[Music] hi everyone I'm Scott Swan welcome to journey to Paris over the next hour I'll be your tour guide as we explore the 2024 Olympic coast country Channel 13 has a 20-year history of going big when we cover the Olympics we send a crew over to cover all the athletes and then photographer Steve rhods and I get the great assignment of visiting the Olympic coost country ahead of time to gather human interest stories so back in the summer of 2023 we spent 2 and A2 weeks in France we went all over the country and spent time in Paris so we begin with the symbol of France there is so much to see in Paris what is there not to love about Paris Cath beautiful architecture sen River the way people live everyone has a nostalgic feeling for Paris but you haven't really been to the Olympic host city until you've seen The Iron Lady L she's a good lady for us I mean we're standing here right by the Eiffel Tower the Eiffel Tower is timeless there's no Monument so like highly connected with a place like the Eiffel Tower it's so iconic this is our symbol for France it's a must it's a must you can't avoid [Music] it Gustaf Eiffel created The Soaring symbol of Paris in 1889 his team us 7,300 tons of iron and 2 1/2 million rivets the Eiffel Tower is 1,083 ft tall it just brings something out in everyone's imagination yeah so I am sketching this particular one is of the Eiffel Tower it's very French very Parisian you know the fact that it features in all the postcards all the movies all the pictures when you say France they say Tel perfume and fashion but Tel is first many people take the elevator up it sounds romantic and beautiful and then you get here and it's true to form the photo WS a lot of wedding photos are endless oo I look very chic a lot of family photos these like little side streets I've seen people giv at the uh so trying to get their hand above it it's everything everything visitors may see it once in their lifetime but locals see it every day I live right by the Eiffel Tower I'm just so lucky and happy to be here everyone seems to agree there is something special about this stunning sight that feeling of sort of being able to see it wherever you are in the city I don't know there's something magical about that big light that goes around at night the way it sparkles on the hour it draws people we're all like moths to this flame it really is that magical it really is day the D-Day invasion took place 80 years ago and during our Olympic pre trip last summer we drove 3 hours from Paris to the Normandy American cemetery we wanted to honor the heroes of D-Day and see the French families who still honor their memory a sunrise over any beach is beautiful the sea is very calm and when you're the only one walking on the sand it's perfect it's very quiet it's very peaceful but this isn't just any Beach this place is part of History very quiet place but it was a different story 80 years ago June 6th 1944 D-Day the Allied troops storm the beaches of Normandy France we're going to lose the vast majority of the first wave the price was high over 80% of the second wave but Victory here would liberate France and save Europe what happens a long time ago but it's still alive so they have to remember [Music] the Normandy Coast still Bears the scars of [Music] War abandoned bunkers line The Cliffs statues salute [Music] courage and sacred ground allows the Fallen a place to rest rest when you you're here you can feel the price of [Music] Freedom 9,388 heroes are buried here and another 1557 are commemorated on our wall of the missing so in total we commemorate almost 12,000 soldiers here 12,000 Souls arur buril killed in action on June 18th 1944 12,000 stories CL FG he was a pilot each of them now cared for by people they never knew and freedom is always something fragile and laying a flower is a way to remember the price they paid for our [Music] freedom they left everything in the US I just don't want these men to be [Music] forgotten they won't be forgotten grains of sand from the very Beach where they lost their [Music] lives now make their names Forever part of History to be able to be here one of the greatest honor in my life there's a very special link with Normandy and [Music] America in this part of the Olympic host country we want to be grateful thankful they remember the heroes of D-Day every day arur B thank you for your sacrifice so during our Olympic pre-trip last summer we met so many interesting people over there in Paris I found a young couple bringing stories of the Olympic coast country to people all around the world so I am sketching I got my water colors here at the base of the Eiffel Tower is a woman creating some of the best stories in France hi I'm Lena Nordin G and I'm an artist in Paris Lena is originally from Sweden her husband Oliver is from Australia I'm an Australian in Paris since 2015 but France we're doing some bubbles is their home first this one she illustrates children's books and here is the very first book that we created Kylie the crocodile in Paris the stories are written by her husband and it seemed like that kind of story that just captures the imagination not to mention having Paris in the background as well this is just so special to [Music] me the inspiration in Paris is just endless when you walk past a cafe you can really just imagine what who people are and what they're talking about there's always something new going on it's not stag stagnant is that the word their stories aren't just found in children's books I'm a podcaster might not sound like a career but it is bonjour you are listening to the earful tower podcast