Touring A $8,000,000 California ESTATE With 2 MEGA MANSIONS | Mansion Tour
Hello, everyone, and welcome back to my channel. My name is JP and I tour a lot of luxury mansions across the state of California and this happens to be another one of them. Today, we're in the gorgeous city of North Tustin, which is located here in Orange County, California, about to tour this amazing property. This property was built on one point six acres of land and is divided between two houses.
So we have the main property displayed right behind me and we have the secondary guest property, which we'll be checking out a little bit later in the video. So make sure to stick around for that. The main property features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, nine thousand three hundred square feet of interior space, and the secondary property features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and six thousand seven hundred seventy eight square feet of interior space. This home has a custom designed, massive private bar, a movie theater, personally one of the best backyards I think we've ever seen on the channel and so many more amazing features that I'm really excited to show you. So without any further ado, let's go ahead and get started. Now, first off, I want to go ahead and begin our tour on the exterior of this tremendous property located here in North Tustin.
So right behind me, that's actually where we have the guest property. But we're not going to check that out right now. We're going to save that for a little bit later. It's truly amazing. One of the most amazing properties I think we've ever seen on the channel right here. I want to talk about this luscious plant life.
So, of course, this is included in your motor courts. And if you'll notice, this property is actually surrounded with even more amazing plant life. We're going to be seeing that throughout the entire property and over in the backyard. So make sure to stick around for that. We also have this massive motor court here at the front of the property capable of fitting almost 20 cars.
I want to go out and just show you the scale of this really quickly. So I'm six foot three for reference and then just see how massive the space really is. It's truly breathtaking. It's an absolutely amazing home. So many great features to show you.
And I'm very excited to do it. And we're coming down right over here. We have some steps taking you down to this nicely designed stone pathway, again, surrounded with some more of that plant life. We're going to head up these stairs. And then this is another one of my very favorite features of this property.
I will be seeing that a lot because there's just so many things to show you. But right here, we have one of the most gorgeous water features I think I've ever seen in my entire life. So it's designed with the statue and it's surrounded by some more of that plant life, which looks so gorgeous over my right hand side.
This is actually where we have some more stone pathway access taking you into your backyard. We're going to check that out in a little bit. I just want to let you know that is the best backyard I quite literally have ever seen in my entire life. And I'm very excited to show you that we're coming right over here. And this is where we have your covered entryway with the chandelier displayed right above me.
This is where we have the double door access. And now let's head inside. Now, we've just made our way over into the main home of the property. And as we first come in, we have this elegantly designed entryway. When we first come in, we have the two storey ceilings leading you to some gorgeous railing.
And I love the stone floors that they have surrounding this entire floor of the property. We're going to come right over here. And this is actually where we have some spiral staircase access taking you up to the second floor. And if you pan up right above me, that is one of the nicest chandeliers I think we have ever seen on this channel. And then down here, this is actually where we have some stair access, taking us down into the private man cave, which contains an eighteen hundred bottle wine cellar, a gym and a movie theater.
So make sure to stick around for that. That is really breathtaking. So we're going to come right over this way and then we actually see some more of that nice custom design railing, which looks so gorgeous. Again, it's one of my most favorite features, but I do have a lot of favorite features of this property. And now we are led over into a staged office area, one of the nicest offices I think I have ever seen. I really love that conference ceiling design right above me.
It's a very elegant design. And of course, over on this side, we have some custom built in shelving and built in cabinetry across this entire area. I want to take a look at the luxurious ness of these light fixtures. So incredible. I love the crystal design.
This room gets a ton of natural light, too, and you can look directly up to your water feature, which I just mentioned to you all. It's such a gorgeous office space. I would just be sitting here all day editing all my YouTube videos and I would literally never, never get bored of it. We have a built in fireplace in here as well. So while you're editing those YouTube videos, you could be relaxing by the fire built in mirror above.
It's truly a very elegant office space. I love it. We're coming down right over here. And let's just cut to the chase.
Let's come straight to the kitchen area. It's a gorgeous kitchen. I love the marble details across the countertops. It looks so tremendous. And we also have some more of the custom wooden cabinetry across this entire area, kind of like the one that we saw over in the office space and go in and take a look at these amenities right here.
So, of course, we've got your built in one bottle storage area right over here and built in icemaker. And that's just one of the ice makers. We actually have another one right over there. We'll see then. Just a second.
Continue on down right over here, all soft closing cabinets. It's truly incredible. And we actually have some more built-In refrigeration without a pullout feature right over here. Looks so gorgeous. Well, let's move on through. This kitchen is full of amenities. I can just imagine having all of my guests mingling in this space.
