Japan, one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. Tokyo the biggest city in the world. This combo of locals and tourists can make some areas of the city extremely busy and unenjoyable to explore. So in this video, we'll showcase a hidden gem in the city.

Geology. Join us as we explore this quaint and interesting neighborhood of Tokyo. Come with me on today's journey in Tokyo. Hey, fellows. Welcome to kitchen Joji. This on? Wherever you're at. That thing.

They said it had more of a country feel, but, Now, here, here, here, here. Also, it said that it's one of the hottest neighborhoods in Tokyo. Or where people want to live. Well, yeah. We're there. We'll show you if you want to live in this area. Let's go.

We're almost to another park in Tokyo. Hey, if you're wondering why the heck do these people always go to parks? It's because they're usually free or cheap and they're relaxing. Tokyo has had a lot of really big, really green, really nice parks. This area really does give the like you're not in a big city feel.

I feel like I'm in some state park in a suburban town. Yeah, it's definitely not like all countries I feel. But it's like you're getting out there. Yeah, we're not in Tokyo anymore. But if you do look on the map, surprisingly, we're still actually, if you look at the mega, like the area that's white and not green.

We're not that far already too far into the city. Oh, there's a bunch of these around the water. All right, take a sip. There's some really black holes. Oh, it's a really big two.

All right, go ahead. There's a fight for your life. Who will win, you or the lost? The lost.

Oh, no. You can't drink the tap water in Tokyo. So if we buy bottled water, we're just wasting money. We're in the park, Asics. First thing you saw was this giant big boy barrette.

And he's like, I have to have their own. I mean, I know the name. It's a bit hot, so we'll wait a bit.

But look at the size of this thing. Oh, that's a very large. It's like a giant textured valve on this. Yeah. Hey, everybody, it's time to, We've been looking for a weird vending machines in Japan.

And finally we found one. This one has pancakes and they can hand bread. Pancakes can bread.

What will you get? Pancam Franken. I don't even know. I think I wanna try that. Blueberry can. Red or strawberry can do red or the orange, not the orange can. Bread.

That doesn't sound very good. What about a pan tan? Pan can sit around and boil Black Sea for a rack. Frank, is that grasshoppers in a can? I don't know why.

This one's 2800. I must be very good. Dot dot dot dot dot. didn't give me this.

Oh, it sounded very heavy. That's going to be some dense pancake pancakes. And, for again, Sam, it's super light. For some football. But instead, it comes as a nice and cool that.

Hello. This is it in the pan. And maybe it's no arigato. No. No. Hawaii? No. yeah. Kampala.

Blueberry bread. Really? Oh yeah. They said it co I said it comes with a glass of milk. Yeah I use my wits for this one. I'm going to use my wits.

Oh here I got so that almost went down there. Do you like my use of arigato? The only Japanese word I know, though, which have been used. Oh, they give you a package of salt at first.

Delicious. Eat it seem slightly dangerous because I'm scared I'm gonna cut myself. First off. Correct. Oh my gosh. Well.

Weird is really weird. That looks really weird. All right, time for canned bread.

Here we go. It was it. Was it worth the extra charge for being in a vending machine? I mean, you could have stored this for the apocalypse.

Yeah, put it back. It tastes like, bread that you get in a bag. Kind of, you know, like a cheap processed pan with less sugar. It's not bad.

It's a bread. It's a broken bread. What do you have there for a thorough. How many fellow snails? Yes. I got a big slug here today. His name is Richard. Richard? Oh, still very hot.

But we'll just go in anyway. The temperature is hot, so it's never going to cool down. No, I like the way it flops.

That's always how you know, it's a good smell. If it's sloppy. Wow. So outside is very thick.

So look at how much breathers there got me. I've literally just a long vowel bun. You know how you can get a nice circular one? This one's like a Long John.

A Long John boy on silver. Really tasty. A little bit expensive. I think it was tasty for the park experience, so I keep parking it.

I also got some melon Fanta soda. Here we go. Oh, that is interesting, Karen. I don't even know. It really does. It tastes like a, like a weird candy kind of a lot of the non orange and unlike normal Fanta flavors get a little funky with the chemical tastes.

It really isn't that many of them that I like. Really like they're good. But I never like really like yeah, yeah, the Fanta is get real funky when they get real flavorful. I usually like the grape, the orange, the strawberry, depending on where it's from. Other than that, they get a bit funky, exotic from, Iceland. Too funky for me. There's one from Switzerland. Too funky for me.

