even this is special here? yes, leaving that bread butter jam, lilva beans sagu puffs, that's already finished for today this is bun butter jam, oh.. nice! now we are tasting the famous dish on Saturday sunday, its called Dhamroot, as they said already, Dhamroot is also called pumpkin halwa, from 68 years only on Saturday and Sunday they prepare this dish, and it's their tradition. let's taste this. it's smelling really nice! this gives a really nice ghee flavor, I never ate like this sweet till now. There is ghee, grated pumpkin, cashews, dry grapes, Vey nice, Super! we remove seeds from the pumpkin, grate it, fry it again boil it in hot water, then squeeze all the water then we add khova, ghee, butter, grapes, cashews, and then we bake it. I thought u put it on Dhum because it's very crispy on top. no, we don't dhum, we bake it in the oven. 68 years old dish, imagine how good it can be., try once, because it's only one life.

cashew, dry grapes and baked crispiness gives a very good taste. this is honey cake, its made with pure honey let's taste this, isn't it mouth-watering? its very spongy, honey flavor, on top a little cream, grated coconut, it gives a little crunchy texture to this cake, very nice! this is Khara bun butter congress, They call KBC in short form. they add butter and peanuts in to it and roast this this is available every day, only dhamroot is available on Saturdays and Sundays lets taste this, little spicy, little crunchy, also a lot of butter, melts in ur mouth actually.

very nice, after a sweet, this spice is really nice to eat this is called Special bun, in this, they fill butter and jam, at home, we eat normal bread butter jam, with this special bun milk and grapes are included with this bread, they spread butter and jam, loads of butter and jam. even this melts in your mouth. super, everything is super, 3 dishes i tried, all three are very good 2nd quiz question, which is the state fruit of Karnataka? nice, its hot, it's giving a nice cardamom flavor, sweet is proper, milk is proper they put a mud mug or a pot in hot charcoal, and pour the masala chai into it. it gives a nice sizzling effect. basically, this is called tandoori tea. spicy chutney, sweet chutney, onions, coriander leaves, and sev we dont gett this anywhere in this street? no, you dont get this annywhere here, this is all Sindhi dish so this is your own recipe here. so they are saying, it's a Sindhi dish, pakwan/poori, they will break this pakwan and add a layer of dal to it then they add spicy chutney, sweet chutney, onions, coriander leaves, & sev and serve this dish, it's giving a nice masala smell. 1st it gives a taste of crispy poori, daal, spicy & sweet chutney onion, and other ingredients gives a good taste.