Did I mention you can probably have parties with hundreds of people at this home? It's so massive. Not to mention the amazing backyard, which we'll see a little bit later. This is just truly such an entertainer's home. We have all this custom cabinetry displayed right across this area. Let's move on through. I love this feature right here as well. So go in and get a close up of this.
For me, this is a glass custom designed door glass shelving inside. It's really elegant and it looks so amazing. Compliments the kitchen very well, in my opinion.
And now we're coming over here. And now we we're led over into your stainless steel double oven set up. Of course, it looks so gorgeous. And right above we actually have that hood and the hood is actually clad with the exact same material that they use for these cabinets. So it's nicely integrated. And of course, you can really see the nice ridge details that you have over here, not to mention you have the crown molding lining this entire room.
And now we're going to come right over here. And this is another very interesting feature. So this is your Sub-Zero side by side fridge freezer space. And it also is clad with the exact same material, again, that they used for the cabinetry. So it seamlessly integrates. And come inside of here. This is a massive.
I mean, just take me for reference, I'm six foot three and this is just about six foot three as well. It's a massive space. You can store all of your food, fruits and vegetables, whatever you want to do. And then we're coming over here and then we actually have two more ovens set up over here, not to mention the other two.
So, again, this property is really designed for entertaining and having hundreds of people over. But let's cut to the chase. It's come on over here. All right. So we're led over here into this gorgeous area.
I would say that you would stage your formal dining table right over here. And then, of course, this room gets a ton of natural light. And when I say that, I mean a ton because take a look right out here.
You have views of your pool. You have views of your live band area, and you have views of the entire Orange County. It's truly remarkable. One of the best views that I think we've ever seen on the channel. But let's continue on right over here, OK? That's where we have the entrance, just for reference for you all. But let's go in and continue down right over this way and follow me down this little step.
And now we were led over into your wet bar area. I absolutely love the finishes that they have over on this faucet. It looks really great.
We're going to continue on right over here. And now this is actually where we have your secondary icemaker. So as I said, there's two in here. One is just not enough.
You really have to have two at this property. Right next to that. We have some pull our refrigeration, really great feature. And then right below that, we actually have another one.
So one is just not enough of this property. We're going to see a lot of two's across the entire space right over here. We have some more of that built in cabinetry and some more right above. But these actually feature the glass panel, which we saw a little earlier, which again, is such a great feature, really complements this room.
Well, let's move on down right over here. So we have that stone access taking you into this nicely carpeted living space. So, again, this area is not staged with furniture, but just know that the possibilities of staging this truly are endless.
You have so much natural light coming in. And again, this is such a great spot to have all of your guests relaxing, mingling. Maybe they want to watch TV over on your elegantly placed flat screen TV right over here and take a look at the details across this entire space. So it looks so tremendous. And then here we actually have your built-In fireplace.
And again, it is surrounded by this amazing stone design. It looks so elegant. I love that feature. And then as I mentioned in the other room that we saw, we actually have another coffered ceiling design right above me, truly elegant. And then we have some more of the crown molding surrounding the entire ceilings and the floors of this area.
And another feature I wanted to show you before I forget, follow me right out here. And of course, you actually have a balcony setup which compliments the living space and the kitchen area. So we're coming outside of here and it's a very spacious balcony.
And then you have tremendous views of your entire backyard. Set up your hot tub, your pool, your live band area, and, of course, views of the entire Orange County. We're going to move on right up here. We have a nice staged table. And then I just want to go out and show you that this balcony actually extends all the way down to this side as well, which is such a great feature. This is where we have your outdoor barbecue set up.
Now, I want to go in and show you this feature right here, too, which is really cool. So, again, we actually have some more stage table areas and then this right here. So I want to just go and give you a sneak peek of the backyard. So that's actually where we have your live band performance area.
And yes, the owner of this property did used to have live bands perform here. You have so much space out there. And again, as I mentioned, this property is built on one point six acres of land.
So you can really have hundreds, if not thousands of people here. Let's move on through, because this is a room that we have not checked out yet. So we're coming inside of here.
And this is your formal living area. So at this formal living area, you have a built in fireplace on this side of the wall with some absolutely gorgeous stonework and some woodwork displayed right above. I love the way that they carved these features. Looks so good. And again, we actually have some crown molding lining the entire ceilings and the floors of this property. We have a staged piano area.
And I just want to put this picture in your head. Come over here. So imagine you're sitting down, you're playing piano, and then you are looking out at your gorgeous plant life.
You get so much natural light into this space is truly one of the most serene experiences ever. I wish you can be here with me to experience this home together. It's truly, truly gorgeous. You're going to come up right over here and we already saw this stuff. So just ignore it, OK? Come down here. And now we're going to be taking a left hand turn and now we are led over into the powder room.
So this powder room is very elegantly designed. We have the built in chandelier above and some other light fixtures lining this space. Nice stone countertop with the integrated sink. I do like that feature. Let's move on right down over here.
