Touring A Luxurious Mega Mansion With A 2-Story Movie Theater!
This is a newly constructed enino mega mansion with a twostory movie theater the second story has a private gym this home also has a remarkable infinity edge pool with some beautiful views of the foliage it also has some remarkable interior details that I'm very excited to show you now before we begin our tour don't forget to subscribe we're touring more homes just like this one every single tour this impressive newly constructed property located right here in front of me a motorized gate takes you into this dramatic turfed private driveway further leading you up to a very spacious Motor Court where you can park several cars and you also have two single garage doors leading you into a spacious two-car garage with high ceilings looking up at the exterior we see a very contemporary architecture with the use of earthtone stone details throughout the space we've got glass railing on the second level and those actually are private balconies inside some guest bedrooms that we will will be seeing later on in the tour also every time you drive up to the space you get amazing views of the entire Valley you got the mountains in the distance palm trees beautiful plant life throughout this space is so gorgeous we also are at the end of a culde saac it's very private so you don't need to worry no one's going to be bothering you when you pull up to your property now to my left we also have some more glass railing right here which sections off your private exterior seating space where you can once again enjoy the views here of the valley in Los Angeles also we've got this amazing water feature here with more of the earth toned Stone details throughout River Rocks below it's a very tall water feature as well guys I am 6'3 for reference and this space is easily double my Heights imagine you pull up to your house every day and you hear the beautiful sound of your water feature now that's a pretty cool detail now also in front of me here we have the remarkable twostory entrance with floor to ceiling walls of glass we have exterior wall sconces tropical plant life you also have this red Calver above which carries on to the interior of the property and of course we will be discussing that throughout our video and now follow me up this set of stairs right here through your massive glass pivot door we have just made it here into the remarkable twostory entrance of this home to my left we have access to a dining space and several living areas which we will be seeing in a second of course we will be seeing this entire property in this video first things first follow me to my right like I mentioned this is your architectural floating staircase which has the glass railing you also have a very unique unque motorcycle vintage motorcycle right under the space Also to my right this is your powder room which has darkstone details all across the area beautiful floating vanity with the fabricated sink and the light fixtures on either side of the space now if we continue our tour down this hallway here this is the vintage harleydavidson motorcycle I was talking about what a cool statement piece to have in your property right under the floating staircase the colors actually complement each other very well also if you look here on the floors you will be seeing we have the integrated LED light strips which border the perimeter of nearly this entire first level also to my left we have your bar and access to the backyard we'll see that in just a second first things first follow me to my right and we have just made it here into your impressive twostory movie theater that's correct this movie theater has two different levels this is something we have never seen before on this entire Channel I'm honestly at such loss for words right now this is so crazy you look up above that's your second level you can see we've got lots of LED light strips Illuminating the space glass railing on the second level and that second floor actually is currently staged as a gym you also could of course put some seats up there and then you have a massive quadruple TV setup right above your main projector screen so you could be watching many different pieces of content in this room this is so so remarkable I also love the abstract LED light strips that they have integrated throughout this entire space right here you've got the L-shaped Cloud couch great spot to relax watch your favorite movie watch the game just play some video games down here if you wish also to my right you've got some custom Cabinetry more LED light strips and you also will notice all of the walls in this room are padded the reason why they are is so they absorb the sound so when you're in this space you get the true Cinema feel audio feels very immersive when you're in here it is quite remarkable also of course we got got carpet throughout the space that also helps with absorbing the sound amazing section overall of course we'll see that second level a little bit later on in the tour so make sure to stick around for that but now follow me back outside of the space around the corner we actually have access directly into your garage which has space for up to two cars like I mentioned and once you exit that garage space and you take a turn to the left this is the first guest bedroom that we will be seeing for the property you get great views of the backyard with the pool space and the foliage throughout you've also got all of your built-in Closet Storage in here and you have your on Suite bathroom which does contain the glass enclosed walk-in shower space and if we exit that bedroom and continue back down this hallway and then we look to my left this is your remarkable bar setup one of my most favorite bars we have ever seen before here on this channel first things first you have this L-shaped countertop which has seating for up to five guests here and of course we cannot forget the most important part about this countertop it's an onyx Stone countertop meaning you can store lights inside of here and the entire space will illuminate this looks so remarkable what's even cooler is that you actually have this remote control which can turn off the countertop or you can turn