Touring A $3,200,000 ULTRA MODERN LAS VEGAS MANSION | Las Vegas Mansion Tour
[Music] hello everyone and welcome back to my channel my name is jp and i tour a lot of luxury properties across the state of california however this time we are actually in las vegas nevada about to tour this absolutely gorgeous modern home this modern home features four bedrooms seven bathrooms just under 5 000 square feet of interior space it's built on a lot that is just under half an acre of land and this home is currently on the market for 3.2 million dollars i wanted to say an incredibly big thank you to the listening agent natasha for letting us tour her amazing listing you can find all of her contact information in the description down below and now let's get started [Music] now first off i want to go ahead and begin our tour on the exterior of this absolutely gorgeous property located here in las vegas nevada so first coming up here it's a gorgeous modern architecture we have the custom wooden panels let's come over here we have this absolutely massive motor core i mean i would not be surprised if you can have like over 10 cars extending all the way to the end of this driveway alone you have this three-car garage area and inside it is massive so you can probably have lifters and actually make it a six-car garage coming up to this space we have a very nice entertainment spot and you can have a bunch of chairs and tables out here just in your front yard alone which is very cool having the seamless indoor outdoor flow straight to your formal dining area which we'll see in just a second but it's really cool how you can have the guests literally relaxing at the front of the home something you don't really see too often moving through here we have this beautiful covered entry with some more of the custom wooden panels extending up to the ceiling and we have this massive door i'm six foot three for reference so like just take a look at how big the store is let's head inside all right everyone so now we've just made it inside of this absolutely gorgeous modern home located here in las vegas nevada now first coming in we have this absolutely massive open floor plan just take me for reference and you can really just see how massive this space really is we have 14 foot high ceilings a massive ceiling fan displayed right above me and right behind me if you come a little bit closer we have this beautiful wallpaper design the seamlessly integrated flat screen tv with the fireplace displayed right below i like the fact that you also have this open shelving it looks very nice and i mean you can probably have hundreds of people alone just at this home it's very ideal for entertaining just take a look at this staged couch i mean just alone you can probably have like 10 or 15 people just sitting on this couch look at how long that is that is awesome and then on this side of the home you also get all of this natural light looking out over into your front yard area very spacious home as i mentioned and we are actually going to go ahead and head right over this way we have a closet displayed over on my right hand side and on my left hand side this is where we have the powder room access now this powder room is very cool because you actually have this slider door taking you directly into this area and we come inside of here and we have this gorgeous dark stone countertops with this metallic sink design and this is not your average sink design okay take a closer look at this i mean this sink literally extends outward from the countertop and curves upward and the faucet and the handle is actually directly mounted into the mirror which is a modern design that we just don't really see too often and when i do see it i love it because it's so cool we have this mirror which extends all the way up to the ceiling 14 feet high as i mentioned so that is a very big mirror we also have this gorgeous wallpaper surrounding the entire area all the way back here and you also get some natural lights from this privacy window very cool feature and now we are going to go ahead and head outside of this area and i want you to follow me right over here again as i mentioned it's a very open concept home this is where we have the staircase access taking us up to floor number two which we'll see in just a little bit but i want to go ahead and take you over to my left hand side and now we are led over into the amazing dining room again take me for reference this is a massive dining room we have extremely high ceilings gorgeous light fixture hanging right above this table table is currently shown to sit six guests and i mean i would just love to have a formal dinner with my family at this space and you look outside and you actually have these sliding glass doors taking you directly out to your front yard area serve up your guests right here or outdoors you can do whatever you want and if you thought that was a cool feature well you come inside of here and this is actually a 150 bottle wine cellar inside of here this is a great feature now take a look at this you have the abstract bottle design across this area with the stone extending all the way up to the ceiling this is one of the coolest wine cellars i think we have ever seen and it is also completely temperature controlled as well so again another great feature that we just don't really see too often in these homes i love that so much and of course as i mentioned it is completely glass and closed and if you want to protect it from your kids you can just lock it up right over