my name's Oliver G as Fortune would have lots of people listen to it every everybody should have a Paris bucket list and each week I share a story about the city characters who make the city of light shine woo what a show wow I didn't even know if that's not a good way to share the city I don't know what it is the couple realizes their adopted home generates Nostalgia for people Beyond France from all these hundreds of years of films and music it just brings something out in everyone's imagination and then you get here and it's true to form here's the Mulan Rouge I mean speaks for itself so let's get inside and see what happens in that come on stories about Paris from a couple captivated by their life in the Olympic Hast country it's kind of the dream and I can't believe we got to live here so during our two weeks over in France we sampled lots of French F food during our two weeks in the Olympic coast country we had baguettes for breakfast escargo for dinner but when we drove from Paris to the lair Valley we discovered it's not just what you eat in France it's where you dine whether you're along On The Shanty l or Mont Mar or in a quaint French Village People love dining Outdoors but I found a restaurant in ambo France where dining is always inside this restaurant offers lunch and dinner in a cave yes yes yes you can try chicken and vegetables but the real star of this menu is a dish that's very popular in this part of France the name of the bread is is f it's the name of the restaurant you can see it's a very very high technology the owner of the cave restaurant continues a long tradition of providing his wood fire oven for villagers to bake their bread it's [Music] ready the f are filled with pork and bacon and this is is for you too while most people in France look for an outdoor table it's very very very very good there is always dining downstairs where the tool of the past hang on the walls and the wood fire oven is always hot and my friend you can eat [Laughter] [Music] now bye-bye and uh the next time I'm com do you yes bye last summer when we continued our station's 20year tradition of traveling to the Olympic coast country ahead of time GA human interest stories we boarded a train in Paris and we wanted to travel to colar that's near the German border now you may not know the name Bley but you will definitely recognize his most famous [Music] statue colorful architecture these half Timber houses are very old very ancient Charming canals it's not a joke cobblestone streets a stereotype of all fairy tales Kar France looks like it fell out of a story book and this town does have quite a tale to tell should be surprise we are now here in the court of bal's house boldi was born here don't recognize his name walk around Kar his sculptures are everywhere many many works from B still not ringing a bell B take a drive to the entrance of the city in a commercial Zone in midle of the roundabout when you spot a certain lady you'll know immediately why August Barty is famous August bartal was the sculptor of the Statue of Liberty in New York and he was born in colmer welcome to the Bal Museum the house of August Bal who was the father of the Statue of Liberty the Bartley Museum documents the life of the French sculptor from the beginning Augusta batoni had the idea of creating a monument that would embody values that were Shar both by the French and uh the US early models give us insight into what Bartley imagined he chose someone with experience Building Bridges and this young engineer's name was Gustav eel The Man Who Would One Day create the most famous landmark in France was the engineer who designed the internal structure of the Statue of Liberty and B designed the envelope the statue itself con ruction took place in Paris the pieces were then taken apart shipped to New York and then [Music] reassembled it's a very nice gift and we've got a copy of the Statue of Liberty in kma as well but it's not the only one in France there are at least 35 Lady Liberty scattered across the country several in Paris there the biggest one in Paris is right near the Eiffel Tower I think a lot of people are surprised when they go past it and see this replica but they've made seven more Oliver gour you are listening who hosts the earful tower podcast has seen the others in museums Gardens even a residential building and the only way that you're ever going to see it is befriend someone inside make a delivery there or pretend that you're a friend or a delivery driver which is what I did Americans know the importance of Lady Liberty and in this part of the Olympic Co country his native house is now a small Museum there is pride for the man behind it all b as the creator of this liberty statue is a Lady Liberty standing there proudly so she's quite a a friend almost a relative you know like [Music] as you know some of the world's most famous paintings come from France you could go to the lou Museum to see them but during our Olympic trip last summer I wanted to show you the inspiration for these French masterpieces so my photographers Steve rhods and I drove three hours from Paris to famp and jery these are the places that inspired one of the most famous artists in history [Music] in the late 19th century Claude Monae began the impressionist movement the art world would never be the same I'm particularly in love with the impressionist period um especially [Music] Monae impressionism was all about recreating what you saw in nature it's the way he captures [Music] light you can feel the emotion every single brush stroke [Music] the Normandy Coast was Mona's Muse