Touring this $13,500,000 Modern Mansion on the Water in Fort Lauderdale!
[Music] hey everyone welcome back to the channel it's Jason matuk here with another luxury home tour and today I brought you to the gorgeous bird chirping City of Fort Lauderdale today we're looking at 2733 Northeast 6 16th Street and this is an incredible home it has five bedrooms 6 and 1/2 bathrooms just over 7500 interior square ft it was built in 2024 and it's asking $3,500,000 now before I get started this tour as I always do I just want to give a special thank you to the listing agents Jeffrey and Mark for allowing us to do this tour and we're going to go ahead and get it started right here here in the driveway before we head inside so the cool thing is you have a motorized entry on both sides and then on each side you have some garages on my left we have a onecar garage 350 ft so you can fit a pretty decent sized car in there on the other side you have the two-car garage that one's got about 8 ft so you can actually have extra room for a couple toys if you want you got some saai pavers in the front it is beautiful thing stands out it's like walking across like like Travertine Bliss what the heck is that I don't know anyway as we face now the entrance and we walk up look at this the architecture of this place is magnificent I mean a little little taste of it is look at this this is the stairs it just leans Over the Garden wow and now we're going to slide this massive monster of a door open and I just want you to look at all this natural wood going to the top how beautiful is I can smell it you could smell the wood through the video I wish you could and we're going to hop inside I'm G to get this thing started follow me and here we are I just stepped inside and the first thing I can noticed is the 22 foot high ceilings the water view as soon as I stepped in and just the openness of this house it's beautiful and so we're going to start it right on my left in the dining room and you have an amazing space enough room to fit everyone important in your life the light fixtures the tables the chairs everything you see including the art is all included in the sale so you're pretty much not visualizing what it will be this is what it is when you buy it it's amazing how they did everything all designer all handpicked for this home and then just next to the dining room you know your guests get thirsty and not everyone wants water sometimes we want fun juice wine we got your wet bar Wine Bar look at the furniture and then behind me this backsplash you have mother of pearl backsplash in here and in your temperature controlled wine room room and eventually as this house finishes completion you'll have glass shelves so you can store some of your favorite bottles of wine and appreciate your collection and then while you're up here having a nice drink you have the Roaring opulence of a gas fireplace and just look at this this is like your living room sitting room these beautiful couches a nice modern touch but again the fireplace gas operated and you have the Sahara Noir slab going all the way to top it just it's stands out it's gorgeous it's like a nice contrast to the all white that you see throughout this house and so into this Italian imported kitchen just to resemble the Sahara Noir marble slabbed fireplace we're actually going to have leather textured porcelain so it looks the same it looks like it flows but it's more efficient for a kitchen people are going to be eating up on here glasses and plates it just keeps it nice and protected and you have the full range of MAA appliances you got the Dual ovens microwave you got a 48 in MAA gas grill and how about this look what your vent is you click this button right here turns the fan on and off nice and convenient nice and easy and I just want to also show you this fridge it's flush behind the Italian Cabinetry when I push opens up other side as well and then look at this huge M of fridge don't even want to tell you the price tag on this it makes Sub-Zero look like a homeless man's fridge I'm sorry if you have Sub-Zero fridges don't sue me Subzero I'm just kidding and then watch this self close soft close when I close it boom suctions itself in no need to slam in the morning and wake up every kid in your house like the father of five that always has to do that at 5 a.m. don't understand why and the cool thing is is down here you also have two dishwashers so if you are a farther of five you know your house is going to stay cleaned out at all times also I see this every time I call this the dish Hider people are coming over shovel the dishes under here hide it slide it over but again on a serious note while you're sitting here serving drinks cleaning whatever you're doing you're just looking at the most peaceful view ever South Florida water pool Sky all blue all crystal clear and it's just a little slice of the tropics in your backyard then when you wrap around this side besides all the storage that I have everything you see here is storage this is storage down there is Storage in front of the kitchen is storage you come over here and look what you have you have a massive walk-in Pantry I mean thing is like 12 ft High you any a ladder in here or you just put all the stuff you don't want your kids to have to the top giving you options you don't have to do that and then you you have like a little sort of mud room kind of like sit down come in kick off your shoes throw them in the storage below and then this is one of your two laundry rooms this is the downstairs laundry room it even has an ice maker so if you need a drink while you're in your laundry room you know kids are stretching out the clothes are like stained for no reason you're like I got to pour myself a drink you have access right there and then in here behind this door we're going to have your garage this is the 500 ft garage so you can see really tons