Touring A $9,950,000 MEGA MANSION With An UNDERGROUND MOVIE THEATER | Los Angeles Mansion Tour
Everyone, and welcome back to my channel. My name is JP and I tour a lot of luxury properties across the state of California and this happens to be another one of them. Today, we're in the Pacific Palisades, which is located in Los Angeles, about to tour this gorgeous, newly constructed modern property. This modern home features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms just under eighty seven hundred square feet of interior space.
It's built on a lot. That is just under ten thousand nine hundred square feet. And this property is currently on the market for nine million, nine hundred and fifty thousand dollars. I wanted to say a very big thank you to the two listing agents, Ray and Emil, letting us tour their amazing listing. You can find all of their contact information and the description down below. And now let's get started.
Beginning this property tour located here in the Pacific Palisades, I want to go ahead and start on the exterior. This is the front of the home. We have this massive driveway taking us down over into an extremely spacious two car garage area.
And this is massive. You can probably already have like four cars alone just in this driveway. So you can really have about six cars total stored here.
You have the beautiful modern farmhouse exterior. You see the custom wooden panels paired well with the stone designs. It overall looks really great. And I love the fact that you have all of this amazing landscaping really making this property feel like its very own paradise. I've only checked out the property one time, so I'm not too familiar with it.
So you and I are really going to be exploring this property together. I think it's going to be very fun. We have these rails taking us over into the front door. And if you look over my left hand side, we can see that you have this massive grass area. I mean, just imagine entertaining from the front of the home, not even in the backyard yet.
So, I mean, that's how, you know, we're over ten thousand square foot lot. So you just know you have plenty of land to work with. Here we have this massive front door. I'm six foot three for reference. So just take a look at how massive that is. It's nearly twice my height set inside. All right, everyone.
So now you've just made it inside of this gorgeous modern farmhouse property located here in the Pacific Palisades. Now, as we first come in over to my right hand side, we're led over into one of the nicest living rooms I think we've ever seen on this channel. And the reason I say that is because it just checks all the boxes. It's got the high ceilings, it's got the tons of natural light, the views of the front yard, the beautiful staging. And let's just talk about the stone design, which extends all the way up to the ceiling. Not to mention we have this seamlessly integrated fireplace into the stone design built in shelving spaces in cabinetry on either side of this area.
Then you open this up. Of course, it's all soft closing cabinetry as well. We will see that throughout the entire property. But I don't want to spend too much time in here.
I actually want to go in and take you right over this way, because this is another really cool addition to this property. So we're coming through here and we have this gorgeous office space. So, of course, you get tons of natural light into this room, views out over into your front yard area, and then take a look at me versus this bookshelf right here. Just take a look at how massive that space really is. That is awesome.
You can absolutely store hundreds of your favorite books at this bookshelf. And right below, we actually have some custom cabinets. Of course, it's soft-closing, modern light fixture hanging right above us.
And this is interesting, too. So on this side of the wall, we actually have the back side of your wine storage, which will see the front of it actually over in your formal dining. So it's going to take a look at that right now. But overall, this property has got to be one of the most perfect homes on the market in the Pacific Palisades. It truly does check all the boxes and you'll see what I'm talking about. Stick around right here.
We have the formal dining area currently shown to eight guests. And now take a look at this light fixture right above gorgeous. So modern it ties the entire modern design of the property together just in this one room. And we'll see some more of those throughout the property, too. So another reason why you should stick around right here. Take a look at this.
This is the front side of your beautiful wine storage area and can actually open these up right here having access to this area. I love the fact that these are actually hung by metal wires. It's a very abstract yet beautiful design.
I'm going to go out and close those up. You can also access them on other doors on either side, which is really cool. And above the dining room, as you'll notice, we actually have another nice custom wooden design up there, very cool patterns. We're going to see that a lot throughout the property, too. And of course, you get all of this natural lights and views out over into your front yard. We're not going to check that area out just yet.
I actually want to go out and take you right down over here. This is where we have the sliding door access straight to your backyard. We'll see that a little bit later. It's truly one of the best ones I think we've ever seen. But it's going to take a look right over here. Here we have this absolutely gorgeous light fixture.
