DESTINATION ESCAPE - Der große Test | Pilotfolge 1/7 | Switzerland Tourism
An entire country is turned into the ultimate escape adventure. Four fearless adventurers take on 25 gripping challenges at legendary locations in Switzerland. They have only eight days to travel through eight different regions and solve all of the puzzles. Their minds, team spirit, courage, physical fitness and unshakable will are going to be pushed to their limits. We have 10 more seconds. You have to understand, she is down there.
Wow! What’s really behind this mysterious race? I hope these lines reach you personally, because over the coming weeks, they could really shake up your life. I am turning to you with both a request and an offer. I want you to become part of a special initiative, an experiment and a mission for the good in the world.
Do you have the courage to follow my summons? Nothing less than the adventure of a lifetime is waiting for you. And this is real. Together we can achieve great things with this launch and raise a flag for all the world to see that will be unforgettable. I know those are dramatic words, but you can turn them into action by coming to Basel on June 8. If everyone is as courageous as you, then together with three other teammates you will start a new chapter.
Looks like Basel. These four have actually set out on the journey and followed the mysterious invitation. They don’t have the faintest idea what to expect over the next eight days. The first thing we heard is that it will be kind of a documentary and that it’ll be adventurous. I’m not the most athletic person in the world, and maybe not the smartest in a cognitive sense, but I’d say I’ll be bringing a certain lightness to the experience.
I’ve never done anything like this. I wasn’t afraid of it, but I definitely had some respect. When it comes to challenges, I think, anything to do with sports, count me in.
Numbers, math, codes. I thought, “Cool, Switzerland.” I’ve never been there. And it has something to do with puzzles and a little adventure. I think this will be a good way to find out where my limits are.
Basel is the third-largest city in Switzerland and is considered THE culture capital. It is the gateway from Germany into Switzerland and especially well known for its lively art scene, which has shaped the whole city. This is where the four chosen ones have met and are now starting their adventure. So, I have a key, and you also have a key. I have a key and I have a number on a piece of paper. I have the number too.
We didn’t have much information to start with. We had keys, we had a letter, and we had an address. And the first thing we’ll do is go to that address. Look. Gerbergasse, there it is.
At least we’re not crashing a theater performance here. Safe. That looks like a safe, doesn’t it? Oh, awesome. How beautiful. Wow, what a backdrop. The Basel vault is 150 years old and untouched since it was built.
Whatever secrets have always been locked away here, this is where they have to find their next clue. That was awesome. It didn’t seem real at first. What could the different parts of their letters have to do with this vault? What was the number on your letter again? Look, but you had a four-digit number. Yes, a four-digit number.
I had a three-digit number. But does anything in here start with 0? No, or does it? Hold on, let’s check. Ah, my number isn’t..., what am I talking about? 1, 5, 2, 5.
Here, 1, 5, 2, 5. You can reach me at 1, 5, 2, 5, yes. You have to both do it at the same time.
Maybe one of you should do it. 1, 2, 3. Yes, okay. Is it going to open? That should be enough. Now you just have to pull. Okay. How cool. Amazing.
I only ever see this in the movies. 1, 9. Wait, better let me take a look. Okay.
Working? Yes. A city map! Finally. Okay, we have a note with a whole lot of text.
Does someone else want to read now? We have a map. Of course. Restaurant Kunsthalle.
Reservation at 9. It’s 9 now. Menu “Time is money”. Kunsthalle. Okay, let me read this to you. Yes.
“Do you see the deposit boxes in front of you? Each one of them is filled with countless treasures. Bills and stock papers.” We’re in the right place, guys. “I am a member of the organization Vindicta. We believe in equal rights for everyone and strive to create a financially balanced world.”
Nice. “Unfortunately, the local authorities and leaders know who I am, so I have to keep on working in the shadows. But you’re probably wondering, why I brought you here. Some people’s greed knows no bounds, and they would do anything to increase their wealth.
Even over dead bodies if necessary. Of course I don’t mean that literally.” Okay. “To put it another way, they are crooks. And now it is up to you to bring them to justice.
Every target person has hidden the keys to their safe behind clever puzzles and challenges. If you can solve their cases, you’ll collect the keys and we can open the safe deposit boxes, to give the money back to the public. From here on out, there is no turning back. Good luck. Charlie.” Charlie! Hey, there he is again.
When is our reservation at this restaurant? Which I definitely won’t find on this map. You just didn’t look close enough. Okay, what do we all have? We have a map.
