Welcome to a new episode of Rob My Show ! Today I'm going to show you a tempo traveller from FORCE. it is a 26 seater tempo traveller. Actually I wont like to mention it as a tempo traveller. Actually this is the first vehicle manufactured in India with respect to the contribution to the project Keravan Kerala.
It has been manufactured in their factory at Pune. Keravan project has been introduced first in Kerala inside India. We are now watching the proto type model imported to Kerala for the approval of Motor Vehicle Department. What Keravan Tourism is ? Then comes the project Go Caravanning.
Lets think of these two facts. Before that I would like to introduce two people before you. Vanchinad Force at Trivandrum brought this vehicle right here. Two concerned persons are here with me.
They are my close friends too. Let me introduce them before you. After that I'll explain what this project is. And the peculiarities of Force vehicle will also be detailed. Here is Mr.Aswadev and Mr.Bharat.
Could you please introduce yourself ? I'm serving as the assistant manger in the service section. Hence we can seek help for any kind of service related problems. Definitely we will take care of it. I'm serving as the Sales Manager of Vanchinad Motors.
This is a vehicle fabricated by Pinnacle, the sister concern of Force at Pune. Pinnacle is actually the sister concern of Force. their concerned plant is located at Pithampur of Pune. It belongs to the model T24020 of Caravan shell. It is actually meant for the wheel base. This Caravan has been built up in the 9 Plus D Caravan Shell.
Lets move to the detailed review. Before that, lets explain about the Keravan Tourism in Kerala. You have introduced this vehicle as part of Keravan tourism, right ? -Yes. Lets go for a detailed talk. Mr.Aswadev, today we've 26 seater Force converted to Caravan. What Kerala Keravan project is ? Who will benefit from this ? In which all aspects this vehicle ghas been designed for Kerala Keravan project ? Covid-19 pandemic have created a worse crisis in our Kerala for last two years.
Among them, tourism department is the most affected one. International tourists have stopped coming. Still, everything is not as smooth as it used to be. We haven't make it smooth enough even it has been reached in 2022.
We had several tourist seasons actually. Had monsoon seasons too. Now it is a situation where nothing is possible. Our State Government have initiated this for the Kerala Tourism. Especially Kerala is known as "God's own Country ".
Since we are living in one of the most beautiful place in the world. Kerala is such a place which is included in the bucket list of almost all nationalities. Hence for rennovating the tourism again, KTDC, Tourist ministers and road transport ministers together initiated a project. Especially Mr.Krishna Teja, director of KTDC. His concepts as well as the planning of honoured minister Mr.Muhammad Riyas and Mr. Antony Raju have together initiated such a new project.
Hence the first project in India ; Keravan tourism. It is first introduced in Kerala. This is really a trending concept in Europe like nations in the world. RV categorised vehicles are meant for Caravans there. Now it has been brought to Kerala. How Kerala tourism functions ? Lets understand that first.
Usually when we visit a place with respect to a picnic, family trips contains enough luggage and so on. And rooms have to be booked in multiple destinations too. When we came to Trivandrum airport, and would like to visit nearby places, certainly we've to book a room.
then we've to keep our luggage there. Have to get around in another taxi vehicle. Finally supposed to return back room. then have to move to the further spot. It is quite difficult to check out from each hotels and move on. As this is a period of Covid-19 background, it is very difficult to shift from place to place.
Safety concerns have to be strictly followed. While travelling, we have to face certain limitations like usage of washrooms and so on. Hence this Caravan is actually meant to be Motor Home. It is the aim of this Caravan. It is actually termed as Force Motor Home.
Further fact is that there is nothing else to worry about the rest, while travelling in a Caravan. Hotels have restricted time for the availability of breakfast, night visits and so on. But this vehicle is provided with necessary facilities for cooking too. We could travel anywhere as we wish to have. Hence the project Keravan Kerala. Lets check what the government means about this.
Certain loans are provided for new investors, existing resort owners, tour operators etc... A single person can own upto five vehicles at a time. Actually these vehicles are not legally owned by Government. The fact is that the Government aims at the progress for private investors and encourage them to came forward supporting Kerala tourism. The first hundred customers of Caravan vehicle is allotted to have a subsidy of 15% of the total cost (7.5 lakh).
Either 15% of the cost of vehicle or upto 7.5 lakh is reduced by means of subsidy. What about the actual cost of this vehicle ? It costs about rupees 37 lakh. Within this amount, about 5 to 7 lakh rupee has been allotted as subsidy. Further group of 100 customers are availed to benefit 5 lakh of 10% cashback of the total cost. Then the third group of 100 customers could avail a cashback of 2.5 lakh or 5% of the cost of vehicle. In short, first 300 customers are availed with subsidy respectively.
First 100 customers could avail a bumper amount as subsidy. These subsidies are availed for the first 300 vehicles sold within first three years from the date of functioning. Hence the norms declared by Government. Loan facilities are provided upto six years. An year is proivded as monetorium period too.