The Fanta is just a funk master. I got to say something. Here is Punkers. Dude. Wow. That's cool. This is a really nice park. They got species in there. They got fishies, they got eels.

Wow. Hopefully we can see a freak. An eel. We're going to sit here until we see an eel. Time lapse time.

That's a time lapse right there. Wow, it's been 15 days. You should have grown a beard over this.

Thank you. Hello. Hi. We found a worm tree here after we've come to this park and just have been eating food the whole time. Food? That's supposed to be me doing the worm standing. What did you do? The laying down worm. Right now, I mean. Oh, they didn't let us into the freaking zoo.

Because apparently, they cut off admission even though it closes at five. And even though it's probably not that big. So that's really unfortunate. We get to see the lake zoo docks. Oh, look at that little baby duck right there. Oh, like a little baby duckling right now.

I feel good. I say we go for a nice swim right now. It's hot. Go. A baby duckling came up right here. He really moved.

Oh, there he goes. Oh he's moving. Oh, he's quick. Oh. There's crabs in here. And eels. I didn't know there was eels in here.

friends, I think we should wait till there's an eel here. Let's do it. Time lapse. Okay, guys, it's been 15 years. If you guys haven't realized that I.

Us going farther out of the city means today is our peaceful day. Is our peaceful day yesterday was actually going to be our peaceful day, and it was pretty peaceful. But we did way more than we expected here. Yeah. So today is our peaceful day.

We have some things to take care of with, some business. We got some business to do. So we might've been able to do that much lately, because some of our last days in Taiwan ended up being much more busy than we anticipated. So we're going to take today. We have plenty of days in Tokyo, so we're just going to do some cool things around the Nakano area, like this very peaceful park, get some food, stuff like that. So it's a peace.

It's our peaceful day in Tokyo, peaceful, peaceful, peaceful peace. And well, we have a bunch of things planned and ready for the rest of our time, so it should be pretty epic. I imagine the next videos will be filled with a lot of things. A lot of thing. I'm wet now.

what just happened, dude? Tyler was just getting a drink of water, so I show you an example. I'm very thirsty. It literally got me wet again. I don't know how well you guys can see it because it's so bright. Turn it on. Full blast of their face in the way.

It doesn't go. And I just pull. I didn't get any water of me. So. Mark. Yeah. Let's, Yeah. Here we go.

What if this is the water in Tokyo is drinkable? If you can figure out how to do it, you need to refill your water bottle. Okay? Okay. You want to tell me the way? Everything we know that's for dog.

It's really powerful. It's powerful. The best you could have never. Nice. Would you like to see are the remnants of what we have done. Oh my gosh, what the heck? There. It's all the way to here.

That is now calibrated. In life. There's times where there's a fork in the road. Which fork are you going to take? He's taking the path less traveled.

He's taking the path less travel. Oh, no. He's taking the basic right. Wait. He's taking the path. Less.

He's taking the. Oh, this is a life lesson for you all. You're stuck at a crossroads.

Let's just stay in the same spot and never change. Inspirational, truly. Are you going to be like Jay-Z? What Jay-Z said he drove to the fork in the road and he went straight.

Go! What's, very me. Except my shoes are vaping. Is that a new type of vape? I'm sure it'll take over Asia at any moment when the addiction gets too strong. Oh, boy. You guys were wondering the measurements on this. It.

I'm, like, just about six feet tall. So this tree, I mean, it's at least twice my height, so it probably is. Oh, probably about 15ft tall.

It's it's probably about accurate at least. Yeah. Oh, at least. In street.

Probably a sandwich. It's a snacky. That's the thing I Heath. Well this area is interesting.

It's like a lot of western restaurants. Yeah. With like a lot of western restaurants that are, like, kind of fancy. Yeah, very expensive stuff too.

So it's just like a little nook of restaurants. Definitely seems like a lot less Western tourists are here. Yeah. It's the place where Japanese can get some Western food. This place is just like hot dogs. Okay? They got a jumbo French, so. this is actually a really cool area.

It is. It's 100% mostly Japanese tourists. It's like they're from other parts of Tokyo or what? It's like going somewhere cool without there being, like, so many people. You can't even walk through there for the food.

There's some shwarma right there. Shwarma. Okay, I get some kebab. Kabob. Let's go for this here. Bob in Japan. Salad. Chicken.