Yes. We have a reservation that’s already expired. That’s why we need to hurry now. And we have three tokens. Do you see a Kunsthalle anywhere? Here is the art museum.
I thought maybe the Kunsthalle is somewhere around there too. We walked over here. That means now we have to keep going straight. Then we’ll get to the church. Really, we just have to pay attention to the church tower. I love it, Annika is turning into a tour guide. I love orientation.
Ah, cool, then that will be your job. In our team. Then I have to do a good job of it.
No... Let’s go, we don’t have time. Yeah, we’re already late anyway. Yes, we really should be there in 15 minutes.
I definitely wouldn’t have been able to read this map, so I was glad that Annika said she’d do it. At least until she actually did it. Probably that way, right? Yes. We’re on the Rhine River, that’s like home turf for me. That’s really nice. That’s a good thing.
If we came from there, we have to go that way. Can you do a quick refresh? I want to go the right way. Where were we standing before? Here near that circle. Where is this “Gässlein”? Gerbergässlein, oh I see.
Come on, let’s ask those people there. Yes. It became clear pretty quickly, none of us knows how to read a map.
That’s why I thought, before we stand around here forever, I’ll ask this guy. Up that way. Keep going, further. And then later up to the left.
The tram goes up to the left, further up. Okay. That will take you directly up to the fountain. Super. Thanks very much. Thank you. I told you so, not a problem.
For a second we thought that this is some kind of survival camp. And we’ll have to do some food challenge or something like that. Thanks.
But luckily that’s not what it was. Four cappuccinos, four croissants. Do you have oat milk? Yes, we have oat milk. I’d like one with oat milk, too. Fantastic. Wonderful.
And anything to eat with that? We’d like the “Time is money” menu. Sure thing. I’ll take that, too. Oh, guys.
The menu. I knew it wouldn’t be something to eat. Thank you.
Those really are theater tickets. So those tokens really are for the coat check. Yes, those chips. Okay.
We’re a lot smarter than I thought. Until that point at least, everything was moving right along. We all have our coat check tokens. Probably.
Then we’ll get our uniform. That would be so sick. We’re about to get something.
One of those power cloaks. That makes us invisible. That makes us invisible. We’re probably going to pick up something from there, but first we’re going to relax and have our cappuccinos. We all have time for that.
The next clue: We’re going to the theater. And what was waiting for us there was way more intense than anything until then. The theater in Basel is part of the city’s lively art and youth scene. Meeting point for cultural society and venue of regular stage highlights. This is where our heroes face their first great challenge, and it’ll demand a lot from them. I think I chose number 69.
I forgot mine. 191, I think. Then we went straight to the coat check. There we basically traded the coat check tokens for those little coins, that ended up being important for the game afterwards. Ah, look guys, there’s some other ones there. Something is hanging there.
1, 2, 3. That was so aesthetic. Ah, look here, “Escape”. I’ve got something here.
What do you have? 191. There’s a chip. For number 191. Number 139...
There’s another one here. That one’s mine. Okay, we have chips. What do we do with them? Somehow this looks really dangerous. Those look like evil suitcases. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
You have made it this far. To prepare you as well as possible, I have set up a little boot camp. You see eight chests in front of you. You can open them with medals, just like the ones you already got.
Each of you receives a personal medal that you cannot give to anyone else. If anyone loses their medal, they are out of the game and can’t leave the zone anymore. Spread throughout the foyer are several challenges with different topics. Mathematics, logic, visual puzzles and fitness challenges. There are four puzzles that are worth one medal each, and two puzzles that are worth two medals each and can only be solved in teams of two. If you come back without a solution, you have to sacrifice your own medal to open one of the crates.
Six of the chests in front of you contain parts of the final solution. The other two chests have a hint that will help you solve the puzzles. You are only allowed to talk to one another within the green zone near the chests. As soon as the first one of you leaves the green zone, the clock starts ticking. We had to get our heads around all that first and we had to develop a strategy.
What makes sense? If one of us stays in here and uses the medal to be on the safe side? Or do we want to chance it, and all spread out? We’ll take the chance, right? We’ll go for the full gamble. Because 15 minutes really isn’t much time. We can do this. Okay. We have decided that we all leave this square. If anyone does not make it and doesn’t get the medals, then we can’t solve the puzzle.
I would do the word puzzle. You’ll do the word? I’d say my memory is pretty good. Memorizing things quickly, I could do that.
