[Music] [Music] [Music] hey guys it's Nester we're back with another Mansion Tour this time we're in the Emerald Hills one of Dubai Hills newest communities today we're going to be taking you through this incredible Mansion starting with the vast and elegant ground floor moving to the amazing basement then the stunning family living and finishing it off on the Rooftop at Sunset the home has six bedrooms 11 bathrooms and a 26,000 squ foot builtup area it's currently on the market for 125 million dhams or around $34 million before we begin a massive thank you to Tim from soube for allowing us to Showcase this home for you if you're interested in purchasing it we'll leave his details in the description down below and if you want to follow him we'll leave his Instagram handle right there so without further Ado let's start this tour [Music] so we'll start the tour on the exterior of the property as soon as you come in through the gate the first thing you feel is the immense scale of the home towering above you now on one side you've got the automated gate leading down to the Su Lev parking and here we got some stairs leading to the maulus in the basement which we're going to take a look at while we're down there if we look at the home you can see it's wrapped in travetine those light earthy tones with the brass details in between now we got Landscaping surrounding us with these polished travertine steps leading all the way up to the home and on the facade it's actual natural travetine on the other side of the home is actually a sky bridge that leads all the way to the backyard now brass is a theme of this home you'll see that on the inside now the front door has that brass effect and just with the scale of me you can see how big this home is I mean it really is breathtaking so the door has a Smart Lock so if I just enter the pin and the front door is surrounded by glass allowing that natural light to seep into the home now if the scale of the property wasn't evident on the exterior as soon as we come in you can really feel it you got the double height ceilings in the foe stretching nearly 12 M and the foyer is actually a floating platform above the basement so you can see directly down into the basement you got the trees coming out from that zen garden adding a touch of color to the home if we look above us as well I mean this looks incredible you got the sky bridge going across the two levels of staircase and from that second level I'm not usually afraid of heights but going up it cuz it's a floating staircase it was a little bit daunting and of course the incredible chandelier which I'm going to talk about once we we explore the family Lounge upstairs but before we start exploring the ground floor let's head this way over this little Sky Bridge here towards the first guest bedroom on the way is the first padro which is wrapped in marble with touches of wood along the walls you'll also see different textures like along the walls here this is exactly the same marble that we have on the floors but it's hand chiseled just like the sink you can tell it's hand chisel because it has the same sort of design but different imperfections you'll see little indentation here and you don't see it there and each of these weighs an incredible half a ton I told you on the exterior that you'll see brass throughout the home so you'll see the different levels of shelving on either side and in the middle of the sink at the back of the room is the water closet you also have a floating vanity in here with an Antonio loopy sink sat at top of that countertop also wrapped in marble with touches of wood now as we come out as well I've noticed this kind of Sparkle in that marble as well if you look at the walls as well there's little crystals in there I mean that's such a cool design now the first guest bedroom as soon as you walk in you can feel the size of it with the 4.2 M High ceilings you'll see the middle has been dropped down with that recess lighting around the edge now a detail about the home is that there is no wall that has been painted you'll only see on the ceilings there the rest is different textures like in here we've got wood on this back wall here with the wallpaper lining this bit at the back it's lined in Leather And as you put your hand across it you can really feel the quality of that Italian leather now right in front is the bed setup you got the bed seit at the front and these side tables either side you also see that hanging light on one side now the walk-in closet has this open kind of design you can see the shelving is all open everything has been displayed as we open up these drawers they're lined in leather you can store your watches and you've even got the customade shoe shelves right there now right next to it is the onsuite bathroom you got these floating vanity on the entry is also wrapped in travertine you'll see the huge mirror stretching all the way to the top as well at the back is the walk-in shower you got the tinted glass sliding door door on the entry and this really cool design to this rain head shower which actually has jets coming out the side and at the back is the shampoo nage built into the wall now I love how they've dressed this home as well you'll see little details that they've put in so this is actually a turnkey property so every little detail that you see it comes with the purchase of the home now we're back in the floating 4E and I swear every time I come out here it truly takes my breath away it has that wow factor as we look around us you'll see it's wrapped in travetine but again different elements like the marble that we saw in The Powder Room you'll see brass on these statues and wood all around I mean I love the color palettes that they've used this is one of my favorite designs that I've seen in a mansion like this now this is the entertainment floor or the hosting floor you've got three three different sections the first one is the formal Lounge we got seating dotted around now they've used different textures again like textile leather in different tones like the red at the back here such a beautiful design and I love the coffee tables that they have in the center on the back wall they've made this