I love the fact that is suspended beneath these stairs. And then, of course, we have the stair access taking us down to the lower level. And, you know, while we're on the topic of the lower level, it's one of the nicest entertainment floors that we've seen. So let's just go there right now.
So now we've just made it down to the lower floor and we really have a lot of things to unpack here. There's so many features to show you. I'm very excited to do it. But first of all, let's talk about your card table right here. So imagine this.
You have tons of people over and you want to play a round of poker. You can absolutely do that. And maybe some of your guests don't want to play poker. Well, you take them over to your onyx lit bar area. You can sit up to four guests over here, just off the countertop. Nice hanging, modern light fixtures.
But you come inside of here and, you know, it's not just the bar. It's it's a relaxation area. It's a conversation piece. Because how often do you see Onyx lit up countertops at your bar? I mean, take a look at how crazy this is. Watch this. You hit a little switch, it turns off and then, boom, that's something we just really don't see too often.
And when I see it, I just love it right here. We have tons of built in custom cabinets. All of it is soft closing.
Very gorgeous feature. But what I really want to show you is it's got the built-In Sink area right here. And this custom smoked mirror design behind here looks absolutely gorgeous. Again, really tying together that modern design and then, of course, store some cold drinks.
Some wine bottles can absolutely do that right down there. And it's going to continue on right over here. Beautiful stair set design. Off the wall, sconces across that entire area, but we'll see that just a little bit later.
Want to go to take you right down here. And this has got to be I say this a lot, but I think this has a number one spot right now for the best theater we've ever seen. This is crazy. I mean, it's massive.
I wouldn't be surprised if you can have, like, 30, 40 people just relaxing alone in here and have so many people watching movies on your absolutely massive screen. I mean, again, use me for reference. You can see like how huge this is. Like, really? That's awesome. It feels like we're watching a movie premiere inside of this to you.
Of course, you got the tiered seating, nicely carpeted. You walk up here and then you have your built-In projector area. Of course, this entire room is also soundproof as well. So, again, I mean, it's the closest you're going to get to the movies without really being at the movies.
Let's move on down right over here. Gorgeous lower floor. I love this so much. As I said, there's a lot of things to unpack. So we've got to keep this to a movie. We have this nicely staged living area. And it's very interesting because most lower floors don't really get a ton of natural light because we technically are underground right now.
But we actually have the clear story window displayed right above which bring in all of this natural light during the day. So that's a really cool thing that we don't see too often, especially on like basement levels like this. I like to think thought of that feature right here. We have some beautiful bookshelves.
Oh, my goodness. It's a little panic room. We're not going to check it out, but if you need it, it's there for you. Awesome. Coming down here, this is going to be your garage area. Come in here really quickly. Currently shown to hold two cars, but I mean, it's very spacious.
You probably have a couple of motorcycles or ATVs in here, along with just two cars. Very cool feature. And let's move on through right down here. This is actually where we had elevator access that can take you up to floor number two or floor number three.
Very cool that they have this in here and it's going to continue on down right over here. Again, a very spacious lower floor. We're going to go in and take a left hand turn.
And now we are led over into your staging area. So imagine this again. I've mentioned this in another tour before, but you don't want to pay that monthly gym membership fee. You want to have the gym at your house.
Don't even want to leave the comfort of your own home. This room is also nicely mirrored. And in case of an emergency, you actually have ladder access because we are underground. So you could escape if you need to. Very great gym area.
And I want to go in and take you down here over to my left hand side. And now we have a full sized bathroom because you're going to have a lot of guests down here. If you are going to be entertaining a lot, it's only right that you have a full sized bathroom for one of your guests.
Nice Dark Stone design over on the countertops, circular mirror. And I love the modern light fixtures displayed right above. Now, let's continue on into the walk in shower space. You've got the golden brushed fixtures in here and this very nice ridge designed. Very cool. And then we'll see that actually carry on over here, too.
So that's a very unique design. We'll see that too often. And also continue on down here because we have a hallway and that hallway takes us over into bedroom number one. Before we see that, we've got to check out this stuff. Look at this built in refrigeration space.
