this is insane good morning from day two our car has arrived it is a BYD let's go we are ready to go hello my friend we are on our way to our second day's adventure if you're wondering what that is we're going to the glass Bridge so as it turns out yesterday we were so excited and the first thing that we wanted to go and do was to go and see the glass Bridge the glass bridge is in a completely different location it's not in the National Park itself because this place is so huge just to give you an idea about the scale it's 30 km away from Wulingyuan and we were thinking we were going to go to the glass Bridge yesterday morning anyway we had such an amazing day yesterday as well but it's time to continue the adventure on our way taking a taxi because you can either take a bus or you can take a taxi we've got a slot booked for the glass bridge that is between 8 and 11 something like that 8am until 12pm so we need to be there soon cuz we're starting slightly later today but there's method to our Madness yes I'll tell you that in a minute the time right now is gone past eight so that's not too bad why are we going there slightly late? so we are going slightly later today one cuz we were so tired from yesterday actually we walked over 25 km yeah we walked so far yesterday we did like 35,000 steps something like that it was insane but also because you guys everybody is going to rush there for 8:00 a.m. for opening and for that first hour or so, so we decided that we'll go slightly after that in the hopes that we'll avoid all the queues we'll hopefully avoid the biggest crowds because the tour guides and the tour groups will all be on their way out when they finish we'll turn up we actually booked our tickets on trip.com so we're hoping that we should be good because obviously you have to book in advance you can't just turn up on the day so that's the deal day two we're excited we're ready let's go going through the beautiful town of Wulingyuan my guy is going to put his sunglasses on because it is getting too bright I've got mine on already glass Bridge here we come if we make it there in one piece fast and furious going on straightway woo let's go I think this is the place somebody slept on the way here I did yeah that was a good little nap I needed that oh my legs I'm so wobbly already that was literally your first step and you've got spaghetti legs already I do get ready for more hiking more walking and more trekking today there's too many steps already look at these steps go on girl you got this come on guys I'm not a hiker girl I don't fall into that category how far are we from the actual bridge I read it said there is a bit of walking but probably about 5-10 minutes before you get to the main gate beautiful bright blue skies the day is looking lovely day number two national park a different side of the place now we're in the Grand Canyon area getting a little tour of the place Grand Canyon and the sky walk the official price of the tickets here it says 216 yuan I think the one that we've got is way cheaper so you can do the Grand Canyon and the glass Bridge together as a combo or you can if you want just do the glass bridge but it's got specific timings so you have to come after 3:30 for that something like that but mostly 9 out of 10 people they do the Grand Canyon and the glass Bridge together all right that's the entrance beautiful day today again sun's out right now but where is everyone has everyone just gone in guys what is this are we at the right place? it's quiet nobody likes to come here? the tour groups are coming so you might want to make it quick oh this looks nice and quiet not a person in the waiting area unbelievable scenes compared to what we were witnessing yesterday hello this one okay one second take this he we are take the water made it okay let's not forget our bags this time let's not leave our bags this time you guys if you saw our previous Vlog you'll know that we left our bags at the train station won't be doing that again I hope this place is open because this looks too good to be true there's no one here we're either going to the wrong place or there's no one here and we're too early time right now is 09:45am so it seems all right you can do this Skywalk as well but we are going to the Grand Canyon and the glass Bridge you've got the VR here you got the world's highest bungee jump as well the Glass Elevator we've done that yesterday already zip line as well look at that beauty up there this place is truly a work of art like nature is so beautiful there's a slide here as well is there? yeah okay so you guys here you can bungee jump you can take a slide you can take a boat ride you can go for a yeah zipline there's a slide there's a glass walkway as well it's all happening all right we booked very last minute we booked last night actually we didn't have tickets for this so I'll tell you if we're able to get in and once we get on the bridge I'll tell you if it works or not because as I was saying earlier the official price Grand Canyon and glass Skywalk is 216 Yuan per person we paid a lot less online so if it works I'll tell you about it all right so where are we right now we are where are they? your location is I still