Only 8% interest is charged in additional. Therefore this 26 seater vehicle costs rupees 37 lakh. Subsidy is also provided. Further comes the down payment.
Suppose I'm a new investor. If I'm not much experienced in tourism sector but likes to came forward, how much will be the down payment asked by Force ? Down payment depends on the 10 to 20 percentage of the total cost. Further it depends on the individual profile of each customers. Then loans are also provided for six years.
All these are managed by KTDC. They are now collabarating with KSIDC, nationalized banks etc... We can register through the official website of Keravan Kerala webpage. First we have to register in the concerned portal. Later we've to submit the project of concerned vehicle we would like to buy.
Following the approval we could buy the vehicle. We could own the vehicle after full payment. Within a month after purchasing, we will be credited with the subsidy amount. Let me ask you one more thing. This is actually a new project with respect to my knowledge.
Suppose I've owned a vehicle for tours. Then how could I get tour schedules ? Will it be ararnged by the Government itself ? Tour schedules are provided in corporate with the Government also. We can own the vehicle our own, but should definitely be used for tourism purposes only. All segments related to Keravan Kerala project are meant for tourism enhancement only. Individual users are not allotted with subsidies.
There is an exemption case of tax payment too. There is an exemption for those vehicles related with Kerala Tourism. Further vehicles are supposed to pay rupees 1000 per square meter. Now it has been reduced to one by fourth ; hence rupees 250 only. This vehicle has an inner area of 9.2 square meters actually.
Rupees 9200 is the individual quarter tax payment. Tourism related vehicles are supposed to pay rupees 2300 to 2400 as tax. Nowdays, it is a major crisis to pay quarter tax amount. Tourist buses are now conducting strikes. Tax depends on the number of seats.
As it is in corporated with Kerala Government, just rupees 2500 is enough. Otherwise rupees 9200 have to be paid. Tax depends on the area of each vehicle. Let me ask you one more. Parking slots can also be provided by these investors. Associated resorts or tourist spots can provide required parking slots.
Required fundings are provided by the govenrment itself. Private parties can also park there. We can provide required water as well as electricity from nearby houses for the Carvans. It can be done only with the right approval of Government under legal norms.
We could understand the terms by reading all norms in detail. Thus Keravan tourism aims at providing a better oppurtunity for investors, safe and standardised journeys for tourists, and the profit raised by the park managers. Hence it seems to be a better and profitable project. Force actually compares it with the pricing of an Innova. We usually doesn't compares with larger vehicles. It competes with the price of crystae.
Force is an imported vehicle from Pune. It is first introduced in India by Kerala tourism. Vehicle has been imported to Kerala from Pune with Madhya Pradesh registration. Lets see the vehicle in detail. Actually it has been bulit with a monocoque body structure.
All vehicles from Force are having monocoque body structure. Lets explain what monocoque means. Not everyone knows about it.
Usually buses are framed with body structure above the chasis. But this is supposed to be comprised as an entire shell. This shell is placed upon the chasis as a whole followed by screwing. Thus it is structured as single unit. Hence called as monocoque body.
Monocoque body offers the safety similar to those of a car. Same comfort will be experienced. The overall weight of the vehicle will be exempted from that. It is far better than structuring directly upon the chasis. A 26 seater vehicle has been converted here.
It is a 26 seater 9 Plus D Caravan Shell modelled vehicle. The entire vehicle body is fabricated on such a base. In front face it has been written as Pinnacle. What Pinnacle means ? Pinnacle is actually the sister concern of Force.
The fabrication work has been done by Pinnacle. The sister concern of Force has done the fabrication work of Caravan. So that there is a peculiar feature too. It is usual to have certain legal issues with the insurance of such kind of body structured vehicle. There will be issues with claims and warranty when it came to the providing of extra fittings.
Pinnacle has provided enough measures. The entire vehicle is under the responsibility of Company itself. Further comes the engine of this 26 seater vehicle.
Engine of Force is a derived version of Mercedes Benz. A four cylindered engine is provided. It has a capacity of 2.6 litre. 115 Horse Power Engine is provided.
Torque is about 350 to 400 Nm. Turbo charged inter cooler engine has been provided. Commonly direct fuel injection technology has been applied.
Thats all about the features of engine. There is no need to explain in detail. Because 26 seater vehicle is existing in this field for last several years. Lets move to the explanations of Caravan.
Here is the side profile of Caravan. Fixed glasses are provided. It is been assigned so.
It is meant for certain safety features. Fixed glasses are suitable when families are travelling inside. A stickering has been provided in the side profile. It has been designed for the demonstration purpose. Here provided the sticker of Keravan Kerala.
It is assigned to be the wheels of the vehicle. It seems similar to that of a bus. Let me say a most noted point. Backside is provided with two set of tyres. Wheel base is about 4020 mm.
Further we've to say about the license to drive this vehicle. We can drive with the license of LMV license. It is a great factor actually. The peculiarity is that those car driving persons doesn't need heavy license for driving this vehicle. Heavy Motor vehicle license is applicable to those vehicle weighs above 7200 kilograms. This can be drived by common people.