there which is a great feature beautiful super tall again take me for reference look at how massive those glass panels are that is crazy we're gonna go ahead and head down right over this way again it's an incredibly spacious home very open concept floor plan on my right hand side that's actually where we have the kitchen but we're not gonna go in there just yet i want to go ahead and take you right down over this way i love this gorgeous light fixture and that light fixture is actually located right outside of your primary bedroom now we don't really see primary bedrooms on the first floors too often especially in los angeles but here in las vegas it is actually more of a common thing very high ceilings inside of here and this home is completely pre-wired for audio you have the built-in speakers across this entire space and another really cool feature about this bedroom is that you actually have this seamless indoor outdoor flow straight to your backyard which we'll see in just a little bit so make sure to stick around for that and now we're led over into the primary bathroom now this primary bathroom again is it's exceptional it's spacious it checks all of the boxes so the first feature i want to mention to you is this gorgeous freestanding tub i mean take a look at how massive this is just imagine you know you had a long day at work and you want to relax and you can just do it right here in your tub it's it's an amazing feature and then on this side we have your double vanity setup with this floating vanity design it looks so gorgeous mounted mirrors and light fixtures on either vanity and the mirrors extend all the way up to the ceiling you get natural light and you get views of your backyard which is very cool so let's say one of your guests is in the pool you can actually look at them and maybe wave hello while you're washing your hands and this shower has got to be one of the coolest showers i think we have ever seen on this entire channel of course it's glass enclosed very tall again take me for reference these are very big glass panels and now we come inside of here and just take a look at this gorgeous stone design i mean it kind of looks like you know you are in the sky it's like you're in an airplane and these are the clouds on your wall and it's just such an amazing uh a feature that we just don't really see too often especially in showers and this custom stone design is very rare and we just literally never see it of course it extends all the way up to the ceiling we have two mounted rain heads and a body spray nice tile design the geometric features overall one of the nicest showers i think i've ever seen we're going to close that up over here we have the water closet with some more natural light and very high ceilings and this is very cool too so let's say your closet gets dirty you want to vacuum it you have this nice little utility closet right here throw your vacuum in there a couple other useful things and i like that utilization a lot and now we're led over into the primary closet now this primary closet is exceptional it gets so much natural light look at this massive privacy window right here i mean that is huge one of the largest privacy windows i think i've ever seen and of course it illuminates your closet beautifully it kind of gives off the vibe that we're enjoying a cloudy day here in las vegas beautiful storage across the entire primary i mean take a look at this again use me for reference and this is a absolutely massive shelf i mean i cannot even reach the top you can probably store your favorite pair of sneakers up there which is very cool and these are really cool too so you can hang up some clothes right over here on this extension and we're moving on through we actually have even more storage again take me for reference and this is just such a massive area it's crazy how much space you have in this closet it's more of the soft closing cabinet spaces glass paneled cabinetry and you have the mirror features right below that area more natural light overall it's a very gorgeous closet i like it a lot now we're going to move on right over here follow me right down over this way overall one of the nicest primaries i think we have ever seen again as i mentioned completely open concept floor plan on my left hand side we have the glass doors taking you out to the backyard which we'll see in just a bit but i want to go ahead and take you right down over here and now we're led into your well-equipped kitchen area this kitchen is full of amazing amenities the first one i want to mention to you are these gorgeous stone countertops waterfall edge design all around which looks so good and i love the three hanging light fixtures above this space as well overall so beautiful we see some more of the similar countertops right over here and of course all of these drawers are soft closing which is a great feature tons of natural light into the kitchen area overall you can have all of your guests over inside of here mingling you can cater meals and just have everyone flowing in and out of the gorgeous backyard and moving on through we actually have some more of that custom cabinetry of course it's all soft closing as well some built-in shelving spots over there let's move on down right over here because we actually have an extension of this breakfast bar right here so it's currently shown to sit four of your guests that's very ideal because maybe they don't want to dine in your formal living area this is more of like an informal seating space this is