highlight wall just out of travertine but they've created blocks from it and having that 3D design with the brass detail on the side as well now as we head across the other side through the formal Lounge we see the piano in the center now I know I usually play any instrument that I see but I'm going to save your guys ears from that experience this time we can move it into the formal dining area a dining table which seats 12 polyform seating and the table is made out of a marble block with the brass details on the side this thing alone cost $50,000 and I love how they've dressed it up as well like just check out the utensils what is this Christof christofle I hope I'm saying that right we'll put the brand in the video you guys tell me in the comments if I'm saying that right we move into the informal Lounge between it is a remad desio cabinet now I love this minimalistic Design This is actually a really popular Trend right now we've seen it with a lot of different brands but it's beautiful now in the center of the informal you got the coffee table with the seating surrounding it all looking onto the TV mounted on the back wall here now you'll see different details like the leather with the brass inlays even the brass on the shelving either side and if you wanted to as well it's got a really cool feature if you wanted a bit of a cleaner look you can actually close that off as well so this home is fully automated I want to talk a little bit about that so from your phone you can control control the lights the curtains the shears and also the floor to ceiling glass panel doors that lead outside so I don't have it on the phone but on here once you press these buttons If you check it out this is an LA kind of style and this when you think of luxury this is the ease at which you want to open these kind of doors and with these doors open you have the indoors and Outdoors connected combining all the different spaces just like this one underneath the cany lever overhang which has the primary bedroom on top now this is one of the biggest Cy lever overhangs we've seen throughout our tools and you'll see how on this side on the corner it doesn't have a support structure so you have those uninterrupted views now right behind me is the lounge area which is connected with the indoor Lounge that we have inside and in front the sunken seating now this is built into the pool and cuz it's wrapped with water it looks like it's floating in there and from here we look at the pool which stretches all the way down the length of the backyard it has those superal tiles the waterfall Edge and I love how those tiles contrast with the book match travertine that we have throughout the backyard also another little feature is there's a window in there which you're going to see later on throughout the to now I want to take you to the front of the backyard cuz there are so many details I want to show you like the book match travine that we saw as we came out now from here the landscaping and the feeling of coming down it's like your very own little zen garden as you come down you got these sound of the pool overflowing on that waterfall Edge you got the palm trees protruding out to the ground and a fun little feature is that this used to be the edge of the property line but what they did they bought this whole area here which was sand before and they put their own landscaping from here I wanted to show you the lines of the home and that architecture you can see it has those sharp edges such a contemporary design I mean one of my favorites in the Dubai Hills so far I also wanted to bring you guys back here so I could talk to directly for a minute with a nice view in the back now it's been a while since we started this journey and Me and Mar are so proud of what we've achieved so far and we're amazingly grateful to you guys who have supported us along the way by liking subscribing sharing and commenting I mean some of the comments guys they really have touched our hearts and some of them are hilarious but I feel that we've created this little community of people who enjoy these types of homes and in essence this channel within that Community is like somebody opening up a local shop and what you guys are doing is buying produce from them to support them I mean it means so much to us but what we've also noticed is that there's a lot of you who are watching and coming back to watch our videos but you haven't subscribed yet and to make this channel even bigger maybe a not a local shop but a Walmart we need subscribers so if you would just consider taking a second or a minute if you have to sign into your Gmail just so you can hit that subscribe subscribe button for us it would mean so much but now let's continue the tour we come up to the side of the home you can see those travetine steps leading up to the side of the home again so much beautiful landscaping we've seen some Bonsai FICA trees you got these olive trees protruding out of the ground now what's one of my favorite features out here is that they've actually built a Dubai frame with the shower built in now the iconic Dubai frame you can see the Dubai Skyline and the Burge Khalifa in the back here you have the same thing right over there is the skyline and the Burge Khalifa in the back I mean what a cool feature as you can see we've come full circle and what a view from there you got these Sun loues the pool I mean this backyard is such a Vibe now let's head back across the formal Lounge we go by the dining area and informal lounge if you remember this is where we open the doors to head outside now down this Corridor we've got the elevator which leads from the basement all the way up to the rooftop now the back on the way to the show kitchen is what seems like a marble wall what they've done is that they've hidden the electrical cupboards so that it has that clean look with the push to open doors even here these are push to open the doors but this actually is shelving and storage on the inside and with it closed it has that clean look now I told you this is the way to the show kitchen but this is actually the show kitchen dining and Lounge on the right as soon as you come in is the dining table which seats at