it back on so crazy you can also change the colors with this color wheel here so if you want to make this countertop red or green or whatever color you want you could totally do that which is so cool I love this space you've got tons of wine bottle storage above me here you've got a stainless steel sink and lots of custom Cabinetry right under the section you also have these very cool abstract shelving details as well very cool bar this is such a great statement piece here for the property now if we continue down the open concept floor plan just continues we've got your living space kitchen and then your dining room at the end of this section let's talk about the living room first very cozy yet still a very spacious living room you've got contemporary furniture located all across the space right here and you have another drop ceiling detail this time it's got more of a natural wooden tone with the LED light strips bordering the space from this vantage point you also get direct access out there to that backyard I can hear the birds chirping I can see the views of the trees in the distance that backyard is remarkable we'll see it in just a bit before we do let's talk about this marble back wall right here beautiful stone detail the same stone that we saw over there in that Powder Room you've got your massive mounted flat screen TV glass enclosed fireplace is positioned right below the area and down below you also get that illuminated LED light strip detail which looks remarkable you also get some picture windows out there to your backyard which once again we will be seeing in just a bit we also have lots of sliding glass doors located throughout the house this is just one set of them and you get great views to your water feature exterior dining space and more importantly your private soccer field with views of the mountains now if we continue our tour you can see that we have just made it here into your well-appointed kitchen the center island has seating for up to five guests here I love the marble countertops and the waterfall Edge detail that you see on either side of this Center Island we've got three hanging light fixtures right above the space another drop ceiling detail with the natural wooden tones like we saw in the living space Also continuing through you can see you actually have your wood panel Refrigeration space here and then on the far left of the kitchen that is where we have your freezer which I'll show you in just a second also you see more of the gray marble tones here on the backsplash you've got the six burer stove top here to my left Viking Hood above this space here double oven setup gold pot filler in front of me and we also see more of the natural wooden tone Cabinetry throughout this entire space you've got your wood panel dishwasher to my right stainless steel sink with the golden fixtures to match the one that we just saw here on that pot filler what else do we have space for your trash and recycle we've also got some custom Cabinetry guys it's all soft closing of course and then we have your freezer designed by Decor stainless steel interior and it's all nicely wood paneled here of course it looks remarkable that's all for the kitchen but that's not all for this main level let's continue our tour you can see right here this is that glass centerpiece table that we saw right when we entered inside of this property we still have to tour these other sections here of the main level follow me to my right this is your formal dining room table which has seating for up to eight of your guests right here you've got more hanging light fixtures right above the space a very contemporary area you can also see we've got another drop ceiling detail with the wood panels up above of course and this entire room is illuminated with the LED light strips of course from the vantage point we get great views of your soccer field and great views of the mountains here in Los Angeles this space is amazing we've got another contemporary seating space here and another set of sliding doors taking you out to the backyard you've got an exterior seating space here to my right of course we'll talk more about that backyard just after this now moving around the corner this is your formal living room section because it is right next to your front entrance you of course have more contemporary furniture located across the section drop ceiling detail has the wooden panels above more views of the mountains here in the valley I mean just take a look at this view this is quite remarkable of course you've got your staged piano here Flor to ceiling glass brings lots of natural lights in and then to my left once more beautiful marble back wall is book Matched here in the center you've got the glass enclosed fireplace and you have the LED light strips once again Illuminating the perimeter of this entire space here now that's all for this main level but now we got to go outside check out the backyard then we'll go upstairs and see the bedrooms we have just made it out here to your gorgeous backyard space we have just left the family room that we talked about a little bit earlier the space leads us directly out to a private seating section with seating for four guests you also have your outdoor kitchen here to my right stainless steel barbecue with the hood above sink next to that you've got more custom Cabinetry and you've also got your stainless steel fridge here to my right let's continue down we've got the wood panel ceilings above this covered patio space and if we continue our tour we've just made it out here to your gorgeous infinity edge pool and your Infinity Edge hot tub here this space is so remarkable just take a look at this view it looks like we're in Paradise this is seriously stunning you've got the palm trees in the distance all the foliage mountains I mean this space is seriously crazy now the pool is zero Edge on these certain sections and then of course at the far end it is infinity edge same thing goes for your hot tub right here it's a very spacious hot tub too you could easily sit I would say 12 to 15 guests in this space alone you got some pool chairs here to my right hand side very spacious pool as well you've also got your Baja