and good morning from Langkawi Malaysia so it's early morning and uh we just came to the restaurant for a bit of breakfast and uh then we will go from here we will whats next I always like the breakfast in the in the morning it's really very nice and varieties you just combine with all these things you know it gives you full energy and it will keep going for the whole day I think so this brother is taking us to uh island hopping tour so other people are waiting at the jetty so he left them and then came back to pick us so we're just going towards jetty now this is different jetty for the tour operators [Music] okay here so it's taking us to to the jetti so this is a uh jetty terminal see how neat and clean terminals are lot of people waiting here st the moment how how long is the trip today around 3 and half hour huh around 3 and half hours 3 and half hours right okay okay okay okay jetty three okay all right okay so this is the jetty terminal for the uh island hopping and all other tours and tour operators I think there's another one as well which is for mangrove tours and everything which was on the other side like where we live so there are a lot of boats standing there so these are the boats here so he say uh there is a 3 and a half hour whole trip like the whole this trip um we'll be taking on the different islands and uh bringing back and taking from here to back to the to the hotel so the cost is like uh 45 ringit which is roughly how much is that $15 to $17 Australia per person or 18 20 20 [Music] all right so we're going to the boat now it's not a fairy but boat it's going to be a small boat and he's going to take us for a ride so we'll see that how the trip look looks like today so they're lining up their boats here she was [Laughter] sitting see let's these are like the plastic containers actually they just here and you can how much time be one here okay all right thank you all right this is going to be fun because this is all floating thing oh see this this this floating thing all good all good all good all good that's a lot of fun actually to walk on that and the path you know made of plastic things plastic floating things so you can see this uh so the name of the island is salamat P baras basa so beautiful island nice and clean Island beautiful island so so basically you can just hang around there are restaurants as well have a tea coffee and uh basically just you know just relax and chill out it's lot of tourists around here this morning so it's beautiful the love white sand nice and clean really great very good environment it's really beautiful outside here you could see this how the combination of this uh the boats is standing here and uh a white this is white sand you know on the beach and boats are coming people around here they're just chilling out in their own world so yeah it's beautiful the small cabins around here you could see these cabins around here not sure whether the cabins people could be just using this small cabins like a paradise you know so beautiful you can see this white sand it's very clean water um very clean water nice Beach you know no rubbish I see I saw some people just cleaning the things you know people are doing all these things here a bit so it's a lot of people around here at the moment mainly tourists building go [Music] here so this is uh on unesco's Goe National Park you know Heritage listed all these areas can you make a fire with this Stone canot no one yeah well one at this um Island um so we now have to leave to the boat so basically they bring you from Langkawi and uh they come and the first stop is this one so you can hang around for 1 hour and then uh you know you have to go to the your particular boat they put a tag on like this one and um then basically I think is going to take us to another Island and then it's a three and a half of all together trip so um should be more than enough I think could see the people started moving it's still some people over there but this is a little bit of view of whole you know area how people are going on this on it's a little bit bumpy you need to be a bit careful when you're walking on their respective boats it's it's really fun you know to walk on this whole thing you could [Music] say so this boat is ready I think our is standing there [Music] oh that's [Music] Eagles oh the Eagles Eagles you could see the Eagles so Eagles are the main symbols of Langkawi even Langkawi the word Langkawi means Eagle Island Langkawi means island of eagles [Music] [Music] together [Music] SL sleeping actually this one going like [Music] information available on uh the Geo Park so these are like 290 to 250 million year old rocks it's like a marble rocks you know here mostly it's really beautiful like marble rocks the Chinese guys you know they just uh doing this fire crackers [Music] more scooters for [Applause] rental this shops area so you can find uh the different food varieties there pizzas like take lunch and all sort of things so there's a fruit shop as well here you could see like sh Arabic shop the jues are pretty good as well here mangoes and fruits and all you can have juices [Music] and there's a conservation area behind there's a bit of steep and there's a bit of walk as well 10 minute walk and I got a knee problem and my wife she can't walk either you know climb either so unfortunately you can't go um it would be easier for young people but I think people can do this but you know if you have like bit of issues then it's bit hard [Music] he's just using this steps to go to the uh fresh water [Music] like I don't know how many steps are there but yeah you have to clim [Music] yeah these monkeys don't snatch anything from other people like that in Bally their they come and just snatch things you know it's quite a steep here hello hello hello so this is all uh fresh water lake see you can see this all around this island is a sea water and this is a big fresh water reservoir yeah you can see lot of people around here all like you know I'm just trying to take a 360 degree uh around how the things look like here it's beautiful it's nice and clean surrounded by all this mountains like a saucer type shape you know mountains Peak mountains around and then there's a just like a reservoir here so people are coming from there you can see them all this ge Park is uh is conserved there's a small fee I think a 10 to 20 it's a 10 1020 ringit at the gate you have to purchase and uh that money is basically used to uh for the conservation of these sites stunning views [Music] promise for [Music] a all right so we came back from the from the hike and uh just got some water so this water is uh two ringit in the uh on the main island it's just a small island so it's cost like five ringit and the bottle of coke was like 8 ringits so things are a little bit expensive here but you know just few dollars that's fine [Music] [Music] the boat driver gave us one hour which has already been done which already gone so we are going back to the boat now [Music] it seems our boat driver was going to take [Music] us all right so it's started moving now to the next destination now and uh the boat runs at fairly good speed and sometimes he takes the curves as well so the boat tilts on the side due to a centrifugal force is just bit scary but fun as [Music] well this true is uh [Music] completed so this uh trip is complete now so it was like a half day trip um took around 3 and half to 4 hours it was really good tour I think it's worth visiting
