Buying a Tiny Cabin and Camping Solo in the Wilderness
So i just bought myself a little cabin, I gonna go and pick up. So this thing is supposed to sit here. There is a bolt going through there, and that bolt is.. going through there. This thing got a little bent. How do we fix that? Easiest.
Without doing too much of a job here. Well, it's better, but not good. This is kind of a special Bolt, I never seen a bolt like this before. It’s just a.. well i gotta show you when i get it off So a bolt this big that's meant for flat, Flat head screwdriver, I've never seen that before.
I mean, if you have this countersunk like that, And get a little rust on the treads here. I mean, you're never going to get that out. Little more I'm not really caring about the estetic right now. I just want to take this for a ride. And go try sleep a night in it So I kind of need to use this in order to use the UTV there This should work I'm not sure what that thing was doing. Kind of an interesting solution they made with the roof here making it look like that.
So i just started talking about, It would be nice having a little fishing hut. And the guy that I was talking to had a little fishing hut. How much do you want for it? So I gave, I think it's like, 90 Euros for this, I don't know. I mean, it's works. It's not in the best condition.
But my plan was I kind of felt like I want to build my own. I don't really have the time now, so I just bought this thing. Can be kind of nice just getting out. So the plan right now is to head out in the forest. There's a lake around eight kilometers. That way. I'm going to try to reach.
Not sure how it's going to be with this thing. So this thing is like a car. A car in the forest. So it's really wide. So i just going to go, and pack, some essential stuff. Let's go sleep in the forest for a night.
Oh, yeah. it’s not.. This outer sheet here is, that's kind of loosen up. I'm not sure if that's water damage or, Yeah maybe it is. I don't feel any. Smell of mold.
So I don't think it's bad. Oh, that doesn't look that good though. Got a tiny fireplace there. Wind is really starting to pick up now. Hopefully it comes down in a bit. Everything is going to be covered in snow back there I don't think I'll going to get through this.
So if I turn there and then. I need to figure something out. Can’t really back with this thing so What happened? The thing broke of I almost made that Yeah that’s a little bent.. how could this thing get out Well those treads are kinda.. So i put these strap here just Not sure how much it's going to hold, but it doesn't take much just to pull this straight.
So I can fix this when i, I get where I'm supposed to go. Oh.. Well that did not hold up verry good. My insulation, i need that thing I mean, this is just a minor setback.
You go back there, and then we put this thing here Like that insulation is back on I think we. Yeah, we're. We put this inside instead. Doing that when we arrive
I got to turn the right way now and tow it from the hooks there instead I don’t know. I think this might be kind of a good spot. Not sure how deep it is right here, but I'm going to find that out. Oh, I dropped my house there. But, yeah, I think I got a. yeah this is a good spot Let’s go get that back So this thing is. It's leaning down here.
the melted water from the ice is going to Pour down, it's leaning quite a lot, actually so So this is a Christmas present I got. I thought I use. So this is, a grillschale. I think that's in English.

So first we're going to cook some water in that. Just to clean it. Oh, this is getting hot. Maybe we should have it like that instead. I mean, I'm not going to cook for five people right now.
So on the menu today, we got some kebab meat. I think that's kind of done here. There.
And then we got the bread. I'm going to need one, maybe two. Just fry it a little bit.

