hey guys today we are at 125 Dune Lane this is our amazing listing here on North Forest Beach on hilton head island let's take a beautiful tour of this amazing home as you can see here's the front of your entryway it's your little path open up this door to your beautiful underneath garage space bit of an unconventional entry this is your front door right here just to show you the outside real quick this is the outside of the home as you can see the spiral staircase leading to the beautiful expansive porches two garage Bays there's your Beach path and your own private Beach entry into the pool area over there we'll get to that in one second easily fit four cars in here here but mostly this is used as a awesome entertainment space as you can see there's another door out back your pool controls pingpong beautiful outdoor living space down here walking over you have this awesome entertainment area sit back relax watch a movie enjoy this beautiful weather outside on your swinging benches seating area up top another entry up to the top porch to the left here is the pool so beautiful down here you got lights Galore whatever you need Jets here's another view from the other side the little view of the up top this is your first bathroom down here little storage for the beach items when you come back over you could see your private entrance from your Beach walkway over here you got a nice outdoor shower that's all Brazilian ipe Wood and then here your spiral staircase up to your beautiful porches that we will get to here in a minute now once again you could access that porch from behind that TV and go up those stairs but we will take the more conventional route and we will go through the front door as you can see this is the door we came in this is your front door immediately greeted with a closet to your left over here and this is actually your elevator entrance this to your right is another storage area and here coats shoes little rack here's your entrance this is also Brazilian ipe decking it's beautiful it's throughout this whole home little walkway so much natural light I love it so peaceful here is your elevator we will call this real quick open it up it's a great size can fit whatever you need in there once again this is your entry hall here opening up to the beautiful living space and just take this in full Chef's Gourmet Kitchen absolutely stunning walking through here as you can see these quartz countertops are unreal they're so beautiful with this massive robust kitchen island this is one of my favorite kitchens I've ever been in these beautiful Coffered ceilings it's again that rough Sawn Pine actually milled in Georgia hand painted on the top and on the sides of this home the detail is just Immaculate this is living space number one or number two however you want to see it here is living space number one or number two just a beautiful area here is your dining so spectacular this is a 10 seater there's another perspective this whole area I love the open concept just makes you feel so homey it's very comfy yet opulent it's just gorgeous here's the kitchen again and as you guys have seen this is all overlooking an expansive Ocean View but first we'll head to the left to the first primary this is actually a little half bath off of the primary for your guest and walking in to the first primary bedroom it's absolutely beautiful let's walk into the bathroom first as you could see these super unique vanities with these beautiful light fixtures here check out these vanities just beautiful light fixtures made it look like a water drop coming out of a faucet got an owner's closet back there got his and hers closets and then an extremely tall beautiful shower here and of course walking out of your shower you have a beautiful deck area imagine waking up to this in the morning for your coffee absolutely breathtaking this is one of my favorite areas of the home you see just a beautiful pergola above you and out to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world especially North Forest Beach where we are on Hilton Head Island we'll head over to that porch in a minute let's finish off the primary bedroom here's another look of your seating area just off of the primary now walking back in living area just amazing this whole area is so well thought out attention to detail is just unreal it's your outdoor kitchen more outdoor seating over here next to your spiral staircase that leads down and up to your other porch now we're moving back over to where the first primary was your seating area TV entertainment there's the second and third porch above here expansive pool area below and of course out to 180° views of North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island Island outdoor kitchen equipped with everything you'd ever need and back to the main floor another view the kitchen living and dining spaces open concept living absolutely beautiful deeper see let's head up to the next floor which is full of more amazing bedrooms this home is nicknamed the key of the key to the Sea as you can see beautiful window and chandelier combo here walking around this is also elevator to the left detail is just unreal throughout this house I love that window shape of the key it's so unique now walking through here you're on the second main living floor but third floor off to the left is the stairs up to the most beautiful view you're ever going to see that we will go to in one second first we have the first bedroom on the second floor or third floor beautifully tiled once again no expense spared here's your closet beautiful bedroom little reading Nook right outside of the first bedroom on the third floor absolutely beautiful as you can see we're immediately greeted into this seating area which leads us out it's one of my favorite porches on this whole island expansive views of the the ocean there's not much you can't see from here absolutely unreal looking down to our pool area Entertainment on the first patio and then right up to where we're currently standing sliding glass door off of the next bedroom we'll be walking through and that is a sliding glass door with a private balcony porch the second primary again here is your sitting area overlooking beautiful views the Atlantic Ocean now walking in of course sliding glass door out to your porch into a beautiful on suite bathroom closet and then back through the hallway this shiplap is rough Sawn Pine as I was discussing earlier milled in Georgia and hand painted the detail is unreal it's got that rough finish it's just so unique one of my favorite features throughout this house that's me walking through here another fantastic bedroom and bathroom marble floors up to that awesome tile and the touches are just fantastic so you can see that marble matches the marble below and through the hallway as you could see all of these awesome bedrooms are named the street names on North Forest Beach attention to detail in this place is amazing vanity shower tile crown molding everything was done to the nines as you could see this little kitchen that area wine cooler beautiful to the left is your laundry and then walking into a beautiful unreal second primary bedroom above with not one but two porch access first let's head on into the bathroom beautiful vanity marble floors very beautiful shower with two different types of very unique tile there's almost like a leather texture on this tile now let's walk out to your private balcony wow it's the next balcony above here is the other porch porch below expansive entertainment area and out right to the beach so beautiful it's an amazing day here on hilton head island so glad I can show you this video absolutely beautiful second primary out to your other porch amazing one of my favorite rooms in the house the natural light the views the positive energy everything about this home I love so beautiful walking back through TV entertainment area overlooking the Atlantic and now walking back we're now going to head to the last room which is the highest most point of this house a beautiful little bathroom here closet and through here another bathroom for the kids storage over to your left Beach items cribs over here little water closet the Western doors and the Skylight special shower vanity and now walking through to the best view on all of Hill net Island if not the whole East Coast sleep all the kids you need and then walking into this unreal Amazing Outdoor space your top porch overlooking unbelievable views of the ocean 180° views of beach you can't find this everywhere on the island sometimes you're blocked by trees but not here not at 125 Dune absolutely spectacular show you guys a view of the home from up top got your porches right out to the beach unreal imagine you my best friend you and your wife you and your husband just relaxing out on this beautiful open air 180° view of the Atlantic Ocean so special never seen a home like it now walking back down again the key to the Sea the rough Sal Pine shiplap you could see the beautiful Oaks on the property and then back to this living area and kitchen so beautiful now one more time let's walk outside I'm going to show you guys the view from this porch and the sliding glass door to the stairwell absolutely breathtaking let's walk back over here one more time there's your View From Below to above walking over here course your view to the pool expansive living area below and the spiral staircase leading right up to your porch now this spiral staircase goes all the way down to your Beach entrance there where we first started but look these views all right let's head back down and that ladies and gentlemen will conclude our 125 dune Lane