So, of course, like I said, you're having a lot of people down here, a lot of people to entertain. It's only right that you store some wine bottles, some water bottles, beautiful cabinetry across this entire area. And this is cool, too. So hit a button.
Microwave opens up for you. Press another button that closes up right there for you. It's a really cool feature, again, that we don't really see too often. And now let's continue on down over this way. On my left, we actually have the laundry room.
Now, this is actually laundry room number one. We actually have another one up on floor number three, which will see a little later plenty of built cabinets and a sink. And now let's continue on down right over this side. And now we have bedroom number one.
You still get natural light here despite the fact that we are underground. But in case of an emergency, you've got that ladder taking you back up outside. Very cool. And over on my left hand side,
we have an extremely spacious en suite bathroom, nice mounted mirror. Got that light fixture hanging above and it's got your glass enclosed walk-in shower space built in rain head built in body spray. Nice stone design. Let's not spend too much time in here. We also have to show you this closet right over here. So extremely spacious. It's almost like we're in the primary.
But this is just the guest one. Plenty of spots for all your clothing. Let's continue on down outside of this area.
Follow me right down this way. So that just about wraps up our tour for this lower floor. Follow us back upstairs. Let's go in and check out the rest of the main floor. Now, we were led back up into the main floor of the property on my right. That's the living room that we saw a little bit earlier, elevator access on my left hand side.
And we're actually going to go ahead and take a right hand turn. And here we have the powder room. So the powder room on the main floor, as I mentioned, you're probably going to have a lot of people at this home. So it's ideal to have a gorgeous powder room, nice dark stone design over on the countertop. Let's move on through. We have some nice little storage areas
right over here, including storage right here, two very unique. And now we're coming in here and now we have two bedroom, No. Two bedroom, No. Two gets in abundance of natural light.
And you can open this up and you actually have the seamless access straight to the backyard. Beautiful area. We're going to wait. To see that it's very special. Stick around. It's so good and moving through here, we have the walk in closet area.
So again, it's massive. This extends almost all the way to the ceiling. Plenty of storage inside of here. And it's a more natural light looking out to your foliage. It's going to take a right hand turn.
We have the en suite bathroom area. Nice Dark Stone designs over on the countertops. And then take a look at this stone design you have over in the shower. Very unique, something I don't really see too often. But, you know, in these new construction properties, they are always finding new and improved ways to design showers.
I love that. On my left hand side, we have some more abstract cabinetry and shelving. Take a look at this. And like how they utilize the space looks very good. And now we have the informal living room.
Now, this is extremely spacious. If you thought the formal was big, this is probably bigger. We get tons of natural light views directly out to your backyard area. I could totally imagine relaxing at this couch with my family.
Watching a movie on your mounted flat screen TV got the fireplace displayed right below. So, of course, you can cozy up by that fire during the wintertime. And I love this gorgeous marble design which extends all the way up to the ceiling. You'll notice it is actually bookmarked over in the center to a great design. And on my left hand side, we have some more of that abstract design shelving, kind of like the one we saw just a little bit earlier, extending all the way up to the ceiling, got some glass paneled cabinetry and some lower ones. Of course, they're all soft closing for you as well.
Very great feature. I love the design elements of this home right behind this area. We have your well-equipped kitchen area. You have two islands at this kitchen. It's very spacious.
I love the hanging light fixtures that you have surrounding the entire area. We have this custom wooden design right above us and it's actually lit with LED lights above you, which looks very nice, like that modern design here. We have seating for up to four of your guests or maybe four of your kids want to eat a bowl of cereal in the morning. They can absolutely do that while mom and dad are sitting over at the informal dining area.
This is a nice place to read the newspaper in the morning, maybe have a cup of coffee and just relax before your day for work. Tons of natural light, indoor outdoor flow straight to the backyard again. We'll see that a little bit later. But this is very nice, too. So you have all of this custom wooden cabinetry in the white color. This is going to be with more of a natural wood tone, really complementing the white.
