you've got the YMCA is less than a mile from here you could walk down there and do your workouts they got a pool uh there's a Publix right down here there is Lamberts is right across the street when you come down here I mean literally in the middle of everything these things are being con Ed right now as you can see behind me they got a bunch of stuff going on around here so we're going to take you through some of these today we're going to walk you through two of the floor plans and the only two floor plans really we're going to walk you through those today and we're going to walk you through the model home tell you all the quality construction stick around to the end of the video because we're going to tell you about the special financing that they have and we'll tell you the Nook area there and then this is where your air conditioner will be and you've got a door here this is where your garage of course the Builder's using it now for an office and then coming on into the kitchen if you'll notice the flooring this is that EVP plank flooring throughout there is carpet in the bedrooms um you got really nice high-end appliances um in the kitchen here you've got a huge Pantry right there in the kitchen walk-in Pantry you've got under cabinet lighting all throughout Quality quality uh Cabinetry and these are those uh the drawers that are that are uh the quiet shut drawers they kind of they don't make a loud pop when you close them off to the the left you've got a laundry room here for your washer and dryer really big laundry room and you can shut that off the door so you don't have to hear it you've got a uh bathroom here with a pantry and then single sink plenty of storage nice shower you'll notice these tall tall ceilings I really like that got a closet here like a Coke closet and then bedroom off to the left and as you can see this looks like a fullsize bed in here but you could put a bigger bed in and then as far as this closet is concerned really big closet for your for a second bedroom [Music] and then going into the other bedroom which they have set up like an [Music] office and another big closet huge Closet in here [Music] going back out into the kitchen got a dining room area there really big and you know you got it's a it's a living room dining room combination you got those tray ceilings and the Builder was telling us that telling us that there's they are all wired for ceiling fans in every bedroom and here um in the living room and including outside which I'll take you to in just a minute [Music] little area there and then here's your primary that's a king-size bed to give you some idea of the room and then these are storm [Music] windows here's the primary bathroom dual vanity and you've got the quartz countertops throughout the entire place um nice Standalone shower there tub separate tub nice big soaking tub you have your head over here to the side kind of stuck away and then look at the size of this master this primary closet this thing is huge [Music] you can put another bed in here not that you'd want [Music] to and then coming back out we'll take you [Music] outside they are already have a wired for TV so you have plugs here uh right there and then you can uh you know mount a TV right there and then they did tell us that you could put a fence up and fence in the backyard everything here is brand new this is brand new construction so one of the main things we talked to the Builder about was the financing that is available there is uh all kinds of special financing on these things they you have to finance with their um Finance Company in order to do some of the special incentives that they have and I think right now they're doing $10,000 that you could use towards closing costs or buying appliances you know like a washer and dryer or or what have you um they can get rates as low as 4.75% Believe It or Not CU they do buy down the rates so incredible incredible financing by this Builder and listen these are topnotch quality built hes you just tell when you walk through these that they they're they're just something else to see you have to come see one of these in person unbelievable