The smoke is right in my eyes. Feels like im crying here. Is really good, though.
It's going to be interesting sleeping in that thing. So I got to finish this and then make some coffee, and then I'm going to. Well, I guess I'm going to try repairing that wall. On my little cabin there. This is kind of clean now So there. We got a fishing hole.
I might drill that later on. Do some fishing.. but I got to put a fire in that so i can.. I might as well just make my coffee there. I got some coal i the fire, why not use that. So i got this with me.
Luckily, this thing was just meant for a camera mount, so. But that will work. It's kind of exact There's a little hole there. It doesn't really matter.
I still gonna sleep with this kind of opened so. Little extra air doesn’t bother me I gotta leave this opened It's like a table in the table here. If you need some extra table.
Oh, this was strong. It seems to be some kind of girl magazine here. Kind of old, too.
I remember when that phone was on the market. That was a lot of years ago. I need to supply some more water to that Let’s leave that there I guess we can go out. Just checking the area, Seeing whats it’s further away there. Then I got to drill a hole and start trying to catch some fish. So I found this thing in my storage.
It's an old primus light, so I don't think this has been used for like 30, 35 years, something like that. It's just been sitting in a storage. I gotta try making this work.
So I got some fuel for that. Yeah. I never tried something like this, but I heard they are shining quite bright. Well, this was kind of deep with snow Glad i did not drive here Oh, that's kind of cool. Seems to be a little way in there. It doesn't really seem to be that much of a cave Just a little opening there.
Not more than that. See for your self. That's pretty much whats in there.
Be a lot of water pouring down from this cliffs This is kind of a nice spot. Sitting in the sun. Yeah. I don’t know. Doesn’t seem to be any fishes down here.
The sun is about to go down and the winds are kind of cold, out here so. Well, let’s drill a hole inside instead. I got to make the firewood ready before the dark comes in.
I guess we can put this like.. Like that. I think this is gonna last here All right, so this is already filled with liquid. So this has been here for 35 years, so that should burn. Still. So we're going to close that so we can get pressure in this.
So you can hear it pumping up the pressure. So in order to get this started you need to.. You supposed to make a pre fire in here. There's a little cup in here. You're supposed to get liquid in to. This is not the right liquid, but, I mean, it's. This thing burns.
I don't really have a funnel to doing so. Gotta use some tinfoil. Make a funnel here I don't think this thing is opened So I got this thing loose. Looks like this. So that little knob is controlling this plunger here.
And when i feel it like this, This seems to work. I've been messing around with this for a while now. It looks like I could take apart some more on this.
This is actually pretty cool. So on top of here, there's a little nozzle with a tiny, tiny little hole. I don't if you can see that, that's a little wire just sitting on top here that I guess restricts the flow.
And you pull it back and it's free flow. So now we can see this thing is actually working. Can see that, that thing is moving up and down. So I mean, I can spin this endlessly.
It's just going like a crank there I cleaned this. Seems like there were some debris in that. I think you need to be careful with the little knob there maybe. Oh, it’s starting to light up now Oh, look at that! Come on. Oh, this is so cool. Wounder how much you should pump in this? Can I, like now, turn the knob here Oh now it’s closing it Oh, what did i touch that for.. Okay. So I filled that thing again.

I just want this thing to light Oh, no. it going, ooh Well, you know what? I'm actually happy. I'm happy with that. I got to see it working. Maybe it wasn't working in in full power. There.
It's been sitting in a storage for, like, 35 years. What can you expect. All right, I'm happy with that. Let's go make some burgers.

Actually, im feeling Im might actually wake up on the floor there. It's not really, comfortable. On a scale 1 to 10. I would say I will give it a strong, maybe 2.
I'm not really that picky, though Okay. Well, that that. The fireplace is really explosive. It goes from 0 to 100 in like, one second and then it goes out. But, I mean, I had to, like, three times I woke up and put fire in that thing. Not really that bad It's some good weather.
Think it's around. What can it be? Around minus 4. Maybe. 0630 in the morning. So I got some stick bread. I'm not sure if that's the correct term in english there but, It's pretty much just.
Flour, baking soda and salt in this. This is also something we made back in the days in school. You just mix that with some water. Would be fun doing some kind of camping like this.
Just flying to the camping spot with the Paramotor I thought about doing that but, You can't really get much gear with you with that motor i have. It's kind of small for me, It works for me. But if I'm going to bring stuff and such. i kind of need a bigger motor It’s just an 80cc Hard getting airborne with stuff on that. All right.

I got kind of a lot of dough here, so I might just, Let's just make everything here This is a big one. It's like a baguette Okay. This has been sitting here for a while. Oh, the coal Yeah, that Is getting toasty. Let's get this burnt thing of here A forest baguette That's what this is. It might be a little undone in the middle there, but Guess thats an bonus This was actually really good A little undone in the middle, but Still good.
I could straighten this up, there is a risk this might break. I have a feeling it's been bent before. And, well. Yeah. It doesn't really have to be a problem thought. Maybe i could use this. Getting that trough
Okay, so this is not coming out. Looks solid to me. This is definitely a place I got to visit, in the summer, i got to bring the canoe and Do some fishing and tenting here. Would be really nice seeing this in the summer, how it looks.
