Touring a $21,000,000 Swedish Palace on the WORLD ISLANDS in Dubai!
(birds chirping) (gentle music) - What's up everybody? It's Enes here and welcome to The World Islands of Dubai. On this week's episode, we're touring this incredible Swedish Palace, right behind me, located on the Sweden Island. Now this home features seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, 22,000 square feet of interior space with an asking price of 18 million Euros, which is around $20,500,000. As always, you can find more information about this listing in the description of this video. And before we start our tour, I wanna thank the developer, Kleindienst, for allowing us to tour their amazing development and share it with all of you.
And now let's begin. (upbeat music) (gentle music) We're gonna start our tour on the outside. And when I say outside, I really mean it. It's a little different than what we are used to seeing on our channel. But since this is a manmade island within The World Islands, you can either come here by boat or helicopter, and you basically go through these walkways with beautiful trees around you to go to your estate.
I just love this tropical ambiance here with all these trees and going through this opening. We have the main estate right in front of us. It's this beautiful Swedish palace. And we have the front door right here and let's go inside.
All right, everyone, here we are at the entry. We got this beautiful solid wood door and it welcomes you to the spacious foyer. The moment you walk in you see the amazing views of the island and the sea. And the spacious entry continues this side where we have some built-ins. Beautiful Bentley furniture, which we're gonna see a lot throughout. And you have these gorgeous marble floors that have been book-matched.
And this hallway takes you to this open space where you can see your dining area and your living rooms. But first I wanna bring everybody this way. So on my right-hand side we have this opening here taking us to the first bedroom on this level. It starts here. Same marble application is also here that's been book-matched. Bentley bed setup on this side.
Built-ins, TV, chandelier above, and this bedroom, that sliding glass doors opens up to the rainforest that we have off of the entry of this property. So you have that amazing indoor outdoor continuity, and it just looks awesome. Now around the corner, this bedroom has a full bathroom and it starts right here.
Marble details throughout with the inlaid floors. Big vanity set up here with two sinks. Wall scones and of course around the corner, you have a gorgeous walk-in shower with a rain head, your bidet, toilet.
Good size bathroom for the bedroom that we just toured. Now let's bring everybody back to the entry. Of course we have a powder room since we have the common areas behind me. Same finishes with the marble floors, vanity design.
And I like this back gold mosaic wall. So I wanted to point that out. We're gonna see these gold details throughout. Coming here we have this staircase going up to the second floor, your elevator access, and we have this stairs going down to the lower level, which we will check out later. Now coming back to the entry, super spacious. The marble work in this house with the border details, the book-matching is out of this world.
Like it's incredible throughout the floors. And of course this spacious entry takes you straight to the outdoors where we have the backyard. We're gonna see that in a bit. Now let's check out the formal dining room area.
Nice open space with the dining room table right in the center that sits 12 people. And this is without a doubt, one of the most exquisite dining room setups we have ever seen on this channel. You have the Bentley logos nicely stitched to the chairs.
Mikey, can we get a closeup on this table? I mean, it looks gorgeous with the cutlery, the details. And by the way, all the furniture comes with the sale of this home. We have the chandelier right in the center. We have this diamond patterned ceilings with the cove lighting, and we're gonna see this diamond pattern throughout the property with the molding details and just trim work in general.
Gorgeous space! Looking at the side of the property, all open. And before we leave this section, we have this door opening up to a small chef's kitchen that is located right next to the dining room area. And lastly, Mikey, we need a close up also marble floors on this side and on this section, they have these beautiful hardwood floors in herringbone pattern. Nicely bordered up, defining the formal dining room area.
Now going through this opening, we have the two seating areas facing the amazing views of the islands. I guess let's start with this one first. Bentley furniture throughout. I feel like I'm inside of a Bentley Continental GT, like every furniture I look the stitching, the curving, the details look so elegant and so timeless. You have another chandelier above us with a diamond patterned ceiling, cove lighting. The whole house, the whole development has a very soothing and relaxing energy.
And this living room kind of encompasses that. Now I want to take everybody to the other side. You have your secondary seating area with relatively same finishes. We have the diamond patterned ceiling also here, beautiful marble work. And I just love that there's no TV here because you just sit down, you look at your views, you enjoy the peace and tranquil environment here. - [Mikey] Yeah, I feel like since we've been in Dubai, we haven't seen a lot of TVs in living rooms.
I feel like it's a kind of different culture here. In the US there's TVs everywhere, but-- - TVs everywhere. - [Mikey] But here it's just in the bedrooms, really. - I love it.