don't know where we are Can you spot it? do you know what let's try and get in and we'll show you what's happening can you see our location here on the map oh right here okay so where's the glass Bridge literally here Okay cool so we're here so we're almost here at the Bridge yeah is where we will go and our is includeed the canyon so we can then take the blue route and we can walk through the canyon if we want to I don't know which route we'll take but let's go check it out let's go see what it's like and then we can share all the helpful bits with you in a minute let's go here we go here comes the first one all done you got to just hand in your passport that's all you need there's no paper ticket as such that you get because we booked online here we go here's mine thank you got our tickets sorted so we booked our tickets on trip.com and I don't know they were probably having a deal or something at promotion because we got a great deal it was a good bargain really because the official price of the tickets down here is 216 Yuan per person for a combo that's for entrance to the Grand Canyon and access to the bridge we got it for 140 Yuan per person so that's like 76 Yuan cheaper per person so wow I mean no one's complaining we love it why not also though this place is so much better run already than the national park because there's staff everywhere there's an information desk ticket entrance okay we're going to go around this right here let's go let and get started so maybe this is a little hack for you all that if you come slightly later it doesn't seem as busy you beat the queue but guys I can see these are what are they called the little like poles yeah the columns that support the bridge on one end so we're close this so far has been much better organized much easier to navigate I'm really excited for this guys this bridge is 400 m off the ground and it is 430 M long that is insane that's almost half a kilometer that's Madness that's the longest and the tallest glass bridge in the world it is indeed and the bungee jump from it is something like 270m something like that which is insane they say that's the tallest point in the world to bungee jump from yeah it is it is look at that so is that for the zip line it looks like it might be and just behind that is the glass Bridge okay all right let's get to the glass Bridge see what's happening take you guys with us let's go wow we are here this looks insane wow we've got our cool shoe covers on this is obviously to protect the glass to make sure that it doesn't get dirty stays clean here we go this is exciting we're heading down to the glass Bridge you guys like Taz said we booked our tickets online on trip.com wow it is so hot out here right now but we are so ready I think this is going to be epic the real question is are you ready? okay so it starts nice and gradual nice and slow it's not too steep right now okay okay this is where you test the glass out look don't do that stop it you poo head stop you're such a child guys I Can't Take My Man Child anywhere because he'll insist on hopping and skipping along the glass bridge for the scared people they've got the middle bit so if you can't look down and walk over glass that's the bit for you and for me but for adventure seekers like me who like to skip and hop on glass you're crazy you go straight through okay I think the middle bit is where it's going to get really exciting and real interesting Wow have a look at the music I was just going to say of course because look this suddenly drops here this is the Grand Canyon of China so this is insane it's so beautiful and I'm so grateful that it's is such a beautiful morning the sun is shining it is making this Canyon look even more beautiful the green trees it's so Lush all right so the main bit when it starts off is like a three lane road it's quite wide here when the bridge starts off but further up as you go and where it gets really deep or really high is where it Narrows down a little bit as well so there you've just got one panel here one on the side and then you've got the glass pane in the middle Uncle he's going ahead he's going to sit here get some photo's insta ready oh yeah look at that okay it's dropping it's dropping we are getting higher and higher with every step oh look at that on the other side you've also got the lift the elevators on the other side oh my Lord how deep is this side here what look at this if you think that's really high come and see what's here it is getting higher and higher come on you just need to walk in the middle you're alright you got this there we go happy days I don't like the glass bits I don't want to look down that is tall tall there's a waterfall as well people a zip line wow there's even a waterfall down there there's a little Lake and people are doing that Cliffside walk over here as well where you can yeah no the the bit where you walk on the metal ladders can you see they're in Orange just down there wow that's insane this one yeah do you want to do it should we? no I mean if you can't walk over with a glass Bridge no I don't think you'd be able to do that I don't think I would be able to do it either yeah this a proper Adrenaline Junkies Paradise here though