again beautifully dressed with the Glass Tinted doors covering the shelving that's built into that wood clad wall at the back is the second pad room of the downstairs with the floating vanity and that Antonio loopy sink sat top of that countertop and the pad room is wrapped in traity from there you can also see that there is a window between the informal lounge and this part of the home now this is so that people sitting in the dining and Lounge area can take full advantage of the view onto the amazing Landscaping that we saw in the backyard now the lounge area is right in front of the kitchen I mean what a design to this kitchen you'll see at the front how they have the wooden shelves built into the island and with those dark tones I love how they contrast with the travetine that's surrounding it now even though this kitchen has a clean look there are so many little details that I want to show you for example here this is a push to open plug socket that's built into the actual Island at the back is the kitchen area the wet kitchen you got the sink built into that countertop dishwasher on one side but if you wanted to have a full fully clean look you can actually take these pocket doors out and cover this whole area I mean that's a really cool feature now all the appliances in here are maer you got the gas Hobs the convection oven below and with the push of a button you have the extraction fan which comes out of the island at the bottom is the sink now this is a cooker system we've seen these throughout some of our tours this means that from this tap and the system below you get cold water sparkling water hot water and just normal filtered water at the back here behind me hidden into the kitchen is the push to open fridge freezer combo I mean this is such a cool feature as well if you look at the back here we got the microwave and a presso machine and so much storage all around and if you open these up as you can see they're all pushed to open you even have I think this is called a lazy Susan with those drawers that come out from behind the corner and our final thing here is the dumb waiter which leads from the basement all the way up here this is in the service kitchen downstairs and speaking of basement let's start exploring it so I wanted to take the stairs down so you guys can get the full experience of arriving in the basement along the way I just wanted to show you a little detail how the AC has actually been built into the wall I didn't even notice that until I was coming down how it was blowing in my face once we arrive down here you can see that this place is built for entertainment as well it's got that dark kind of theme and there's so many goodies about you know how much I love games so I'm going to have a go on everything see if I can get a bullseye so we're going to do this in one take so I don't have to keep trying I never do although I did in the bowling alley once we were filming that but let's see if I can get a bullseye on the first shot oh that was actually pretty close now right next to it is the hair salon you got the place for the washing here a stool and some Cabinetry here in the back now we also have another little goodie down here it's the pool table obviously I've got to have a go I am the biggest kid there is so let's hopefully try and get the ball in I feel super lucky this is still the first take but being a kid aside let's talk about the features that we have as well so if you look above on the ceiling you can see how it's wood clad with the track lighting built into it and even the ac ducts built parallel as well also another detail I wanted to talk to you about the pool table I forgot totally forgot about that if you see underneath there's these wooden panels now what you can do is cover this pool table and turn it into a table tennis table which I thought was a really cool feature now once you've done playing games you want to get a bit serious you head into your own personal gym now this has got to be a gym with with one of the best Vibes you come in you see a transition onto the wooden floors but you're surrounded by this zen garden it's got all the latest equipment even when you touch it you can feel the quality of this leather it's like it's too good to be made for a gym I mean for me this is ideal as well you got the free weights some space here to work it out I would love this gym in my own home also you see on the outside there how the Zen Garden is continued so what that does is that wraps around and is connected with the mulet so you can go into that zen garden from each room now the mulus or as a local say in Dubai is the myus that is where you kind of host people once they come over on the entrance you've got the onsuite bathroom which is wrapped in travertine you'll see the shelving built into the ball and in front of me is the floating vanity you may have noticed throughout the home how through the on sweet bathrooms you'll notice it upstairs in the bedrooms is that they all have these kind of different theme you'll see the Antonio loopy sink top of that Vanity now I called this the maulus but you could call it whatever you want this could be a cigar room a man cave but for me personally this has such a beautiful design especially with those different color tones how those light contrast with the dark leather I mean just touching the materials this feels incredible you got all this looking onto the TV with that shelving surrounding it and as I said earlier this is how the Zen Garden is connected directly through that sliding door on this side if you take a look when we started the tour off I told you there's a staircase which leads directly down to the basement so out here you have another little Zen spot with the fountain trickling down I love the sound of that Fountain and especially with that Landscaping It Feels So tranquil down here now at the back of the room is the wet kitchen you got a fridge down here and the sink built into the countertop you'll notice that it's the same design of the kitchen that we had upstairs now as we head back across the basement I wanted to show you from this angle that with these ceilings open to the ground floor how open this space feels and if we