And we're going to go in and be taking a left hand turn. And now we're led over into bedroom number one. So bedroom number one is very spacious. I'm going to get some more of those stone floors like we saw throughout the rest of the property. We actually have the glass panel doors right here for your closet space, which is so amazing.
And you come inside of here and then you have absolutely plenty of space to store all your clothing, which is, again, a great feature. Right. We're going to close those up for you now. Follow me right down here, because, of course, this bedroom is also one suite. So we're coming right at. Out of here and we actually are going to see some more of the stone designs like we saw over in the powder room. It's a very spacious bathroom, mirrors across the entire side of the wall.
And we have a built in shower area, which also doubles as a bathtub. You get some of that natural light and some of the nice stone details across this area, too. Overall, very elegant.
And I like it a lot. Let's move on through right here. Another interesting feature that you actually have some more of the glass panels displayed over on the door to come to this property. Really cool. Let's move on right over here.
It's going to take a left hand turn and now we're led over into your secondary powder room. So get to see some more of the same stone designs and the sink set up like we saw in the last one. And now it's going to take a left hand turn. And now we're led over into your laundry room.
So the laundry room is extremely spacious. You have all this custom cabinetry that extends all the way up to the ceiling, built in sinks, set up on my left hand side. And I love that back splash design that they use right over here. I want to take a look at those details right there. Those are absolutely amazing. Nice stone countertop.
And we have space for up to two appliances inside of here. And not to mention this is actually one of three laundry rooms just in the main house, which is a feature that you really just don't see too often. I know. I definitely don't see it. So that's absolutely amazing.
So we're going to come down right over here. Let's go in and take a right hand turn. Follow me right up these steps. And this is actually where we have the four car garage like we saw earlier in the video, two cars there, two cars. They're very spacious, self-explanatory. Just continue on right down over here again.
It's such a gorgeous, gorgeous property. We just checked out the entire main floor. Now follow us downstairs. Let's go and check out the man cave. All right, guys, so now we just made it down to the lower level, which is probably one of the best floors of the entire main house.
So we're first coming down over here and now you will head over into your fully equipped gym setup. Now, this isn't just your regular indoor gym. No, this gym literally has everything. So first you have your bench right here. You have your fully equipped weight rack right over here with all of your dumbbells right over here.
Get those curls in. And now we're going to continue on right over this way. We have an ab machine right here. We have literally everything. It's it's insane bicep curlers right over here. And that's not even it.
I want to go and show you right over here, too. So we're continuing on down right over here. And then we also have a squat rack which is actually staged at the gym.
So when I said that this gym has everything, I mean, you don't even need a gym membership. I mean, you could just come down here, imagine you take a nice dip in the pool after doing a hard workout inside of here. That's just such a great feature.
And that's probably what I would use this gym for every single day, because you have that seamless indoor outdoor flow straight to your pool area. That pool looks so inviting right now. I really wish we could jump in, but we're not going to do that. We're going to come right over here and now we're led over into your gorgeous movie theater. I just imagine this floor is actually sequenced very well, because, first of all, you start by taking a big workout at your gym.
Then you go take a dip in your pool and then after the pool, you come in and then you watch a movie. So this area is currently shown to, say, up to eight guests. And this room is nicely carpeted. You have gorgeous acoustic paneling across the entire space.
So, again, it's completely soundproof. And then, of course, the main event right over here, that's where we have your built in screening area and then the projector displayed on the other side of the room. It is truly one of the nicest movie theaters I think we've seen on the channel.
Looks just like an old school movie theater. And we have some more of the wooden designs right over here, too, which is so cool. But falling back out here got a couple other things to show you. So we're going to go in and take a left hand turn and now we're led over into a full size bathroom right here. We also have this built in a mirror and we have your glass enclosed walk-in shower space inside of here.
Beautiful stone designed across the entire space. Looks so gorgeous. So I spent too much time in there. All right. Let's continue on because we have another bathroom right here. So this is your powder room.
So you just have the toilet and the sink area. And then, as I mentioned, we actually have the laundry space right over here, too. So space for two appliances. And then we actually have another laundry space up on the third floor, which we'll see a little bit later. It's more built in cabinets across this area. So, I mean, it's so cool because imagine, you know, you don't want to take all of your wet clothes upstairs.
No, you want to wash them right down here. Right. It makes so much sense. And then right over here, this is actually where we have your media closet, but we're not going to go in there. Instead, we're going to go in and take a turn right over this way.
And now we're led over into another living space, which also contains your eighteen hundred wine bottle seller. Now, first coming in here, this is a feature that we just really never seen any property. So if you get a close up on this wall, these are actually not hanging paintings.
