shop fast food joint and an industrial canteen we were doing fine until one day competition caught up with us and we had to close down our businesses it was a sad day indeed for the 30 employees that we had as for my family it was heartbreaking to leave them behind to survive the financial hit so in 2005 i came to the u.s to join the rat race self-care was not a priority chasing the almighty dollar was i was not eating healthy exercise was running running from one job to another and at the same time going to school for my master's degree i not only had stress for breakfast i also had it