take a look above us as well I mean those ceilings up to the top are super high now here we've got the service course qus you'll see the elevator is right here so from here orientation you've got the informal Lounge right there and the show kitchen just there now the service quarters is its own service apartment really I mean there's so much space in here you look at the back there's this huge window bringing in that natural light there's two single beds and at the back is the onsuite bathroom you got the walk-in shower and floating vanity at the back now right next to it is the service area we go by the elevator again the first door on the right is the laundry room you got the Dual washer dry combo right here sat on top of the other so much storage all around as well and if you look here this was imported from America has a unique design feature where the iring board pops out just like that which I thought was really cool got the sink built into the countertop as well the next door is the service kitchen which has topof the range industrial grade equipment made in Italy this is the stuff that they use for places like the Burge Khalifa and stuff like that you got the chiller and freezer here at the back the six gas hob cooker with the griddle right next to it where you can make your burgers and the fryer off to the side with the extraction fan above you can also see from there this is the dumb waiter which we saw in the show kitchen upstairs and at the back obviously this huge sink with the washer now at the end of the coridor I know you guys always talk about how you want to see the places how this home functions so here we've got the electrical room and they actually got a special permission for this room because usually you have to have them on the ground floor but they got a special permission to build it downstairs so they were free to build more upstairs here is the telephone room or security room where you've got the cameras and servers and right at the bottom is one of the pump rooms that we have throughout the home now if we head out of the service area our final stop of the basement is the Subterranean garage you can see it's covered in garage that's obviously to protect this area a little bit from the fumes coming from the cars if there is any now as we come in there's so much space piece it's actually fitted out for eight cols although you can fit around 15 and it continues with the same kind of theme of the home you got that dark marble throughout the wood clad ceiling the track lights built into it now it's got a really cool feature as well from here you can actually see into the pool in the backyard and at this time of day with the light shining through there's like this rainbow effect coming from that light on the opposite side side is the car charger so you got the supercharger right there and above it made out of brass is this Arabic calligraphy now most of this home works in sensors as well so right now all the lights are turned on but just outside of this gate here underneath this marble so this is the same marble as we have on the floors just in a different texture and you have a sensor underneath it so once your car car pulls up from the weight it opens the door as you can see I'm not that heavy but the other day when we were here the three of us we stepped on it and it started to open up automatically and you have the same thing at the top of the driveway as well so when you're coming down you come through the automated gate it opens up automatically for you right at the back here is the driver's room now this is its own little apartment as well you've got two single beds storage and even your very own little wet kitchen here at the back and of course you have to have your very own onsuite shower now that we finished the tour of the basement let's head back to the elevator and we'll go explore the bedrooms [Music] so before we start exploring the bedrooms I want to talk a little bit about the list so this has been custom made by Mitsubishi and you can see they've used the same themes throughout the home you got touches of brass and the quality leather along the walls this is actually holds 18 people a total of 1,350 kg I mean this is something you would find in a hotel as we come out of the elevator you've got this long Corridor with catine on one side and wood on the other you got the entrances to some of the bedrooms hidden into that wood which I'll show you later let's head this way first we're going to come to the top of the stairs where we have the family Lounge now straight away I want to talk about my number one favorite feature of this home which is the chandelier as you can see it wraps all the way from the middle of the home in that foer up to here and around into the family living upstairs this is a one of one customade chandelier you can see they've added those brass tones throughout I mean I've never seen anything like it just wow incredible so our first stop up here is the family kitchen now this is just like the show kitchen downstairs in that same theme and it's fully kitted out so it's pretty much autonomous from the downstairs you've got the push to open fridge freezer combo You' got a coffee maker microwave the sink built into that countertop with the induction cooktop and the dishwasher right here this is all again Meer appliances top of the range now what I love up here is how the color tones have changed a little bit instead of the travertine floors it's wood throughout so it has more of those earthy tones and combined with the gray and the brown pillows I I swear this is one of the nicest spaces I've toured so far at the back is the family Lounge you got this huge TV mounted on this polyform clad wall back here with your cabinets underneath you got a small desk set up at the back and surrounding us are these floor to ceiling glass styling doors and again they're automated like the ones were downstairs from here as well you get an even better view you're looking on to that Dubai Skyline and because we're elevated we saw it downstairs through the Dubai frame it's even more amazing up here with the Burge alab just a peak of it right in the background this is one of the most elegant spaces