where you'll eat your cereal or your breakfast or maybe your lunch time very cool feature and before we check out these appliances i want to go ahead and take you right over here because this is the action this is the main event right here so we have this built-in stainless steel freezer design right over here very spacious very modern interior and then you'll notice that we don't have a fridge next to that like normal we actually have the fridge right over here so that's a very cool modern design again we don't really see that too often but when we do it's a very great feature we got some water in there beautiful stainless steel design here we have your custom designed six burner stovetop designed by viking and then you actually have some custom wooden cabinetry right below of course it's soft closing so that's where you're gonna be storing all of your pots and pans cook up some scrambled eggs in the morning you can absolutely do that right here we have your stainless steel design pot filler right here because what stove top is complete without a pot filler very great feature and we have this stone design over on the backsplash which looks very gorgeous right over here we actually have your built-in stainless steel viking design dishwasher and next to that we have your built-in sync setup i love the fact this is just seamlessly integrated into the space and we actually have some soft closing cabinetry right below that area and when you come over here we have a little more things to show you moving on through we actually have a nice little sink area so this is kind of like your secondary sink if you don't want to use your main one it's more of that custom cabinetry right below of course it's all soft closing top of the line luxury and over here we actually have some additional cabinetry spaces nice countertop design let's not spend too much time in here i want to go and show you a couple more appliances right over here moving on through we have this gorgeous double oven setup these are not cheap appliances guys this is top of the line luxury here in las vegas moving through this has got to be one of the best features i've ever seen we've seen it in a couple homes on this channel but just imagine this you come downstairs you're tired it's early in the morning at 7 am you have to go to work but you don't have to make your own coffee you put your coffee right here you press a couple quick buttons and then it just makes the coffee for you right away and right below that we have your microwave setup press a button and it opens up for you how cool is that and you don't even have to close it because you just hit a button it literally does it for you i'm not using the force that is awesome moving through we have the pantry area very spacious almost floor to ceiling again take me for reference and you can just see how massive these cabinets are i mean that is just so good imagine the amount of food you can have in here and look at this this is a very ergonomic design so this is maybe where you're going to store all of your cereals push it in right there great feature you're going to be entertaining a lot of guests so you have to have a lot of storage right let's go ahead and take a right-hand turn one more right-hand turn and now we are led over into the laundry space now this is actually one of two laundry rooms in the entire home we're gonna see the second one a little bit later located on floor number two we have space for two appliances inside of here and we have some custom cabinetry which looks very gorgeous and right next to the area i got to show you this open this up boom three-car garage area but this just is not a three-car garage area these ceilings are massive and this is the opportunity where the owner can add lifters you can really make this garage a six-car garage if you really like because again take me for reference this is a absolutely massive garage it is crazy then you have some side yard access over on my right hand side and we are going to go ahead and take one more right-hand turn right over here and now we are led over into your secondary powder room because again as i mentioned you're going to be having a lot of guests coming in and out of this property you have to have two powder rooms i think it makes a lot of sense beautiful stone countertops over here custom cabinetry of course it's all soft closing top of the line luxury and you have a side door taking you out to the gorgeous backyard let's just give you a little sneak peek really quickly so coming out here oh my goodness it's gorgeous take a look at that pool guys i can't show you much more you got to stick around but that is just so amazing and another feature i want to show you is that you can actually slide this door just like we saw in the last one and believe it or not that is actually going to wrap up our tour for the first floor of this home now we're gonna check out that backyard let's do it right now [Music] all right everyone so now we've just made it out to the absolutely gorgeous backyard located here in las vegas nevada now first coming out here just take a look at this pool space i mean this pool is so inviting i really wish i could jump in right now but we have to keep this house tour moving but it is an absolutely amazing space just imagine the amount of people you can have in this pool and the hot tub alone i mean you can probably have like 50 people in here it's so crazy beautiful space you have the water feature on this entire side and of course as i mentioned we have this