These are actually directly painted into the wall. So that is such a great feature that we really just never see. So the artistic design that went into designing all of these walls is just so amazing. And this is not even the only wall that has that.
This wall actually behind us is also completely custom painted. And these actually aren't separating stone panels. These are all painted for effect right here, too, which is really, really interesting. And then, of course, this entire thing, two completely painted directly onto the wall.
So, again, that is something that you really just never see it. So the design aspect of this entire lower floor is very, very interesting that the nice staged dining table right there. And also, did I mention you get that seamless indoor outdoor flow straight to your backyard again? We'll see that just after this. So stick around. But we're coming down right over here.
This room is also nicely carpeted. And, you know, this feels like your local Italian restaurant. It feels extremely luxurious and really cozy inside of here. I like this feature a lot.
You can definitely imagine having some Italian meals down here for sure. So we're moving on down here. We have all this custom built in cabinetry and a third icemaker that totals for up to three that we've seen so far. There might be more. So make sure to stick around. I'm coming right over here. We have some more pull our refrigeration spaces right over here, which is a great feature.
And we actually have some more right here. So that actually totals up to four Pull-Out refrigeration spaces. So absolutely plenty of spots for all of your drinks right below there. Another nice stage seating area. And again, we have that painted a mural on that entire side of the wall.
We'll continue on right over here. And now we are led over into your eighteen hundred massive wine cellar. So, again, like I mentioned, I'm six foot three. And now just take a look at how long this room really is. So this is where the owner is going to be storing all of their precious bottles of wine again, actually done right over here. We have another painted in mural on the direct wall, which again is so amazing.
It's something we really just never see. And then above me, we have the arch ceiling design with that gorgeous stonework above. It looks so, so good. And now we're going to come right over here because this is actually where we have a built sink set up and we have some more of that custom cabinetry display to.
Right. So low that it's truly an amazing wine cellar, very, very great downstairs, and I'm really glad that you got to check it out with us. So on that note, let's go in and check out the amazing backyard. All right, guys, we have just made it out to one of the best backyards I quite literally have ever seen in my entire life. So coming out here, we have your built-In Jacuzzi area, but do not let that distract you from the rest of the backyard that we were about to tour. Truly gorgeous.
But before we check that out, we're going to go ahead and walk right over here, because this is another really great feature. So we're coming inside of here and you actually have your nicely staged sitting area right over here. And then this is very interesting.
So this is the kind of kitchen that you would normally see indoors inside of any luxury property? Well, this is actually located outside. So, of course, you have the gorgeous custom cabinets across the entire area built in dishwasher built-In sink area. Nice backsplash, nice countertop, built in microwave, built in refrigeration, designed by Viking.
And then you also have another icemaker. So that total is to up to four that we've seen so far. We might see more we might not make sure to stick around. Right here. We have your Viking professional oven set up with the four burners right above. As I mentioned, this is a luxury kitchen that we would see indoors on any property, but they just decided to put it outside instead because there just wasn't enough space inside.
It's amazing. It's so great for entertaining. And guys, just imagine the amount of people that you can have in this backyard. It is truly gorgeous. And oh, my goodness, it's like the eighth wonder of the world out here.
It's it's amazing. And then right here we have another state seating area. And just look at the privacy.
You have the plant life. This is your own personal oasis. It's a resort. It's top of the line luxury. You're not going to find this anywhere else, really, in Orange County.
I mean, again, this property is located on one point six acres of land. And it's just it's one of a kind that truly is on my right hand side. I want to go and show you this feature. So right over here, we have this nice turf area, very low maintenance. You never have to come out here and have a gardener cut this up. It will stay looking like this literally forever.
Of course, all of the gorgeous plantlife surrounding this entire area. And as I mentioned, I mean, the amount of privacy, you literally have no neighbors. I can even think of looking inside of your property. It's like impossible. And again, we have another turf area right over there. Maybe you want to let the kids run around.
Maybe you want to let the dogs run around. You can absolutely do it. And then when you're having your gatherings, you were having all of your guests relaxing in your massive pool.
And again, I'm going to say this a lot in the video, but I'm six foot three for reference. And, you know, just take a look at how massive this pool really is. I mean, you can you can probably run the mile around this pool alone. There is just so much space out here in this backyard. And I can only imagine how it feels to relax in there. And then while you're relaxing in this pool with all of your guests, maybe you want to have a live band playing.
You can absolutely do it because this property has an amphitheater. Take a look at this right over here feature that I have never seen before in my entire life and any property. It's an extremely rare feature that you just really will probably never see again. And the owner, as I mentioned, has actually had live bands playing up here before. So you can have so many people sitting across this area. A live band performs above.