I’d probably do something with logic. Logic? Then that’s over there. Yes. Do we do a partner puzzle? Yes. You’ll do a single puzzle? It’s single, yeah. As soon as we have the medals, we run back in here.
Which do we open first? It makes sense to get that joker first. I was about to say, we should find a joker first. Our strategy was “All or nothing”.
We’ll just try it. If we fail, then it’s all over. But we tried. This is really stressing me right now. We can do this.
Take off on three? 3, 2, 1, go! Oh, okay. Move one matchstick to get an 8. For this partner puzzle, one of the two has to memorize the content of the board, go to the other end and dictate it to their partner correctly. That’s the only way the second person can find the mathematical solution.
If it was dictated wrong, it’s impossible to solve the equation correctly. Okay, do you want to memorize this first? Yeah, I’ll memorize it. Where exactly do I have to stand? You stay here. You have to somehow solve it, the puzzle. Atmosphäre? Yeah! Guys, I have a medal.
That totally pushed me. At first I thought, “This is no problem at all, because they gave us easy challenges. We’ll get this done in two or three minutes and off we go to the next place.”
But that’s not really how it worked out. You got one? Very good. Then when Lukas said he solved the first puzzle, that was, first of all, a big relief. It is doable. We didn’t know how hard the puzzles would be. But of course it also increases the pressure on the team members to perform. I move this plus sign over here, then I have 9 minus 1 equals 8.
Okay. I have a medal! Oh, hey, then we can already... Should we open this thing? Get the joker.
Let’s open the joker. Was it a good idea to use the first medal they earned not for the solution, but sacrifice it for a bonus right away? Monkey plus vase is the TheaterPlayPlay. Motorcycle plus vase is ArtTheater. Railroad is art hall... At the time we were still a relatively new team. We didn’t know each other’s strengths or weaknesses yet.
So we just had to hope that the others would perform now, too. Okay, one, two, three. Oh God. I am totally excited. I just about can’t take it anymore, either.
Dude. Okay. From now on you are allowed to talk about the puzzles inside the zone. We are allowed to talk about the puzzles inside the zone. With this bonus, they can now discuss the puzzles outside of the zone.
And one of them gets the chance to try another puzzle after they fail. Monkey plus vase equals TheaterPlayPlay. Motorcycle plus vase equals art hall. Monkey plus vase is what? TheaterPlayPlay. Theaterplay...
The biggest problem was that I was totally confused. We’ve maybe all seen it in quiz shows. When you watch them, you think, “That is so easy.” But when you’re standing there and get all confused by other words, you just have a blackout. Instruction: Teamwork puzzle, fitness and logic.
Okay, you can’t reveal the board until one of you does a correct plank. Plank? Ah. Can you do a plank? Is that the one where you... Yeah, where you hold yourself like that. That’s when the puzzle on this board can be started. You can work on the puzzle for as long as the plank is held.
The other person can help while they are doing the plank. If they can no longer hold the plank, the puzzle is lost and one of the players loses their medal. So you have to the entire time... You have to hold the plank during the entire puzzle. While the puzzle is being solved, exactly. Are you good at doing a plank or not?
Ahm, well, I’ll push through. Sure? So, you think you can do it? Go for it. Okay, okay. There’s a number next to it. It says “Railroad”, and a number is next to it. If you say, theater plus railroad is sun...
And you have to find out what sun is, right? Yes. Okay, we need to read that again calmly. Okay, I’m planking. In a comedy about world dominance, the following persons are characters: five gangsters, who are followed by eight (13) police officers, because they stole the painting of the 12 apostles. 25, right? An African bus driver with 26 school kids...
51? Plus the bus driver? Right... Driving to the seven wonders of the world. But that’s... Still 52? Exactly. Six robbers... 58? ... that break in on the 25th floor... Heck with it, yeah.
... of a high-rise, to steal nine valuable statues. One homeless person... 59.
... who is lacking all five senses and who is walking four dogs on a leash. This is just about people, right? Just actors, yes. Three pathfinders...
62? that do 12 good deeds and a captain, ... 63. ... who has 83 men... 146? ... on his crew... That’s it. That should be the solution.
146 then. I hope so. So you say, theater plus railroad. Generally I can count on other people pretty quickly. And I was not disappointed. Okay. 13.
It was ultimately a grade school math problem, that I needed a little longer to solve. We have two. Should we solve? Yes. We’ll lock this in, right? Yes. Okay. I wasn’t doubting the team so much as I was doubting myself at some point.