you guys you would love it if you really enjoy activities and fun things to do this is a very cool way to start off the day two loving it so far we're just going to take in the views this is absolutely incredible I want to go further that way to the highest point sit on the glass get a few photos take the views in and see how high we are you're mad you're not scared of heights are you I didn't think I was but it makes me feel nervous I don't know why but Taz is going for it the best thing about the bridge is the fact it's almost half a kilometer long and it's 400 m off the ground that's Madness that's almost half a kilometer as well that's a huge drop put it that way and this has also been rated as one of the most beautiful bridges the top 10 most beautiful bridges I think in the world correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I heard so let's go it's getting a bit wobbly right now it's getting a bit shaky no it's not you're just thinking too much come on scared girl oh my goodness this is pretty high oh my lord that is so high that is insane oh was it going wow crazy okay look you guys now we are both walking on the glass it doesn't feel as scary anymore I have to say so we're going to go a bit further we're going to keep walking and let's go a little bit more I am still on the side though if you didn't notice but look at this oh look there's even a little bug here look at that maybe he's trapped on the other side of the glass but it's definitely picking up so if I can recommend one thing it would be come here about 8:30-9:00 am I think or 9:00- 9:30 that seems to be the best time but it's getting a little busier but we're also heading a little further into the middle of the bridge it does not get any less scary actually to be honest with you we're still going people are still laying down for their photos I am loving it that's so cute are they going to lay together I love that but there's people of all ages here you guys there's kids there's everyone there's families there's couples there's groups there's tour guides there's not as many tour groups here though which is quite nice definitely feels a little bit more like it's all individual travel but this is absolutely insane wow wow we're getting closer and closer to the middle you guys and at some point there's actually also a spot where you can bungee jump off the middle of the bridge so I think that these people are about to go ahead and do that I would be very scared if I was them I would not be as chilled out as they are walking down there they just walked past us I think they're going to bungee jump they've got harnesses on I would love to do it would you yeah this is probably the Midway point so this has to be the highest point as well so we we are 430m in length 400m High these are the views wow and I'm just sitting here like it's alright it's chill no problem people come here every day so what's one person on one pain of glass going to do how bad could it be 400 m High look how tall you are there's Cliff faces Galore there's a stream down there as well just under the thing here we're right in the middle wow look at that that is insane oh my God you're absolutely mad look at him wow I'm really surprised you know you're allowed to carry your bags and your water bottles on they did say they would take stuff off of you if it's heavier than a bag but I think I suppose everyone just got bags on them so you're right true okay time for some photos you're loving it go follow us on Instagram @sunkissedbucketlist guys pose for your photo that's not a pose okay that's a pose Yay good job every day 8,000 people make their way down here to the bridge I don't know how many go to the National Forest but I'm sure that's like 10 times the number but 8,000 people come here every single day 600 people is the maximum capacity of the total number of people allowed on the bridge at any given time well I don't want to imagine what it must be like with 600 people insane but that just goes to show it can take a lot of weight yes for sure and I've never heard anyone go through a glass bridge so let's hope not you're not making me feel any more safe come on let's walk over this look at these two just sat there chilling we're waiting for you okay ready go lay down go on there we go she's doing it she's brave now lay down now look down as well do a plank the other way look at that she's done it now do a plank look down go on you got this look down and crack there we go smashing it are you even looking down though? yes yeah next one you're going next I was going to say let's do this we all just sat around this one pane of glass actually two panes of glass because just below we can see the bungee jumping platform and I think that there is some feet around there they look like they're getting ready to jump Taz is over this side somewhere and then we're all sitting over this side oh my god wow that is insane that was insane I don't know if I'd ever be brave enough to do that but that looked nuts wow how cool was that then that was amazing that was right should we go? oh I know what that and gloves that's pretty cool here we are, so it feels like an apron here we are okay let's put this phone away we're going