beauty that still inspires [Music] [Music] Sophie is able to stand where Monae stood see what he saw her art a lifetime of painting some of the most picturesque views in France l Sophie now teaches an art class called Paint like [Music] Monae whether they are beginners or skilled painters Sophie teaches the impressionist Style [Music] [Music] the Normandy Coast wasn't the only place Monae [Music] painted we are in J at the house of money I think it's a beautiful place you basically go back in time half a million visitors every year walk the grounds and when I saw the house it was like yeah it's amazing you open the windows you have a beautiful view on a beautiful garden there's so many beautiful flowers you really get what he saw and how he he created his [Music] paintings it's been nearly 100 years since Claude Monae was alive but the beauty he [Music] saw is still thriving in the Olympic host country inspiring new generations of artists to move their canvases outside to paint like Monae it's really [Music] beautiful Paris is is known for fashion you'll find lots of great designer stores here along the Shany L but I found a woman north of Paris who's designing dresses you've never seen before Paris has the sights the sen and style the typical like French Parisian woman look is different and very unique historically Paris is just known as one of the fashion cap of the world but travel 2 hours north of Paris to the historic city of Aris that's where you'll find a woman carefully crafting a new chapter in French fashion [Music] Sylvie is a former social worker who became a dress designer hands sewn with lace dresses for parties or a wedding but the gowns drawing the most attention are inspired by paintings music and literature gowns featuring items you'd find in a library these are actual books yes Sylvie created this open book dress out of leather old paper and Lace yes each dress as a story and reflect sylv's emotion at the moment she made it Sylvie gets inspiration from poetry she creates dresses with musical instruments here you can see the Bel tree some of sylv's dresses faces of the houses are a tribute to her hometown the lion on the shoulders main character of AR each dress takes two to 300 hours to create [Music] [Music] stunning Creations we happy to wear that dresses turning heads on the runway and generating a buzz on social [Music] media proving some of the most amazing fashion trends come from a small town in the Olympic H country we all want to make syv proud of us she put herself into her dresses that's really [Music] her and if you like castles like I do there is a place you've got to see if you go to France two hours south of Paris is What's called the L Valley this is an area filled with castles and as we discovered last summer Castle hopping is a popular activity they rise above the French Countryside sprawling Estates spectacular Gardens filled with centuries of [Music] History how many castles are in the Lowa Valley that's a good [Laughter] question the laar valley is quite literally the land of castles built when the French King used to live here so many castles a lot of nobles built their own chat so close together more than 100 chat open to the visitors Castle hopping is popular in this part of France I think it's quite common yes and why not each of these stunning places has a story to tell hi my name is eten and welcome to the shadow of shinos this Castle spans a river you can't ask more than that it's something really [Music] specific it has a 200t long Gallery this was a ball room we know that there were parties there are fresh flowers in every room then uh the dark room a morning place that's something you won't see anywhere [Music] else uh hello everybody my name is HRI carvalo I'm the owner and manager of vandri where we are welcome to vandri 15 Acres of perfectly manicured Gardens are the showstopper at this Cal you have vegetable but also flower and boxwood it's a French Gardens so the structure is very important but don't skip the tour inside this Art Gallery the art collection is one of a kind and a king Francis the First Once slept in this room 1543 hello my name is Stanis I'm the owner's son the Duke the blackass welcome to the Chateau D family house chatau us is centuries old but it hasn't changed that much this window is the window behind us all right there's a private Chapel on the property and a room that features a look at Fashion history there are Gardens so we are now going to the underground of the castle tunnels to explore and family heirlooms it's painting from people are some sests lots of architecture here lots of history and you also have something a bit different that some other Castle doesn't have when you climb these steps you're in the middle of a popular fairy tale it became the castle of the Sleeping Beauty that's because the man who wrote the fairy tale was inspired after seeing shat so my parents thought it might be a good idea to have a tour attractive for children all the characters are here Maleficent Aurora and Prince Charming to save the [Music] day of course people love this children love this and fastly it became a fairy tale castle castle hopping in the lare valley is the stuff of fairy tales myself I live here so it's seem like a family house a Fantastical part of France that has fed the imagination for centuries just amazing honestly if you want to visit France don't go to Paris so many nice places especially Val in France just come [Music] here so when we started planning our WTHR Olympic pre-trip last summer we kept seeing this incredible place on a tidal Island it looked