It's quite similar. Where's the rice? Where's the rice? Oh, there's the rice. Rice salad. Meat got.

Pastas. Garlic sausage. Really nice. Look at that.

You got me with garlic, you poor thing. Man. Get a kebab sandwich. It is garlic. You just on the bottom. And then on the top.

Definitely garlicky. Very delicious, very delicious. He came out and ran out. Did you? That's what you feel? Oh, yeah.

You get some crack and creepers to eat. So. Harajuku, which is the place we're going tomorrow, is actually known for crepes, but we figured, those lines will be way longer. And the crepes here like, super pop in as well. So we'll just get them here and get other things in Harajuku tomorrow.

After our amazing little like Shwarma or something else. It was really, really good, but very salty and garlicky. We wanted something sweet to end it out and we got it.

We walked by this crepes and we look down here saying these are the most right. I've never seen crepes like this in my life. It has a cheesecake inside of it. He's very interesting.

Wow. Holy nuts. This thing is big and I love that in Japan they eat them like cones, whereas crepes in other places they give you like a pancake. You can then usually get like a fork. This one, you get a spoon. Just scoop out this stuff, take in it.

So there's you get here. Sir, I got banana, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a piece of cheesecake in there. This is freaking nuts, dude. I'm going to just scoop a little cheesecake. Scoop some banana out of there.

Oh, gosh. I'm just gonna push it to the side and bite it off so I can get some cream. Wow. There's a lot going on in there. it's really good. oh. There's going to be an avalanche.

So just a you had the ice cream, one would be avalanche. And even more so I was going to get the ice cream one, but there was like it was the number was black, so it might have been sold out or something. It's really good. Cream is really like the wind is picked up, I don't know. And, we've about to get typhoon down.

Everything that goes in here is really delicious. And the crepe is super soft on the inside. That's a dang good crepe. I didn't know Japan like, but getting crepes in Japan was a thing.

The pastry, the pastries and desserts have really surprised us here. They have a lot of variety of stuff and a lot of things like it seems like Japan is taking a lot of things from other countries, and that made it like their own style, like this, obviously a French creation, and they took it and made it into a crepe cone with cheesecake inside with the French. I appreciate that. I don't know, look at your sir.

I got strawberry soup. We got obviously strawberry chunk in there, the cream strawberry sauce and the cheesecake. Strawberry cheesecake. I'm really upset about that. I'm just gonna go in to kind of get some of the crap on there. Oh, yeah.

oh. That's strawberry sauce. And then you get the nice cheesecake in there, like, smooth everything out. that'd be really good with ice cream.

This is really. Yeah. It would, it would. This is a really, really good though.

There's actually it. Are you Godzilla? the why is the wind picking up what's about to happen at random? It's a very nice temperature, though. Now it's a really nice beautiful I. Now, the nights in Japan are beautiful. Even in the middle of the summer. Epic.

Feel like it's a cool street. It is a cool street. Hey, buckaroo.

Look at all of these lights and rumble. Just another super lit street in Tokyo. Oh, even in the less touristy areas, you can get a street this lit just littered with food when McDonald's was here. The KFC is a street over, and of course.

You can get beer anywhere. There's a girls bar over there. girls bar. Is that where they go? Not to get assaulted? it was like it showed pictures of cute girls on their feet. you go there to get girls. That's cooler. Maybe. Or it's kind of creepy, actually.

But, you know, I don't know, I guess there's a market for, there's a market for this. So then I could. I could just come on the street. Very near a street for some busses. I mean, they literally put exactly what they know. The mall.

And you're saying, how do we always find ourselves in fancy mall? They're everywhere. They are. I don't know if you can hear it.

Probably not. Guys, we found one of these things again. I still. So look at this cat. This is how I can accurately. Oh, that's just. I thought the cat was something to do.

It was just stimulating. He's, like happy on top in the Master Oogway. I think it's, mini food.

Whoa. Excuse me, sir, I'm scouting something, so I'm going probably to. He's got quite the package.

Oh, it's a shut down. It's a shut down. Hey, everybody, we're in the mall. When we pull up, it's a shut down. Is that true?

We're just walking through all these souvenir places and checking things out. Interesting stuff. Not like insanely expensive, which is nice.

Yeah. And, any super cheap? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Now? Yeah. Tomorrow you wait for it. Expenses will come by. So many things. Let's go.

