Touring a $4,000,000 One of a Kind Modern Masterpiece!

visitor welcome back today we have something very special in store for you we are bringing you a true modern Masterpiece located in the prestigious Bunker Hill Village area of Houston I'd like to give a huge thank you to Nicole handy who is not only the listing agent but she's also the co-ceo of braad and Real Estate Group for allowing this tour to take place before I take you inside let me give you the specs this house is five bedrooms five bathrooms 7,447 Square ft on a 24,000 square foot lot which is a little bit over half an acre and is currently listed on the market for $4 million so let's go let the tour begin so now that we're inside let's talk about this amazing foyer very wide but let's start with this steel pivot door I love this door it's heavy and it's sleek and it's sexy and over here to my left you have an open riser staircase leading up to the second floor which we'll get to later on the tour but notice how it is framed with steel and a glass border here and that really complements the steel pivot door the floor in here are absolutely beautiful white porcelain floors and over here to my left you have a glass wine cabinet I actually counted all the slots it will hold 336 bottles of wine so if you're a wine conosur you'll absolutely love this once again continue with the theme of glass as it is on the staircase as well as here throughout this home you'll see it's a very open concept with tons of glass which allows for tremendous amount of natural lighting to come through Morgan follow me this way as we step into the open concept living area if you pan up you have beautiful imported chandeliers how do you like these lights Morgan I love them yeah they're beautiful they're very unique I have never seen lighting like this it's quite spectacular folks remember this room is quite expansive the house once again 7,447 Square ft so to give this room some definition and to separate the spaces they had this custom wall built with shelving a dual-sided fireplace which is really nice and as you come around you'll be able to see on the other side there's an additional seating area and so this could be more of your formal that could be your family room or vice versa this home has been staged for the listing and the Stager is featuring that area there with a desk so you can set it up however you like but I'm very excited now because I'm going to show you one of the most amazing primary bedrooms and bathrooms that I've seen since we've been touring these homes so Follow Me This Way starting off with a double door entry and let's talk about these windows here because normally what you find in homes is just rectangular Windows these are arched so you have three arches here it really is a design feature that makes the home look a lot more elegant this is a king-size bed to give this room some scale a very kind of Hightech ceiling fan you also have a double door entry leading into this amazing amazing bathroom take a look at the floor tile that they use here beautiful Cabinetry beautiful countertops four pendants coming down two sinks circular mirrors the cabinet is suspended above the ground this is really really nicely done and take a look at this shower two rain heads a handheld you also have jets that Propel from the wall I mean it's really a what I would call a spa shower area take a look at this very sexy Standalone tub also notice that the surround tole goes all the way from the floor to the ceiling all the way around this is truly a spa shower and bath area I absolutely love this bathroom Morgan would you ever come out of this bathroom no this is by far the best bathroom I think I've ever been in I know it's absolutely amazing it's so gorgeous it really is you have your water closet here there are two closets and it's funny cuz my wife and I talk about this all the time she says no woman ever wants to share a closet with their husband their partner their man or whoever and you know what I don't want to share a closet with a woman either so there are two closets here I'm going to make the assumption that this is probably the his or that's the second master closet some more I'll let you take a walk inside there and I know if this was our household this would definitely be my closet and then my wife of course would get the really nice closet the larger closet and this is really nicely done uh take a look more inside I love the light fixture here you have a small island has built-in drawers you have cabinets with glass front doors this is very nicely done at the end of the island here there is a little bench so if you need to sit down and put your shoes on beautifully done and as you're coming out you'll notice there is a ful length mirror here so you can get a good look at yourself before you leave the house beautiful beautiful bathroom the next highlight of this house is really an amazing what I'm going to call a true Chef's kitchen so follow me this [Music] way so as we head to the kitchen I must point out these six glass panel doors that lead out to the backyard the covered patio really really nicely done and we'll get back to that before we finish up the tour but headed into the kitchen Morgan this kitchen is crazy it's like insane I have never seen a kitchen that has three islands I've seen a kitchen that has an island as big as half of this one but not three islands so let's start here as you can see very expansive seating for six I love how they put the electrical outlets on the side they framed them in Black so everything matches beautiful quartz countertops tons of cabinet space