like a castle so we drove 4 and a half hours from Paris to the Normandy coast and we learned firsthand why Mont St Michelle draw draws millions of visitors every year Paris may have the Eiffel Tower the Lou and the Ark they Triumph but the most unique spot in France might be on the Normandy Coast 3 million people every year make the pilgrimage they come from all over the world to see a place the place is just amazing called The Wonder of the West it has a really long history a nearly 1,000-year old church towering above a village builts this massive Stone structure all built on a tidal Island we are at mon Melle mon Michelle mon Melle monelle yeah it's a nice castle built a very long time ago next getting to Mont St Michelle means crossing a mile and a half Long Causeway and then the real Journey Begins [Music] the track to the top winds through what feels like a medieval movie Set is it really a village down below yes it's like any other Village you go in an alley with a lot of shops along the way only 20 people live here what you but thousands of visitors climb the mountain every day there are a lot of stairs it's obviously a mountain so it's quite high as you go up you enter the more religious spaces yeah W this is a kind of a special area according to Legend the Archangel Michael appeared to a bishop in the year 709 [Music] three times he had Visions asking him to build here on that mount a an oratory a sanctuary and so it was built architecture is really impressive the structures are huge and there's a lot of different chambers and rooms that you can navigate throughout [Music] engineering Miracles it was a challenging project made a tiny Rock Island sacred the arch angel he all around mon Michelle I think even on the highest [Music] Spire over time the golden likeness of that Archangel has been here to welcome Millions a place of pilgrimage some Faithful Is magnificent others just curious definitely but all inspired by Mont St Michelle Mont Melle it's a really special [Music] place when we traveled to France last summer we hired a variety of tour guides to take us around our favorite it works in a suburb north of the Eiffel Tower Mont Mt is known for monuments and artists a place where this Basilica glistens on a hill and when you arrive there you'll likely hear our tour guide before you actually see her if you want to get to know France sometimes it helps here we grew six kind of grapes to have someone show you around the oldest quarter of haris with a group or oneon-one this is a setup from 1543 welcome to the shadow of sh alsoo we are in the dining room a tourer will make sure you see the SES food wine beautiful houses now it's open to public what else can we ask for you know there are thousands to pick [Music] from but there's only one tour guide in France that has wings oh it's a bird oh it's a butterfly oh she's a [Music] Li hello my name is Veronica Antonelli I'm aera singer and I reveal the souls of monuments welcome in mon Veronica draws attention everywhere she goes the wings bring you in and you stay for the voice when I sing I take people with me and I send them love Veronica has created a unique tour in the Paris neighborhood of monmart I wanted something [Music] magical follow her up the Steep streets and you'll see the picture perfect cafes the historic artist square and the massive Sacred Heart basilica [Music] but then she'll stop at a smaller [Music] church and ask her group to close their eyes as she sings When you don't say your brain has to find many many other ways to understand the [Music] environment when do you remember singing for the first time I was always singing as breathing I mean singing is breathing [Applause] [Music] yeah my voice is a gift from life I gave them life Veronica sings in several [Music] languages lending musical Beauty to historic sites I do it by playing with the Acoustics of the places this is my speciality if you come to France you'll find plenty of knowledgeable tour guides but if you want to see and here Paris in a whole different way it's like street art then look for the wings something that appears at a certain time and then it's finished [Music] thank you when I think of the French Riviera I immediately think of the can film festival so when we started planning our Olympic pre-trip last year we went to can it's about 500 miles away from Paris now you can take a high-speed train and get there in about 5 hours it is worth the journey can has these beautiful beaches along the Mediterranean Sea it's got really boutique stores and we saw these expensive yachts in the the harbor and imagine who might be on them this is where the Rich and Famous hang out but as we discover the south of France is more than can in fact we talked with a lot of locals during our pre-olympic trip who told us they prefer the quiet spots The Villages after all that's their backyard playground beautiful landscapes historic Villages and of course the Mediterranean Sea the south of France Got speaks for itself [Music] so we're in the harbor in cie it's a small holiday Resort and it's it's as you can see A really lovely place to be it's kind of like a movie everyone's like really relaxed and just strolling along and enjoying their vacations really lovely Clear Water we really enjoyed going to the beach you can have a nice drink by the harbor watch the sunset maybe go for a swim and you can also head out to the kalank which is the the national park just outside uh outside cessie it's a playground for people to come and and swim and relax people in kayaks gliding along seeing people uh on the Rocks jumping into