hey y'all good evening good evening everybody i want to make sure that i am indeed live right [Music] now had a couple coaching sessions here um let me make sure i don't have another one get ready to come up which i should be free for this time but hey y'all i wanted to give y'all some free game real quick a lot of y'all have been hopping on to the automated webinar lifetime access for 38 okay like i still can't believe that the company is doing that but i am grateful because there's a lot of people that are um paying okay there's a lot of people that are paying hundreds of dollars to host automated webinars so i often tell people no matter what product or service you are um let's see here no matter what product or service that you are selling no i'm free uh that you should have automate your business process so this video is free game all right so if you know somebody in business i don't care what kind of business it is you want to tag them on this video and if you are watching and you actually own a business go ahead and comment what industry you're in do not drop a link you will get deleted okay but tell us what industry you're in there's a lot of people who um like to sell different products services maybe it's your own product or service maybe you are in affiliate marketing network marketing um yeah just go ahead and tell us what industry you're in and i will you know be sharing information throughout this live but i wanted to actually talk about how simple it is to automate your business how freeing it is to automate your business so some of y'all might be like me and don't even really know what that means okay so i knew that when i first got started in online business my babies were babies yaya and jojo are nine and ten when i got started online marketing they were one and two years old yeah that's crazy huh tyrae was 15. so i had a full-time corporate high-level executive job that was very tiring i traveled a lot for my job um just all the things that people will say are reasons why they can't start a business were the reasons why i started a business online but then i quickly found that the strategies and things that i was being taught was even more overwhelming than my job there were always a conference call or hotel meeting to go to there were home parties there was a webinar everything required my live presence okay so i remember the first thing i felt like i needed in my life y'all i prayed about i'm like god there gotta be a better way like we literally on these phone calls saying the exact same thing every single call there has to be a way that i can automate this phone call and with free conference call it was like the heavens gates or the clouds opened the sun was shining it was like it's in your face this whole time so the very first time that i actually realized that i could host a call and people think i was live but i really wasn't game over because at that point i'm like okay listen i need to now figure out how to host a webinar where people think i'm there right then and there but i'm not and then i realize people don't care if you live they just want the information that's how i've been able to grow six figures multiple times through youtube because people just want the information and on youtube they know that you're not live okay even if you go live on youtube it's a recording most people will catch a recording like this video some of y'all are on here live okay you can hashtag live and some of you are gonna catch the replay you can hashtag replay but it's a fact that you're going to get more people to watch your replay than to watch your live so i'm a very logical person if y'all are familiar with the color personalities the red blue green and yellow i am a red green personality okay so i'm very logical and i'm like people are telling me well i can't make it to your event oh man i wish i could get the information like you have to be there you know oh man i'm gonna miss that webinar do you have a recording can you just send me a video so i'll start paying attention if i have more people asking for a video or a replay then that are showing up live why am i doing this live can any of y'all relate if you can relate put some hearts on the video now this relates to any industry so one of the things that i also realized that really changed the game for me is that you should never position yourself as a sales person for your product or your service now i know the goal is to make a sale earn a profit right but you should not position yourself as a salesperson so when y'all are on social media facebook instagram tick tock youtube people are educating right or they're sharing some information about news they're letting you know something they're answering questions why is that because people want information they want to learn okay you're on youtube the content on youtube like youtube was even designed as a platform for people to go on there to learn okay and youtube have billions of viewers every day not every week not every month there are billions of people on youtube every single day learning something all right so my husband changed the light in my car okay that the officer told me about today the brake light and he looked it up on youtube how to get that done my husband is not a mechanic okay uh i refrigerate i'm like we need to get this glass out can't break it what do we do go on youtube figure it out people are on these platforms to learn so in your business you will be the game changer if you learn how to educate give inform and give information all right so that doesn't require then you to be present for everything now some of y'all sell products maybe that um requires a sample i know there are some people that have health and wellness products maybe you have something you're like well i want to show how it tastes or all that you can even automate that there are people that have companies and products just like you people go on these websites they watch a video where they're learning about the product whatever that may be and they can click a button and ask for a sample to be sent without ever talking to you okay