of space lots of room to store any car two cars maybe even throw in the lift if your cars are like that you know you can definitely do it in here and that up there is a pretty cool feature that's a smart back and I'll show you how that operates right over here so look let's say it's uh you know you're sweeping around you want to make sure your house is nice and clean right over here on the floor instead of getting a dust pan and breaking your back because you're rich you don't have to bend down you literally just go here sweep and then you turn it off just like that and it sweeps and it goes into that thing and then someone else mes it for you because you're rich it's like a new theme you're just rich and uh as we continue on forward there are so many more places to entertain that I haven't even touched on just yet walking across again notice how open everything is notice how there's no obstructions it all flows nicely even the finishes the furniture the lighting all the and then boom the ceiling Heights again so you get the 22 foot high ceilings and then it comes back down when we walk into the club room so in the club room look at this couple places to sit you have this gorgeous furniture and again I'm going to point it out because this is not like just staging this is how the furniture actually arrives so you can sit here click a button is that a foot rest oh oh I don't even know where that came from I know Erica is stunned Erica is absolutely stunned oh my god look how fast it is love that but that goes out through all all these couches so you really have just awesome Furniture very specific ly chosen for this category of home and then how about this you have this glowing bar with a light up backsplash absolutely incredible it's got a drink cooler below ice maker sink shelving and of course access to your pool area and there's one last feature down here on the first floor I'm going to show you before we head outside and that is going to be your home office and the second garage so we're have past this fireplace again right by the front door and actually while we're walking over there another feature this is your elevator and you can see like if I hadn't pointed that out you probably would not even have noticed it it's like a chameleon camouflaged buttons right here do flush behind here and that's the only way you'd ever know but we're going to say this for now we're going to go upstairs and then I'll show you the elevator from there but we're going to have your executive office now just look at this tell me I don't look like the bald dude from Austin Powers what was his name Dr Evil am I Dr Evil right now look at this you just want to sit here and fire everybody in front of you that's the vibe I'm giving and while you're sitting here you can see your guest oh my wife's home like you know that kind of thing then you look to your right Lambo Ferrari Ry Rolls-Royce you got it right there I mean this is like what dreams are made of this is like when you've reached GTA level you know what I mean and then another amazing I mean just to show you the level of detail this house it's not like the guy like did everything for the where everyone's going to see really well and then left the little things alone no like this half bathroom you walk in lights turn on right the faucet has a design the sink is floating it's got a slant the mirror is something that I've never seen before even the backsplash on the wall what is this can you see this Eric are we in an ancient tomb no but again what you see the art all comes included in the home this is a fully done up home for you and then we're going to have the glass see-through Garage on this side so this is where your Ferrari your Lambo the the trophy car will sit you know and you get some extra storage in here as well you get the LED lighting above on the ceiling and you know of course make it air conditioned if you'd like and then how about this wall just a little concrete rough accent wall I mean the detail in here is just it's just everywhere you look you know we're going to step back in we're actually going to have a guest bedroom down here as well so this is going to be guest bedroom number one this might be a perfect staff room mother-in-law Suite they get a walk-in closet but when they step in uh you have this huge Kings siiz bed set up every bed in this entire house is a king-size bed should point that out because it does come with the purchase price and then you have the wood accents the little LED strips and then of course your onsuite bathroom is spectacular with the finishes each bathroom is custom it has a different finish so you don't get tired of looking at it like a lot of those homes that you see in Miami with the same finish this one has a nice wavy wall texture walk in shower and you'll see as we go to different ones it changes every everywhere we go but I think at this point I've yapped enough I think you've earned a nice trip outside to the pool area so I'm going to go ahead and close this door and uh I'm going to take you outside and show you what is like to live in South Florida at a $13 million house on the water you're not going to believe it follow me let me just equip the shades real quick because I have bad eyes and it's a sunny day it's a recipe for disaster so as we step outside it is absolutely incredible out here if you didn't have any inspiration to work really hard well you're welcome because now you do beautiful seating out here this is a place where you come you Lounge you have a drink listen to some fun music and again that same thermory wood that you had in the front you have it on the ceilings over here with these surround sound speakers We're Going To Shimmy just down over to the outdoor summers's kitchen and I mean let you you tell me you you've followed my channel for a long time I've seen a lot of outdoor kitchens have you seen one with finishes