China has the WORLD'S BIGGEST Electronics Market | Shenzhen is INSANE
good job I like that welcome to Shenzhen in the south of China where we're going to take you today to one of the largest electronic markets here in China and most likely in the entire world welcome to Huaqiangbei we're right in front of seg-E Market have a look at the size of this monster here, all the way up there this entire place is shops everywhere shopping centers plazas whever you want to call it on both sides all around there and this side here as far as you can see it's All Electronics everywhere now most likely in your home right now you're have one piece of electronics, some gadgets gizmos drones phones apples DJI drones that would be made in Shenzhen this is the Silicon Valley not just of China but the entire world let's go on a little tour and show you what this place has to offer we want to go and get some things because you can't come to Shenzhen and not buy some Electronics here because this is the heart of everything Electronics in the world it's got to be done okay here we go we are walking in you guys honestly I am very excited for this day because I think we're going to find some absolute bargains anything electronic this is the place to be oh my gosh look at all of that cluster of cables this is absolutely insane we have walked in and straight away we've seen phones we've seen hair dryers we've seen charging leads yeah whatever that is oh I love these I absolutely love these ones these are all USB chargers they look good that's so cool imagine having this turned on at night when your room's all dark yeah they're like bright ones I love them oh we need us one of these oh look they've got like different heads so you got the apple lightning Port you've got the USB C and you've got the other charger here as well so oh that's actually really cool should we get one? yeah how much for these? 10? okay um what color would you want to go for oh I don't know shall we go for a blue or what do you like a purple or green I don't know or gold this one go for whichever one you want I like the yellow okay yellow it is let's go for a yellow can we get this one this color!! one yes please oh just take it off there we go easy job that was simple okay so 10 yuan guys for a cable that is going to charge all three of our products from this lovely guy here and everybody of course has their alipay and their WeChat QR code so we just scan makes it nice and easy you guys we don't have to carry around lots of cash but look we've got loads of different cables here honestly I have no idea because this is not my department this is way more Taz's Department these are for your CPUs and stuff okay for your mobile and other devices as well USBC you've got a lightning port for your Apple these are really cool the reason I stopped is because of the color looks like there's like light traveling through it yeah it does look really cool that's my first lesson of the day you guys learning what the different plugs are for because I have no idea I just smile and Nod and I let Taz do the rest of it because no idea alright we've just entered the market and we've already made our first purchase so how quick was that? not exactly sure what we want to buy, there are a few things but we will see as in when things come along, if we like them we will get them, so you guys already as we've walked in I've seen watches you have some smart watches? do you have a an Android one yeah okay okay can we see? these look nice okay yeah okay let's have a look already here we have hair dryers we have watches very nice we have one Android and one apple and okay Apple okay yeah okay okay look at this so we have these smart watches here you guys which we've been debating getting one for a little while but we've kind of put it off because we both obviously have watches G-Shock ah I love G-Shock she's got more uhuh same yeah I was going to say that's a very different quality mine's like the original thing but that is like a low quality how much is that one? the Casio how much for the Casio here 120yuan okay and uh can you do 100 yuan ? one yeah many many no want okay we're not doing business right now like people normally what they do is they come here get one, sample it see if it's good and then come back and get like a whole batch because down here this is a wholesale Market Shenzhen is known for everything literally like from the smallest component to the biggest thing that you can imagine anyway look at this one so this is the Android based one so we need two we want one Android we want one apple so we'll see how that goes... app okay you need to download an app link it to your phone and it will work with your phone as well okay so it's got alipay It's got Weixin okay okay NFC and stuff cool how much is that? 288yuan oh wow this is expensive wow many many one okay if I get two one apple and one two oh 165 okay I think we might take a look around there are other ones... you like any of the others maybe like maybe this? like Mobile City? or something so we're going to go over the road and look into another Plaza see if we can find it you got Mi down here as well these are a very popular Chinese company yeah these guys have a new car out as well a new electric car which is super super popular here in China so far it's got a big reputation guys and they are really excited that this new car has been released we've seen everybody talking about it everybody is really interested in so it must be good yeah it looks like a porsche yeah very similar fraction of the price as well yeah we saw it in one of the shopping malls here in Shenzhen looked absolutely gorgeous there was an entire queue of people that were just lining up to see the car so that was quality speaks volumes about the anticipation for the release of that car I don't think it's been released yet okay should we just see if we can find it on the map Mobile City mobile city mall I don't know we got Huawei here places beginning to light up like a little Christmas tree so I think we found the phone accessories Plaza yes I think we did we seem to be in the right sort of area there's a lot more phone cases in here there's loads of different bits and pieces accessories look there's loads of stuff behind there as well there's phone covers for sure but do you see the ones that we're afterI haven't seen it just yet but I'm hopeful I'm very hopeful around we will find it because there's like little kitty cameras phone covers everywhere but not the the ones that we're looking for okay not here I think we found what we were looking for there we go okay we got this this is what we were looking for there we go oh wow look all of these as well I didn't even see these they're cool though aren't they wow Mickey Mouse some dragons beautiful but this is the one we're after so we have this and it's good for this?