the water some of them jumping from quite high up some pretty Fearless jumpers here that's pretty amazing we have the the sea that's not uh something that I'm used to to see in the north of France also he has a charm of the city a pretty place with a lot of colors and I think it's a nice mix of French tourists um and then people from all around the world it's glamorous it's ESS and it's really beautiful pretty good life isn't it it's not bad we can't [Music] complain you so you're a familiar of course with Emily in Paris right this is an American who moves to France gets a job and looks for love so when we traveled to Paris last summer we wanted to do a story about Sabrina she's written a book about her dating life in the Olympic coast country and we discovered that she has a real life Emily in [Music] Paris my name is Sabrina marzaro I'm an Italian American based in Paris and I'm a [Music] writer from the first time that I set eyes on this city I just I felt at home and I knew that I found where I belonged imagine living and working in this city what is there not to love about Paris it would be a dream for many but it's real for Sabrina I live in right by the Eiffel Tower and what I have built to be my little Nest Sabrina writes ad campaigns for companies her life sounds like a television show a little bit like Emily and Paris and then writing books such as my swiping for Prince Charming and Illustrated tale of women's search for love in the city it is entirely based on my life story my experience is dating um which has been interesting [Laughter] publishing um yeah yes I decided to try out the apps for the first time which terrified me because I had no idea how this worked to be honest I was swiping the wrong way I didn't know what I was [Music] doing she swiped and dated learning the rules in France are are different here traditionally when you start seeing someone you're only seeing that person and so it's just sort of like inherently understood that you are exclusive Sabrina wondered in a city of 2 million people would she ever find her prince charming so I had a really enriching experience with ups and downs and whatnot looking for my partner George is my boyfriend and he is the most beautiful soul that I know the woman whose life seems to mirror Emily in Paris has found love in the city of light believing this relationship is for Keeps Prince Charming I'd like to say so if she says [Music] [Laughter] so so last summer when we went over to France to gather all these human interest stories for you we traveled all over the Olympic coast country in fact we took a train from Paris to Marseilles that's in the south of France it's nestled right along the Mediterranean Sea and not far from a sea of purple in provance the south of France go speaks for itself beautiful landscapes historic Villages it's glamorous it's Timeless and it's really beautiful perhaps the only color that Rivals the blue of the Mediterranean Sea is the burst of purple in provance we're all suckers for flowers like the bright purple quite pretty good photo ops and um obviously it smells pretty good Tera Ugo is a family Run field featuring Seven Acres of [Music] lavender the lavender products fuel the AGR tourism business here in France but the stunning pictures on Instagram seem to be the biggest draw for visitors I guess you always see it online and like it kind of looks quite peaceful a bit of a change from the fastpaced cities that we've been seeing yeah there is a certain vibe in the south of France a place that beckons the Rich and Famous but beyond the vibe is a vibrant color during the summer months The Lure of [Music] lavender if you're a wine connoisseur you are going to love this story so you find great wine all over the Olympic coast country but we discovered a unique story in the south of France not far from the town of Marseilles you may be surprised who we discovered was working in The [Music] Vineyards more than important this is the Alpha and the Omega this is everything French wine is French wine nobody can change it wine is a threat woven into the fabric of French culture I mean it's wine it's like water here isn't it it's about sharing we like to share share the wine cheers cheers of course the French don't just drink wine But Here We Grow six kind of grapes they make it burgundy's barel room thousands of Vineyards stretch across the olympicos country we store about 80,000 bottle only the greatest it's a generation old profession this is a seller from 1543 wine making here move the wine slowly is a science so it's history geology it's biology it's an [Music] art but for a group of wine makers in the south of France it's something even more it's sacred [Music] we are contemplating the goodness of God each day the great sign of this Divine love is the [Music] wi Benedictine monks work a Vineyard in provance that was planted in 1309 by the pope it was the first paple Vineyard in the world today the monks partner with local wine Growers to create a variety of Fine Wines we researching this wine to taste God's [Music] generosity a lot of the morning it's dedicated to prayer Father Michael is an American he moved to France to become a monk I was strongly attracted by the solemn liturgy a beautiful way to pray you can't do that all day long so there's also work is important and uh manual labor I was also attracted to [Music] that being out in nature you're close to to God their work in the vineyard continues an ancient and storyed tradition in the olympicos country they say that the really great Vineyard in France I mean the really top wines were created by