like this this is beautiful you have quartzite countertops so they're going to last forever and they're going to always look this nice and cool we got the Sedona outdoor grill a sink fridge down here ice maker you literally have the full setup for your Summer's kitchen so when you're throwing a party having a good time your guests are also having a good time they're hydrated they're fed what more do you want I don't know don't ask me don't tell me actually you got some seating up at the top tags still on the seating that's what we're talking about all right you got that new furniture that new setup and then the view just from here oh my God even your neighbor's houses they're well manicured some boats it's just it's there's no complaints while you're sitting out here and then you know you have that one guy who just has to use the bathroom every 5 seconds and you want going your inside your wife's in there you don't want bother your wife listen buddy come over here we got you a cabana bathroom and this is not just like you're running the milk about a bathroom floating Cabinetry the sink the the like you know valve style faucet and a walk-in shower this is a full full Cabana of aom the gold fixtures just add that extra layer of luxury and then this is not the only place where you can hang out and Lounge you know if we could walk on water I would show you but across that hot tub Jacuzzi we have some more seating we can actually access it this way no need to be dramatic some more loungers on one side you cross your huge outdoor pool this thing is magnificent couple steps and you have your jacuzzi that rimless waterfalls the thing I like about this jacuzzi too is that you can actually sit on one side under the shade you don't want to be in the sun you got sunburn like Jason or you can be the Sun and get the sunburn like Jason you know just be like Jason then out here right in front of where the bar was some places to sit again all the furniture matches it's all cohesive it all looks the same it's nice and then just notice the space we have out here some more loungers you have an 800 square ft dock out here alone a dock like this you could probably fit a fed ship even a benetti if you wanted to I mean this thing could hold it all I mean look at your neighbor you know you and him become best friends now you're yting in them all Dives together I don't know I don't know I don't know nothing about it and then the cool thing is since this is a smart home you have features like this outdoor fireplace that could be controlled with your phone so you're sitting over here having a little I don't know oldfashioned little fire little heat oh my God being rich is so fun it's so fun you know and again the reason you live in South Florida the reason you're in the water is because you want to have that boat and the access to get to the open ocean is a Pebblestone away you can literally see you could smell the ocean see the ocean from here and the best part is you're actually backing a huge feature in Fort lorida which is that beautiful park with a huge Trail there's kaying there's endless things to do in there and steps away from the beach as well so here we are on the outside I'm going to take you back in we're going to head upstairs and we're going to cover all that space you see up there there's a lot to check out follow me upstairs so we're about to head up and I just wanted to point out how beautiful the staircase is you know it lifts off the ground and now you got that darker finish cuz you know we're about to head to some bedrooms and it's all LED lit and then even when you step up the window looking out so you just get views everywhere you look it never really ends no matter where you are in this house and there's a lot to show you up here so follow me YouTube so here we are on the second floor of this home there's about another 3500 ft up here alone and I want to show you I feel bad I made Eric take the stairs unfortunately but this is where the elevator is if he had taken it behind thisor flush door you got your beautiful elevator up here and it just again fits so flush and even this bridge that we have right here on one side you can see your pool and the water the other side your beautiful front entrance and then we got to have a split floor plan so main Suite over there guest bedrooms over here we're going to take a look at the guest Bedrooms First so on my left we're going to have the upstairs laundry room again you had one downstairs you have one upstairs full laundry room actually come and look at the space of this thing you got everything a sink washer dryer placees to hang clothes storage I mean I feel like if you like doing laundry this is like paradise and then we got your guest bedroom number one remember what I said all king-size beds so you got the king-size bed and you have the balcony and I want to point another feature out that I actually didn't even notice until the listing agent had told me but out here you see how we have this beautiful wood floor turns into porcelain tile but they look identical so you think it's like going all the way through but obviously for weather you got to have that porcelain tile so it's just nice and pleasing to the eye but also functional and then we have this huge walk-in closet for your guest I mean if you complain about this go find another house and then remember what I said about the bathrooms having each of their own style so it got kind of a wavy wall a little more texture on this one same floating sink and a huge walk-in shower as we head down this Hall got a couple more of those vacuums right over here just pull them out going back in the floor goes all the way downstairs for you and then we're going to have two more guest bedrooms so my right take a look at this I love the frame of this bed it's Absolut it just looks so cozy you know how nice is this and again access to a balcony