People with normal license can drive this. Hence the look of the vehicle. An awning has been provided. It is meant for camping in any sort of emergency stay. What is its name actually ? It is called Awning. Termed as awning as well as canopy too.
Usually it is called as awning. If it is placed upright, we can sit down in two chairs. Therefore we could have a tea chat too. Same kind has been provided in the backside also. Here also provided a canopy. Hence the look from backside.
It is avehicle with adequate length and width. Usually a 26 seater vehicle will have enough space inside. A 26 seater vehicle is provided for just 5 to 6 passengers. It is provided for 9 people atmost. Hence the exterior view of vehicle. Lets come to the further side profile.
Similar graphic works are provided here also. Fuel tank ( diesel ) is provided in this side. Tank capacity is about 70 litres.
This is how the vehicle is viewed. In the top we could see the AC battery affixed. It is a 220 Volt AC working under outside power. It is something noticable. Usually vehicles are provided with an in-built AC. But this is an additional providing.
At the time of night campings, we are living inside this. Therefore such an AC is provided for smooth functioning then. The required power connection should be provided by the Keravan Parks.
It will be available in Keravan Parks. Can this be opened ? Here seems to have provided the backside of bedroom area. Here provided certain storage slots too. They are meant for keeping adequate vegetables or something else while travelling.
We can cook by stopping anywhere conviniently using stove and fuel. Hence the storage space. Lets get inside. We've to cross check where the bedroom has set.
Also whether the bathroom is enough facilitated. Lets check all these queries. Now we are going to see the Force Tempo traveller. Its time to see how it has been converted.
Lets see what all facilities are provided inside. Come lets sit here. Now we are sitting inside the traveller. This is actually a space found similar to the living area of our home. Four persons can sit here comfortably. Both sides can be occupied with two each.
A hydraulically adjustable table has been provided here. How much it can be raised up ? Hydraulic technology has been applied. This is the kind of option provided now. Latest version has been provided with sidewise folding tables.
Seat arrangements can be customized. It can be arranged with respect to the requirement of customer. We had better not defining the present facilities as common. All facilities can easily be customized.
All seating arrangements can be customized. This sofa set and provided materials can also be customized. Any required changes can be applied. This actually looks similar to that of a living room in our home. Necessary charging ports are also provided.
Enough space is provided for playing cards too. Both sides are provided with 32 inch TV each. Hence provided televisions of 32 inch each. A total number of three televisions are available, including the one given in the back side.
Same program can be played in all at the party time. It is actually provided with a luxurious effect of Television. GPAC Air Conditioner has been provided. It is a highly powerful AC too. Enough AC ducts are provided for AC ventilation.
Despite the sun, the vehicle quickly cooled down. Switches are quite beautiful to see. Pinnacle panelled specifically designed switches are provided.
This is meant for connecting with the driver when required. When this door has closed after getting inside, this will be our own private area. Hence a private area for our family concern. We can contact the driver through this phone, if required. My height is about 5.6 feet. Even though I feel enough spacious inside.
Total height is about 6 feet. Therefore 6 feet heightened people can move inside freely. Thats all about the seats provided. These are convertible seats. This can be converted into bed as we desire. How it is converted into a bed ? First we've to down the table.
We can convert it into a bed by just out-folding. Is it 6 feet long ? Not 6 feet as a whole. It is actually meant for children. Backside is provided iwth a 6 feet bed.
See, it is enough spacious to let the children to lay down. A medium heightened people also can use this. Beds can also be customized, if required.
Here comes the kitchen area. Here we can place induction cook top or microwave oven. Plug points are provided in the backside. A fifty litre capacited refrigerator has also provided.
This is our small kitchen area. Further provided a toilet too. Hence the washroom.
This is the bathroom provided. Slots for cupboards are also provided. A health faucet is also there. Essential belongings can be stored inside this. A small wash basin is also provided. Both hot water as well as cold water has been provided.
What about the water tank ? It has been placed on the top. A two hundred litre tank has been provided in the top. Hence the bathroom ; lets move to the bedroom.
This is the bedroom which has a seating area of five people. Five persons can be seated. Come, lets sit here.
Five people can sit here ; TV is also provided. This AC works on outside power. Thats what we've seen before in the exterior. This can be converted into a bed also. Now it is a six feeted bed. I've to check whether it is six feet long.
May I lay down there ? We've to think well whether we can lay straight inside a Caravan. You can check whether it is six feet long. I'm 5.6 feet in length.
Hence we can lay down straight. Two people can lay down comfortably. Three people can lay in a congested manner. The facility is meant for two adults and a child.
Thats all about the interior built up of a 26 seater FORCE tempo traveller. It shows us that how a Caravan is transformed eligible for travelling. In our video we've discussed about those who can own thic Caravan. And also told about the available subsidies and parks too. All related details have been explained.