Well, I like that. On my left hand side, we have your wolf designs, six burner stovetop double oven set up right below that area, right above the stove top. We have your built in hood and it's actually clad with the exact same wood that we see over on my right hand side. And right here we have your panel dishwasher right here. I love the fact that we use the exact same wood and we have your modern farm style sink design right over here.
And that's just the first thing. We actually have some more sinks over here. So we got sink number two right here with tons of natural light and it actually looks out over into your putting green. That's right, you have a putting green in the backyard. It's awesome moving through, we have your built-In cappuccino machine and press this button and this is actually where we have your wolf design microwave setup press a simple button that closes up for you. Overall, it's very user friendly.
I like that feature a lot. And I will continue on down over here because on my left hand side, this is where we have your pantry room. Now, again, it's massive. You can use me for a reference and you can just see how far these cabinets extend up. That's awesome. And then moving through, we actually have a butler's sink.
So sink number three in the kitchen. Again, more natural light looking out over into the putting green tons of custom cabinets across this entire space. Let's move on through. We have some more cabinetry. And you open this up and you can actually slide these spaces out. Ideal for storing some easy to grab snacks, close it up. It's also soft closing. Great thing.
And then over on my left and my right hand side, we actually have even more custom cabinetry and glass paneled cabinetry. So it's really cool that you have like the most amount of storage possible. This home is going to be ideal for a large family looking to move in. We're going to move on through right over here because something I almost forgot to mention, open this up. This is where we have your seamlessly integrated subzero freezer space.
And then on this side, we actually have the refrigeration area. Fridge staging is one of my favorite things to love that. And then, of course, as you can see, it's completely clad in the exact same custom design that we've seen a little bit earlier throughout the kitchen. And right here, we actually have your dual zone wine bottle storage, or you can actually have some canned beverages or some water bottles in here, too.
I like the fact that you can store them at two different temperatures to the very user friendly design right here. Also, open this up and you can actually slide out some more storage. They thought of everything at this property. Again, as I mentioned, it's one of the nicest, most perfect homes we've ever seen on the channel. It checks all the boxes. And believe it or not, we've checked out for number one, for number two.
And now we have to check out the backyard. Let's do it right now. Everyone, so now we've just made it out to this gorgeous backyard located here in the Pacific Palisades of Los Angeles. Now, as we first come out, of course, we have this amazing bright backyard and take a look at the pool right in front of me. It's a zero edge design pool. So you can see that nice water feature tucks down into the ground.
And we have this set of four water features. It's an extremely deep pool as well. So I could totally imagine having plenty of people over. Entertaining is truly a paradise at this property.
You have three stage pool chairs right next to the pool. And we have this turf area which takes us back out to the front yard of this home. But I don't want to spend too much time over here, OK? I want to go ahead and continue on over to the action. So, of course, this is a gorgeous pool.
And did I mention you actually have that seamlessly integrated Jacuzzi area? It flows nicely on into the pool and it overall looks so great. I love the modern design of this pool. It looks extremely clean. And then over on my right hand side, we have this nicely detached pool house. And this is a very cool thing because, again, most homes, we don't really see this, but you have the custom wooden paneling across the entire area.
And like we saw in the main home, you also have the built in speaker systems in here, too. And you come out over here, maybe one of your guests has to use the restroom out here. Well, this is exactly where they can do that. We have the nicely built in vanity right over here, mounted light fixture right above. And you still get a little bit of natural light inside of here, too.
That's always a great thing to go out and close this up. I could totally imagine just relaxing out here on a hot day like today, getting some work done, just completely relaxing and enjoying this gorgeous backyard. Let's move on through.
I also like the fact that you have this turf design across the entire home. So, again, it's really low maintenance. You don't ever have to have a gardener come and clean up this grass. This grass is never going to die either, which is awesome. And then we're moving on through here and we have another very nicely staged seating area. Again, I can totally imagine just having a couple of people gathered around this area.
And since it's such a massive home, you can have so many people, I'm saying like probably hundreds of people at this property. And while you have hundreds of people on this property, I'm sure some of them would want maybe a burger or a hot dog. And so this is where you would do it right here at your outdoor barbecue, set up nice stone design across this entire area. And that's just not all for the backyard.
