hello everyone good evening and welcome to this demo session [Music] all right so uh first of all thank you very much for taking time and accepting our invite in joining this demo session so this is gonna be a like a short short demo in which like uh i'm gonna just show a small demo on like how we will we will connect this course and and what are all the and and what are all the topics that would be covered and what is the style that that we deliver is what we are going to we are going to display over here so that is the idea all about so lets uh get started with a short introduction over here so my name is sheikh dawud i'm a microsoft certified trainer so i have close to 14 years of experience in the industry i have worked as an as a active directory administrator exchange administrator and also like office 365 admin and very specifically exchange online administrator also i have worked on so i have more than say like in fact more than two thousand hours of uh instructor-led training experience so i have worked as m365 administrator in few organizations and i have worked on the mailbox migrations as well so that we will be definitely covering it in the course so this is this is about me so so we need to first understand that why this office 365 is on a boom so we need to understand like why why many organizations are going for office 365 so because if you just imagine a scenario over here if you are in an organization if you are having an organization which is a very very stable environment so if microsoft is coming and canvassing you that say why don't you go to cloud then what are the points that microsoft marketing person or a sales person is going to is going to bring up so that the organizations are getting convinced to go to to go to office 365 because when you talk about the on premises there are like so many challenges that an administrator or an organization has to face it so the problems like the network setup the server set up the operating system cost the license cost the monthly patching and say like the backup and recovery and and like a disaster recovery bcp business continuity plan like that there are like so many challenges that an organization has to take care when when it comes on the on-premises side so microsoft is saying that hey you don't worry about that you can concentrate on your business we will take care of everything end to end you just have to pass the rent that's what microsoft is saying and and not only that so it's not that so simple but yes i will talk about during the course i will talk about like what is extremely what is that deep analysis that that an organization has to do when they are continuing to go with their own premises and when they go to the cloud so that kind of analysis we will be talking about that and because there is a there is a great savings in terms of cost in terms of uh in terms of say like a down time so the the downtime is going to be completely less when it comes to office 365 so that's why like many many many organizations are going for office 365 and that is the reason that we are all working over here we are all joined over here so that is the idea so sanjiv kumar please behave professionally don't scribble like this doesn't look good on the presentation screen so that is the idea so which means like many many organizations are now becoming a tenant for the office 365 so in that case it is now many organizations are looking for office 365 administrators as well so that is the requirement over here so in this course what is that we will be covering is that we will be talking about the azure active directory and we will be talking about the exchange online and we'll be talking about the sharepoint online we'll be talking about the security and the compliance we'll be talking about the teams online and we will talk about the office deployment so that is what we will talk so in this if you talk about all this azure active directory to teams it's like completely a full-fledged administrator up to an l3 level of administrator discussion we will be doing it's not going to be like l1 discussion it's not going to be l2 discussion it is going to go till l3 level of discussion we will be doing it during this course so if you talk about azure active directory itself like we will be talking about the azure ad connect we'll be talking about the self service password reset we'll talk about the uh multi-factor authentication we will talk about the conditional access and then we'll be talking about how to how to synchronize between your on-premises and the cloud and also like how to and what all the different identities so like that we will be talking about the azure active directory in detail and then when it comes to exchange online we'll be talking about like how to manage the recipients how to manage the permissions how to manage the compliance and exchange and how to manage the the mail flow rules and also say like the email address policies rahul please be here professionally don't don't scribble on this on the slides so team everyone please please behave professionally don't do like this all right so and and also like uh we'll be talking about uh are you able to see my slide or any other screen is shared yes i'm able to say sure we can see okay all right so so and when it comes to exchange we'll be talking about like public folders so everything we will discuss and also when it comes to sharepoint we'll be talking about uh the sites the team sites communication site and what is the permissioning model and how can we create the sites and how can we share it with external users what are the policies that you can create it and and also the and also how we can design it how how a person who is not a hardcore developer can also design a simple site we will be talking about that and then we will be talking about the security and complaints though it is saying like security and compliance uh independent like together but you should be knowing that security is completely a different topic now compliance is completely a different portal all together so that is very very important so we will be talking about the security in detail and we'll be talking