I've done throughout my house tours now right behind this family Lounge between that Corridor that we saw is this box now what they've done is they've put another pwder room up here so that once you have guests or friends over they don't have to go into the bedrooms to go to the bathroom you've got one up here now you got a floating vanity on the entry again an Antonio loopy sink just above it wrapped in travertine with the shelving built into that travetine at the back and if you check this out you might have seen it throughout the home they've even dressed it with black toilet paper I mean I've never seen something like this but it goes well with the theme of the home now I know I usually save the primary bedroom for last in our videos today it's going to be the first bedroom upstairs that we tore you can see the door has been hidden into that wall seemlessly you open it up you come in and on one side you've got the bedroom and on the other the walking let's start with The Walking first I got to save a little bit for last so we'll make our way around and through the bathroom so the walkin again has that open theme like we saw in the first guest bedroom you can see there's no doors lining the shelving and storage but there's so many custom features like the custom made shoe shelves on the entry at the back is this small vanity mirror here now if you check this out if you move the mirror up there's little bit of storage where you can put whatever you wanted and such a beautiful design with that dark wood matching the rest of the walk-in wardrobe in the center is this Rema deio Island and this again is super simplistic like we saw the cabinet downstairs there storage underneath you look inside it's been lined with leather such quality materials now between the bedroom and the walk-in wardrobe is the bathroom I love the marble that they've used throughout especially those natural grains how they've even book Matched it as you can see along the floors it's a piece of artwork in itself now the entrances to the walk-in shower and water closet are covered by these Smoky glass panel doors now I want to take you inside I want to show you this one feature so firstly we've got the rain head like we saw in the first guest bedroom with the water jets coming out the side but the water closet and walk-in shower are both connected by this Landscaping here in the back and when they showed it to us I was like does it not dry out do you have to like water it while you're having a shower no it has its very own irrigation system inside now opposite is the jewel floating vanity you got these sinks built into the countertop with the mirrors above you see the drawers underneath as well they feel like they extend this space a little bit and you just pull them out even on the inside here it's lined with leather I mean the build of this home is stunning now we're finally in the primary bedroom and I guarantee you haven't seen one quite like this before firstly what impresses me is how much natural light comes in through these floor to ceiling automated glass sliding doors like we've seen and with them open in the winter you can take full advantage of those incredible views in the back and also from here you get a direct view onto that golf course now behind me here is the bed setup you got these side tables either side and a felt lining the whole back wall in front is the bedsit and small little Lounge area now what's awesome about this design is how they've actually built in these tables so when you're chilling here you can pop them on there without them falling over as well now of course the most unique feature in here is you have your very own Spa you got the marble platform that's looks like it's floating with that recess lighting underneath you'll also see that they've built in the draining flush with these same marbles so it's seemingly hidden as well at the bottom is a small little lounge chair so you can take full advantage of those views there's a standalone bathtub and Standalone sink just like we saw in the powder room downstairs that's been hand chiseled I mean these things weigh 500 kg half a ton so I have no idea how they bought this thing up here now you got the walk-in shower at the back small screen protecting it from the rest of the room now this has got to be one of the highest rain heads I've ever seen and as we look up you'll see that the ceiling has been made with the Rolls-Royce kind of Starry Night design now if we head further down the corridor from there you can see how it stretches across the length of the home you'll see we go by the top of the staircase and the elevator how we came up and we come across the entrance to the next guest bedroom again how it's been fit flush into that woodcad wall it's kind of hidden like a secret room as we come in you got the walk-in wardrobe on the left hand side with that open shelving design leading into the onsuite bathroom on the entry you got the floating Vanity now we've seen different color Tunes throughout the home we've got a salmon kind of theme through this one with the touches of wood above is the mirror with the shelving built into the wall and if you check it out how they dressed it even the tissues are black just like we saw the toilet paper in the powder room upstairs behind me is the bidday and water closet and right at the back of the room is the walk-in shower with a glass sliding door on the entry and the shower setup like we've seen throughout the rest of the bedrooms now in the bedroom itself you can see how it's a similar design to the guest bedroom downstairs it has those 4.2 M High ceilings same different textures along the walls like the wood clad wallpaper lining and the leather lined walls at the back in front is the bed setup with the bed seit in front the side tables either side and that hanging light on the side now I'm going to name each of these bedrooms in each of the bedrooms there are these unique statues with this lighting now I'm going to call this one the hardworking one cuz I feel like he's getting his trousers up ready to put hard days work in but let's see what we have in the next bedroom at the bottom of the corridor and see what we're going to name