they can click a button and say i don't even want the sample i want the product so imagine how often you can get people contacting you seeing your product buying your product without ever even talking to you powerful okay i had over 20 people in two different companies sign up with me that 99.9 of them didn't even reach out to me i have to talk to them on the phone i talked to one lady and she just wanted to chat like there's just you know i count on one hand how many people in a whole month i actually physically talk to most people they're gonna see something that piques their interest i send them to a link they get on my link they have videos that they will watch all right they're going to put their name and email on my list my email list that email list follow up on my behalf and whenever they're ready they sign up so that is something that you should aspire to have in your business like 100 i can unplug from my business without feeling like i'm losing okay or like oh man i have to be there i have to be there now i will tell you that once you set your business up like this it will spoil you to where it's going to be really hard for you to give your life time i'm like i rather use my time to coach and train my team than to uh do a live webinar for prospects so here's the other sign that i knew i'm gonna raise my chair up a little here's another sign that i knew i needed to automate my business some of you guys probably can relate to this is when i'm on a live webinar presenting the opportunity and there are more business partners than there are prospects okay i have literally been on webinars where there's a hundred and fifty people on the webinar and 146 of them are already in the business four prospects on a call okay that might be no i'm not exaggerating because you could tell by the chats and then you get to know your people right so you like i really did this for four prospects then you might as well call that a training it's not really a prospecting situation when they could have gotten that same information in a video all right so then on the back side of that team members were saying oh man my sister missed it she worked late oh man my cousin she couldn't get on and she forgot about it or they couldn't be on because of their work schedule so i'm like is the live situation really productive i'm looking for productivity is it productive right so what if someone could actually um if you could let's say have four prospects on your live presentation but that same day you could have 50 people watch a video because they're watching it when it's the best time for them sometimes i wake up in the morning and i have brand new people that are on my team that signed up at three o'clock in the morning that signed up at six o'clock in the morning or at two o'clock in the afternoon when i'm with my children so you want people to be able to have access to your information for your company without you so then it makes marketing easy so if that's the only thing you have to do is create marketing content information and peak people's interest everything that happens on the back end is automatic all right that's why they call it automated business systems automated webinars automated training that was the other thing i used to do like weekly trainings and i'm like well people stop showing up then we got to figure out a different solution i am that way i'm sorry i had a handful of people over the past several years like lamonde you start you don't finish yes i finished but i finished because i work smarter not hard i don't know who car that is um i work smarter not harder so if people aren't showing up to be trained they don't mean that i stopped training that mean that i create a training and give them a link to the video so they can get it whenever they want instead of creating a culture of you have to be on this live and if you don't get it you miss it i hate that type of culture right there are so many people that are that way they are so disrespectful to people and their time and their freedom to where they'll have these trainings and say if you can't get on live you miss it well what if you had a death in a family what if you got sick what have you got pulled over by the police like i did this morning okay what if you don't feel like it then you just miss out on information that could literally change the course of your business so then i'm like okay well i'll set up a training website i'll set up videos out orientation videos so i don't have to be live with every single person i don't have to have these events or whatever and now if you're someone like myself i like to take notes and sometimes i will re-watch a video to learn that's respectful right because some people are scared to ask questions anyway you do a whole train to ask anybody have questions no one has a question on the zoom as soon as you get off the zoom your inbox lit up with questions right so you might as well create an environment where people can get that information watch it as many times as they choose to and then create you a facebook group to support those people so if you're selling a product or service create your facebook support group people can get the information when they need it or want and they can ask their questions and then you can go in there and answer those questions and if you create a good enough community you'll even have people answering the questions for you again creating less stress and more freedom can y'all relate to that right i remember i used to be so stressed out my husband was like baby you need office hours people could call me any time they could text me email me and i i would never shut off i would not say if i saw your message i couldn't ignore you i had to answer so it was like literally running my life to where i could not unplug and that was not unhealthy i got burned out i was sick there were times i wouldn't eat and then i was sad and disappointed because i also couldn't reach my goals if i was always experiencing burnout all right and so um also when i was building my team locally and getting people into hotel meetings then i'm like i