I mean, I'm digging the vibes around here, Mikey. This place is amazing. And let's bring everybody back to the center. I mean, this whole floor is so open and there's a very distinct detail here with the exterior clad. So obviously we have these sliding glass doors opening up to the outdoors, but more importantly, if you look at it from the inside or the outside, corners are nicely curved. I think that's such an exquisite and just bespoke modern detail, I had to point it out.
It continues throughout the floors as well. So we're gonna see more of that curved corner detail throughout. All right, sliding glass doors, open up. Let's go check out the backyard. The moment you open up your sliding glass doors, you'll walk out to your patio space, which then leads you to your amazing infinity edge pool. I mean, look at the views around us.
This is phenomenal. The sea views, we have the other islands around us. And I wanna warn everybody, it is little windy today, So you may hear that from our microphones, we're gonna do our best. And now let's cover the patio space. We have the outdoor seating area here, the first one, property's nicely hedged.
We have beautiful trees around us. Again, the whole development, the whole area feels very soothing and relaxing. And right in the center of your backyard, you have this amazing infinity edge pool with mosaic tile finish, hot tub on the left, Baja shelf on the right. And we have these two massive fire features, which I'm sure at night looks great.
Overall this is amazing. And we've been traveling a lot and I don't think we've ever seen anything like this before. - [Mikey] Well, there's very few places in the world like this. Enes and I keep going around Dubai constantly having our mind blown, but the scale and the ambition of this island development, The World Islands-- - And Dubai in general, also.
- [Mikey] Yeah, I mean, it's known worldwide for just being such an insane project and feat of engineering. But this morning, when we're heading out here on our boat, it's just kind of mind blowing to look around and, you know, think that this could even pop into someone's mind to consider building something like this. - Absolutely, and it's insane now that we are here, it feels even more incredible. It's just a scale, everything about it.
It's truly one of a kind. - Yeah. - All right, let's take everybody here. We have an additional outdoor seating area. And Mikey, let's go check out the beach. - [Mikey] Let's do it.
- Again, the trees, the setting here, it has such a tropical energy to it. I mean, it feels like we're on a vacation. And coming here, we have the beach. Mikey, let's take everybody all the way to the water. Obviously we're in the Heart of Europe, part of The World Islands. So that way we are kind of in the center of it.
And obviously they're developing all these other islands. And coming here, it just feels like this surreal experience. I mean, looking at the color of the water, we have the Germany Island on the other side, we're on the Sweden Island. And coming to this section, Mikey let's turn back, and show everybody this amazing estate. From this angle we can see all four levels of this home, including this crazy inverted Viking ship roof design with the dragon head right in the center. But this home also has a rooftop and a basement level.
So it consists of six levels, which is just insane. And overall architecture-wise, again, I love the curvature detail with the glass windows and glass railing. This gold color here has that timeless look.
And if you look closely on each balcony, they have these beautiful motifs right underneath the glass railing. It's just one of a kind home. And I'm so glad we came out here to show everyone this amazing property. I mean, Mikey, look at this! We are right next to the water here. I gotta have to turn back again. This is just insane.
- [Mikey] We've really never seen anything like this. So especially an architectural design like this. - Absolutely. - As we walk in, the developers told us they did everything they could to kind of pay respects to kind of Scandinavian Norse building practices.
So there's all these elements that kind of compliment that. - Amazing, what an incredible development. All right, I guess that's it for the backyard and also the main floor of this home.
Now let's go back inside so we can check out the lower level. (gentle music) All right, now we're on the lower level. The first door on our right-hand side opens up to a spacious powder room with the same marble finishes. This door opens up to the staff quarters hallway, where we have few bedrooms and utility areas. And these double doors leads us to this hallway, which then takes you to the main kitchen. Massive island, right in the center with commercial vent, induction cooktop.
And we have this appliance here with the heat lamps, which keeps your food warm. I don't know the name of this appliance. So if you do let us know in the section below. Spacious island with ton of cabinetry and we have base cabinets throughout the space. Again, marble back splash. And this kitchen is designed as a chef's kitchen.
Basically you, if you have a house like this, you'll most likely have staff servicing you and this is where they cook. Mikey, let's go to the other side. We have the built-ins here with the espresso maker.
Everything you need. More base cabinets, fridges, pretty straightforward. Good size chef's kitchen. Now let's take everybody back to the landing so we can continue our tour.
Lower level is all about amenities and we have the elevator access also here, storage area on our left. And this door opens up to the wellness center and the gym. First opening on our right is the gym. Same hardwood floors that we saw on the main level. They have it also here with the herringbone pattern.
Your Technogym equipment, mirrored wall, storage areas. Good sized gym. Now, right on this side, we have the massage room.
I love the darker tone built-ins here with this diamond pattern on top. Your base cabinet extends out as your vanity setup with two sinks. Your massage chair right in the center. And we have this cove lighting detail with this starlight ceiling.