And then did I mention I want you to come right up here because there is a built in statue, but it's not only a statue. Right? So you actually have this water feature which extends all the way down to the floor of the backyard set up. So, again, it's a feature that you really just never see any property is so amazing in the way that they designed it. And the gathering's the.
People you can have here is just truly remarkable and one more thing I want to show you, so all of these areas are lined with turf. And again, just look how much space you have right over here. You can maybe play a game of soccer right over here. It's such a such a massive piece of turf. It's so great. And again, it is completely private. You know, none of your neighbors can even see into this property.
And it's truly, truly an oasis. Just take a look at how gorgeous this property is. And did I even mention this is only the main house? We still have to check out the secondary house a little bit later on. So, again, make sure to stick around. You'll see that this is actually where we have the water feature ending right over here on this side.
Such a great feature that we really just never see here in Orange County, even in L.A. I've never seen that either. So truly gorgeous. The plantlife around this entire area makes it feel like we have just flown in to a private jungle. Are we even in California? Are we even in the United States? I don't even know anymore. Just take a look at this. Incredible.
We have two more surf areas on my right and my left, and now we're coming right down over here. And now we actually have another state seating area and right over here gets a built in fire pit, set up some additional storage on either side of that fire pit. But that's not all. We have some more. So we got some more state seating areas. And again, just the plantlife across this entire space, it really looks like a resort out here. It's truly one of the best backyards I think we have ever seen on this channel.
It really sets the bar extremely high for luxury backyards. This definitely has a number one spot right now. What do you think? Comment down below. But this I mean, oh, man, I have no words for this anymore. This is truly, truly remarkable.
So that's going to wrap up our tour for the backyard setup. It's going to head to the third floor. Follow us right now. So now we just made our way up to the third floor of the main house. And again, as I mentioned in the beginning of the video, just take a look at the customer railing that you have extending all the way down to the man cave. Can we have this gorgeous chandelier, like I mentioned just a little bit earlier, and we get some natural light coming in from those windows above super high ceiling.
I'm six foot three for reference. And I mean, just take a look at how high those are. That's a feature that you really just never see in properties. It's so great. And then we also have some clear store windows right above this space, letting in so much natural light to the entry. Look so gorgeous. And we're going to come right over here
and we have this double door access taking us into the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is extremely massive. OK, so first detail I want to talk about.
We have this built-In fireplace area right over here and take a look at the stone design across the entire space. It looks so gorgeous. It's very luxurious. And then we're going to come over here because that is not all. Come over here. You've got some built in refrigeration. You know, you're not just sitting by that fire without a drink.
You're storing all your drinks in here. And while you sit by that fire, you're enjoying a nice ice cold drink. Right? Come over here. Some more built in cabinetry spaces look so amazing.
Again, it's not strange with furniture, but look how massive it is. And then again, we also have one of those vaulted ceilings right above two, which looks tremendous. And another feature I want to go in and show you, you come outside of this door right over here and now we are led over into a private little balcony. So this is where you can really escape reality and then you can gaze over your amazing backyard. Maybe all of your guests are actually out here relaxing, mingling.
Maybe there's a live band performing and you can just have front row seats right over here relaxing, enjoying your view of your backyard and more importantly, views of the entire Orange County ocean in the distance. It's so gorgeous. It's oh, my goodness. So amazing. I think it's worth every penny yet. Natural light across this entire space, built in ceiling fan right above. And we've got some more built in cabinetry spaces right over here.
Now we're going to come right over here. And now we're led over into the primary bathroom. And you see the gorgeous stone design like we saw over on the first floor across the entire floor of the primary bathroom. It's so amazing.
And right over here, this is where we have your double vanity set up, light fixtures displayed right above each space. And the mirror is actually covered this entire side of the wall, which is a very interesting feature that I personally just do not see too often. So when I do see it, I love it. And right here you've got your glass enclosed Walk-In shower area.
Follow me right inside of here. Very interesting. So we get the natural lights, but these are actually frosted windows. So you really no one can see in here. It's absolutely impossible. The most amount of privacy while you still get the natural lights, which is a great feature. Let's move on through here and a feature that I personally have never seen in my entire life until right now.
First of all, you have your bathtub, but you actually have a fireplace displayed right next to your bathtub. So that's a feature that you really will not see too often. And when it's in bathrooms like these, it really shows the true top of the line luxury that you have in here. Really cool. I imagine you just relaxing in here, maybe reading a book or getting some work done, relaxing by the fire, and then you can turn your head and then you're looking out to the gorgeous Orange County into your backyard, truly one of the best bathrooms I think we've ever seen. Let's not spend too much time out here.
I want to go in and continue down. And now let's make a left hand turn and now we're led over into the primary claw's area first coming in here, take a look at all of the built in cabinetry that we have in this space. It's truly luxurious and it's one of the most spacious closets that I think I've ever seen in any home space to hold your clothing right above. And then we have some more of the gorgeous cedar wood across the entire space, some more built in shelving on either side of me. And now follow me right down over here.