the next bedroom we go by the skybridge leading to the last two bedrooms which we're going to get to in a second now let's have a look at this statue for me it kind of reminds me of a back breaker we'll call this room the back breaker which has a story so firstly you have to work hard but make sure you don't break your back I mean these dad jokes are getting terrible in these videos I've got to stop them all together right so we got the bed in the center with the bedsit in the front again same materials that we've been seeing throughout all the bedrooms and if I mentioned all these bedrooms are automated so the blinds and the shears they're controlled by your phone or just by the touchpad on the entry to the bedroom if you look at the back back of the room you got the walk-in closet with the onsuite bathroom connected directly on the entrance you have a pocket sliding door now we saw the color theme of the first one was salmon this one has the pastel greens with the sink built into it and again I love how this whole home has been dressed with all those little details at the back of the room is the walk-in shower with the Smoky glass sliding door on the entrance now let's head out of the B bedroom and finally across that stunning Sky Bridge which has one of the best views of the home I mean you're within touching distance of that Chandelier and you can see it wrapping around into that family Lounge you'll also see different details around like the Chisel hand chiseled marble on that wall there the brass details in that Chandelier and on the pebbl stones that are mounted on that travine wall I mean just from up here I mean this home has truly been mesmerizing now at the back is the final two bedrooms which has the walkthrough wardrobe as soon as you come in leading into the UN Suite bathroom there's the pocket door on the entry now this bathroom has a pastal green theme on the floating vanity or is that a blue I can't really decide again there's wooden details travetine all around and the walk-in shower at the back now in this bedroom there is again another statue but there's no continuation to the story now so you've been saved from any more dad jokes this one is a ballerina at the back holding up the ball as a light but throughout the bedroom we got these huge windows at the back bringing in that natural light surrounding us all those different materials like the leather in front of the bed setup the wood on the back wall and the wallpaper on the other side the opposite bedroom is again in a similar theme you got the different materials lining the different types of wall at the back again another statue I don't know what this one is like this one's like the uh the the the flossing guy except he's holding one of those circles you got the bed set up with the bed SE in the front and that hanging light with the two side tables and through here is the walkthrough wardrobe with a full on Suite bathroom now that we finished the bedrooms let's wait for that sun to set and head up to the rooftops [Music] so to go up I wanted to take the staircase as I spoke about at the start of the video I'm not usually afraid of heights but the first time coming up these it was actually a little bit scary just how high up we are and because it's a floating staircase there's no support structure on that side so even now standing here and looking down it actually gives me the chills a little bit even though I know it's super safe but the view from up here is probably one of the best views that I've seen inside of a home now at the top of the stairs is the landing area you've got the elevator right behind you with a door leading to a technical section with all the AC and stuff like that you've got these double doors heading outside now what's great about this rooftop is that 80% of it is covered and usually in the Dubai Hills you're only licensed to do 20% so they got a special permission again and it's mostly covered so you can utilize all of the different spaces at the back here is the plunge pool surrounded by this cushion seating you can see from there as well how these sucab tiles that are dry up top I spoke about it by the pool how they have a different color and inside when they're wet they have that green tint to them now coming up here the Skies open up you've got this open space for me I'm imagining like a driving range just like popping them off onto the green on one you've got the golf club with one of the holes here as well I mean the view is just incredible especially with that sun coming down now and one really important feature is that because we're right next to the golf course you know that nothing is going to get built over here so you've got that view forever and from up here we saw it through the Dubai frame in the shower now we get a full view of that Skyline in the back now follow me to the other side this is the entertainment side at the bottom is the fire pit and Lounge you've got a transition onto that wooden decking seating either side and that coffee table in the center with that view I mean this is such a cool chill out spot our next stop is the outdoor dining and barbecue you've got the dining table which seats 10 above that carpet at the back is the barbecue area fully kitted out you got the sink built into the travertine Island and if you look underneath I love the detail of that recess lighting underneath and also in the corner we've got the final bathroom of the home that's the 11th bathroom on the opposite side is one of the coolest features but along the way I just wanted to show you here is a speaker hidden into the stone which I thought was a really cool feature now out here is the yoga deck and sauna area so we had the plunge pool over there this is an outdoor sauna surrounded in glass as you open it up it's lined with wood I mean this is something I dream about having in my own home now unfortunately that brings us to the end of our tour I'm really sad to end it guys cuz this home has truly been incredible to tour and on that note I want to give a massive thank you to Tim from sou bees for allowing us to tour this home for you it truly has been a pleasure and if you enjoyed the tour as much as we enjoyed touring it
