3 Days in Bangkok! Sightseeing Spots, Night Market, Pool, Shopping & Seafood! Thailand Travel Vlog
Hello Everyone, we arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport well past midnight heading to the Grab pickup point to wait for our driver around 30 minutes to our hotel room tour! very spacious but can't see the view outside now has microwave bathroom is big and clean but doesn't have a bathtub got this from 7-11 normally I don't like coconut, but this doesn't have strong taste coconut jelly with basil seed, very refreshing Morning~ what a nice day wow the heat outside don't forget your sunscreen when you visit Thailand! time for lunch a popular homemade noodles place I order one that has every toppings they have yummy their wonton is really nice too found a cafe nearby first latte in bangkok hotel pool is really nice maybe we’ll get into the pool tomorrow try some Thai beer before sightseeing time to visit some places We are near Wat Arun gonna try put on traditional thai dress and visit the temple it has become a popular tourist activity aww cute puppy Dress & Hair costs 250 Baht choose the style & color I like from the photo now ready to head to the temple of dawn even the ceiling is beautiful Wat Arun, Temple of Dawn the stairs are actually surprisingly steep but worth it to climb on top & see different views iconic architecture with intricate patterns you can see the temple is just beside river we will visit the other side of the river tomorrow after return the dress we come back to the park just beside the temple gonna take a boat here I thought the boats were gonna crashed into each other there are some stops before our destination sky so beautiful Iconsiam Shopping Mall we arrive to find some food there is an indoor market dazzled by so many different street food here really crispy I like the slight tartness, not too sweet must drink Thai tea place I order 30% sugar love milk tea time for real dinner green curry with rice noodles best noodles, so soft! yummm satisfied with the food and air conditioner what a nice vibe here at Iconsiam Taking the boat again view at night from the river also very enjoyable see the ferris wheel, that's our next destination going to Sathorn station first & change to a free shuttle boat Asiatique the Riverfront replicate of a famous ship combination of night market & mall here this is my first visit to Thailand such a lively place though temperature during day time is hard to get used to it's perfectly fine at night that said, I can't have enough cold drinks haha it's nice cuz it doesn't have weird chemical taste I got a pair of slippers wondering how McDonald's tastes in Thailand a bit like sweet corn chowder inside the pie not bad this is the rooftop bar at Marriott Hotel 360 degree view of Bangkok we got a seat downstairs there is another rooftop bar on that building too my husband is having his "me time" while I'm still sleeping we went to so many places yesterday so I need extra sleep haha morning the slippers I got yesterday heading to lunch nearby tomyam fried rice & basil sauce chicken both are kinda spicy my husband thinks green chili peppers are dangerous he was traumatized by the green curry last night but I love spicy food as long as I have sweet iced tea I'll be fine I'm surprised the sticky rice is warm I'm not a big fan of coconut, but he likes it cafe inside nearby hotel in some city, coffee tastes almost the same every cafe you visit cafes in Bangkok each has its unique flavor time to cool down a bit and relax we are so lucky to have the pool by ourselves heading to grand palace but the ticket office closes at 3:30pm need to hurry we made it! The Grand Palace, Temple of Emerald Buddha ticket is 500 baht but it's such an amazing place completely worth it there is a dress code be sure to check it out before visiting sound of the wind chimes need to take off your shoes at the convocation hall it's cloudy but still super hot today I need to drink more water heading to the other area the palace is closing soon round trees are in contrast with the pointed roof I think that's the exit this thai tea is saving me life famous thai food restaurant fried rice with grilled prawn rice a bit dry, but prawn is flavorful tom yum soup, not the red one we usually see clear soup is sour & spicy, so delicious just alongside the Chao Phraya River craving some dessert this looks nice he really likes coconut sticky rice so cute~ mango blended with jasmine green tea green tea makes the mango less sweet, very refreshing how they utilize the space is interesting too now we need to find a good spot for the sunset that temple is Wat Arun where we visited yesterday the sky is so beautiful the temple is lighting up too The One Ratchada, Night Market there are many places that sell banana pancake we just pick one randomly gooey banana inside crispy outside with sweet condensed milk drizzle over guilty pleasure fun night need a massage after all the walking my back is sore hard to keep a good posture in this hot weather wow big building for a spa lobby waiting area Take a shower first in this private room time to relax I had the 90 minutes Aromatherapy Body Massage that's 1100 Baht it was really nice, I feel refreshed we got some late night snacks from convenience store each cup noodles come with fork inside sago with corn inside coconut milk I didn't try, but why is it green…? hotel offers free shuttle tuk tuk service to the main street lunch inside Terminal 21 Shopping Mall deep fried spring roll with prawns I like it has a bit of coriander inside stir-fried crabmeat in yellow curry sauce they also have the whole crab but this one is easier to eat not spicy Chatuchak Weekend Market I know this is a really popular shopping place but I just having a hard time focusing on shopping due to the heat & hugeness of this market market is separated into several areas there are also pets area there is also a building that has air conditioning now I can calm down & checking out some mango Siam Area, Shopping District Gentlewoman, a Thai brand Tim Hortons Cafe is Canadian why not what a vibrant city Our flight is at night last meal in Bangkok, we ate at a foodcourt thank you for watching don't forget to subscribe if you like my vlog!
