[Nasheed] Assalam-o-Alaikum, welcome to the new episode of Grip on Trip Today I am going to a place for which I have been getting a lot of messages for a long time Unfortunately, I was visiting Skardu every year but couldn't cover it in the vlog But, Today I have reserved for this work Today, We are going to the Bashu forest Bashu forest is the emerging point in the Skardu tour And it is becoming more and more popular Many people have visited this place two or three times Today's episode is going to be very special, I am also very excited because I am going there the first time This is a 4*4 jeep track, we are travelling on bike, today the sunlight is very strong It is said that there is 33 degree centigrade temperature in Skardu I hope we don't get too hot there in Bashu forest Let's go and see what are the facilities available in Bashu Forest For the last five or six years, the name of this place is being heard a lot, let's see if any hotel has been built there or not We will check all the details regarding Jeep fares, rent, shops and other things Let's go, we will see the route, specially after the turn, how is the jeep track Stay with me The sun is quite bright today I wish the sun would be less I have applied sun block for the first time in my life In the past few tours, I used to take sunblock with me but returned it unused Right now it is 10 o clock morning time, within an hour we will reach Bashu turn, InshaAllah And after that turn, in 1 or 1.25 hour we will reach at the top of Meadow, InshaAllah Let me check the tyres MashaAllah To reach Bashu forest, If you are coming from Karakoram Highway Then on Skardu road, you will find its turn after 144 KM on Jaglot Skardu road And the distance from Skardu city to Bashu Forest is 34 KM I can't tell the exact distance from main road to the meadow But it is true that it will take you two hours to reach there And this is a complete Jeep track You cannot reach there in your own car While traveling to Babusar yesterday, I had to stop at Astaq Which is located at Jaglot Skardu Road But my two friends Baaz and Ahmed could not reach Astaq So I had to go Skardu too By the way, A new thing has been discovered that is in Kachura So, I had to travel 80 KM more than my plan I am not a regular biker, so the journey of 356 KM was too much for me In this journey, I fell down from the Bike but Alhamdulillah not much hurt Just a muscle pull in my right arm [Nasheed] [Music] This is such a dangerous scene, I can't tell you There is a lot of noise here, loud noise A quite big jump of water comes in the River Sindh, Allah ho Akbar Allah is remembered by seeing this scene Now we are 10 KM away from the turning towards Bashu [Nasheed] Jeeps are standing here, and many people parked their cars here and going to the top Let's go and inquire about the charges in both conditions If you come in your own car or if you come from Skardu city Also, we will check how the route is As we have to travel on an Off-road track, We will store our heavy bags in any shop Assalam-o-Alaikum brother, what are the charges for going inside? 10,000 rupees from here And the car coming from Skardu city, it must charge 18-20 thousand rupees How far is this Skardu city from here? You have seen the flow of the river Indus, I am very afraid of this river But for the last three years, I have been crossing this river on such bridges Bilamik Bridge was similar to this bridge The bridge swings with the strong wind, making it very difficult to cross In this travel series, we are going to visit different locations First, we will travel on Jaglot Skardu Road Then we will go to Bashu Forest and will see a new lake in Kachura Locals call it Suskum Lake, but it is also known as Green Lake Then from here, we will again go to Karakoram Highway And travel to Gilgit, Naltar Valley After Naltar Valley, we will go to the top of the glacier And then on return, we will enter Phandar Valley through Gilgit After spending a day in Phandar Valley, we will go to Chitral through Shindoor Pass So, my friends, this is my travel plan Now don't ask me, You were in the UK, when did you come to Pakistan? As soon as the journey started, my bag went out of balance Because the road is too bad, Now I am trying to keep my goods at someone's shop or house So that the bike is light and this problem is not there the road is bad but the climb becomes too much from the turning The track is so much off-road, Look at our bags, they become dirty And their setting is disturbed My cabinet is sitting here, Yes my children Ahmed is with us first time on the tour and he is operating a camera And He is Baaz, you see him often Right now we have done only 10 min track while these people are saying it will take another hour It will be very easy if we keep these bags somewhere I thought that as soon as we crossed the bridge, some shops would come But we came 1 KM up, this is a big task to travel 1-Km on an Off-road track If we keep our belongings somewhere, it will be much easier for us They both are on one Honda 125, and this is a different thing, Both of them will weigh between 60 to 65 kg I asked the children below, and they said that the shop will come after five minutes It means, our 15-20 minutes [Nasheed] Now we have left our bags at the back shop That brother was telling me, that after 2-3 KM the climb will be normal At this time, it seems very strong and sometimes we have to push forward with our feet. While returning back, will collect our bags from the shop. InshaAllah Let's go ahead by taking Allah's name But even after unloading the bag, we did not get any special relief Because there is a raw mud layer on the road Due to the steep climb here, it becomes very difficult to ride a bike If I had been given the correct information, I would have done this journey on a Jeep In the bike journey, there are some places where you have to push your feet This is why the breath is heavy I have a problem in breathing My decision was wrong about come here on a bike I am standing at a point where no Jeep coming from the bottom and no one coming from the top I have sent Baaz and Ahmed on a motorcycle Now I am going there by walking slowly I have given my bike to Ahmed because they were facing trouble on one bike Alhamdulillah, I got a lift They are also going up in the ground Small villages are coming on this road but the road is quite narrow Even our Jeep got stuck here There was less space on the road due to which our jeep got stuck After passing through the village we now have to travel along this canal This water is coming from Bashu Forest The people who gave me a lift are all class fellows from Matric And for 25 years these guys have been touring These people are from Wazirabad, Hafizabad and Ali Pur Chatta side All these areas belong to my maternal side, so I became friendly with these people [Nasheed] The Bashu forest path is rough, narrow and at some places even dangerous There are no safety arrangements here, locals take care of this path Travelling on this narrow trail in the rain can be very dangerous There is no need to come here with family Because often dangerous turns I could not show you Alhamdulillah, We have arrived here And the one-and-a-half-hour route that was told to us has taken us two and a half hours Its route is more bumpy and rough than the Bilamik It took us 2 hours to reach here I don't know about their time calculation, maybe their watches are faster But the hardships of the path are forgotten, once you reach the top Such a beautiful meadow, SubhanaAllah I often say this, when you are eating something and you are saying that it has a great taste But you are the only person eating that, other person never understands that taste But this is something that I can show you and say that it is extremely beautiful If this place is not beautiful, you can see and decide for yourself [Nasheed] The fatigue and effort of the journey is now being forgotten This is a very different landscape Water springs spread over the entire valley and mountains at the back add beauty to the environment Alhamdulillah, we saw a new place today [Nasheed] How much rent for the ride?
