we make the puffed one and on the side of the bitten rice you will have ginger and garlic Black Eyed Peas black and white soya beans kidney beans sun-dried baby prawns lentil pancakes chicken meat potatoes and in the middle here we have some fried fish and this fish has a small bone inside so be careful with that one sure otherwise it's crispy you can chew it everything thank you so much according to our Traditions before we start we offer some food to our God and ancestors foreign oh really yes yes that's why are you offered the beaten rice or anything you like sure okay perfect and this offering is only for the first course you don't have to prefer all six courses because when we eat our food it will become impure so we cannot offer the impure food to the god that's why offering Asia is very tough to please yeah I'm joking um and the soup I will rate um 7.5 yeah oh there we go okay we're ready for the for the main courses coming next this is four courses I believe already there's not much sorry there's not much to eat my stupid English jokes just go straight over the heads of The Nepalese people they just don't understand what I'm saying but uh yeah we'll wait for the main course here we go we have the main course this is this is DAL this is yellow oh yellow Dove is that pink doll no pink guy but there are brown rice and black rice oh oh sorry sorry oh black rice I've never seen them this is a lot of food guys brown rice oh my God [Music] it's amazing how they serve it for you it's not already served oh Donovan we're fools aubergine potato soup oh wow it's like a it's a lovely plate full yeah thank you do we eat with our hands yes you can if you feel comfortable you can use your hand sure okay thank you well more Nepal butter so I have to use my hands you gonna finish it you're gonna finish all of it she was just saying before the food came in she's like I'm full I'm not eating okay last but not least so do I grab this grab a bit of this and dip it in there or do I pour what do I pour it on here ah you pour it I thought that was can you mix it and then eat with chicken okay perfect okay so like this oh it's quite hot grab it like that pour the Dal boom grab the doll grab the chicken oh it's hot I missed it all good okay this is incredible this spicy chicken so good look you can see how much oil is there so nice we've got a nice little vegetable options here we've got some black rice who would have thought okay let's try the black rice with this yellow uh doll oh it's kind of like a soup almost and then we'll grab some of the spinach and some of the I can't remember what this was so this is like a tally yeah this is definitely the best Harley I've had in Nepal well ever this is so good we're making progress I'm kind of very full right now I'm probably like 90 full so I'm struggling but I know that this is basically we've got just dessert left so we may as well stuff our faces now and I am doing that actually Asia has eaten more than me so well done and actually she was telling me that the rice here is like noticeably better than normal rice because this is made in the bowl she could tell the difference between this and the normal rice that she has because that's made in India this one's made in Nepal so 10 out of 10 for the rice and um in total I'd say this is a nine out of ten yo this like I don't have this every day you have this every day so you could be more you can be more harsh you can be honest as honest as you want just don't say two out of ten I was thinking oh really you're still ill okay okay that's still good and last but not least we have the desserts and yes I am very full but I'm I always have space for dessert and I think Asia does as well you have space for dessert okay and we also got a black coffee but I'll save that before after okay let's go for it we've got the sweet potato yogurt and obviously some fruit here and this is like taffy dose yeah jelly balls basically so I've got like this silver platter I feel like we're at Hogwarts you watch Harry Potter oh my God that's like rice pudding now we've got some yogurt and uh honey yogurt and sweet potato mixture yeah sweet potato for dessert well wow that is such a unique texture it's like this is really soft this is really cold and the the flavors that are coming from like this meal it's been like my palette has never tasted these flavors ever I'm gonna give this a 9 out of ten you're giving it 10. oh my God we've got a ten [Music] wow that's amazing