this entire island has cabinets going all the way down soft clothes on the cabinet doors I love this very linear light fixture in fact I don't think I've ever seen a light this long but you do need one for this length of countertop space moving this way you have two islands but before we talk about that I do want to point out that these are Thermador appliances so you have a very Sleek Thermador double oven here I love the fact that they contrasted the counter TOS with the island so here you have gray here you have more of the black quartz this is your main sink and in this island you have your dishwasher and you also have a trash pull out right here soft closed Cabinetry but this is custom Cabinetry and I've never seen this before this is beautifully done you have your main drawer that pulls out but then inside you have an additional drawer which you can put your silverware you know spatula spoons taller utensils in here and then the cabinets are very nice this home in some regards reminds me of the first home we shot Morgan for the channel because had the the black cabinets yes my favorite theme I think your favorite theme favorite theme of 2024 so far right and then also notice how the quartz countertops here match the larger Island and they took the quartz backsplash all the way up but in addition to that this is a very nice touch how they wrapped the vent Hood with the quartz everything comes in here beautifully you have a five burner cooktop very very nicely done and then on this smaller Island you have a second sink which we'll call your vegetable sink you have your microwave right here and maybe you're going where's the refrigerator well it's right here in Thermador I I don't know if they started this but they definitely have continued with this where you just give it a little bit of a push and the door will open up so you have a nice Thermador refrigerator and this is the freezer side just give a little push it'll open up and we're going to open it up enough so you can take a peek inside and then all you have to do is get the door there it will close on its own off in adjacent to the kitchen you do have a breakfast nook area and you have three very large windows and as you've seen throughout as we've toured this home there's tons of window space in here and it really allows for the natural lighting to come in the way they Design This House it really brings the outside in and allows the inside to view out which is very cool we must also talk about the formal dining area and the highlight of this dining area other than the fact that it's on the other side of the glass wine storage is this beautiful chandelier you have seating here for eight obviously this area you could put a long table here if you'd like to but let's talk once again about the windows I don't think I've been in a house that has this many windows Morgan all the houses we've shot I don't think they were nice they were open but this is tremendous this is right I mean this is my Instagram dream literally Instagram moment yes all right and back here you do have more cabinet space uh this can obviously be used if you're entertaining great place to put your serving platters here but they continue with this quartz and it really brings the entire kitchen together the design the thought that one behind this is is just very nicely done all right moving out of the kitchen we already showed you an amazing primary bedroom but on this side of the home there is a guest Wing so we're going to share that with you thing so as we head to the guest Wing there are a couple little stops along the way first you do have a walk-in Pantry here tons of cabinet space nice countertops shelving plenty of room here for a pantry this door right here now is set up as a utility closet but it's actually is perfect for an elevator you can do a shaft Elevator Shaft right here and then over here to my left you have quite a large mud room nice cabinet space little bench seating here they also have an outlet here so if you need an outlet there's one here oh in the mud room I haven't seen that before and then this is a very nice utility room and I'm really going to call this a utility room because you have space here for a refrigerator you have beautiful cabinets space for your washer and dryer here your sink also a large window the windows in here I can't say too much about them it's just amazing and follow me this way Morgan we're going to just take a peek inside the garage there is a three car garage here and there's some stuff in there now for storage but it's nicely done you have beautiful Lighting in here you have Windows on the side of the garage and I love the design of the garage doors this is a 3car garage you have a pock see flooring and you also have built-in cabinets along this side and if you needed to enter the garage from the outside without coming through the garage door there is also a door that leads to the outside all right so let's go back in and now we will show you the guest wave so nice size guest room beautiful ceiling fan another large window really nice walk-in closet for a guest [Music] wing all right so now we're going to go show you the second floor of this very modern home and Morgan I have to tell you I feel like I'm getting some exercise in today because we're covering so much ground like we would have been done with these other home tours and out the H out the door already yes let's not mention the 20 takes before right we did have about 20 takes so we already mentioned this in the beginning you do have a beautiful open riser staircase leading up to the second floor I love