Show Up In Random THAILAND Muslim Town And This Happens!
[Music] [Music] what is going on my beautiful people I am here in central Phuket Thailand the city of Phuket away from the beach as you can see this is the city of Phuket and I wanted to have an amazing famous breakfast this morning known as Roti chaofa but unfortunately it's closed I just saw this notice that says they're closed from January 27th to February 3rd so unfortunately I won't be able to try it this time but hopefully next time but I heard so many good things about it and the Google reviews are amazing too so but anywh who yeah this is the city of Phuket this is probably the area of Phuket you don't see often you know and I'm actually not here to hang out I have to take a bus to another place which I'll be showing you guys today but I was like while I'm here this morning let me just show you guys what it looks like just taking a walk now because unfortunately the breakfast spot was closed so I got to look for something else maybe a coffee shop and um maybe some other breakfast place let's see but yeah the city of Phuket is actually really nice man I have to I have to say compared to other cities that I've been to in Thailand it's very very clean like you don't see a single thing of garbage on the floor and I think that has to do a lot with the fact that they have a I think it has a lot to do with the fact that there's garbage cans everywhere look at these birds in the cages yeah just a nice very very clean like they have these garbage cans in every corner so I think that part of the reason and they have these birds hello birdie but yeah super nice Vibe even though it's the city of puket just walking along the streets here in Phuket I love how the streets here are lined with just palm trees everywhere gives you a very tropical beach kind of vibe you know it's quite nice now obviously most of you will come to Phuket if you ever come to Phuket you probably won't come to this part of Phuket as I said most people don't really come to the city of puket but if you do it's not bad unfortunately I wasn't able to go to Roti chaofa but I found this place it's known as Nasi ayam which is actually Malay for chicken and rice if I'm not mistaken and this place is also pretty famous they have some Halal breakfast foods so we're going to get something as you can see the restaurant hello Salam alaykum take a seat take a seat okay thank you all right guys going to sit down can I uh as a YouTuber or something yeah as a YouTuber oh yeah this is my first time uh in this area of Phuket right yeah this is the city of puket right no it's not it's not City should be around 1 km more down okay are you from Phuket yes I'm but this name of this restaurant is very like Malaysia Malaysian right nasam Nas is Like A Malaysian uh how long have you guys been here well 10 years 10 years what's your famous food that I should try uh that's n okay okay that the best yeah all right I'll come so all right guys so from Nasi am you got to try some Nas am it's in the name all right guys so this is the nasi ayam I am so they give you uh the ladies literally cutting up the steamed chicken right over there um and then they give you the sauce like a spicy sauce it's very simple actually very light too for a breakfast I know you might be thinking chicken and rice but it's not fried it's Steam and then you can take some sauce we have soup oh soup awesome thank you so thank you thank you so much all right let me give you some soup as [Music] well basically what you can do is take this sauce and put a little bit on cuz it is spicy try this out it looks good though you might be thinking like oh my this spot just like a little hole in the wall but one thing about Thailand is the places that don't look great from the outside usually have the best food um and honestly the Halal spots I'll be honest with you and I'm not biased the food is always good wow amazing really really good but the spicy sauce it makes it so good and you can see people are coming in and out of here this place is pretty busy and a breakfast like this will CA you about like 70 bu with the drink two bucks thank you so [Music] muche nice Traditional High iced coffee this food is so delicious amazing breakfast if you're in Phuket City come try n am it is aloy which means very delicious 60 90 bucks 90 bucks go 90 bucks and that's like a little bit more than less than $3 for all of that amazing so that coffee that I had from that place was great and Good Vibes the people were so nice but you know I do need a like a real coffee that was just like an instant coffee kind of thing but I think this place known as RPM Cafe I guess I think they have they might have some legitimate coffee hello SAA good morning good morning how are you good I need coffee so I can wake up I'm still are at the Phuket bus terminal now lucky for me I already bought my ticket because uh there's the website called one to go you can book your tickets on that website if you want and um I just have to confirm it here cuz I'm going to panga right here so I'm headed to panga a place that you guys maybe never heard of but I'll be showing you the Phang Nga as well and then I have some more surprises for you let me see hello sir uh I already booked a ticket uh this one number three number three okay all right guys so they give you this little sticker which lets them know that you paid and basically the bus that I'm going to be taking I think it's a mini bus not one of these not one of these big ones but probably one of these smaller ones I have