don't just want a local i don't just want texas people right i don't want just houston people how do i get people on my team in these other states if i don't know other people in other states i need to be seen and heard but i need to position myself as an educator so with the automated process you guys is so simple if you really think about how business works then it will help you truly be able to um put your business in a perspective where people will respect you and you will build a business of self-sufficient people so this really relates to those of you who have coaching programs or for those of you that are in direct sales in network marketing where you're building a team that they're they are learning from you and you know things like that so i see people that they just set up their teams for failure upfront they mean well but they do it so wrong and what i mean by that i'm just running my mouth i want to make sure y'all can still uh hear hear and see me um real quick i'm sorry so there's a lot of people see if y'all commenting and stuff okay good um make sure these comments aren't saying that y'all can't hear and see me yep okay good y'all can you can put hearts on the video i just have my phone up so i can see because there have been times i've done this and then people like girl we couldn't even hear you and i'm crying so um anyways there are people that they set up their businesses wrong because most people come from a job environment all right thank you for the hearts um some people come from a job environment so a job wants you to rely on them you get started on the job you can't touch a button until someone trains you all right that's most jobs okay you can't do anything until someone trains you and so what happens in the direct sales and network marketing industry people come with that same mentality oh you can't do anything we need to schedule a one-on-one orientation i need to walk you through everything so unfortunately y'all what happens when you create an environment like that people are scared to do anything without you it's like oh my gosh okay so you walked me through everything now i'm ready to do it now your phone blowing up your text messages your emails they're pulling from you they need you okay i made the same mistake so i'm not judging i'm just saying it makes a total difference so when you set your marketing up with self-sufficiency you have more people that will do everything themselves so what i mean by that the way that you get on my team you did everything yourself you saw something that you were interested in you went and watched the video by yourself i didn't send it to you you clicked on a link you put in your own name and your own email you watched that video by yourself check all right if you have questions i have a q a video for everything that i do so and that comes with time okay some of you may have just started a business and you're not really familiar but real quick you will be able to learn the top questions people have or you can go on google and say the top people quit top questions people have about whatever your product or service is and you can literally create a video like that you don't like to be on video first thing i ever did was a faq on my website so i didn't do a video i just listed here are the top questions people have here are the answers here's the link to sign up about my product okay that's what you have to think so now they got the information themselves they got their questions answered themselves and if they're ready to make a buying decision they will do that themselves they will easily click the link that you have on your website and i do have a free training on how to complete your landing page in my learn with lavonda facebook group okay totally free very detailed i'll go step by step on how to build your own landing page with your own branding okay so on there you'll have a link they get the information get their questions answered and they can sign up they can do all of that without you when you get your email notifications bam invite them to your team facebook group or your community facebook group that you have of all the people that's using your product or services okay your support group okay so when people do that themselves you guys when they sign up they are already expecting self-sufficiency i can get my training without you i can get started without you however you do want to be that leader to be there and accessible if needed okay so even while creating all that self-sufficiency you're going to be very surprised how many people actually reach out to you for support i love that like while i'm on the phone and i have people they don't know like they're getting to know me as a leader like i'm sorry i'm bugging i'm like you can't bug me like i have these times set out for a reason i'm i hate to bother you you're not bothering me ask your questions right they'll say well i'm pretty sure you're busy i am but you clicked on my link to schedule a time when i'm not busy okay and so but you you'll be so surprised how many people really don't need your help if you create your business for self-sufficiency now when i get lazy people that can't they don't want to watch a video they're asking me questions i won't answer them it could be a simple question too like how much does it cost to get started that means you didn't watch the video or read anything on my website so i can easily say how much it costs i'm stubborn y'all i'm like come on now you couldn't read or watch i'm not telling you nothing i am going to say go back to the link the information is there i had one lady say so you couldn't just tell me how much it cost no because if i do that then when you sign up and i'm saying there's all the training you're gonna expect me to just tell you all that too i'm not setting you up and set me up i may not be the team for you right i had to tell a lady that before too we had spent 40 minutes on a call which was expected because she booked a 45 minute uh call session with me which i offer that to people who after all that information they still have questions there are some