seamlessly integrated jacuzzi area which also does double as a water feature you probably have 10 people in there just relaxing maybe you want to get some work done at the hot tub read a book with all of your guests play some volleyball you can absolutely do it it's a gorgeous backyard and we have this nicely built in fire pit stage some chairs around this area and you can have a gorgeous roasting marshmallow night every single night moving through we have the built-in outdoor barbecue setup over here we actually have this built-in refrigeration space so that's where you're gonna be storing all of your cold drinks built-in sink area right over here and then just use me for reference i mean it's a very spacious backyard and we haven't even seen the whole thing it's probably only like 30 percent very spacious you can have tons of people out here and let's continue on right down over this way again beautiful landscaping surrounding this entire space i love it so much i mean this is so gorgeous you have this nice little grass patch right here maybe the dog or your kids want to run around they can absolutely do that right over here it's a gorgeous little strip of grass it's real grass too that is not turf so very good feature beautiful pool area nice little water features inside of there and then we're moving down over here and that's actually where we have the gated access like we saw in the beginning of the video taking you into the space so again the gatherings the parties the amount of people you can have here alone is an absolutely amazing feature it's so gorgeous and we're coming through here and there's actually another little extension that we have not seen yet so this area is completely shaded off it's a beautiful design because imagine you know it's very hot out in vegas and you don't want to be in the sun too long you might get a sunburn but you can stage all of these tables and chairs over here the pool looks so inviting right now but we have to continue on this tour so we checked out the entire first floor and the backyard follow me upstairs and let's go ahead and check out floor number two all right everyone so now we have just made it up to the second floor of this gorgeous modern property located here in las vegas nevada first coming up these massive set of stairs we have these beautiful built-in glass panels right over here bringing in the modern design of this property i love that so much and now we're going to go ahead and take a left-hand turn and now we're led over into a nicely staged informal living area now this is really cool because this is the second living area that you have at the property of course we saw the one downstairs a little bit earlier so i mean just imagine the amount of guests that you can have at this property you can literally have hundreds of them at this home it's amazing and then we're going to come over to my left hand side and we have this absolutely gorgeous fireplace i mean just imagine you know you're reading a book right over here you're sitting down you're reading a book cozying up by the fire i think that is an absolutely amazing feature about this area and then you can mount a massive flat screen tv if you like because you have the built-in speakers across this entire room and they're actually throughout the entire home as well so the entire home is pre-wired for audio and it's just such an amazing feature and you follow me over here and now we're led over into an extension of this little informal living area i mean i say a little bit this is actually a very massive space so coming over here we have this gorgeous abstract light fixture hanging right above again tying the entire modern design of this property into this room and now just take a look at this right here for a second okay this is actually a staged air hockey table you can also stage this room with a pool table if you like but i mean i haven't played air hockey since i was a little kid so this is really cool to see but just imagine all of your guests are gathered around this area you're having a legendary game of air hockey but you're getting kind of thirsty we are in las vegas it's about 99 degrees right now but you're getting thirsty playing air hockey so you come over here boom you've got a built-in refrigeration space right over here so that's where you're going to be storing all of your iced waters or maybe some other drinks that you want to have right next to this space we actually have some additional storage areas of course they're all soft closing as well which is such a great detail and again you can have this area completely stashed with snacks for all of you your family and your your guests it's amazing and then we come over here boom we have a built-in ice maker now when you pull out this ice maker you actually have this led strip light inside of here illuminating the ice which is so cool again it's a feature that i just personally have never seen before and then we have a nice little built-in sink right over here plenty of built-in cabinetry spaces so again it's a really nice little wet bar area perfect for entertaining in this room we got some nice stage chairs over here clear story window bringing in so much natural light looking out to the gorgeous mountainside it looks so amazing but that is not all for this area because what else you can do is you can open this up you can push those doors all the way back creating that seamless indoor outdoor flow to this absolutely gorgeous balcony area and i mean when i say this is a massive balcony