to wait over here platform number five but yeah these are what the mini buses look like it's like a Toyota van pretty comfortable but it's like a 2hour ride so it shouldn't be too bad but anywh who guys we're going to Phang Nga if you guys have never been to Phang Nga you're going to see cuz I've never been there as well so we're going to explore that and then I have a special surprise so just stay tuned with the videos this is a series we're doing through this area of Thailand I figured before my bus comes I'll take a quick walk around here this is like Central Central phuket you know where I was before eating that was a little bit outside of central but when you come here you can see we're in the middle of the city and also just super clean super nice guys I have to be honest like I did not expect this from puket City cuz you can't expect much to be honest cuz like people don't really come here I've never really seen this side of phuket but really Charming City all the colorful buildings the old old architecture and you could see the center of phuket like this area of phuket is very Chinese uh the influence is very Chinese hello how are you but yeah you could see the influence in this part of the city is very Chinese and then so where I was if you watch my last video that was a very Malay influence but phuket has that Thailand in general has a mixture of like Malay Indonesian Chinese and of course Thai like kind of all the cultures mixing together but this is the uh the main road here and you can see quite nice man I just love the cleanliness of this city I feel like there's some other cities in Thailand that could take some notes from phuket for sure how to maintain the cleanliness one thing you'll notice about Thailand if you're if you're not from here or if you've never been here maybe in my videos you you might know notice that you never hear any horns you never hear people beeping the horn it's something very special in Thailand like even though the driving is madness um you barely ever hear horns maybe in Bangkok you'll hear them but like outside of Bangkok you can count on your one hand the amount of horns you hear every 1 hour or 2 hours it's amazing the people have a lot of etiquette when it comes to that I mean the driving is a bit crazy but the etiquette for sound sound pollution is great all right guys we have arrived to Phang Nga bus terminal and it is one of the most beautiful bus stations I've ever been to not because of the station itself but look at the view around here all of these beautiful rock formations and that's actually what Phang Nga is known for um actually one of a very famous uh 007 old one was shot here in panga um one of the islands cuz a lot of these rock formations are on the water so there's a lot of islands uh like little little Islands which we'll be visiting one as well in the coming video so stay tuned but right now I'm in Phang Nga I'm staying in Phang Nga for a night I know a lot of people don't really probably cover this city but I'm like you know what since I'm here I'll show you guys so let's go and explore the town but you can see how beautiful it is around here just stunning The Views let me see how I can get to the city cuz I I don't think there's any grab here hello by uh yeah hotel hotel uh prip prip you know home P home yeah okay you know [Music] home okay home all right so my friend here man look how beautiful it is my friend here is going to take me to my hotel so I can drop my bags and then we'll explore a bit it's really amazing here you can see the whole city is surrounded by these mountains so as you're driving through it's such a beautiful drive what a nice beautiful city to be in so I mean just surrounded by mountains like this again underrated place just cuz you don't hear about it too much doesn't mean it's not a place that you should leave off your travel plan I mean it's beautiful I'm staying at this hotel Pranee home here we are in the island of P or not Island but city of Phang Nga absolutely beautiful I'm just going to take a little walk here because yeah it's just a pleasant place to walk now it does feel pretty hot though I'm not going to lie something compared to uh when I was in phuket it definitely feels like I don't know more humid I just started sweating as soon as I got here but it's quite nice [Applause] though look at this as I'm walking what a beautiful little mosque here you can see it is Friday so it is Friday prayer which means I do have to go to uh the mosque so maybe we'll go stop in there soon but I think that's a masjid alaykum alaykum uh I need uh masjid uh jum oh any also mid ah okay so there's a masjid there and a masjid here as well okay yeah tum okay okay so there's another mosuqe over here mosque in the middle of Phang Nga Province that's what it says look at that yeah so seems to be a little bit of a Muslim population here as well oh this one's still under construction though you can see I'm going to see if I can go inside though look like they're still doing some work on it oh wow you have to cross this thing can we cross this to get to the Masjid look at this they're still working so is literally whole the dangerous dangerous path to go to the mosque small little Community here of people Alum looks like everybody's getting ready for Friday prayer huh uh okay okay okay hone okay come on as you can see this is the masjid people are there's many they have other M but there is a local AAL that's in the town There's many Muslim people here uh 30% 30% oh what can you say special about H for the people