people that way so i don't want to block their blessing in mind right so she booked a time we stayed on the phone 40 minutes she was late for the original call but i was like oh it's okay i'm just driving to take my daughter to cheer no problem answer all her questions y'all so the next day she was blowing me up but that was not my time to answer questions so she said well since you can't answer my simple questions i will not be joining your team i showed it to my husband because lavonda was about to respond not travel queen okay two totally different types of responses so my husband was like man it's just best not to say anything at all i was like okay that i won't say anything and i didn't so that made her mad she responded she was like oh my god i really thought that you were going to be a good leader for me i guess i need to find another team so then i was disobedient to my man y'all i responded and i said i'm sorry but we spent 40 minutes on a call yesterday i answered your questions and now the questions that you're asking are literally the same ones that you had yesterday i don't have a problem getting on the phone with you but it's not during the time that i can actually get on the phone with you like i didn't even owe her an explanation and i shared with her i was like you're right i am not the right team for you i wish you will god bless you she signed up with me like six months later thinking i forgot about her you know what i mean and i didn't but i'm not begging for business i'm not chasing anybody and i am not about to break my peace of mind just for a dollar okay some people are that way they're like oh my gosh i can't believe this lady she was whatever and they just freaked out y'all mm-hmm not doing it because what i then know is that if if you can't translate that maybe this isn't for you and i'm okay with that you can be the same way all right so just in short like when you're setting up uh the ways to automate your business just think about how you naturally do things one of the things that i did was i was posting online there were posts where i couldn't even respond to all the posts i had posts that blew up in facebook groups where there's like 300 comments i'm like oh my lord i'm having to hire people to help me answer those comments and i'm like there got to be a better way i don't care if people commenting they want info just go to the link and get the information right so then you will have a source that will give that information without you having to touch and talk to every single person so i was told from some people that just didn't know any better that you cannot build a personal touch or create a personalized relationship with people building solely online and i will tell you that is 100 percent lies okay thankfully we have other forms of communication like i'm on my zoom link right now streaming from my office so i'll get on zoom with my team we connect we have all types of different things that we do virtually and we travel together too okay we'll meet up in places sometimes we're meeting in places different times but not only that i've had people who have literally followed me for years before joining my team they join my team and they'll say like i feel like i know your whole family because of your social media because then i also don't just talk about business i do want people to get to know me as a person so i'll share date night and family night and i'll talk about my kids and i mean they've literally grown up online right uh y'all see ty graduate high school and college you know yaya and jojo they are like they're they're becoming big kids y'all just going to the fifth grade y'all yeah yeah it's going into the fourth grade so you know with all of that then when i finally meet people in person like most of my team i have not met i even have team members in london i haven't met yet or in countries i never even heard of when we finally meet it's gonna feel like we already know each other when i was in new york a few weeks ago it felt like that with my team there already that was our first time meeting in person but it did not feel like it so you definitely can keep a personal touch building your business virtually you have to maintain your integrity and be truly who you are so when i do like coaching calls or we have team meetups online i don't always look like this sometimes i have on a t-shirt i have on my robe because i'm always cold the kids might come in and out that's the natural flow of my household so you can definitely create that bond and relationship with people virtually so i've had people that say i've been following you for years i feel like i know you i trust you i'm ready to sign up and they haven't met me in person you can create the exact same thing for your business you have to show up some people don't show up enough they like in and out of their business like you here and then three months you gone well guess what people feel like you treat your business like that like oh i don't know if he gonna be here because one day here and then three months later he's popping up again or she's here and then i'm like oh what happened and then they pop up again so a lot of times what will attract people to your business that's a whole other coaching is consistency all right i've had people to say i want to sign up with you because girl you're about your business i want to sign up with you because i've never seen anyone do it the way that you do it you know and it's just being consistent but you can also um follow up so the automated webinar that's being sold for 38 one time or even that free landing page training that i have given you guys access to in the learn with lavender group you can set up emails to follow up without you that is so important and this was just common sense to me right because anytime that i've gone to somebody else's website just to get whatever free pdf they have or to learn more information next thing you know i'm getting emails from them all the time following up with me reminding me to whatever it is about their product or service that they offer so when i start getting