Oh, my gosh. so I'm just kind of walking around looking at shops. You buy some, Pokemon cards? Oh, yes. Some epic pokemons are just kind of chillaxing. It's it's a really nice area. It's nice that there's not a billion people.

It's really nice. There's just a lot of, like, side streets and a lot of very unique food. Like, the heck is that? Is that a rainbow Korean corn dog? I think so name Rainbow falls. Okay, that is interesting.

The rainbow K dogs were, a little expensive. They were more expensive than actual Korea. So, so, I think we're going to skip that for today. Well, this is very interesting. This area is so interesting.

I didn't expect this way out of the do out here. Oh, there's your shinola. Oh, yeah. That's what we're eating. Dinner. Oh, Yoshinoya. We know Yoshinoya from the Philippines.

That would be very interesting to actually try it in Japan. Oh, wow. It's totally different. Okay, we should definitely probably try that.

Yeah, it's literally like an actual restaurant in here. Yoshinoya. All right. We're going to be trying this, in a second.

All right. Oh, yeah. Let's for I can do it. It looks so much different in the Philippines. Official partner, Pokemon Go. Really? All right, get your Pokemon Go.

welcome to. You know, you know, you're in Japan. Like you said, we win here in the Philippines.

Got it for free in the Philippines. And it was pretty good in the Philippines. But it's got to be better in the whole country, right? The menu is very, very different, very kind of close to the same. The only thing that was the same basically was they had this hold on, but I got mine with cheese on top. And in the Philippines, if you order it with cheese on top, it's like nacho cheese, which is the liquid cheese. This one's shredded cheese, which I think is going to be a lot.

It makes it it makes it a lot. And I do like to eat rice with, chicken and cheese. But it's like chipotle chicken, like, seasoned well chicken. So what is it going to be like? What is going on? Beef and cheese and rice. It's going to be challenging to get all of that in one bite with a, chopstick for me.

But let's try. Oh. It looks really hot. I'll get back to you. Oh, look at how steamy that was. Steamy boy.

Let's try some of this. You tried to get the special surprise, but ended up with Horny Boy. So keyboard. But it's that special surprise. Want. What are you going to do? Oh, that's very oniony.

that's always going to take a really, really good dive. That's pretty dang good. Okay, that let me get into my cheese one. Here they are. Perfect. Oh I think I'm good to go. Oh no. It's still steaming a lot. But you know that cheese.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right? Oh. Oh. Oh, my gosh, the cheese makes it better. I really does.

In fact, the cheese might overpower the taste, but it just kind of blends in like a sandwich. Like the if you had a sliced beef sandwich and you just put some cheese on, it kind of fits really nice. That's really dang good. You shouldn't do that in Japan. It's perfect. But, you know, it's I mean, we could eat here every day and get away with a pretty cheap trip.

Thank you guys. So how are you? Oh my gosh. Did I just cursor in Korea. Oh. Food completed I mean it wasn't a ton of food, but there's 800 for both of us 44.9%. I'm pretty full. I'm just ready to drink a lot of, liquid right now.

I'm very thirsty. We drank this whole yesterday. Let's go. Why is there so much in this area? Sheboygan? I don't know, it's kind of crazy.

I just searched up lake neighborhoods, and this was the 12th one on the list. And it was kind of like, I mean, it seems like it's a cool little spot. A lot of Tokyo, like, they call them people from Tokyo. Go here. Go! And dude, and there's so much to see here. There really is.

There's some live music. There's a wonders. Why don't we go to Wendy's? Oh. All right, round two, round two a Wendy's. So I got a moment. now that is epic.

I got lemonade by lemonade. lemony. That's pretty good.

Not the best lemonade I've ever had was 100 more to get fresh lemons, which was an interesting, addition to that. So, you know, lemonade by lemonade. Well, after on our way home, I made a quick trip to the grocery store. Since this is the first Airbnb we've been in this whole trip for, like, over a week, we got to fill the fridge with stuff you. Just full of stuff. Juice.

It wasn't too expensive. No, not bad for a dollar. An item for most things. The more stuff we're set for snackers in the Airbnb. Let's go! And today is completed. Our peaceful day in Tokyo ended up being quite a long day.

It's like 930 now. We've been out for a while. Yeah, area was really cool.

There is surprisingly a lot to do with the most underrated spot in Tokyo. Oh, tomorrow. Shabu shabu? Yeah. Busiest crossing in the world.
