't eat borek because uh, i'm not  well... there are better things, but now i think i'm   probably halfway on the climb, and i really need  to eat something because i'm still good but uh   if i wait more, if i wait more to eat, i'm gonna  be... i'm gonna be very weak when i reach the top   and then it's not good, oh my god look, at that, so  there is a village actually behind the ridge isn't turkey beautiful, oh my  god it's so beautiful here   what a beautiful valley, and behind this  ridge is gaziantep, and the anatolian plateau here i have my borek, so here i  have with potato and here with cheese   it looks awesome actually, and i have  my ayran of course, let's try this borek actually it's fantastic, it's really good wow bye-bye and back on the road, it's very funny because  basically every time i uh, i go somewhere   and every time i leave basically, everybody  is waiting to see how this bike works they just want to see it moving i think hello 1 100 meters yeah, and i am  back on the anatolian plateau oh my god there's snow everywhere except on the road and there is a shop electric nice this is uh water the engine just helps he gave me this it's good what a beautiful landscape, we  are in anatolia in winter guys and i am in gazantep guys, oh my god that's so cool   i made it, two days 215 kilometers, 2300  elevation gain, i'm back on the road and the mountains of snow, maybe  there's... maybe it's not the best  

time to to be in gaziantep, because all that is  going to be melting, and the streets are like   really dirty basically, and yeah my bike  is very dirty also, but i am in gaziantep   i made it, there are sweets everywhere,  oh they have kunefe, oh my god yeah and i've got a hotel, so i'm just gonna... just  to finish the video i'm just gonna show you the...   show you the hotel, uh i'm gonna say several  days here, so i'm gonna do more uh   maybe i'm gonna do one, one or two videos here to show you the food because it's supposed to  be the capital of turkish food also, supposed   to be supposed to be like the best city  for the food in turkey, so look at that   food everywhere, let's just show you the hotel, they  were super nice, it's extremely cheap 140 lira,   for one night so less than uh less than 10  euros basically, a bit more than ten dollars it's funny they sell fish, and they also cook it that's gonna be for later strawberries everywhere yeah the hotel is cheap and they also, they  they agreed to put my bicycle inside, so that's   very nice, so my hotel is erciyes hotel, i saw it in  the... on iOverlander actually, an app for overlanders   and it had good recommendations on  google so that's why i came here yeah let's just show you the  hotel and where i parked the bike   and that will be the end of this video so that's the so yeah that's, that's the end  of this video and see you later,   here in gaziantep, for more, more action, ciao guys
