North there's the lower town and the upper town at the round about take the second exit to canall Road [Music] Cliff Railway yeah you can take the cliff railway from lower to the upper town okay at the roundabout take the first exit to a 458 there's a sign for it now is left here sign for what the Caravan parked yeah and there was a load of signs but one of them was for it okay didn't see that to no it's one very big sign hopefully um we've recorded it there's a sign for it here oh yeah stand Mall touring back and another side want to buy some tiles there's a place there where on the on the stay in Lane do we go over there no stay Lane then right so there's reception you need your phone because they've got to check your membership to get the uh Caravan mot home Club discount okay but I've paid the rest of it we all right and uh I've asked to change and they swapped us to one two three okay yeah we were right under yeah she said they're not over you but they're they're behind you so yeah able to swap cuz someone cancelled so a little tour around the the site really cuz it's right over the other side that's right we're coming there aren't we yeah yeah so we got to go around here yeah I think they quite a lot of hardstanding pitches so of course they carry on yeah around here the adult only are is right the other side of the the site this was a caravan a Mot home Club site or Caravan Club it when it yeah it was Caravan Club site back in about 2008 something like that I'd got it on a tour we were going to do but we couldn't do it yeah cuz sad was Ill so we carry on going around there yep carry on going around another pitch over there p is over there yeah they give you a loyalty card as well you stamp for a couple of nights that's right I think had one from them there's plenty of room for an awning here for us we probably have to put the car at the front I think 100 100 100 100 yeah yeah quite a site really these massive trees here some really big old trees there that one over there is huge get the water primed oh come here ready yeah got the heat water heater on or tank heaters on just in case it should be all right having the on Route heating has kept it nice and warm in here 19.5 degrees in here so that's pretty good isn't it nice and warm pots we still got your lead on for little look around we're on a adult super pitch down on one two3 massive trees here so these here these pitches around here are adult grass pitches okay apart from one number 95 yeah which is just a grass pitch okay is a bit yeah strange that's where we are that's where that was for for the campers probably not for the site managers well General was skips are sorted by the Depo recyclables okay it sounds like you just put it in there and they do the recycling for you well that's a lot easier isn't it than sort of one bin for glass and they say that only 1% ended up in landfill that's because they're recycling it isn't it oh no yeah that's right that's the company that pitch there wouldn't it what but walk into the dog W yeah a little bit muddy here yeah it is a bit it's quite a nice area reminds me of a dog walk somewhere else I think it's black hor Farm yeah known as The Duel of the seven right okay it's a 19th century seat of the powerful Whitmore family of Appley Park who wealth de derived from a 16th century and ancestor William Whitmore right recently it was for sale in 2020 for 3.25 million cheap at the price
so if we known we could have bought that and yeah instead of instead of four bedroom house in southw yes okay so you want me to look up how much it was now we're having a nice bit of shabby in case anyone asks and yes it's after 12:00 right well originally when I started to book it for three nights it38 yeah then I had to add a dog £450 so it's I think it's £150 a day cheaper a dog is it for £450 then it took off the Caravan motor home Club member discount £ 1380 yeah they then had a three for two offer right a £41 for Yeah in our account we had a credit for £60 because we cancelled a booking that was going to be for6 nights so we had to pay10 deposit for that okay so that was on our account per night10 per night deposit yeah so we cancelled that booking so they kept the deposit that was for ox and Hall wasn't it yeah kept the deposit and it's on your account for a year okay so you can use it again at another site so use that so that meant the grand total at the end of all that was £ 2730 so that's where we're having a night I know we've already paid 60 before but that was a while ago and that's gone yeah so it's quite nice just a little bit of clickbait there yeah sorry but it's true you always tell me it's all right if it's true well yeah yeah it's a bargain isn't it if you didn't mind paying the £60 before no that's right so dogs are £150 a night and there is a maximum of three yeah so it's not the cheapest site is it let's face it no no but it's very nice yeah so I don't know what what it would have worked out per night to begin with's gone it's would be 45 or 46 something like that yeah cuz it's 14250 isn't it yeah divided by three yeah it's in the 40s isn't it yeah yeah but they are doing a three for two we've been doing quite well with that cuz we went to lick peny and we got the three night yeah the uh club didn't we and now we've got a free night here 41 well I mean it's taking £41 40 off yeah so that's for one night yeah yeah so there you go can't it someone famous who says cheers on yeah that one down