shelf in front of me too so you can have some pool chairs in the water and then you can look out at this gorgeous view now also down this set of steps right here we've got more seating spaces throughout this entire section is turfed all the way down you've got glass railing across the section and then the property from this vantage point just looks so beautiful now also some something I wanted to mention if you take a look in front of me you can see that you have more beautiful Greenery tall trees protecting the property take a look you don't have any direct next door neighbors here all you have is this side of the mountain and more Greenery and foliage this space is remarkable a very private backyard of course let's continue down you've got this seaing space with the glass enclosed fire pit directly in the center more trees more pool chairs and if you follow me here to this corner I mean just take a look at this view birds chirping guys do you hear that this is seriously crazy now let's continue down you've got more pool chairs this set of steps also takes you down to a sidey yard further taking you back out to the front of the property that sidey yard is nicely landscaped all throughout as well and if we continue our tour back around the corner we have another covered off seating section here which actually is right off of your first guest bedroom that we saw now let's continue down once again another seating space over here you've got your outdoor shower which has beautiful stonework throughout next to that pool bathroom with the floating vanity and the light fixtures inside and if we continue outside of that space that is not all for this backyard we have a whole lot more to see you have this entire separated section here which of course is a part of your backyard we've got beautiful foliage surrounding this space right here the tall trees look so great here at this time of day and right here you have your absolutely massive outdoor dining table this space has seating for up to 12 of your guests gorgeous light fixture positioned above and I love the Shaded awnings that they have right here with this rustic metallic detail here the space looks so tropical so inviting you've got the water feature with the stone details guys you could be eating your meal at your exterior dining table and listen to this waterfall every night this is amazing now also something very interesting you've got the two seeding sections which are surrounded by lots of plant life up there of course very cool section let's continue our tour we have another seating space to my right hand side and then if you follow me down this set of steps we've got some River Rocks and then we have your private soccer field this is not a feature that we see often in properties but here you have it of course you've got your retaining wall right here lined with the foliage and then right above that you just get impressive views here of the valley you've got the mountains out there in the distance beautiful plant life throughout and then you've got your very own soccer goal so you guys can play some serious games of soccer out here if you wish or you want to play American football play some catch you can totally do that as well also one more thing I wanted to mention take a look at how this space looks from this vantage point this looks absolutely incredible it's your modern Tropical Paradise here of course with lots of plant life now of course this soccer field stretches all the way over here you've got more plant life and then up this set of steps we have access to that exterior seating space which we talked about earlier and that leads you back into the property now that's all for the main floor and this backyard so now follow us upstairs let's talk about all the [Music] [Applause] bedrooms follow me up your architectural floating staircase and you can see that we have just made it up here to the top floor of the property right when you enter you've got access directly into your private office which has the hanging light fixtures right above drop ceiling detail with the wooden panels of course you've got the bookshelving on the far side of the wall and you've got your glass desk Great Space to get some work done I think I'd be very productive in this section now to my left this is the first guest bedroom that we will be seeing here on this top floor we've got contemporary furniture located all across the space you've got a walk-in closet with the built-in items private balcony with glass railing that overlooks your beautiful backyard and we also have an on Suite bathroom which has the floating vanity and the glass enclosed walk-in shower space and if we exit that bedroom and take a look at my right this is your laundry room which has space for four appliances you've got the built-in sink in that section and something very interesting that we don't see often your laundry room actually has a water closet which is crazy in case you need to use the restroom while you're washing all of your clothes well that problem is solved also you've got lots of custom Cabinetry inside that section as well and if we continue our tour down this hallway right here you can see we've got more of the hanging light fixtures and what I really like about this space is that each light fixture is actually positioned at a slightly different height to match the flow of going down or up your set of stairs that is a really cool design detail that we have never seen before in a property you've also got another drop ceiling detail with the LED light strips and the wooden panel details of course glass railing surrounds this upper level hallway and we have a little Floating Bridge taking you into the second level of your movie theater which we'll see in just a bit around the corner we have your upper level living area which gets great views out there of all of your foliage you've got all of the custom Cabinetry here to my right hand side stainless steel Refrigeration down below youve also got the stainless steel sink here to my right and if we take a look to my left hand side you've got the mounted flat screen TV custom Cabinetry below L-shaped couch in the space and then if we take a look here to my left hand