Kansai Airport Literally Became Empty.. Half Priced LCC Flight, Shuttle Bus to Narita Airport Ep.354
[Music] hey guys today i'm in tokyo station today we are heading to osaka by lcc airline lcc airline it's much cheaper compared to shinkansen however it's a little bit inconvenient there so today in this video let me show you guys how it looks like and how much it cost through this experience hopefully this video can help your next japan travel by the way it's already dry today 31 degree super windy because of the wind not bad though but super humidity anyway so let me show you guys how to get to the airport shuttle bus stop is in yais exit which is the opposite side it's a little bit complicated to go to the opposite side so let me show you guys how to get there if you have a trained ticket you can just cross this inside of the jr station however i believe most of you guys don't have it so you have to go to the side street this way there is young isle at marnoch north and trunks can you see that white sign passage to yah's side that's the street that you want to use by the way the tokyo station really beautiful actually those are hotels i hope one day i can stay if you want to take cinco saying you can just enter this gate and keep straight there is a shinkansen place so this is the map you have to have a train ticket otherwise you have to pay entrance fee so if you want to go to the other side you have to go all the way down from here speaking of the price difference between shinkansen and the plane shinkansen cost about 14 000 japanese yen but today's flight was only 7000 japanese including luggage fee if you don't check in the luggage then the price will be 5000 japanese yen yes definitely lcc flight is much cheaper by the way this is the lucky guy checking the checking weight until 20 kilogram however as you can realize the airport is in the super inconvenient place flight only takes 90 minutes and the shinkansen will take 2 hours and 30 minutes to osaka but from tokyo station to narita airport it will take about an hour so yeah pretty similar but you have to check in and you have to wait for the flight so definitely it will take longer time but again it's cheaper though by the way there are so many omiyage stores in tokyo station after you keep straight you will see daimaru and turn right in then here we go the ice exit is over there it's one tank my flight is from 4 15 it will take about an hour to go to the airport by the shuttle bus so yeah we still have time after you arrive to the isa exit just keep straight and i'll try to go out after get out from the tokyo station the bus stop is just over there and here we go this is the best stuff that you want to come by the way they are building the new bus terminal over there iso in the future bus stop might be inside the bus terminal tokyo yes but for now here is the place and here we go number seven yeah this is a way to go to the airport so the bus is here however it's crowded inside so i decided to wait for the next bus so basically they have a bus each 20 minutes so really convenient and it seems like next bus is after 10 minutes not bad by the way this bus price used to be 1000 japanese yen however now it's increased the price and 1300 japanese yen so 300 japanese yen more expensive if you buy the ticket by cash you have to go to the ticket place but if you have a trained ic card you can just paid it over here i strongly recommend to make a training ic card if you visit japan you can make it at the airport please check my previous video if you want to know how to make one for now you don't have to make a reservation to take a bath but in the future maybe you have to make a reservation so you'd better check the online side and here we go already the next bus has arrived you can check in the luggage and you can ride on oh it looks pretty comfy by the way this is the ticket you need for receiving your luggage it's not crowded and in front of me there is a fair space also this bus has wi-fi on top there is an ac and also delight actually right now it's 2 30 right on time good job today i use jetser so it's terminal number three if you use different airline uh you might be in the terminal number one terminal number two so you seems like this one can actually play too small though price is 200 japanese yen not bad so there is a bookstore and also the omiyage store this narita airport is one of the close airport from tokyo but it's located in chiba prefecture so that's why here small japanese lesson a souvenir in japanese omiyage also tokyo disneyland is located in chiba prefectures too so they have a disney souvenir as well oh we have lots on two this third terminal is really small terminal so i thought we don't have kombini but we have awesome it's convenient so those are the fukuoka ramen and beef tongue and unagi that's a freshness burger oh we have ringer ready bring your hat is one of my favorite good and cheap food haven't eaten lunch yet so why not let's get something from here so those are the menu items explain what's inside there are many kinds of veggies pumpkins plus i think that's a fish cake also inside there is a herd