i mean again just take me for reference you know i'm a pretty tall guy so you can just see like absolutely how massive this space really is and then you come right over here and then you actually have las vegas strip views i can see the luxor pyramid in the distance which is so cool and then of course you also have views of your entire pool area it's a very massive property too so it's really cool to see that you have these absolutely gorgeous views i love this so much and again just imagine the amount of people alone you can have just on this balcony so many it's crazy i mean if you wanted to you can probably jump off of this balcony into the pool but i don't really recommend that but it would be funny so we're going to come back inside of here very spacious area i love this so much and now we're going to go ahead and continue down right over this way we're going to go ahead and take a right-hand turn and now we are led over into bedroom number two bedroom number two is not currently staged with any furniture but of course it gets a ton of natural light again take me for reference it's a very very spacious bedroom and then i want to go ahead and show you the closet space that you have right over here so you're first coming inside of here and you have plenty of built-in spots to hold your clothing built-in cabinetry spaces of course they are all soft closing as well top-of-the-line luxury again take me for reference this is a extremely tall cabinet right here i can't even reach the top you probably need a step stool amazing so we're going to come out here and then we have the ensuite bathroom so let's go and take a look at that right now so first coming inside of here this is a very spacious bathroom we don't really see bathrooms this large over in los angeles so you have the nice built-in floating vanity design with the quartz countertops mounted mirror right above that space and open this up here we have your massive glass door taking you into your glass enclosed walk-in shower space we have this gorgeous custom tile designed across the entire shower actually carrying on over into the floors got the built-in bench seating right over here built-in rain head overall it's a very nice shower and again take me for reference and this is just such a massive glass door really cool to see that and that is not all for this bedroom we actually have an ensuite balcony so follow me right down over this way open this up right over here it's a nice spacious little balcony i mean just imagine you can have some chairs out here a table read a book edit a youtube video if you like you can totally do it and then you have the views of the mountainside over in the distance very gorgeous and i like this glass panel door really cool use of your front yard too love that feature we're going to go ahead and close that up and now follow me back down over here and we're going to go ahead and check out another bedroom back out to this area we're going to take another right-hand turn and now we're led over into bedroom number three very similar to bedroom number two it's very spacious you get tons of natural light looking out to your motor court and we have the walk-in closet area it's pretty much identical to the last one we saw plenty of built-in spaces and of course you got that soft closing drawer which is very nice we're gonna move on right over here here we have the ensuite bathroom a little bit different from the last one that we saw so again we have that built-in floating vanity design quartzite countertops and we have this glass enclosed walk-in shower space but this time it actually doubles as a bathtub custom tile design extending all the way up to the ceiling and we have a massive mounted rain head and now we're gonna go ahead and move on right down over this way all right everyone so now we've just made it over into the fourth and the final bedroom of this property located here in las vegas nevada now first coming in again it's a very spacious bedroom it's currently staged as an office area makes a perfect space for that as well so you get all this natural light and you have a nice little balcony right over here so let's go ahead and check that out right now first coming out here again you can nicely stage this area with plenty of chairs and tables read a book you know maybe do some work over on your laptop do some homework whatever you need to do you can do it and you have gorgeous views of your backyard and the strip in the distance i love that so much and now i'm going to go ahead and close up this door right over here let's go and continue on over this way i actually want to go ahead and show you the walk-in closet space that you have in this area so first coming inside of here again we have all of that storage kind of like the ones we saw a little bit earlier and then all of these drawers are also soft closing which is a very great feature and we come on over this way and now we're led over into the ensuite bathroom it's a very nice ensuite bathroom first coming in here you can actually press this open and you actually have this privacy sliding door so you don't have a traditional door which is very cool i like that feature a lot and first coming in here we have this gorgeous tile design over on the floors and a nice little bubble shape kind of looks like the ocean i like that feature a lot and we come inside of here and now we're led over into your glass enclosed walk-in shower space we have some more of the similar tile designs over on the floors extending all the way up