side this is that Floating Bridge that I talked to you guys about earlier and this takes you into your gym We'll see it in just a second another thing I wanted to mention right here is the continuation of your red ceiling detail that we saw earlier it Canever the exterior of the property and then they've brought it back into to the interior and they've actually continued it all the way down this wall right here of course like I said you've got the hanging light fixtures above the space and then you've got that collection of Lights which illuminate your front entry this architectural detail again is just something we've never seen before and you've got more of the LED lights ordering the space and also Illuminating the bottom parts of this hallway now the room to my right contains your primary bedroom suite which we'll see in just a second but before we do follow me right over here this is your private gym which happens to be on the top floor of your very own movie theater we've got the yoga spaces in front of me stationary bike glass railing and you can see we've got the collection of four mount Ed flat screen TVs so if you're doing a hard workout here you want to watch some YouTube watch some content this is where you could do it or you can watch four separate pieces of content in this space and then of course right below that we've got your regular projector screen which is a part of your movie theater so two people could be watching multiple pieces of content at the same time also we've got more of the LED light strips Illuminating this entire space SP what a remarkable area now across the space we've got more of the glass railing and Views out there to the valy now let's continue down and you can see that we have just made it here into your primary bedroom suite and right when you enter the section you were greeted with this seating area you also get direct access to multiple balconies over looking the valley to my right that's the primary bathroom and then you also have the spacious Prim primary closet which we'll see in just a second before we do follow me around this corner this is the bedroom portion of your primary bedroom suite we of course have the California KingSize bed right in front of me hanging light fixtures positioned above we've got the mounted flat screen TV seating section with the fireplace and you've got picture window views looking out to the valley and if we open up these sliding glass doors you were led to once again a very spacious balcony overlooking the mountains here in the valley this space looks absolutely remarkable now this balcony is spacious of course it also takes you down to that section where you can Overlook the front of the property very nice overall very spacious primary bedroom now that's not all for our tour to my right hand side we also have another private balcony with seating sections and glass railing now let's continue our tour and you can see that we have just made it here into your primary bathroom right when you enter this hallway section you have floating vanities on both sides of me you've got custom Cabinetry below hanging light fixtures and circular mirrors on both vanities of course LED lights illuminate the space and if we take a turn right here you have your beautiful freest standing tub overlooking some amazing views here of the foliage in the distance you can even see your water feature and your exterior dining space right here another thing we've got some glass enclosed water closets one on both sides very cool and that actually is a smart toilet those are not cheap I guarantee that they are also frosted here for your privacy and if we take a turn here to my left this is your glass enclosed walk-in shower space which is complete with the beautiful marble details all across the section on the walls on the bench and even up above there on that ceiling you've also got three rain heads two body sprays and this also is a steam shower you have the controls inside of there and you've got the linear drainage which is located right under your bench seating now now that's still not all for the primary bedroom we have one more item to show you and that's going to be around this corner here this is your primary closet and right when you enter you were greeted with lots of custom Cabinetry and built-in shelving spaces all throughout the space and then we continue down and the space just continues to grow it's remarkable you've got the mirrored walls here on the far side you can actually open these up and these are leading into some more storage which is of course always great to have more spots to hold your clothing you've also got the center Island right here with the soft closing custom Cabinetry what an amazing closet to store all of your clothing your shoes and your jewelry love this primary Suite this is an amazing one but that's not all for this top floor you actually have to follow me back down this hallway here we've got more of the glass railing sectioning off your floating staircase like we talked about earlier now a couple more items to show you if we actually head down this illuminated hallway and take a turn here to my left hand side we've made it into another guest bedroom right here which has contemporary furniture all across the space we've got a private balcony with glass railing overlooking your backyard and all of the foliage we also have a walk-in closet with the built-in items and we have an on Suite bathroom with the built-in vanity and the glass enclosed walk-in shower space and if we continue outside of that bedroom and down this hallway this is the final guest bedro for this upper level right when you enter you are greeted with this seating area you've also got contemporary furniture located across the entire bedroom and we have the sliding glass doors which lead us out to your private balcony overlooking the exterior of this property now to my right hand side this is your on Suite bathroom you've got the floating vanity freestanding tub and you've also got your glass enclosed walk-in shower space with the marble details displayed throughout we also have a walk-in closet which contains all of your necessary built-in items and if we continue our tour down this