Because they did a good job solving puzzles in that amount of time. “Game”. 16, 4, 9... 4, 2, 7, 4. 2, 2, that’s 1, 1, 1, 2... Yeah, flower is 3.
Yes! Yeah, I got that one pretty quick. I was happy with myself there. I made up the time I lost in the first puzzle. Oh my God.
I lost my medal. You don’t have your medal anymore? I lost my medal. They were just here. I had two medals a second ago.
I’ve got it! You’ve got it? Okay, very good. We can still trade this in for tips now. Or for a crate, that would be ok too.
But then we’re out. I need a partner quickly for a partner game. We just screwed up a challenge.
We can do that together now. We can only do it within the time. We can do it together. Doesn’t matter.
Right, but we can only talk about it inside the circle. What was the joker? Can somebody help me? Just call out help. Is somebody allowed to help me? I can do it from here. I have to complete a series of numbers. Okay. The first one says 1, 2, 1 together.
1, 2, 1. Then it says 1, 1. 1, 1. Then it says 1, 6. 1, 6.
Then there’s a 4 and then 9. 1, 2, 1, 11 then. 16, 4, 9.
And then it says “Complete”. 1, 2, 1, 11, 16, 4, 9... We could help you too now. But only in here, right? “11, 16, 4, 9” is what it says? So 1, 2, 1, 11, 16, 4, 9.
So 4, 2, 7, 4, 9... I don’t know. The 4 is repeated. I already forgot what the numbers were. This sucks.
All she has is the number sequence? She’s supposed to complete it somehow. 1, 2, 1... No, 1, 1, 1. They have already won five medals, but Annika is stuck on her puzzle. And time is running out.
Sabrina and Lukas lost their partner challenge, which leaves only Niko to solve more puzzles. But the only puzzle left is the partner puzzle. This is so hard to do in your head. If you add it up, the first one is a 4. And that is repeated at the end.
But that doesn’t make sense. If you add up 2 plus 16, that’s 9. What do you have to add together? So 4...
I don’t get this at all. What’s that? 1... 11, 16, 9, 4? 4, 9...
4, 9. 1, 2, 1... We have a whopping 3:50 minutes. They are written in pairs. Ah, now I get it. 1, 2, 1 are singles, then the 11, the 16, 4, 9. I’m going to dream about these numbers tonight, I think. Because...
Ultimately it was a sequence of numbers that had to be completed. We would not have figured it out, even if she had called out the numbers correctly. But because she didn’t know, is it now 2, 9, whatever or is it a number in the hundreds, it was somehow hard to bring across, and in the end we were even more confused than if she’d done it alone. So that didn’t help at all. Do we want to sacrifice a medal for a hint? We only have three minutes left anyway.
Okay, but if you add up the next two, you get... Do we want to try the partner puzzle now? I don’t know, man. You can’t play anymore. Now we have three minutes left. I can throw the damn medal in somewhere, then we’ll at least get a hint that gets us something.
Annika, do we want to try the partner puzzle quickly? Yes. 1, 2, 1 added up is 4. Times 4 is 16. We did not understand the question.
That’s divided by 4. And minus 4 is not 9. Shit. I know that we could have done one more puzzle.
And I think that’s where we wasted the time, by just staring off into space for too long and trying to sort out the numbers in our heads. At some point we just had to make a decision. Say something. Yeah, fuck it. We have 1:55 minutes. I can’t play anymore anyway.
I’m just going to throw my medal in somewhere. Okay. Say something, then we can still try the partner puzzle together. 2 plus 7 is 9. Wait.
2 plus 7 is 9. Wait. 2 plus 7 is 9. And another “that“.
Was it really an advantage to open the bonus chest? If they had not used their first medal for the bonus chest, then they would be able to open all the solution crates already. One more minute, hurry. Say something. 13. 50 more seconds.
Okay, come quick. Go, go, go... You have to plank. Oh, sorry.
Honestly, we still have 40 seconds. But then we can... The other two can still throw theirs in there.
That puzzle was not exactly easy. It wasn’t really trivial. If I’d had another 10 seconds, I could have read over it again. I already threw mine in there. I don’t have another medal.
Then it won’t do us any good anyway. We have 20 more seconds. 133. No! Okay, then come over here quick with your medals. We have 10 more seconds. Just throw it in there. Okay. Five...
