Hello? There's nobody in here. Okay. Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone and welcome back to the channel from Altai Tavan National Park, Mongolia. Yesterday we left from Olgi and the plan was to visit a viewpoint from where you can see the mountains and glaciers of the Altai region.

It is about 170 km from Olgi. But I have lost my way on multiple occasions. I even asked the locals, consulted my navigation and GPS. I did whatever I could do.

Despite that, I could not reach there on time. So we spent the night in this camp, along the way. It is about 65 to 70 km from our destination. But the owner here is telling me that it is about 80 km. Navigation is not giving an accurate info.

Anyway, let's leave from here. Inshallah, we will go to the viewpoint and then decide where we will spend the night. Can we go back to Olgi? Which way will we take? Because if I go back this way, I will get fuel on the way. But if I go the other way, I am not sure where I will get the fuel.

We may have enough fuel to reach Olgi. So when we meet the National Park Rangers, we will decide. Now we have a local with us here.

Like me, he also woke up early in the morning. Everyone else is still asleep. After I ate noodles yesterday, I had an upset stomach.

So I am not having breakfast. I have some cookies with me. Besides, people here drink salted tea with milk, like northern areas in Pakistan. So I drank that. I got some energy. Let's leave and show you Altai Tavan National Park.

Even in this cold weather, our motorcycle Rangeeli started really smoothly. Evil eye off. Bismillah... In the name of Allah Prayer for the journey May Allah make our day a good one. Hope we won't forget the way today.

And reach our destination safely. Yesterday I asked some other travelers who have been here before. They told me that this is also the right way.

But it is not clearly visible on the navigation. When I come to such places, I mostly use offline maps. Because Google works just fine. It does tell me if there is a ranger's station of the national park.

Or if there is an accommodation option. But it doesn't tell me the right way. The weather has been like this since yesterday.

It's drizzling here. Let's see how the weather is going to be today. There is a water crossing ahead. It looks like there are stones in it.

I was afraid that my shoes would get wet. And now they are wet. But now it's really cold.

But thank God we are through. It was too deep. The water flow wasn't too strong there.

I actually expected to witness water crossings on a daily basis in Mongolia. Here's another one. They are all going to the Milky River. Let's try to cross this one from here.

Cold hands hurt more than usual. I can't even press the camera button. I think we are about to reach the camp from where we are going to cross the river.

I hope there is a bridge over it. I was told that there is a bridge. There it is. And there is a bridge. Great. It's quite a lively area.

That's great. Otherwise, both Rangeeli and I would have swum our way back to Olgi. It's a beautiful river. It's called the White River.

Oh well. From here, at a distance of 70 km... Let me just park here and read what is written. Navigation is showing us the wrong distance.

According to the navigation, the total distance to be covered is 66 km. We have already covered 15-16 km. Despite that, it says that Altai Tavan Bogd National Park is still 70 km away. I don't know who this is for. Let's translate this if the internet is working. It's working.

It's such a remote place and still the LTE is working here. Bayan Olgi Province, 175 km. Altai Tavan is 70 km from here. We will go this way. We will see what we have to do after that.

Would be nice if we can have some sun. It's almost the end of the season here. They are wrapping up everything. As we go ahead, we will have more problems. We are on this side now.

We will follow this road and reach the main road. Hello. How are you? Speak English? To Altai Tavan? Here or there? Which one is it? Okay. Thank you. Thank you.

I thought it's better to confirm the way to Olgi. The problem here is that it's very easy to forget the way. No matter where you are coming from, you always see multiple paths. Wow! What a beautiful field. I can see a village ahead. I hope we get some fuel from there.

I don't want to take any risk. We might have used 2 or 3 liters till now. I have at least 1 liter in my bottle. I think it's 0.75.

What a beautiful location of this village. Altai Snow-Covered Peaks in the background. And such serene fields ahead. I think the White River flows by in the vicinity as well. Benzene? No? Okay.

We won't get any fuel from here. We'll have to ask the ranger how to plan ahead. Actually, I made a mistake. The map was telling me that it's about 150 to 160 km. And I thought that for the first 60 to 70 km that we have covered, we had already got our tank filled from there. And then we were left with 100 km.

Count another 100 km of return ride, a full tank would still be enough for that. But it's not like that. The kilometers shown by map are different from what we really have here. And look at this Mongolian Yak.

They should have this kind of skin in such cold weather. There are mostly Kazakhs here as well. This is a local mosque. I am thinking of going there to confirm.