In fact, Mikey, can we turn off the main light? There you go, that's your starlight ceiling here. You sit down, you relax, you get a massage. This is awesome. - Yeah, that's really cool. - All right, Mikey, right on the other side, let's take everybody this way. We have this opening where we have a gorgeous bathroom with a vanity setup and a vessel sink, your water closet, your walk in shower with gold finishes, rain head. Looks gorgeous! The book-matching in this house is just mind boggling.
Floors, walls, showers, they book-matched everything. - [Mikey] Even in the staff kitchen. - Absolutely, absolutely. You have another set of vanities here with the round mirrors, diamond pattern back wall, wall sconces. And we have this door opening up to your sauna.
Again, talking about amenities on the lower level, you have a good size sauna here with LED lighting. And lastly, which is the craziest part of this lower level amenities, we have this door opening up to the snow room. Now, as soon as you walk in, you feel the temperature change, and we have a machine here which makes snow.
So I'm gonna try to catch some. There you go. As I'm bringing it to you guys it's melting. But this machine right here piles up the snow in a couple of hours and we're in a Swedish palace.
I mean, you get your workout done, you get a massage, you go to your sauna, and you come here and you get hit by this cold weather. And you're refreshing yourself and you get ready for your day, which is just mind boggling. Again, we're in Dubai, why not? And that wraps up our tour on the lower level.
Now I wanna take everybody back to the staircase so we can check out the second floor. (gentle music) All right, everyone, here we are on the second floor. We have this spacious entry, marble floors throughout. And on this level we have four guest suites.
They're all pretty similar to each other, so we're gonna check out the one right around the corner. And as soon as you come up from the elevator, you come to this section where we have this comfortable family room. They already have the wiring in place for your future TV. And again, this a seating area dedicated for all four guest suites on this level. Now let's go through this door to check out, the bedroom has a nice entry space and this door opens up to the full bathroom.
Again, marble on the floors that's been book-matched. Your marble vanity with two vessel sinks, round mirrors, wall sconces, diamond pattern back wall. Tastefully done bathrooms. And over here, we have this built-in tub setup with a window around the corner, and this gold mosaic tile back splash design, or this back wall, actually goes into the walk in shower here, with the gold fixtures.
Beautiful bathroom dedicated for this bedroom. Now coming back to the entry of the room, we have this opening taking us to the bedroom itself. Another king size bed, beautiful Bentley furniture.
I love this padded back wall, again, with the diamond pattern. You have your chandelier right in the center with the ceiling details, cove lighting. Rooms are exquisite, rooms are very come comfortable and elegant.
And of course, marble detail with the border book-matched. You're built-ins, TVs. it's really impressive, even the bedrooms there are so many architectural details. And of course, since this one is front facing, we have sliding glass doors opening up to this basically full floor balcony that is facing these amazing views. It's an experience to be out here.
That's all I'm gonna say. Amazing, amazing. And that wraps up our tour on the second floor.
Now let's go back to the staircase so we can check out the third floor. (gentle music) Now we're on the third floor. We have two bedroom suites on this side. Primary bedroom on my left. This spacious entry with the chandelier. And first we're gonna actually go this way to check out the first bedroom on this level.
I guess let's go to the bathroom here. Nice hallway with built-in closets. Another door opening up to the bathroom with the same finishes that we've been seeing throughout. You have your toilet, bidet, walk in shower with your rain head, handheld.
And of course you have your vanity design here with two vessel sinks, built-in tub, everything you need. And of course all the surfaces are clad with marble. Now, getting back to the entry of this bedroom.
Again, we have some closet space here. Opening takes us to the bedroom itself. We have two single beds here because this is kids' room and I've never seen a single bed this exquisite before. Again, Bentley furniture throughout that comes with the sale of this home. Chandelier, ceiling treatment.
We have wallpaper here. And of course your built-ins, TV, and lastly, sliding glass doors opening up to the outdoors. And in fact, around the corner, you can see or get a peak of Dubai skyline views. This is just amazing. Another bedroom on this level.
Now let's take everybody back to the landing so we can check out the primary bedroom suite, which is just incredible. Now, double doors here open up to your primary bedroom suite and you walk straight into this amazing space where you have your circular bed right in the center, complimented with this U-shaped cabinetry. Exquisite details with the furnishings, chandelier above, and I gotta say, I think this is one of the best primary bedroom suites we have ever seen on this channel. The scale, the marble finish on the floors with the darker and lighter tones. Around the corner we have a marble free-standing tub, which I will cover in a bit. This is just mind boggling. - [Mikey] It is and the way
this window just frames this view, this awesome blue water out here. There's a lot going on on these islands. They're building them up, but it's again, just such an impressive feat to be able to build on this scale. - Amazing! And the moment you open up these sliding glass doors, you walk straight to this amazing view.
