You guys too. So. Hey Sunday mornings, we. Usually get to talk a little bit about the business you you. Talked to Josh this morning and yesterday. He shared with you guys a vision of the future what. We've accomplished, over the past few months and, where we're going I'm. Gonna put some meat on the bones and, we're. Gonna talk a little bit about the love bombs we dropped this weekend, I'm, gonna give you a get a little, bit more love. Because. You guys love love. Just. A love fest here this weekend. So. Let's get started, first. Off, the. State of our union this is a story of growth isn't it you already know that if you've been here to any of our major events in fact let's do it this way how, many of you are, attending. A major event for WorldVentures, for the first time let me hear ya. Alright, so here's what you need to know, we. Have been the most consistent and, fast, and greatest. Growth company, and in our, industry for the past 10 years. Right. Tripling. The second-place, competitor. More than a thousand, percent growth over that period and, there been some ups and downs along, the way we've gone up we've gone down we've gone up we've gone down but it's kinda like we're playing with a with a yo-yo but we're walking up the stairs right, so. Generally, the growth has been like this it's. Gonna continue that way because. We have a plan we, have the leadership we, have the technology, and we have you, you. Guys are really the secret ingredient, you guys are the secret to our success and, if you've been here this weekend, tuned, in you get why because, there is no other culture like ours there's. No product like ours and with, the highest payout in the entire industry complementing. That it makes a big difference in whether or not people get, it and then get get in to it and we, wanted to look at the future. From. A foundational, perspective, we thought, sometimes. Yourself From the competition there is no other company in the top 100, direct sales companies, even. In our category, if you add all of those, in the top 200 up they don't even come close to, what. Talked about us being a unicorn we call ourselves a dragon we're not at all like anybody, else in our industry, but really it comes down to this pay and play. Or. Play, and pay our. Product, is all about how we have fun right how. We play and of course the pay plan is everything as well how, we compensate, you guys for building. An. Organization, of representatives, and your customer book of course and it, feels to us like we really want to make sure that we focus on the basics, this year how do we just nail this and then. Simplify, they make sure that we get those core components right Josh talked to you about the foundation, and how important that is but. If we look at DreamTrips, and we just try to simplify the story and break. It into let's say three categories, the first of those categories, would be our product and again let's keep it simple let's be, humble, you've, heard the expression speak. Softly and carry a big stick right. So. You, know we don't have to have the grandest of goals but let's have at least one one, basic, goal so we've got one just very humble, basic goal and that's destroy, all competitors. It's. Basic right I mean that's simple, it's. The synced, destroy. All competitors. You, know. How. Have that terminal on a screen and they do. This and they order your food and they swipe your card what. If we own part of that what. If we could be integrated into that experience, what if fly and, DreamTrips. Local and your. App and all of it integrated. Seamlessly. Into one experience, how's that for a vision, we. Can do that with partners like thirst like fly what. We're doing with DTL is not just about a dining network I'm hoping. That this whole concept of ecosystem, is sinking into you guys you're. Getting that this is about owning the leisure space about. Bringing, more value to you guys and your, product, such that every person you introduce this to gets that they need this they. Want this to protect and preserve and even enhance their leisure life daily, and globally. We. Give you some updates on fly yesterday as well didn't we we. Talked about how that technology is evolving and we gave you some of the date timelines, the, iPad is now live Android. Right. That's, launching on February 12. We're. Gonna be able to lock we're actually gonna be able to load loyalty, cards into it in March an NS, cease first timeline, for. Testing in an alpha state, and then beta after it is July. Why. Are we focusing, so much on this I want to talk about the technology for a moment how it integrates into our DTL platform, this, is not about the card. What. It's, not about the card the card is part, of the ecosystem it's, part of DTL it's part of the rewards platform, it's part of what we're doing from, a payments, ecosystem, perform a perspective, as well guys this.

Is How we're looking at it we're looking at owning, this space and transforming. It in a way that, provides the most payment options at the most locations, in our network and allows you to navigate all of the complexities, of loyalty, programs as diverse, as they are in one, place compress.
