Did boxing and I was quite good at that yeah but are you gonna go to a boxing gym yourself, no I enjoyed punching, you I think that's. Hearing Dan talk about food being a coping mechanism for him actually breaks my heart.... as someone who has used food as a coping mechanism. Using food as a coping mechanism truly feels like form of self harm for me. imagine being a kid and getting bullied till he was 17, I ate my feelings for all those years, I only decided to stop comfort eating when I turned 22. and my heaviest was 370 pounds. (26 stone and 6 pounds). I'm now 320 pounds, (22 stone and 12 pounds) I now feel a lot better and rarely comfort eat

I love seeing how Dan's insecurities and anxiety isn't hidden by any editing and Phil's attitude towards them just proves how close they are. He understands and can easily see them. They're friendship is absolutely beautiful, you can see how much they care for each other, how well accepting they are of one another's flaws and quirks. I may sound absurd but I got a lot if feels watching this, as if they're really chatting with me. I want to find someone i can have this kind of friendship with someday :')