And I mean, it's a lot to take in. This lagoon right here looks so beautiful. I wish I had my jet board here, electric jet surfboard. I'll be basically cruising around just enjoying the scenery here.
- Next time. - Yeah. You have glass railing throughout, again, rounded on the edges, breathtaking views. This amazing indoor outdoor flow.
And again, look at the scale of this bedroom. I'm just gonna walk around a little bit. Incredible, I'm blown away. All right, Mikey, let's start with this door right here. It opens up to a small closet, beautiful millwork with the handles cabinetry and this is your first smaller closet. Now coming back here, this is the double doors that opens up to your bedroom, before we go into the main closet, look at this marble free-standing tub.
Not only it's great size, it's just beautiful to look at. You have your tub filler here. And again, furnishings, details, everything about this estate is just one of a kind. - [Mikey] Yeah, it's really incredible.
- Absolutely gorgeous! I mean, Mikey, I just slide here a little bit, but even the small burgundy chair with the Bentley logos, everything about it with the diamond patterns, gorgeous. All right, ready? Also, room has the curvature, too. Lot of details! We have this door opening up to your main walk in closet.
Book-matched floors, cabinetry goes all the way to the ceiling with the mirror details. Your handles, everything about it is very exquisite. Now, lastly, we have this sliding door opening up to the primary bedroom bathroom and the same finishes and details are also here, but the scale is a little bit bigger. We have your water closet here with your bidet. Your vanity setup with bigger sinks and diamond pattern on the walls. Your gorgeous walk in shower, which has a nice contrast with this darker natural stone and marble floors.
And of course, right here, you gotta show these sliding glass doors. And one over here, one on this side, closing this section up because this is your, I guess, jetted tub within your bathroom. And it's so massive that you basically have to take these steps to get in. You have sliding glass doors opening up to another balcony for your bathroom, starlight ceilings above us. This is just unbelievable.
Yeah, I mean, this house is just so beautiful. The finishes are truly one of a kind. And that wraps up our tour here, but now we're gonna go to the staircase so we can check out the amazing lounge above us. (gentle music) Level four and this is where we have the Seashell Lounge. I think this is one of the most incredible lounge areas we have ever seen in any residential home. The space is just unbelievable.
First of all we have these diamond padded walls here, few access points for the staircase going down on the utility areas. I love the ceiling treatment here. Essentially, we're underneath this inverted ship design and the entire roof assembly is glass.
And that's why you're kind of soaking in all these amazing views throughout the property. You get so much natural light coming in and this space almost feels like an observation deck. You have Dubai skyline on the other side. You can see the rest of the Heart of Europe Islands around us. And talking about the islands around us, this is a scale model of the Heart of Europe Project, which is again the section or its center section of The World Islands.
And Mikey, can we get a close up on some of these islands? Look, this is Germany, which is island right across from us. I'm assuming they're gonna have this lagoon right in the center. This is the Sweden Island, which is the island that we are on right now.
We're on one of these houses. It's just mind boggling. They have this center section here, hotel development. I mean talking about an ambitious project, they're doing it out here.
- [Mikey] It doesn't even feel real. Like we keep walking around, it feels like virtual reality in this country. - Absolutely, but they make things happen. Honestly, that's what's so special about UAE and Dubai.
Like when they wanna do something, they follow through it. They make it happen. - [Mikey] And they do it fast. - They do it extremely fast. - Yeah.
- Amazing, amazing. All right, let's check out the space. We have this elevated seating area here with lounging chairs. And one more thing, another scale model. So they call this Floating Seahorse, which is essentially this floating house design, where you can reside right in the water.
They have a couple of these throughout. I don't know, Mikey, if you can see the one on the background. We're actually touring one of these and we're gonna have this video on our second channel, Enes Plus. Make sure to check that out as well. It's super cool.
And, Mikey, lets show this. It has an underwater bedroom. - [Mikey] Looks like a little reef, it looks like. - Exactly, exactly.
So it's gonna be a really exciting episode. All right, Mikey, let's take everybody this way. Again, we have multiple seating areas here.
This is where you hang out. You can easily have 150 to 200 people up here, no problem. And views are just amazing. I mean, I don't have much to say.
I feel like I was shocked throughout the whole day. You know, the scale, the way they designed these estates it's truly one of a kind and it doesn't end here because we're gonna take the staircase here to check out the rooftop deck. (gentle music) Now this is the top level and look at the views right here. It's just phenomenal.
You can see some of the other islands, Dubai skyline all the way to downtown. Views are amazing. You have all this built-in seating, but more importantly, the scenery here with the color of the sea, your view it's unlike anything we've ever seen on this channel.