the fact that it's St handles railing along with the glass panels going up but let's take a look at these very unique light fixtures I don't I don't know what to call them this one kind of looks like a upside down light bulb I don't know but they're they're really nice and very unique and they fit the space just great because they staggered them uh from the ceiling coming down and here we are on the second floor once again I have to point out all of the windows so here to my left this is the game room and I like the fact it's really kind of L-shaped so you could literally have a pool table here a pingpong table here or whatever however you want to do it it's plenty of room you have the glass paneling here so it may maintains the open feel you have a little stepout balcony here more natural lighting floating shelves some cabinet space below what they did with this home is really nice because they really separated the bedrooms the guest Wing that we just saw is on the opposite end of the home from the primary suite and now that we're here on the second floor you have three additional bedrooms this is the first one right here very large seamless window you have a walk-in closet and Morgan take a look at this bathroom I mean this is just a secondary bedroom but it is beautifully done look at the tile that goes up from the floor to the ceiling beautiful pendant lights great standup shower lovely tile and I want to point out that this bathroom not only is for the bedroom but it doubles for your guest when you're entertaining in the game room because it has an additional door so now we are back in the game room and Let's cross over the bridge and that's what this really is but take a look at the view to the first floor that is spectacular use it I could just hang out up here all day and just like I'm people watching from the second floor I mean this is really nicely done all right follow me this way we have another secondary bedroom and look at the size of this secondary bedroom I mean this is the size of most master bedrooms that we filmed on the channel quite large you have a really nice walk-in closet but the absolute highlight of this secondary bedroom has to be this bathroom Morgan I'll let you go inside but look at the tile on the wall and and take a look at these beautiful pendant lights that are hanging up the presentation in here is absolutely amazing the other thing I would like to point out is on the tub itself there's a bench at the back side very nicely done and coming back out you have a built-in desk area here the C Cabinetry here is very Sleek I know I keep saying sexy but this is it's sexy that's what it is floating shells with built-in cabinets that are staggered this is your built-in desk area so you know you have a couple of chairs here you have Outlet you can plug your computers in this is a great use of space and then here is your third secondary bedroom on the second floor here and once again this room is a very nice size I love the size of this window instead of breaking it up it's one Long window that's seamless big walk-in closet and what I want to point out about this bathroom wow is the floor the floor in here is absolutely beautiful I haven't seen flooring like this and they took the same tile on the floor up the wall all the way to the ceiling this is really beautifully done the choice of the scon style light fixtures I mean it's amazing this is super cool I'm so excited showing this home today it's just really nice the way that they were so creative with really utilizing every space in this home is just right there really is no dead space no from the Cabinetry to I mean the shelving even in the kitchen with the the double cabinets in the kitchen right exactly it's just awesome awesome job now this is a very unique feature I haven't seen this done before so we're going to step out here there is a Terrace wow off for the second floor and they put Turf down out here however you want to U utilize this space you can but this is just so creative and look at the size of this deck so not only do you have a very nice siiz backyard but you have this secondary area off the second floor that you can set up furniture out here I imagine you can put some type of fire pit out here it's a nice chill space I also like the paneling done here underneath the roof line very sleek nice lighting and Morgan if you follow me this way we can kind of take a look down into the backyard and if you can show over the wall and coming all the way around you can see the expansiveness of this backyard all right let's go back inside [Music] and we'll go this [Music] way and there's some additional closet spaces here and this is also where if you chose to put an elevator in it would come up right here and we'll go down the back stairwell to the first floor so as I mentioned earlier when we were headed towards the kitchen I pointed out the six panel glass sliding doors that lead to the backyard so let's show you these and these go all the way down wow and as I get each door it gets harder and harder to push but you get the idea I mean you can open up this almost the whole wall all the way down and if you entertaining this is amazing watch your step here and you have an outdoor kitchen nice Grill nice countertop here and look at the size of this rear covered patio I love the tile Choice here two ceiling fans at top plenty of lighting also the wood paneling along the roof line there and then stepping out out into the yard you get to see the size of this lot as I mentioned earlier this lot is a little over 24,000 square ft so over a half an acre um just very