to get suited and booted this feels like um an apron but you're wearing it the wrong way around is this this is so weird all right so for somebody like me who's got shorts on this is actually a great idea oh okay this is how I look and then we got to wear these gloves feel like this is a little style check we're releasing a new album what's happening here we go this is I don't know how I feel about this slowly I've got people in front of me go you're so slow guys people in front of us slowing us down we got some Gap now there we go oh yeah traffic all right the people in front of us guys that was crazy thank you fun fun I think there's another it says walk down 20 M and continue to ride on the side continue to ride let's see go go side by side this time we have nobody in front of us go go go this one's fun 10 out of 10 the guy in front of you he's scared he's like oh my gosh this woman behind me is mad oh my guy in front of me he's loving it hello Uncle brake brake brake oh we're slowing down here no oh wow you picked up speed this is a fun group of people this is a good group I'm loving this one 10 out of 10 I take my words back my guy behind me he's got good brakes wooho let's go okay that was so fun I think it's the crowd that you're with right like that was a really good crowd that was fun that was the best my hands are sweaty though that was a lot of fun loved it give me your gloves yes that was a lot of fun wow but sweaty work man holding yourself on those uh on those rails was tough but that was a lot of fun I enjoyed it right that's a lot of workout for my arms for your core strength your body yeah that's so true actually because that like my shoes have no grip to them so I couldn't put my feet down I was having to like hold my legs on the side hold my arms on the side like I'm so glad that they gave us this apron yeah so true if it weren't for this we would hurt out skin thank you that was a lot of fun wow that was really really good I enjoyed that a lot and the people we were with in front of us and behind us they were so good as well they were loving it they were enjoying it my gosh look at this wow wow oh my God the lake is so blue so clear you can't see to the bottom and theres huge fish they're so clean look over here and over here and over here we were all the way up there and we did the zip line up here somewhere all the way across then we did the slide all the way down now to here now that was a lot of freaking fun that's much easier on the knees as well than doing all of those steps for sure so much fun wow okay think we're going to go and do a little bit of hiking maybe not sure but let's go do this we made it down to the bottom of where the slide guys if you can see we took the slide from all the way up there that is absolutely crazy all the way down to the bottom but we're now near to the divine spring which sounds lovely okay so now we're going to go down and we are by this Lake and look at this waterfall Taz is here already taking some photos so beautiful my goodness and the fact that it's all coming out of that little crack up there yeah that is insane what's the source of this water? you literally see the bottom amazing it's so clear and you could see the color of this Lake from up when we were on top of the bridge it was magnificent it's even more beautiful when you come down here and you can literally see right down through to the bottom welcome to the Grand Canyon of China this is next level beautiful if you to asked me if I could tell you what China would look like it would not be this I'd tell you that my expectations were very different to the beautiful nature that is here guys we are taking a little stroll along this beautiful lake over here this is no color grade or edit, it is genuinely this Gatorade color these are the boats that you can take yes they are we might go and take one in a minute but it is so very clean for the fact that this area has lots of tourists I'm really surprised but very happy there is no litter In this River in this Lake sorry whatsoever it's beautiful it's so clean you can see almost down to like all the Rocks there almost to the bottom so beautiful amazing it looks so similar to Europe Croatia Italy Switzerland if you don't want to pay for the zipline or the elevator to come down you do have to go back across the bridge and come out the same way you started so that's just there as a little tip for you guys if you don't want to spend the extra money you don't want to do the extra activities or you're scared or you're nervous or whatever then go back happily do it because it's so worth it we have enjoyed it, it's turned out perfect for us we honestly had no idea we walked in a little unplanned but very happy with how today's turned out it's been so much fun I still can't believe the color of the water here me neither it's so blue it reminds me of the Philippines a little I don't think I've seen waterfalls and rivers or lakes this Blue since the Philippines Kawasan Falls yes yes it's so similar to that it is you're right the boat's going past bye-bye see you later like that oh my days this is dripping okay it's your turn that was cold that was refreshing though it was!! is that another one?