into it i'm like girl do the same thing some of y'all discredit yourselves you overthink and you're like well i don't have i'm not tech savvy uh me either but i can click a button and move that mouse around that's all you need it's not like way back in the day where you had to know html codes and things like that in fact if you do need a code most of those are already on those websites but the resources that i use is so simple like they have templates you pick the one that you like how it look and you update it with your information so anybody can do this i have people that have been following me for years that are in every different phase of life okay from the teens all the way to their 80s you guys yes 80s all right and they are doing these things themselves because that's the environment i've created and if they have questions no problem but y'all can do it okay mostly all those watching this video right now you can do it so your follow-up emails you can give testimonials you can say hey um i'm gonna host a special q a session and you can create a video automate that and answer questions or you can do it live all right so there have been times where i'm like you know what once a month maybe i'll do this live q a or i'm just thinking two days ahead if i don't have anything to do friday it's monday at this time i'm just going to email my list of all these people who are interested all by themselves i'm gonna email them and say hey i'm gonna be online for an hour to get your questions answered i had a lady she was so nasty about it too oh my gosh so she responded to one of my emails and said um i keep getting your emails and i did not uh you put me on your list i said man i'm sorry you're getting emails you no longer want but you can click the unsubscribe button so some people be out here forgetting they're being nosy i remember one time somebody reported me to our company i'm like the only way you could have got that email is that you went to my website and put in your name and your email because i do not spam people i don't want to waste my time trying to give somebody information that they did not ask for or want okay so i'm like uh no ma'am i did not put you on this list she was like being really weird about it so um i went back to our company i'm like i know for a fact i didn't put it but is there a way that a spammer could have done that so he looked on there and there's a way you could track everything it says no she clicked in north carolina okay i haven't been in north carolina since i worked in corporate okay she went she on her ip address in north carolina sign herself up on your email then she could take herself off right so anyways you are able to then create that and by law okay it is a law that people have to have the um opportunity to be able to unsubscribe and remove themselves which with the landing page training that i provide and the company that i use it's already on your website okay so it's nothing they have to do but unsubscribe people keep getting the information i had a lady join just over the weekend i had sent dubai 61 a night at a five-star hotel through my travel club she was like signing up so every follow-up email that you have you can continue to educate continue to share your story continue to give info and on every single email have a link to sign up for your product or service okay and again facebook group for support it's super simple super simple some of y'all are missing out on building big businesses so now it makes it easy for me to post on tick tock and in my stories because all i'm gonna do is lead somebody to a link that's going to do all the work for them so over the past several years i've been able to take some really good trips with my kids i don't have to say oh i can't because my business or you know all of these things because it was becoming very stressful and overwhelming i'm like picking between my business and my kids who gonna win y'all my babies i have walked out of conferences and conventions leaving trophies behind because i really don't care about this stuff to show up for my kids and i knew that i needed to create an environment that i could unapologetically do those types of things be there for my team and my business and be there for my children my kids will always win okay that's my value god first family second career third and your girl yaya was real funny she had asked um last week she i don't know she just wanted to have talk with mommy and daddy and she was like um mommy who is your favorite person because she's convinced that she is my favorite person i'm like i don't have a favorite person and she was like so god is this your favorite person like god isn't a person and so she was like so okay but who is your favorite person like in the house i'm like yeah yeah i don't have a favorite person in the house she was like what about at the table she she don't get it so then she asks like well can you put an order of the people that you really love the most and i'm like no child it's just like if you have to choose mommy who are you choosing i said well the bible say i have to pick your daddy first and then the kids and all y'all ranked the same it was so funny those are moments i don't even get to i don't know that's coming um but anyway with your business um you get a chance to decide what that looks like for you i don't think it's fair for anyone to have to miss out on their children's lives or building memories with their spouses and neglect the opportunity to get paid in your business okay so it may take a few months for you to really understand the flow of things but y'all need to automate that as fast as possible and thanks to social media and to all the internet in general people are already trained for self-sufficiency they're already trained for it they don't want to talk to you you don't want to talk to them okay people don't even like texting anymore i don't know one of the cheer mom she was saying that she had 40 something missed texts or unread text y'all look 2942 unread text i don't like text messages either if you know me you already know don't text lavonda she's