I reached here yesterday from Xi'an. My destination is to reach Chengdu in the next 2-3 days. The journey from Xi'an to Chengdu is quite long.

I'll enter Sichuan province today. Motorcycles are not allowed on the highway there. We might be able to do the first 100 km on the highway. If they let us. Then I'll have to go through the national road which will take a lot of time. The navigation says it will take about 7 hours.

It looks like the scenery will be great today. This is G108, the same road that I went through yesterday from Xi'an to reach the mountains. This is the national road here.
It's quite scenic. They have written the description in English at certain random places. But the road is a bit slippery because of the rain. I have covered almost 200 km. 140 km to go.
He/She is carelessly driving. I am wondering if I could find a place to have lunch or coffee. There are a lot of things here.

I will reach the ancient town in some time. There is a beautiful walking path along the river. The roads are wide enough. I just googled the name of this river. It's called Jialing Jiang. It's a very big river.
It has been flowing beside me for the last 35-40 km. There are beautiful houses on the river sides with a view of the river and the mountains ahead. It's a very beautiful city. I thought I'm going to visit an old town and that's it. But it doesn't seem like I'm in a small city.
Now, I am in the old town. Everything has changed suddenly. I am not sure where is my hotel? Where is the parking? The navigation has just indicated that I have reached.