who are watching I hope um I to find cafe they have a beautiful wheel you can see they have okay small City beautiful beautiful okay brother thank you thank you so much got to cross got to cross this death trap again before I can get out of here guys but what an experience I mean that's the beautiful thing about Muslims man like anywhere I go like if I fun into a Muslim Community I just get welcomed and people are so kind and and it's not just cuz I'm Muslim like even if you come here a good Lou they're doing some work um even if you come here you know you're not Muslim like I've seen a lot of like people just foreigners they'll welcome youum um you'll see a lot of foreigners and people just walking around and you can come check out these places like that's the beautiful thing about Muslim communities as you heard the guy he's like welcome he hopes everyone visits PNA but yeah guys I'm going to go and see what else is around here but it's a small City literally it ends like right down there the city pretty much ends and then the nature starts and we're just surrounded by Mountains and the mosque is right over here so beautiful man beautiful experience Alum how are you brother where you I'm Pakistani yeah and you PNA ah PNA is very beautiful very nice I at Big Sea now oh you work at Big Sea all right we go visit you at big sea then you want to a cafe with a view okay yes all right I'm going to go with my friend where he's going to take me to a cafe with the view you see it's how kind people are here he just saw me walking he's like come let me take you thank you brother okay what do you teach what are you a teacher English subject huh uh Technical College Technical what do you teach uh English subject English oh that's why you're English is so good he's an English teacher makes sense my best no it's actually really good bro you speak really well all right we're off uh in the in the town they have three three main way here and there and over there that way only three ways only three ways it's a small City yeah panga is a very small City yeah this Cafe uh no W look at this man just so beautiful to drive around here even just driving around here so nice wow look at this view oh they're closed the Cafe is closed wow look at this view though is it oh this one yeah oh okay okay yeah maybe this one good all right here we go Blue Mountain Cafe yeah but I'm not sure is it har or I'm just place inside has a nice little indoor seating too but I think the beauty of this place is coming to one of these cafes and sitting Outdoors Blue Mountain more espresso less dis less depresso and have a beautiful day with a beautiful view let's try this coffee out but yeah guys what a beautiful place man I could just sit here all day and just look at this view how blessed am I to be able to just EXP experience all of these things all the beauty there is in the world guys this is why you got to travel and get out of your comfort zone as I always say I mean you don't get these experiences unless you you know move around this city of pagna is just like a it's sandwiched between puket and Krabby really it's a pass through City so people who are going from Krabby to puket or puket to Krabby kind of pass through this city but to me it's really beautiful like I I prefer these small Charming cities with the small population and the beauty around it I mean you really get to soak it in I mean since I've been here I can count the amount of cars that have passed by it's so quiet and yeah guys it's just a beautiful experience so and on top of that they have a nice little Muslim Community here which is great for me cuz I try to always show those and people sometimes comment and say like Meer why are you always focusing on the Muslim communities and the truth is really it's not that I'm like isolating or anybody else like I hope that everyone watches my videos but the reason why is because me being Muslim like I feel like a lot of these communities around the world and just Muslim communities in general get a get a bad reputation because of what the news and mainstream media says about Islam and Muslims and it's so different from what the news tells you and I feel like if I can just try to show you guys the reality of it that like how welcoming they are you saw this guy he just met me and we never met before I just came into the mosque wanted to pray cuz it's Friday day and that's a you know our special prayer or like a special like not a holiday but it's like kind of like the holy day of the week and you know I just went in and I'm just doing my prayers and then I'm leaving and and he you know he says hello then he sees I'm walking and he you know drives me here I wanted to have lunch with him or have coffee with him but he's a teacher and he had to go back to his job but he still made sure that I felt comfortable and dropped me off here it's just that's what I try to show cuz like that's the reality of of most almost 100% of like people Muslim people Muslim communities that I go to and I think the news is always showing them as like radical and you know whatever the news says but it's not true so that's why I try to do that but anywh who let's try this puffy amazing man amazing but the view is what makes it just that much better well I hope you guys are enjoying these videos in the south of not really the South but like kind of the south of Thailand and you know phuket krabi all these different videos where I'm showing these different communities these smaller places that you don't probably see on most Vlogs so you know make
