Therefore, you can say that it has four driving modes, but it works a little differently than in other plug-ins where you even drive 140, 150, 160, but when, for example, you take your foot off the gas pedal, the internal combustion engine turns off, here something like that does not occur, this type of driving is typical of a hybrid, when he turns off the internal combustion engine, when he uses the electric motor for gentle acceleration, when he uses the electric motor for a stable drive, it is like this up to about 100-120 km. in electric mode, we don't do kickdown and we just start accelerating and see how briskly he does it in this electric mode. increase and you want to feel some excitement, it actually runs mainly on the internal combustion engine and it saves energy and even starts producing it from recuperation, recharging the batteries, intuitive and cool because you are actually driving on the highway and mainly use the internal combustion drive and then in the city you can switch to electric drive if you drive moderately. So you drive at such speeds of 130, 140 per hour. you're not in a hurry for an hour, you're in hybrid mode with maximum comfort, you're able to limit yourself to 10 liters in terms of fuel consumption, and I would like to remind you that I won't consume a single kilowatt-hour at any given distance. Even if it 's a trip to some Croatia, it's a really acceptable result considering the fact that we have 727,000 newton meters and, above all, the fact that we have 2.5 tons of mass, so when it comes to fuel consumption, it's really fucking great. and in general, the operation of the entire hybrid system, I am
very shocked and very impressed. At 140-150 kmh, I will tell you, for example, ordinary hybrids can only sleep so much, only strokes that weigh much less, that have 1.6 or 2 l engines, or that do not have a heavy battery, but are classic hybrids and can also have such fuel consumption, so in this respect, big respect for BMW for the amazing refinement of the plug-in hybrid drive, especially when we take into account the power of the car and its performance principles, but I couldn't give up the undoubted pleasure of driving the M5 onto the track.