gonna miss it you have a better chance of finding me on facebook messenger than text message but anyways um build your business the way you want it draw it out i have like all kinds of maps and things what do i want to do i don't mind posting on social media but i do not want to have to ask people what's the best day and time to call you back that's how i ran my business for a long time people said they were interested oh no i couldn't just send them something i was trained that way and i did it what's the best time and number to contact you back for the info some people like you got to call me we have to talk are you interested y'all get attitude like you want the information don't you i'm like no i really don't want to talk to them right or i've had situations where the conversation should have been over in like 10 minutes and we're on 30 minutes because i'm not rude and i just let people talk and i'm like oh gosh just sit up right can't get off the phone can't end it now i'm like overwhelmed and didn't make any money from that so i'd rather people have access to their information sign up they have real questions they'll ask them otherwise they won't i've had people to say man i loved i clicked on your link i got everything i needed i'm so excited to be on a team i've had people to contact me to let me know that they've joined my business before i even saw that they joined the business that's how you want to set your business up and the other thing the other freeing moment that i had in my business um for those of you who are in network marketing and direct sales you will be able to relate to what i'm getting ready to say okay i need to make sure i'm saying this in the most respectful way give me a moment okay so the industry of network marketing is very unique and it is a uh it could be a cult like environment could be okay that works for some people it works for some personalities that like to be in charge and everybody follow but as long as they're the only one up here and everybody's down here they're happy it could be the no there's only one way to do it and if you're not doing it my way i'm not helping you there's so many different like aspects in the industry i struggled with that initially because i knew that there was a better way even though it wasn't being taught particularly in my company okay um but i knew that there was a better way my husband helped me he's so like none like he's he's very supportive but he wasn't like on all the calls webinars trainings things like that he would come to some meetings like because he was supporting me but not like all in it okay has his own vision and business and jobs and things going on but he helped me by saying well just because it's not being taught don't mean that you can't learn it and implement it because as long as they're making money and you're following the rules you should be able to create it yourself so i'm saying this to say what was very beneficial to me was not being a cliquish person anyway okay very nice to people showed up to everything all that but it became real like cliquish but i understood that i wanted to build my business a certain way and still be successful some of you guys are struggling with that because then you think that well if i don't do it this way that's not really working for me anymore or as much as i would like then i might not be invited to the little private dinner or i'll be kicked out of the circle trust me when i say that all you have to do is maintain your professionalism that some of those same people that will turn their backs against you cannot deny your results or your success and don't be surprised if later on those invitations return because they cannot deny your success one of the hardest things that i had endured like early on was knowing in my heart and in my whole soul that this was the right way to build my business and even though i had absolutely no proof or evidence there was no one that i knew personally or that i saw or knew in my company that was building in this way or anything i just knew and god would bless you with a vision when you come across like different resources and tools you'll have a sense of peace you're like oh this is it this is what i've been looking for this is what i've been needing to learn this is this is it like you know it and trying to explain it to everybody i was trying to teach everybody i was trying and people like went straight over their heads but i never ever gave up on that strategy because god gave me peace in my heart so i said that in the most respectful way that i know how i endured a lot and i'm grateful for it i don't regret it at all okay i definitely don't regret it at all because where i am today i have a peace of mind tomorrow i get to take yaya to her cheer practice okay i get a chance to take her and her best friend and jojo to a water park we get a chance to have a good day my business will continue to grow as it does every day with or without me i get a chance to coach and train my team i get a chance to take my whole family to mexico again at the end of this month while we're hosting some other families for the very first time this will be our first group family trip uh i sleep well at night i love what i do i'm not overwhelmed i'm not stressed i have no regrets so i am going to challenge you guys to take this information and take action and if you've given up on network marketing i want you guys to understand safe place with me and yes that's a pitch okay because some people believe that everyone is the same in this industry and we are not i have never allowed this industry to change me i've been around a lot of different personalities i respect people but i maintain who i truly am through integrity okay which means the world to me so if you are looking for a home and i don't do the hype stuff or none of that we're just like genuine family-based faith-based let's have fun respect each other let's help each other type of environment i mean i have 30 000 people on my team it's okay because with time it'll come i don't chase numbers i don't chase people we just do the right thing in