And now we're left open to an extension of the primary closet. So this closet is very unique. So in this closet, of course, you get a ton of natural light, which is a great feature that we don't really see too often. And to get views of your backyard, which makes me so happy. But imagine, you know, the owner of this property most likely has a lot of clothes, maybe a lot of suits and ties or maybe their significant other has a lot of close to coming in here.
And you have the most amount of space to hold all of your clothing, want to hold all of your shoes back over here. And this closet is so massive it even has its very own ladder. OK, so imagine you want to store secret things right above here while you just climb up this ladder right here. And then this is where you can access your favorite pair of Jordans that you don't want anyone to see. This is where you do it.
An amazing feature that, again, we just really never see. And then if you're deciding what you want to wear in the morning, but you're not really sure, maybe you narrow your outfit down to three shirts, OK, you pull this out right here. You hang up the three shirts and you can really compare and contrast which ones that you want to wear for the day. So, again, it's a great feature that we just really never see.
I mean, this is truly remarkable. And then we have another one right here and then we have another one and another one. So, I mean, this closet is just fully equipped with pretty much every feature you can absolutely imagine. So gorgeous. And then can hang some more clothes right over here, too. Amazing.
Come down right over here. One of the best closets I think I have ever seen again, it's a very spacious room, but we are going to go ahead and head down this hallway. So follow me right down over here. Let's go in and take a left hand turn and now we will head over into a bedroom.
No. Three bedroom number three, very spacious. It gets a ton of natural light and it gets views of your front yard. It's come down here in bedroom number three. We actually have a laundry space, which is very unique. Plenty of custom cabinetry looks great. And now it's moving through right down over here because, of course, you have an aunt suite bathroom.
It's going to take a right hand turn. We have your glass enclosed Walk-In shower space. And this also doubles as a bathtub, too.
So it's a very, very great utilization of the space. I like that feature a lot. And this mirror covers the entire side of the wall.
Custom cabinetry looks gorgeous. And now we're coming here and now we're led over into bedroom number four, very spacious room. Got the vaulted ceiling right above and the built in ceiling fan. Tons and tons of natural lights, like I mentioned. And let's come out here.
You open this up and now you have a nice private balcony. OK, so this is actually a little bit more spacious than the primary one. So, I mean, imagine just having some stage pool chairs out here during the day.
You can stand up here and then come down here. Right. Gorgeous views of your backyard. I mean, it doesn't really get much better than this.
This is truly remarkable falling back inside of here. All right. And now we're going to go head to head right down over here and we're going to go out and take a left hand turn. And this is actually a built in shoe closet right here. So imagine maybe you have a crazy sneaker collection like DJ Khaled.
This is where you put all of your sneakers. And this might not even be enough storage, but it's truly a lot. I mean, it's taller than me.
So, you know, that's a lot of storage, right? I'm going to take a right hand turn and now we will head over into bedroom number five. So bedroom number five, again, is extremely spacious. It gets a ton of natural light and it connects us back over onto that balcony which we just saw, which is so gorgeous. I love this space. And you get views of your entire backyard and Orange County. But of course, this room also has a very own en suite bathroom.
So we're coming inside of here. And now we actually have your double vanity setup, custom cabinetry right below. And we actually have some more cabinetry displayed on this side, which is very unique. I'm going to go and take a right hand turn. And now we're led over into the walk in shower space.
It's nicely glass and close and it also does double as a bathtub. Let's move on through. All right. Finally, right down this way.
And now we have another closet and this closet is extremely spacious. OK, this is kind of like they took a little bit of a cut out from the primary, but we see some more of the cedar wood across this entire space built in a mirror and plenty of cabinetry. Truly, truly remarkable.
And now let's head out over on this side. And believe it or not, that is going to wrap up our entire tour of the main house. I really hope you enjoyed our tour of the main house, but that's just not all for this video, because now we have to go in and check out the six thousand seven hundred and seventy eight square foot guest home. So let's go out and do that right now. As you can see, we have just made it out to the guest property first coming out here, and this is the carriage house, that's what they call it.
This is truly a massive property. And, you know, if you thought the other one was massive, this one is almost the exact same inside. This is nearly seven thousand square feet. And we have the massive MotorCourt coming up to the space.
I think it's really cool that you have two separate motor courts because the other one is already massive in and of itself. But I mean, this one, too, is just so huge. I mean, you can have probably over 15, maybe even 20 cars over here at this secondary motor court. And we're going to come right over here. And as I mentioned, OK, I am six foot three for reference. And, you know, this garage door is probably twice the size of me.