noodle it is crunchy and really nice it's really popular food in kyushu area and my mom is from kyushu region so that's why since i was kids i've been eating this champong champo italia give us me chelsea oh sorry this one is not the shampoo this one is they have a ramen style that one called the champo oh my goodness i really want to eat quick but it's really hard maybe i made a wrong decision but i gotta eat quick because it's already 3 15 yeah 30 minutes before the netflix anime on my cell phone and i watch it my previous fly was in a rainy day in sunny day feels much better [Music] i was totally sleeping 90 minutes that was a quick fry anyway we are ready to also casa let's get up [Music] oh look at the sky it was raining in tokyo i thought it would be raining on soccer too but loving it beautiful alright let's pick up the luggage usually in the lcc flight we have to walk long i don't know how far it is let's check sweet now i feel like i came to the airport [Music] it's almost 6 p.m but still the sun
hasn't set yet i love summer and here we go okay it wasn't that far pretty nice oh that's my luggage there we go all right where am i okay oh now i see oh my goodness this dining cord is totally closed so i didn't realize yeah all the stores are closed uh seems like those restaurants not gonna come back and those gift shops also close too is it because the weekday or they close down i don't know it's still open though there's a big food court in the upper floor let's go to check there oh my goodness all the stores are closed exactly feels like a ghost town i see so seems like they are renovating 2022 will open the shops and 2023 in the winter the other shops 2025 will be like this and 2026 it will be completed well it's a perfect timing to make a renovation but uh it's really sad to see such a quiet floors i was born to raised in osaka i used to study in the states whenever i go to america i use this airport having visited this airport for a while oh it totally changes now oh some store is having a closing sale 20 off well i believe originally it has the airport price so i don't think twenty percent off would be cheaper though that roofie originally now thousand three hundred fifty japanese yen twenty percent off yeah still expensive uh this roofie and the choppers are much cheaper though even this area is renovated most of the stores are closed but still many restaurants are open so seems like we don't have to worry about the food however compared to before really few restaurants though oh look at that that's interesting tobacco well so those are not the silhouette that's a tea inside well it's unique but i don't really understand why they place it in the cigarette case well it's not really good for the kids education so uh i don't like the idea much unique though next let's go to czech international departure lobby i'm wondering how many people are going to abroad now let's go oh still it's really quiet yeah it's quite like a honeydew airport in tokyo and that's international alive robbie seems like more people there so that's international arrival lobby yeah compared to before definitely more people seems like group tourists are coming to japan [Music] still really let's go oh this nintendo event store is closed now but definitely compared to before more people in the international arrival lobby good to see that if you are going to the osaka city you can just get out from the second floor and the train station is just right front of you there are nankai line and the jail line you can buy the train ic car here too all right so finally we came back to osaka as you see still japan hasn't opened yet well technically we opened it but only for the group tours so i don't think it counts yeah as i talked about it in the previous video after the 10th of july which is the election day probably we will have a better news yeah i really hope so this time i came back to osaka for packing my stuff for the new apartment i have so many filming equipments in osaka and i have to send it to tokyo probably i will stay in osaka about a week so in the next video maybe you guys will see going back to tokyo well i haven't decided what kind of transportation i should use to going back to tokyo if you have an idea please let me know in the comment section so in conclusion if you are heading to narita airport from tokyo station definitely the easy way to go there and the cheaper way to go there is the bus however like me if you have a kirchik problem then probably you want to use the train yeah it will take more time or you have to pay extra money for the express train but uh yeah you can escape from the car seat well if you are totally fine with the best definitely you should use the bus from tokyo to narita airport and speaking of the lcc airplane it's super simple to check in and also boarding well so if you are not in hurry definitely you can use the lcc airplane and you can save money however if you are the traveler from foreign country you have a jr pass option too you can't use the fastest train but you can use the shinkansen with really cheaper price so the jr pass will be the good option for you too