We actually have a couple more things to show you. We have a continuation of that turf design and then it actually flows on over into your very own putting green. So just imagine this. You can have guests relaxing over in your pool area. You can have people relaxing over in your pool house by your water feature, and then you can have some more people playing a round of mini golf at your property.
That's a very exclusive feature that you cannot see about most properties. I love this. You actually have three holes and I really wish they had a club so we can play a little round, but we got to keep this tour going.
Let's continue on down right over here. I also like this feature, too. So you have the beautiful palm trees displayed right above, giving you the nice tropical vibes out here. I love this so much. Follow me back down over here.
And now that is going to wrap up our tour of this entire first floor, lower floor and backyard. Now join us and let's go in and take a tour of the third and the final floor. So as you can see, we have just made it up to the third and the final floor of this gorgeous property located here in the Pacific Palisades. Now, as we first come up, you see that we have this absolutely gorgeous light fixture. I love the fact that it suspends in between the stair sets. I just want to mention this atrium really quickly.
So you have the dark wooden panels across the entire area. The clear story windows bring in so much natural light. And as you can see, it just looks out to pure foliage. It's a really nice and serene feel as you walk up these stairs.
It's a very open concept and it feels extremely spacious. Right here. We have this absolutely massive window. Again, looking straight out to your pool area. It's really cool how you have all of these large windows in the property. It's property is well lit all day long. Let's move through.
We have some nice storage right over here. You go in and take your right hand turn and we actually have the second laundry room. So I know we saw the first one over on floor number one. So again, you don't want to bring all your clothes from up here down to the bottom floor. You actually want to do it right here.
So you have two opportunities to do that. It's cool. And they add those types of things in properties. You have the beautiful custom cabinetry and you actually have your own built-In sink right here. Nice views of the foliage as well. Two appliances. And we continue on right over here. This is where we have bedroom number three.
Bedroom number three is extremely spacious. You get so much natural lights and views of the foliage out here in the Palisades. It looks very gorgeous. It's nice. Quiet neighborhood right here.
We have all of your closet storage so you can open this up and you have the most amount of storage in there. Very nice. You can also have two kids living here, too, as you can see moving through.
We have the unsweet bathroom and we have the motion sensor lights as you first come in, mounted mirror and light fixture right above. I love tile design across the entire space. Get the clear story window. Natural light and the shower space actually doubles as a bathtub to nice feature.
And now it's continue on right over here. Very spacious upstairs again, those windows are to die for. Those look so gorgeous moving through on my left hand side. This is actually where we have elevator access.
So, again, imagine you're on the lower floor. You don't want to walk up the stairs. Take the elevator.
On the left hand side, we have bedroom number four, very spacious, again, all of the natural light and the views of the foliage. And this is actually where we have your closet space, very similar to the last one. Again, plenty of spots to hold your clothing. And it's also soft closing to my left hand side. We have the en suite bathroom, circular mirror, natural light, and you got your glass enclosed walk-in shower.
Nice tile design inside of there too. Overall, very nice. Now let's move on through because we have just another bedroom located right outside of this one. So this is where we have bedroom number five and bedroom number five, again, is very spacious. Like all the other ones. You know, this one actually has its very own balcony.
So let's check that out right now. Very nice and spacious balcony. You can totally relax here, get some work done.
Use of your backyard, too. It doesn't really get much better than this. Imagine watching over all of your guests right here.
They're playing a game of volleyball. You want to wave hello to them? You can absolutely do it. Let's move on through right over here because we have your walking closet space again. It's very spacious, kind of like all the other ones that we saw. Plenty of shelving spaces across the entire area.
And I want to go ahead and take you over to my left hand side. And this is actually where we have your own suite bathroom. So similar blasting close walk in shower space. But this tile design is actually not similar.
We haven't seen this yet, extends all the way up to the ceiling and it overall looks very good. I like that a lot. And now this is going to conclude our tour for most of the upstairs.
But we actually still have one more room to show you. And that is going to be the primary bedroom, bathroom and the closet. And do I say it is absolutely exceptional, full of great features. You're going to love it. Let's check it out. And here we have the sixth and the final bedroom, which is the primary suite.
