BUYING PROPERTY in TURKEY for $50,000?

jaipur beach is located here with very small sand and very easy access to the water no waves citizens are everything you will have all the facilities close to any complex generator in case if something happens with electricity normally there are no problems but in wintertime sometimes when it is heavy heavy rain and in the winter are the swimming pools working normally they are working from the end of april middle of may and till end of october okay then is it too cold to swim or what well it's not cold but usually they're walking for summertime if you come in in december for example in january if the weather is good it can be plus 18 degrees here like okay it will be a little bit cold for the swimming so but usually like six months the swimming pool can be used all right tiles and then i like that the bedroom is small but the living rooms are bigger and this was the bathroom also it feels big because it's wide it's uh like deeper i like this finishing so how big is this oh this is 63 square meters but honestly he will never measure you make this this is more or less yeah okay if you measure yourself maybe 57 000 if you like and when you like any property we can the nexus apartment it is so funny how many atvs are around here though tanya yes bush the guy with the keys of the atv it's so is it normal to see people driving these atvs in like touristic locations you will see this but why do they even drive it why not just a scooter all right so this is apartment number two this construction right next door there's a new building there i think this is this old pinkish building but she said this is a two bedroom that's also in my budget which i told was around fifty thousand dollars okay okay apartments okay so this one there's actually locals living here still so entrance hello so this is the kitchen area and we have a nice big balcony oh drying some these figs peppers nice sea view i like you can drive your clothes here as well that looks like a new building house with a pool actually looks exactly like different we saw but i think a lot of them do this one i like that has a little bit of a sea view not a ton but you can definitely see the line of it here looks like maybe they would build something here and then they'll destroy this view depending on how tall it is this right here is the biggest problem with buying any property in turkey zoning they can just build everywhere they will build everywhere so whatever you buy there's gonna be a new building popping up right next to you it's gonna stretch your view it's gonna cause more traffic but also the resell the price of the houses departments aren't really gonna go up because there's just always new places so like why would we buy this old one i do like this outdoor kitchen though so this is the living room here yeah okay so here's the bedroom oh two so this one's two bathrooms two bedrooms let's take a look outside with ac this one has this view here closet furnishings it's nice to see how locals hello so this one is the second bedroom small bedroom but has a closet and this side view as well okay thank you very much and here's that bathroom that we looked at but furniture stays by the book will be no uh in front of the building they said it is forbidden to build here it can be only some road here they can make better look here but they could not make construction of the building so this one here you're saying they no no order yeah because it looks like they are ready to start yeah yeah but they come out maybe a park okay maybe okay oh all right so this was property number two old building basically you can get two bedrooms the price of a new one bedroom there's no way in hell this is over 100 square meters even with the balconies it's like saying i'm like 75 kilos i'm definitely not anywhere near that but it's funny that in turkey they they say that the square meters is kind of just a complete estimate it's not really like a technical drawing or something i think if i wanted this area i would rather buy a one plus one unit in the new building than buy an old building and this is why it's hard to invest in turkeys why would anyone buy your old building they could buy a brand new one that's being built right next door and there's so many buildings coming up all the time it makes it a hard place to invest in real money so this one is on the border of anselmour the next the road will be done whenever the construction is finished this location upside and front side of the building there will be villas and there are german people maybe there they like this location a lot okay so in the project itself it will be a lot of scandinavian english russian i don't remember but probably also so international society okay this one's like deep in the forest it feels like this is unique project it is in the course so whenever you see i was saying if you see plots of land there is possibility that something will be built tomorrow or next 10 years so whatever here the forest they cannot touch pine trees are protected by the government so they cannot cut itself put some buildings around so when the project will be completed so i told you it will be like five star facilities on site there also will be shuttle bus to the beach several times a day especially for the people living in the homes the road will be done after completion of the project so construction is going on two so this one's the stay forest or this is the horse okay and it looks like there's a bunch of uh ones being built in this area too voyage aqua state forest we will check from this side so you see construction is going on we will make a stop here so as you see there are only few units left for sale so all what we see so we can look from here or we can go oh so you see two blocks they will be completed by the end of the year by december 2021 so good-sized swimming pool tennis court closed women's own fitness so my kids playground everything what you can get or you have like street chests so all the territory all the facilities okay okay nice so here we have i made with the pen because i cannot see very small numbers so already sold out here we have few units of one bedroom apartment 41 42 45 500 so 41 000. so 50 yeah this is 50 050 150 too so we have one do they come finished or three four five five units of one bedroom apartments on the left for sale third inches not included okay uh home appliances also not included but maybe sometimes with the developer we can negotiate and you can say okay i want to have better price i can pay quickly i don't need payment plan give me something give me air conditions give me okay furniture they cannot give but maybe air conditions they can offer to you or home appliances they can agree okay so whenever you like the property and say okay i'm interested okay i we want to buy here let's go see talk and you will have the final price we will discuss all the details and maybe you can negotiate something maybe some discount or some something to be included in the price so scandinavians love this project whenever they were coming here saying all forest amazing they weren't here it is nice that is surrounded by this forest this is unique there are no buildings around yeah so and it will be subtle bust to the beach so this is okay a lot of facilities on site so you can spend a lot of time in the project also you don't need to go somewhere yeah all the time so this is also if you want to rent it out you can think that close swimming pool fitness all these facilities will attract people all year round when beach is not available they will have a lot of activities in the project so this one is really interesting i'm glad like i like that how varied the projects are that we saw today we saw one brand new build uh we saw one kind of older unit and one that's under construction literally in a forest i think i'm gonna try to find the drone here just to see what kind of what's around here i'm always worried about buying you know under construction units because you don't know if they're gonna finish or not but it's not as bad here in turkey as in like ukraine where they just don't finish often but we can check whoever is the kind of owners of state forest and see what their record's like if they built anything else this is a cool concept it's far from everything though it's probably like a i mean it's like a 10 minute drive to from the actual like town uh i like that there is a shuttle service to the beach i think this could be a good rental unit but we'll see those villas okay and in general the roads and turkey are pretty good so yeah i'm pretty happy compared with russia i don't know now i'm not quite sure but i think similar to russia in the city center is fantastic and then anywhere outside it's a really bad so we're just driving now to the beach to ancelot beach to check it out this is the original concept with like a four sparkles i don't know why they took us to this beach one that's a lot but you can see it i mean i guess they do look similar but it would have been nicer to see the one that would actually be closer to the uh to the departments are but either way you would need a car or shuttle to get to these places and definitely sandy powder um so it's nice that actually the driver wanted to show us both beaches which is very cool uh this one right now the actual beach itself is smaller there's less total sand i prefer this i like that there's a restaurant here called sandy beach and i don't know this feels kind of like pointless i like that it's closer to this kind of turn another one probably better for like running or interesting but this one i actually think will be better to chill out on yes lots of beautiful coastline even then the drive is nice so this whole coast of london is really beautiful and i prefer it to italia which is the bigger kind of busier city uh it's nice to see that there's a little bit of nature around here there's still some trees in forest but i'm not done looking at in the next video i'm going to be looking at three or maybe even four more properties on the