out here and I mean I'm just going to open the door for you we don't have to head out but just imagine you know hanging out here this is your room you know you got a couple places to sit Lounge have a drink enjoy the day you don't even have to go downstairs and you're enjoying your day and this is for the guest so just try to imagine what the main Suite is going to bring you know and then of course this room has the same unique on suite and a walk-in closet so they're also fully Ked out in this room and then just adjacent from this room this is probably the VIP sweet you know the biggest room great views access to the same balcony so they can share it and again a huge walk-in on Suite with a walk-in closet no expense spared for the guests but as I said before does not compare the main Suite the main Suite is something out of architectural digest it's going to blow your mind and the best part is is you know if you wanted the extra bedroom you can actually make this Loft an extra bedroom so this could be guest room but the way it is we have an incredible Loft area you know sit over here lounge and then I want to show you this piece of furniture how beautiful sore some drinks entertain your guests while they're up here it's a really good little upstairs living room you know you got that one antisocial kid who doesn't want to be downstairs with the rest of everybody they can come up here and they have their own living room Hey listen I know it sounds Niche but it's out there and then finally time to excite you guys the main Suite this is like it's pretty incredible I can't lie you know come take a look at this closet with me it is something that I have not seen very often is a closet this big also I don't have the light on how could I do this to you guys boom now we're impressed Jason look at this closet how freaking ridiculous you can St okay can I tell you what my first thought was who has this many clothes all these slide out drawers The Watch the jewelry I mean it and this goes all the way down rows and rows of it Birkins PR bags Dior bags things I will never buy so don't even bother dming me if that's what you want and um places just to store you know your shoes it's just like this is like a a girls dream closet ladies am I lying or guys maybe guys too I don't know maybe guys want this I don't need this but the cool thing is is you have like a body style like length mirror and then two windows so you can stand here get that natural lighting how are people going to see me outside you know it's a Vibe it's really a Vibe and then I know I know what you're thinking Jason they but like where's his closet like that I can't use that small thing well then guess what you shove him in this little tiny coffin style closet this thing is dude another one word to DJ khed a wraparound LED lit walk-in closet same full body mirror more than enough I mean this is enough for her so for him this is like a second bedroom you know why not and then as we step in now you now that you know we're on another level of you know luxury if you're getting thirsty let me just stop you right there get you a drink from the you know the bar the wet bar with the fridge poured up feeling good feeling nice and then boom takes us in to the bathroom oh my word look at this bathroom you got dual sinks floating everything I love the style of the furniture they threw in here and then between the two bathrooms you have this incredible walk-in shower with this huge shower head above I mean look at this how clean can you get in here pretty clean you know two entrances so you don't have to fight to go into the one side and then another pretty astounding feature is that for her and for him the mirror is in here you just give it a little wave little and the accent lights turn on I don't even know why you would want that but I like it a lot and then she gets a vanity with a nice little mirror little design over here oh look look look more accent lighting and then of course to finish it all off like execution style we got the oh my God we got the soak in tub and look at this frameless TV anti-glare TV on the wall is that a picture or a TV I don't know I don't know it could be it could be either and then you have a water vapor fireplace we didn't get the other side turned on we didn't hook it up yet but you can get an idea of what it looks like and it goes from one side to the other so you're laying here you're laying in there you're getting the effect of the fireplace access to the balcony but I want to save that for in the main bedroom here it is everyone ready are you serious right now are you freaking kidding me right now look at this thing I'm about to do like acrobats in here you have this floating bed right are we ooh ooh ooh I feel like caveman right now I want to climb this wall you know what I mean I'm about to start I'm about to discover fire in this room amazing I've never seen a backsplash like this in a bed but there's something animalistic about it I want to bite a piece of raw meat okay I'm leaving that in the video I don't care got two lights hanging on either side just to make it feel like an actual home not a cave I love the wood accents and to finish it off of course the view got a view while you wake up a view while you go to sleep at night and we're going to pop this door open I'm going to show you real quick you step out here and just look at this you got a couple places to sit I love the Planters they threw in there and then of course just this magical view they got Landscaping on both sides so you're nice and private nice and to yourself really and then you know what just to end the entire thing a place where you can just come over lay down oh relax and just appreciate being rich some outdoor speakers some lighting life can be good that can be good so on that note I just want to say thank you for coming on this tour of my future home and if you want