So this is ideal for parking boats or RVs and come down right over here and we actually have some additional RV boat parking, this drive, which actually takes us directly down to a very open space. Well, let's continue on down over on this side. It's a very spacious outdoor area. It's very cool. And this is where we have the other two car garage door access right outside of there. We're coming up here and we actually have another driveway leading us over into another garage door, which leads us into the center of the home.
Very interesting because the owner wanted to design it in a way that they can store their entire luxury car collection inside the entire first floor of the guest property. They didn't want to limit it to just the garage space. So you're about to see that. And it's very interesting. So right here, again, we have some more of this gorgeous plant life and we actually have another fountain built into this area.
Looks amazing. It's a very, very spacious outdoor area here. We have the front door and let's head inside. Now, we have just made our way over into the very spacious guest home, I mean, this guest home is the size of most luxury mansions.
Let's be honest, this is absolutely mind blowing. But first coming in, we have this gorgeous Alfa Romeo and this is just stage. It does not come with the home, unfortunately. But this is actually one of the garage doors that you saw taking you into this main living area. So keep in mind, we're not actually in the normal garage of the space. Take a look at the the magnitude of this entire level.
It's truly something that we've really never seen before. And this is where we have the built in bar and the kitchen area. We'll see that in just a second.
But I want to go ahead and point you right over here. So this is where we have a car turntable. You can see that it's currently shown with this gorgeous Ferrari. And I mean, you get all the natural light across this entire space.
And as I mentioned, the owner really wanted to design this area in the way that they can show off all of their luxury cars. And in here you can absolutely do it because here you have another garage door taking you into the space. So this is ideal for just imagine having all of your Lamborghinis, your Ferraris, pretty much any luxury car you can imagine into this space.
I mean, you really have the most amount of space. And then while you have your Lamborghini right over here, you can also be sitting at your bar. Keep in mind, this bar is massive. It's currently shown to sit up to eight guests just at this extended part.
And you have this gorgeous backlit onyx stone, which looks tremendous to design that I don't really see too often, but I love when I do see it. And then we're moving on down over here. And now we're led over into the gorgeous living space, crown molding, wanting the entire walls of the property and take a look at the stonework that extends all the way up to the ceiling.
This fireplace is absolutely massive. Again, this has got to be I'm six foot three, so this is probably like six foot five, six foot six. I mean, this is absolutely tremendous. It's so luxurious.
And I love the design that went into this. It's really something that you don't see too often. And then, of course, pan up to that gorgeous chandelier. Again, it's a feature that it's just it complements this space very, very well.
And then we have these Fleetwood sliding doors creating that indoor outdoor flow to this massive backyard area, if you will. Plenty of spots for entertaining all of your guests. And as I said, you can have hundreds of people just coming in and out of here relaxing by your cars.
Maybe they want to go ahead and head into your massive kitchen area. And again, take a look at how big this is. This is one of the most spacious kitchens I've ever seen.
And it's huge. Seriously, it's crazy. So we're coming over here. We have all of this gorgeous custom cabinetry, looks so elegant. And I love that feature.
And I also love the backsplash right over here, too. So it's completely different from the main house, which is, again, a really great feature. I love the potfiller design and the finished looks so gorgeous. And right over here we have this stainless steel design double oven set up, six burner stove top right above.
And I love the countertop design. It's a gorgeous stone. We also got some built in one bottle storage right over here. We actually have a couple bottles in there right now. This is icemaker number five. So that may be the final one that we see.
But again, it's really cool to see how many they've added across this property and the main property. And then did I mention the ceiling heights inside of here are truly, truly gorgeous. I mean, look how high these ceilings are. It's got to be, again, double my height.
So these are probably 12, 15 feet high. And then as we saw, we have the car turntable and then right above, we actually have a built in disco ball and the nice circular design up above there. So, again, they really thought of everything when they built this guest house. And did I mention so the main property was purchased over in twenty six and this guest house didn't actually even exist. So this was built in 2006 and the other property was completely remodeled at that time. So it's really cool to see how they can really utilize one point six acres of land here in Orange County.
And, you know, while you're relaxing, while you're entertaining down here, you want to have a live band playing at this house. You can absolutely do it. And that's, again, something that we just really never see. And the fact that you can have to live bands performing one here, one at the main house, it's mind blowing. It's something you never see. Let's continue on right down here.
This is where we have one of two bathrooms. OK, we're going to start with a smaller one first. So this is it right here. But it's still truly luxurious. And I love the custom design of that mirror right there. Nice light fixtures on either side.
It's a very gorgeous powder room. But if you thought that powder room was nice, wait till you see this right here. This is any anyone's dream bathroom, OK? This is truly luxurious. It feels like we have just walked into a luxurious restaurant bathroom right here. So come on inside of here.