Assalam Alekum Petrol? No? Okay. Where? Olga? Okay. Thank you. What should I do now? They must be bringing some for their use. What a place! I haven't experienced such wildness anywhere in this tour so far.

There are a few places in Central Asia though. But this is not comparable. I don't want to get stuck anywhere. It's very cold.

You can finally see the mountains now. What an amazing place this is. Finally, Abrar and Rangeeli are close to their destination. I don't think anyone goes this way. Or maybe the season is over.

We didn't see any tourists coming from the top. Otherwise, people who spend the night there should return by now. Maybe there is another way. They told me about two rangers stations.

I saw them on the map. One is North and the other is South. We are going to the South side. Maybe there are more tourists coming from the North side. Let's check it out.

I am surprised that we haven't seen a car yet. I think we are finally very close. According to the navigation, we have to ride another 2 km. This might be the last camp here. This is where most people stay.

Let's see where the rangers are. They will have to check our permit here. There is a barrier in front of us. They must be here.

Salam Hello Hi Speak English? Anyone? No Okay How many kilometers? 1 to 2 km They need to check my permit. No? Okay This is the entrance to the park. The locals told me that I have to follow this road. You can take the other road. According to them, after 140 km, but according to the navigation, the offline maps that I have downloaded there will be a fuel station after about 110 km. So lets get going.

We still have enough petrol to reach there easily. Let's see the national park and then we will take the other road. So the road we took is a bit long and a bit difficult. So most of the tourists use the other one to travel. It was good for us to find a way that we have set up a loop. So we have seen both sides of this park or this area.

It's very cold here right now, so I'm not stopping for too long. Let's pack up and move on. Go Rangeeli At least we have marked the point on the map where we will get fuel and where we will reach the villages. So that we don't forget the way on our way back. Let's see what kind of road we have to cover in the next 8-10 km.

Is it a road or a track? That's how it is here. Mongolia truly offers adventure to all those who are looking for it. What an amazing place this is! You can see the snow-covered mountains all around us.

Am I going the wrong way? I think this is the right way. If there is a track, then that's it. It's a bit muddy here. My motorcycle tires don't feel good about it. And that's our weak point. So I have to be a little careful.

I don't want to fall badly in Kazakhstan. I think it's better to come on the track. Because it's getting difficult.

I can see the yurts ahead. How can they live in such a harsh place? It's very tough. The yaks have run away. One was going up and the other one is going down. It's okay that we are on this track now. I think the track was up there.

Where do I have to go now? This way? Which way? Okay, so how do I get there? Where is the track? Do you speak English? Yes, I do speak English. I thought I was on the right way. I can't see the track over there. So you see the yurt over there? So I will go there? Thank you. There is a way going down? OK. Thank you. Let's see.

We came from this way. This is the problem. That's how a few extra kilometers are added. This is the right track. We are lost again.

And I honestly don't understand what's going on. He told me the way down. I took the way down and came here. There is no way here. Let's park the motorcycle and see.

I hope I don't fall. There is no way down. We have to cross the mountain at some point. It will take us 4 hours to cover these 10 km or so.

It just fell down right before my eyes.. That is exactly what I feared. Our drone is also on this side. I brought it so easily. Still I feared it would happen.

We have covered additional 8-9 kilometers. Hello. Do you speak English? No? This mountain? Base camp.

Yes. Base camp. Okay. Thank you. I flew the drone to get directions. He said there is a yurt ahead. We have to go there. We just have to find the way.

Let's see what happens. I want to go from that side. There is a lot of traffic and a lot of tourists. In case I need help, I will get it.

It's difficult here. The road will go up from here. There it is.

It was a hidden path. I have gone crazy. Oh God, I hope this is the right path now. I don't have the strength left after this, to be fair. We have reached the yurt.

Hello? There is no one here. It's been over 2 hours since we lost our way. I think that's the way to the base camp. Assalam Alekum Walaikum Assalam I have to go to base camp.

Base camp? Yes The base camp is over there. Okay base camp? Yes He says there is snow there. OK Let's try Thank you Pakistan? Pakistan Thank you Okay. Thank you

He says there is snow up there. I would do it, if I could find a way. I am not able to figure out where to go from here. If I could find even a small track to go on... There is one over there.

There it is. That's it. Thank you Allah. Please make the next part easy as well.

It's very slippery. I have used this tire before. But I never thought that it would be such a bad tire. The ground is soft. It's wet as well.

And then it's our tire. Let's see where the road leads to. This won't do.

It's all going this way. And there is snow ahead.