Better stand back, eh? The time was over so fast. There’s probably some solution word in there. Game, the... This is the game that lives. Something like that. “Play.”
Play the game that lives? Play the game? Okay, play the game... So we’re probably just missing one word, right? Play the...? ... live the game. Play the...? Play at life, live the game? Yeah! Amazing! Sabrina, she really did it that time.
She saved us all. Very good. For heaven’s sake. Nah, that stressed me out. Congratulations.
This was your chance to get warmed up a little, most of all to get to know one another better as a team. Use that knowledge and trust in your minds and your intuition. This is where it gets serious.
Go the place where time plays an important role. You’ll find the hint on your first mission under the two-medal bonus chest. Good luck. This one? Yeah, under there.
Under the chest. Wow! “Free admission.” You have half an hour before your train leaves to the next region, and Swiss trains run on time.
Yeah, vamos. We have to go to the clock museum. Museum, museum, museum. Museum Kleines Klingental, museum...
Oh, there’s so many museums. Yeah, lots of museums. Half an hour, that will be close. Off to the train station. Okay. Do we have everything? We realized for the first time, we can split up, and we can communicate well, and we can work under pressure.
And we can still find the right solution. So all things considered, we had a good start in Basel. For the whole trip. We just don’t know how to read maps. But we don’t have to know how to do everything.
My pulse was highest at about 106 or something. That must have been during the game. When the announcement came I thought, okay, then I listened and thought: “Well great, 15 minutes.”
That sure was time pressure. And then the time went by so fast. I keep thinking I don’t know how to think.
Yeah, thinking under pressure. You actually have these blackouts. I went through everything.
It didn’t work, and I thought: “Man, why did I have to end up with this of all things? This is so dumb.” Yes, thank God I didn’t run to that one. Now all we have to do is find the street of museums. The Jura and Three-Lakes region is a French-speaking tourist region in the west of Switzerland on the border to France. The region is famous for its intact and protected nature and especially for being the cradle of watchmaking.
The international clock museum in La Chaux-de-Fonds with more than 4,500 exhibits in its collection is one of the most important museums of watchmaking. From sun dials to glorious pocket watches and wall clocks, gold and jewelry pieces and scientific technologies all the way to the atomic clock, the museum brings the history of timekeeping to life. Clocks! We made it! I was about to say, we’re in the right place.
Look guys, there’s something. We walked in and saw there is yet another puzzle for us. This one is a really special one. Mission Albert Schmid. “Team, welcome to the clock museum. I am glad you made it this far. The clockmaker Albert Schmid withdrew a generous donation for a children’s charity that he had announced, and was seen in his new house in the Bahamas shortly afterward.
That set off all kinds of alarm bells for me. He has hidden the keys to his safe here in the museum. Now it’s up to you to find the right codes for the different locks quickly enough.
Each box holds a key to one of his safe deposit boxes. The more locks you open, the better. But watch out: only one of you is allowed to try for each lock. Decide as a team who is going to turn over which hourglass, and then you each go out alone into the museum to look for the right code.
The map and the symbols should help you. Good luck. Charlie.” Thanks, Charlie. We don’t do so well with maps. Well, that’s the entrance. Look at that, she’s good at this. We’re sitting here, where the café symbol is.
Then you have to go over some kind of bridge, you don’t do down the stairs. So one per lock. But in 30 seconds? That makes no sense at all. If we are here,
there’s no way we can get there in 30 seconds... Yeah, that’s not good. A map with six hourglasses and six different symbols to go with them points to different places in the museum. The symbols have to be matched with the six boxes in front of them so that they can then open the locks with the right combinations. The combinations are written on small signs placed around the museum, located roughly in the area that is shown on the map.
But the signs are very small and get lost in the museum amongst all those clocks. As soon as they pass the green border, the clock starts. If their time expires before they make it back across the green line, their attempt has failed. They have a maximum of three attempts per lock, after that the box remains unopened.
If they read the number but don’t make it back in time, the attempt has also failed and the number will be in a different place the next time. In this game, time is their greatest enemy. Looking for small things under time pressure. Time pressure again.
Okay. He’s gone already. Oh, dude, that was fast.
I don’t understand what’s happening here. Would you say “half” now? That’s half already. Half the time! Hello! Alright, okay, why isn’t he back yet? He should be strolling back here any time now. Okay, this will be close.
It’ll be really close. Hurry now! Oh, no. What? Where is he? Oh God, no. Time was up long ago. I didn’t get it. That makes no sense at all.
