well after totally resealing our hatching our second class room you know what it still leaks it leaks around the top which is fine because I know how to fix that I'm not really concerned about that the problem is this leak that's coming from here which is running around somehow it's running around and getting to there and I've resealed and resealed it so I've got to look at it again so we've still got about three leaks so we've halved the number or you know got 70% of them anyway we got another little one in the bathroom just up here it's similar to the one in the second class so it's just leaking through I refilled all of this uh two days ago and it's fine so that's not leaking anymore and we've still got our old one in the saloon it's coming through the top like the other one which is fine I could fix that but it is also leaking somehow getting around here so I'll have to look into that further as well difficult to catch and find but we'll get there because we have to but there you go weather report slowly moving into wet season that's for sure didn't have any rain for months and now it's every second day better to be raining now and leaking so at least I've got some time to fix it and get onto it hopefully so that's good hopefully it rains more so we can give it a real test and see whether we got any more leaks howdy everyone we've got a warm 30 something degrees in buber today nice and humid warm sunny blue skies but no sun bacon for me we're getting down to the good end of the boat projects that is they're becoming less and one that we're doing today is putting on our Compass bracket so it doesn't get broken again so Trevor from up the road thanks very much Trevor from the engineering place up the road has manufactured this bracket for us to my measurements that I'm going to install around our Compass so that it doesn't get broken again hopefully the metal doesn't affect the compass too much it is not metallic but welding it welding stainless does affect the molecules in it and can change that but we're going to stick it on and see how we go h I oh looks good all nice and straight that's pretty good another job done this morning is going to be cold first Adventure are you nervous a little bit but the weather's perfect and it's not windy so anything that stuffs up is just really my fault and what are you doing we're moving the boat to the maintenance stock or to the to the commercial Warf so we can do some welding and get our anchor rollers all sort of out which is the last real big job and apparently like my job's important too and I'm scared too oh so first job first I have to turn off the air con bye-bye inverter on check sure inverter sure inverter yeah yeah you be sure we look over here and the little green lights on inverter and the shore light's still on because I haven't plugged that's it I'll go unplugg now so does make a bit difference when you turn R in Reverse yeah oh yeah these things if it's got a decent enough size I think it's fairly big a they reverse better than they go forward sometimes yeah oh it's a lovely temperature out here wow those yeah so probably right where there they were yep um and do it a bit higher yeah the do bit High you already had a yep so we got one there probably oh I took one off there whatever that is Dr we have landed yay forward hey guys good Che oh h I at the wheel we're just going across to the fuel dock now fuel up ready for our first proper Adventure I oh [ __ ] up need to go on the second one back you need to on that one get up closer I'm just going to walk out nice and gently okay up there y that midd standard pulling up I oh w oh look oh