monks French wines created with humility and inspired by faith we receive the charity of God and we are full of joy full of uh of his goodness and we have the the Envy to share this goodness uh with the world so we spent more than two weeks in France last summer and several of those days and nights were spent filming in the Olympic host City there is so much to photograph in Paris and most of us are doing it at street level but tonight I want you to meet one of the few people in the world lucky enough to take photos of Paris from the air Paris is Picture Perfect always ready for its Clos see while most of us try to capture that memorable picture at ground level Jeffrey milstein gets the rare opportunity to board a helicopter and soar above the Olympic Co City it's just kind of amazing and wonderful it's to see the the Lou the pyramid you know the Eiffel Tower The Ark flying in photography have been his passions since milstein was a teenager and when I was 17 I got my pilot's license actually my 17th birthday and I would just take a camera with me and take pictures he's flown and photographed above Los Angeles New York and Orlando and overseas in Amsterdam and London he even flew and photographed above Time Square on New Year's Eve to see America ring in 2024 his aerial photos have filled the pages of of books and milstein is one of only a handful of photographers ever granted access to fly and photograph above Paris so you know when I fly with the helicopter we have the door open I have them make very steep turns not all Pilots will do it but I had a very good pilot in Paris and timing is everything to capture amazing photos of the arc day Triumph and Shany L and the sun was setting right down the Avenue and it was it's all kind of yellow and orange and the Shadows are coming straight down milin was also granted permission to fly over Versailles but the lights on the palace and so that was kind of exciting so while tourists and locals click away hoping to get memorable photos of Paris from the ground Jeffrey milstein is in rarified air there's been like you know five people in 40 years they've let fly over Paris capturing the beauty of the olympico city from a place few will ever reach I always would look at the birds and think wow I wish I could fly like a bird and so this is the closest you know they can [Music] get when we started researching different places to visit in France we were really curious about the quaint villages in the country so we hopped aboard a train in Paris and traveled over to the French Countryside near the border in Germany we felt like we had wandered into a fairy tale as an illustrator for children's books I got my watercolors here Lena nordon G needs her brushes and Her Imagination often I get this vision of what I want and it's just trying to you know get that down on paper so if she wanted to draw a French Village this might look like something out of a fairy tale you will a lot of little higgledy piggley streets cobblestones you get a lot of colors but this fairy tale [Music] Village is real welcome to Iggy Shan beautiful alian village with all the charms that you need to have stalks geraniums half Timber houses food wine so what else can we ask for you know if this small house and fountain look familiar they should the scenes inspired Beauty and the Beast and I thought well that's it I've actually fallen into a Disney film imagine a whole area of fairy tale villages in France they exist Rick bear is one such place along the alas wine route and here comes the the Masterpiece of the sell it's where Mark hu's family has produced wine for nearly four centuries every day I've get I'm I'm astonished about this this design to have the chance to to see it on my own eyes and to work in it and I mean this this place is full of History allow your imagination to dream about a fairy tale village with a canal that too is real in France welcome to colar known as Little Venice where a boat ride allows you to explore its beauty the way you look at the village now was probably the the way the village looked like 300 400 500 years ago already so that's what we like is some fairy tales are created the work of talented artists the Eiffel Tower but in the Olympic host country some might say the best fairy tales aren found in a book They're tucked into the beautiful French Countryside who can complain for having a the world nicest Village and it's one Village after another it's not just here it's everywhere you go so quaint so sweet and just so [Music] real so we traveled there during the summertime but I'm told it's really really popular during Christmas time oh I bet so that would be another time of year if you're thinking about going to France and you want to check out these fairy tale Villages Christmas time might be a good time to do it I am now thinking about it thanks to those stunning images wow and since this is our last journey to Paris show I want to send a big thank you to photographer Steve rhods we began planning this trip a couple of years ago and spent two weeks canvasing France last summer Steve is the creative genius using multiple cameras a drone and spending countless nights editing only a few local TV stations in the nation get to send Crews to the Olympics so really this is a tribute to our owner and management team the channel 13 has made this commitment for more than two decades Steve and I like to say it's the assignment of a lifetime every two years so Steve thanks for your outstanding work again in Paris he is fantastic and you did an excellent job as well thank you for bringing us there you bet [Music]