I thought if it’s about sports, about looking for something against the clock, that should be doable. Oh, I get it, half! Actually less than half. We missed our cue. Back! This can’t be happening, that I pipe up and say, “Guys, I’ll get that first clue for us, no problem,” and then I stand there absolutely clueless. Okay, you should probably find it on the second try. I’ll do it again right now.
You just have to search everything. Yes, go! I looked above the display case, I looked in the display case, I looked under the display case, but not in that little space between the display cases. My God, Niko is running back here. What? What? 705.
705. Amazing. Should we keep going right away? Yes. Last attempt.
That was close. Okay, 3, 2, 1, go! With five minutes, I should actually be able to relax. Why I am driving myself crazy.
Okay, big clock, big clock, big clock, left. That’s a big clock! Yeah, that was a good place, I think, where it was hidden, because I saw it right away. Maybe it was luck. But maybe I’m just that good. There’s four numbers there? There’s four, no? Only makes sense. 2590. 2590.
Yeah, and then it started going well and we had a really amazing run, and then I thought, somehow we’re going to get it all done, right? Should I put this back, in case we still need the order for something? Yes. Something like that? I don’t know. Okay, run. Okay, do you know which way? Just straight through. Just straight ahead.
Okay. What am I looking for? This isn’t possible. I think she has to go further. About half. She has to go further. She has to come back now.
Yes. How much do we have left? Five, four... yeah. She’s coming back. I found the hourglasses.
Now I just have to look for the sticker. Okay. And... Go! Shit, yeah, I have to look at that. That’s really not possible. Yeah, about half.
She’s got it! She’s got it, she’s got it, she’s got it. She went like this. Oh God. Now she just has to remember it. She doesn’t have it, she doesn’t have it.
Right? She doesn’t have it? No. Oh, no. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Back! You got it? There are hourglasses, but I don’t see a sticker. Sabrina? Yeah, turn that thing over again. Where is that? 30. Oh, geez. Okay. Oh my God. You can do it, you can do it.
Yes! Okay. You got it? 387. Very good. So when the others ran out there and really brought back the clues one after another, I definitely felt a sense of relief, because I thought, okay, even if I struggle, I can count on the others. Yeah, then... Should we keep going right away? Yes.
Sabrina. Which one do you want? I’d do this... What’s it called, pendem? Pendulum clock.
Oh, a pendulum, I get it. A cuckoo clock. Yes, okay. I’ll just go. Turn it over! I think she’s coming back already.
Oh, excellent. Okay, as soon as she’s back... Okay, run. 673. Do I have it?
Go! 826. Is that all of them? Ah, for a moment I thought I’d lost my mind. Yes.
Holy shit. Oh, awesome. Oh man, we need to practice that. This sucks. Yeah, it’s not working. It’s a key. Okay.
That means we just had the one picture in there, right? Yes. There’s definitely something written on the back of it. Schatzalp Davos. Looks like... A mental hospital. Davos, is that maybe a town or something? In Switzerland? Looks like a hotel, doesn’t it? Yeah, kind of.
Or like a really modern hospital or something? Is that all it says, “Davos”? “Schatzalp”. Schatzalp, is that...? Yeah, it’s probably a hotel. It sure sounds really Swiss.
It sounds like we have to keep moving. Somewhere else. Davos, well great. Never been there before. Davos, Davos, something like that.
That is on the other side of Switzerland. That means that right on the first day we travelled all the way across the country. It doesn’t feel like just one day. Felt more like a week. At least. Right now I’m just tired, exhausted from the trip.
But grateful for a great team. Thankful that we solved all the puzzles. And that we got to see so much of Switzerland in such a short time.
I think this first day was definitely good for the team. I had a feeling that it was kind of a warm-up round. Everybody has so far done their part and in different situations. In the end, Annika gave her all with her sprint.
It was all so nice inside. And I hope that now we’ll get a little more outdoors. I really hope to see a little more nature. That it’ll turn into a little adventure yet. And maybe a little more sports, too. I think I feel like getting a little more physical.
Switzerland definitely has a lot of museums. That much I know now. Now I want to see some mountains. All in all: The spirit in the team is good. We’re all slowly getting in the groove. We all know we can depend on the others.
We all know that we’re excited to go on. And we all could hardly wait to start the next day and to see what challenges are coming next. Now we’re going to... ... to Davos? Davos? Davos? To the eastern part of Switzerland. To...