to the ceiling in this section which is very cool you also got the mounted raid head and you have some built-in bench seating over on that side plenty of natural light coming in and did i mention this vanity right here so this vanity is actually floating off the ground built-in quartzite countertop design mounted mirror and light fixtures on either side and overall it's a very gorgeous bathroom i love this feature a lot and we're gonna go ahead and continue on outside of this way we have a couple more rooms to show you let's move on right over here we're gonna go ahead and take a right-hand turn and now we're led over into a nice powder room now this powder room is very convenient because imagine you're having all of your guests hanging out over in your upstairs living room they're playing air hockey they are enjoying drinks over at that space and one of them has to use the restroom so this is where the powder room comes in handy now coming inside of here we have this nice sliding privacy door which is a very cool feature again taken away from the traditional door we don't need that this is very cool coming inside of here and we have this nice built-in floating vanity design custom cabinetry right below of course it's all soft closing top of the line luxury inside of this home and this mirror actually covers this entire side of the wall and we have these beautiful hanging light fixtures up in the corner of this room with the custom wallpaper design on this entire side of the wall it looks very gorgeous a very nice powder room now we're moving on through and now we're led over into your laundry room now your laundry room has this massive window i think one of the largest windows i've ever seen in probably any laundry room in my entire life so looking out to the strip just imagine this you're doing your laundry you know you're folding your clothes but you are looking over in the distance you're looking at the luxor you're looking at the aria and you're imagining you know you're going to have a vacation this weekend this is going to continue to push you to work harder which is amazing right here we have this nice little built-in sink area custom cabinetry across the entire space space for two appliances over here and again this is just very fascinating because you just don't ever get these types of views in laundry rooms really so i think that's a very cool thing they added in this property all right everyone so as you can see we have just wrapped up our daytime tour but we are gonna be touring this property at night time and it has some incredible nighttime features including a full led lit pool a fire pit and so many more things let's head into that right now [Music] so as you can see we are now led over to the exterior of this home but it is actually night time and this property has some amazing features at night time as i mentioned i mean just take a look at how this entire room illuminates and we're not even in that section of the house yet so follow me back out right over here i love the way that the entire front yard is lit up it looks so gorgeous and so inviting now let's head inside now first coming in so gorgeous i mean this room just totally illuminates in such a different way here at night time look at the fireplace over on my left hand side it is so gorgeous i mean just imagine sitting here reading a book curling up by the fire imagine having all your guests over here it's truly just such an ideal entertainer's home and we have to come down right over here because we have the absolutely amazing backyard area i mean just take a look at how these led lights illuminate inside of this pool just imagine having 50 of your bestest friends here at this pool just relaxing maybe you're playing a game of volleyball maybe you just want to relax and just look at the lights change it's so gorgeous and another thing i want to show you is that you come over here and you set up some chairs around this fire pit and you can just cozy up you can read a book you can just get some work done and overall this is just such a nice luxurious backyard i would want to spend so many hours out here maybe i'll just edit some youtube videos it's personally one of the nicest backyards we have ever seen especially because it's at night time over here you have the beautiful water features as we saw a little bit earlier and this home as we saw earlier actually gets las vegas strip views so we're going to go ahead and head upstairs and check those out so follow me right up here now we've just made it up to the second floor but before we check out the strip views this is just one detail i had to point out to you take a look at this fireplace i mean again at night time it just illuminates in such a different way i love the led lights displayed below those crystalline features it looks so so gorgeous but we have to head over this way because those strip views look absolutely amazing and again this room illuminates in just such a different way i could totally imagine just having parties and gatherings in here it's a gorgeous gorgeous home now we come out here and just take a look at those strip views over in the distance that looks absolutely gorgeous so at this property you're only about a 15 to 20 minute drive away from the strip so if you want to get out take a little bit of a daycation you can totally head out there whenever you want to overall it's just such a gorgeous property again as you can see we have the modern rails over here views of your pool you can look down all your guests you