It's gorgeous. I know. I said we have seven bedrooms in this property and the seventh is actually going to be the gym. I just didn't reference the earlier. But anyways, we have this absolutely gorgeous light fixture hanging right above this space.
On my right hand side, we have this absolutely incredible Chevron wooden design over on this entire side of the wall, hanging light fixtures on either side of the bed, making it feel very royal and luxurious. Of course, this space gets the most amount of natural light, possible windows across the entire room. And you actually have two sets of doors taking you out to the balcony. We'll see you in just a second. But actually want to go ahead and touch on this right here, too. So we have the similar stone design extending all the way up to the ceiling with the seamlessly integrated fireplace, kind of like the one we saw just a little bit earlier on the lower floor.
And then right here, this is very interesting, too. So, you know, as the king and the queen of the property, maybe you don't want to go downstairs and grab yourself a drink or a cold water. So you put them right inside of here.
You're seamlessly integrated refrigeration space. I like how they added that. I think that's a really cool thing, especially to have in the primary.
And we have a little built in sink right here, too. So maybe you want to get yourself some tap water. You can absolutely do it. Built in shelving spaces right over here in the abstract design, it looks great.
And you have actually that same stone design that we saw over on the fireplace. Now, right here, I want to go and take you outside of here because this balcony is truly exceptional. I like the last one a lot, but I think I like this one even better because take a look at this. It's extremely spacious.
You can walk all the way down over here, right over here. We have some views of your seating area, and it's just such a great balcony. Great vibes out here. Of course, the views as well. You can see all of the plantlife. This balcony is very good.
I like this one a lot. Let's come inside of here. Right. It's such a gorgeous primary. I think one of the best ones I've ever seen.
And now we're coming through here and we have closet number one. So we actually have two closets in this primary suite. This is going to be the rather larger one of the home. Nice light fixture hanging right above. Again, it's a little similar to the ones that we saw over on the lower floors here.
We have a nice built in vanity for him or her before starting the day at work or for a party. It's nice light fixtures right above this area. And overall, I mean, you can just see how much cabinetry you really have. I mean, it literally extends all the way up to the ceiling. I think anyone would probably need to stepstool to get up there, but it's awesome. And we also have this built in Center Island right over here, too.
So this is where you're going to be storing all of your jewelry or maybe your secret pair of shoes that you don't want anyone else to find. Very spacious. Don't mean take a look at how deep this shelf is. A very nice feature.
And now we're going to go ahead and take a turn right over here, because this is where we have the main event. And here we have the primary bathroom and the primary bathroom is extremely spacious. First coming in, we have this gorgeous freestanding tub right here, Marble Designs extending all the way up to the ceiling.
And we have the built-In light fixtures on either side of me right here. And you have some towel storage right there, too. I think that's really cool how they utilize that space, something we don't see too often. And on my left hand side, we have the double vanity set up, custom wooden cabinetry display to right below that area, hanging light fixtures, massive mirror. I mean, this is my dream vanity. This checks again, all the boxes.
And overall, it's so gorgeous. What more could you really ask for? On my left hand side when you go and open this up right here and here, we have your oversize shower space. Now, take me for reference. If you just see like you could probably have like ten people in here. This is huge. And we have the gold rush fixtures. You have two mountain ranges.
And let's not forget the third rain head right up there, that is massive, so you can shower like in three different places in the shower. That's very cool. And right over here, we have the marble design bench right over here, built in shelving. And again, the marble you can actually see is cloud on the ceiling. So that's something you don't see too often, marble on your ceiling. What more could you really ask for? That is incredible.
Let's move on down right over here, because we have one more thing to show you. And that is going to be closet number two. So this one is the smaller one of the two. But as you can see, you still need a step stool to get up there because that is huge. You have plenty of glass paneled cabinetry, all soft closing as well. Store your favorite pair of shoes or jewelry, whatever you want to store.
You can absolutely do it inside of here. And believe it or not, that is actually going to wrap up our tour of this gorgeous property. And when I say this is the most perfect home we've ever seen, I truly mean, it checks all the boxes.
