Originally known as Bulsar district, Valsad is a city in the Valsad district of the Indian state of Gujarat. It is also the headquarters of the district. It is now located in the southern part of the state near Sagar and on the banks of the Aurangabad River.

This temple is dedicated to Shri Harikrishna Maharaj, Shri Krishna and Shri Radha ji. In the temple, you get to see their very beautiful idols.