Of course, we have that amazing countertop design which extends all the way up here. And then we have that integrated mirror set up on this side, built in light fixtures, that vessel sink. And then take a look at this faucet design right over here. So you're going to straight out of the luxury restaurant.
Looks so gorgeous. Custom cabinets across the entire space. We actually have a built-In urinal. So that's a feature I don't really see too often. Right next to that, we have the built in toilets and we have that seamlessly integrating shower area. So it doesn't even have a door. You just kind of walk in and walk out as you please.
And I love the tile design as well. I mean, you can probably have like ten people in the shower. Let's be honest, like this is so spacious, ideal for entertaining, you can have guests taking a restroom break in two different spots, people at the bars.
A live band performing all of your cars. And now we've got a chance to tour the entire first floor. Follow us upstairs and let's go in and check out for number two of the guest house.
Now, we have just made it up to the second floor of the guest property, and this second floor is still so incredible. So our first coming in here and now we're headed back over into another full sized kitchen, which actually totals to four full sized kitchens in this entire property, which is so gorgeous. It's a great feature. Again, it's something that you really just never see coming over here. On my right hand side, we have your fully stainless steel thermidor refrigerator set up and in the freezer display to right below that. And we've got your walk in pantry space right over there.
Plenty of shelving inside. Great feature. And then we're moving on through. And then, of course, we have some more of that gorgeous custom cabinetry.
And, you know, this this kitchen is still equipped with pretty much everything else that we've seen before. So, of course, you got the built in stainless steel dishwasher built in microwave, built in ovens, set up with the five burner stove top displayed right above. And we also have your built-In sink area. And I really like this feature. OK, so take a look at the stone designs right over here, completely carved out. It looks so gorgeous.
And then we have windows over looking at a beautiful view which looks so gorgeous. You got the straight shot view. I love that feature so much.
And then Icemaker No.6, that has got to be a record of probably any luxury mansion six icemaker is in, I guess is considered two properties. But that's truly remarkable. And pin up here. Take a look at the massive vaulted ceilings you have right in here, too.
So to be honest, I mean, you can still entertain probably up to 50 or more people just up here on the second floor of the guest house, which sounds crazy because guest houses are usually very small. But this one is, again, like I said, the size of most luxury homes. It's it's so amazing. You can have all your guests sitting here at your luxurious living space. It looks gorgeous. And you have the mounted flat screen TV. You've got tons of natural light coming in.
I can totally imagine all of my guests just sitting here relaxing, having a good time. And if a couple of your guests needs to crash at the home, well, I'm going to take a left hand turn and now we will head over into a guest bedroom right here, which is a great feature. So, again, if a guest wants to spend the night, they do it right here, get tons of natural light inside of here, too. And you got your built in closet area. Let's move on down right over here, because, of course, this area has a full shower and a bathroom.
So we got the full sized bathroom right inside of here, gorgeous stone countertop. And I love the vessel sink design. They have right over here looks so tremendous. And we have the built-In mirror set up right over there.
And we also have your walk in shower space. It is completely glass enclosed. You got the stone design across this entire space. And again, it does double as a bathtub. So best of both worlds inside of here. I love it. And then another one of your guests wants to spend the night.
Well, they do it over in bedroom number two right over here, built in ceiling fan above tons of natural lights. And you got the built in closet storage over on my right hand side. It's such a great feature. And again, you can really entertain so many people. Imagine all the people you can have relaxing over in your kitchen area, in your living space. And then you've got the sliders, you got the seamless indoor outdoor flow taking you out to this gorgeous balcony.
I mean, when I say gorgeous, this is truly, truly gorgeous. I mean, just take a look at this right over here. My goodness. So we're coming up over here and we have this custom railing design and then you can overlook your massive MotorCourt.
Imagine you have twenty, maybe thirty cars. Thirty of your best friend's cars is parked all out here. You can admire your motor court. You can admire the views of Orange County, of the ocean in the distance, the plant life. This is a very private neighborhood.
So, I mean, you really can't even see any other houses right here, too, which is really great. But I mean, this this view right here is so gorgeous. You got the palm trees over in the distance. You got the flat land.
You can even see down over at your backyard, over on the guest property, too. It's truly, truly remarkable. It's something, again, that we really just never see.
Oh, my goodness. I love it so much. Now we're coming inside of here and now we have a staged seating area. And on my right hand side, we also have this gorgeous fireplace design. I love the fact of the stonework extends all the way up to the ceiling. It's truly remarkable, you know, the amount of people that you can fit just at the guest house. It's got to be record breaking because most would assume that you can fit all of those people at your main house.
But here you can pretty much do it all at the guest house, too, which is so great. Double the amount of people and just the motor court alone is so gorgeous.