about the compliance in detail so in the security we'll be talking about the message trace or say like the attack simulator and we'll be talking about more topics in the compliance we'll be talking about the retention and we'll be talking about the dlp data loss prevention policies and like that like all the compliance related ones we'll be discussing in our compliance and then and sorry defender yes we'll be talking about defender but now defender there are like very few policies yeah so now the defender's new name is this that if you if you go to the security portal whatever you see on the security portal is all like related to defender only so we'll be saying the name of endpoint protection right correct so what i'm saying is like we will not be talking too much deep into this endpoint protection because like we are not going to manage the the desktops and we are not going to manage the endpoint clients we are going to we are going to you we are going to talk about the sas software as a service majorly from this from the server perspective we will be discussing will not go too much deep into this endpoint manager but whatever is required uh like what are the basic requirement what is what are the things that you should be knowing uh from from overview terms which i will tell you so that that will be doing it for sure and then talking about the teams on tuning is also there i think in tune but we are not going to no i'm not going to cover in tune intern is not part of this one because intune is like so these are the core components of office 365 so we will be covering the core components of office 365 you talk about in tune you talk about yammer you talk about ms projects power bi all these things are like additional so we we don't uh we don't we don't discuss that in our course because like see this this whole office 360 base like like a very huge topic so in this we have we will be talking about this for example if you are a person who who is on office 365 who wants to who wants to crack an interview who wants to know who wants to expand your knowledge yes here we can do it but again in tune itself is a dedicated course actually so but still we will be in this itself like we will be covering many many courses so when you talk about this azure active directory we will be talking about the course called as like ms 100 we'll be covering so this exchange online is like ms 203 [Music] and sharepoint is like 400 ms 400 security and compliance is like ms-500 so like that yeah so now though the those sc is starting but still ms is the legacy one and if you talk about the teams it is ms-700 so like that like that microsoft is having having courses so we will be covering majority of the topics from these courses in in our in our training so so it's not limited to any course content but it's limited to my to my experience and knowledge whatever i know about this this complete office 365 my experience whatever i have done it i'll try to share everything with you all in a right way so that you will you will also you will also get the idea of of this management in a battery so now the the best thing is that you know it's all portal it's all like a web page so inside that portal how fast you can you can troubleshoot how fast you can work matter so that is what we are trying to cover over here so in that case what is what is important is like you will be extremely familiar with these with these portals and also you will be in a good position to troubleshoot you will be in a good position to troubleshoot your your uh your issues as well so because like my my way of teaching is like all like logical thing you will be able to think if something goes wrong where to check if something goes wrong what is the rca for it so like that you will be able to think and you'll be able to get an idea like if something goes wrong where to check that that you will be able to do it and also yes so i'll be covering the related powershell commands when it comes to azure active directory yes i will cover the powershell commands related to it when it comes to exchange online sharepoint security every every topic i will cover the related powershell commands as well but again i will not go too much deep into powershell because that will completely deviate the course it will make it like a powershell course so no i will just give you the commands you will be able to execute it and you can you can definitely remember the commands but don't ask me like how because because like that will again take take too much deep into into the powershell concept which which i don't prefer to do it okay so this is the idea so and also talking about uh say the whole course if you have to talk about uh sale you will be able to you'll be able to have a hands-on experience on it okay you'll be able to you'll be able to get a hands-on experience on it so everything you will be doing it all by yourself so that is very important so that like when you do it you will be able to get a clarity of information on that so that is what we will be doing so because like we i'll ask you to create a tenant i will ask you to i'll ask you to perform all the tasks that i'm doing it on my screen i will ask you to do it as well parallelly so that you will you'll be able to get a hands-on experience and and yes you will be able to you will be able to you know practice it even after the classes also you will be able to practice it and you will be able to get a clear-cut idea so this is the plan that i have for this course and which we have done it you have done like successfully we have done like so many uh batches and uh yeah so i'm gonna open for questions so please go ahead uh do let me know your questions one by one and i will be happy to answer [Music] is this course free of cost no definitely it's not free of course so even we have to win our bread and butter so nothing comes free will we also convert the migration port from like yes okay any third party 65 good question so we will be discussing about migration at two different places we will be talking about the migration on the exchange side and also we will be talking about migration on the sharepoint side so these two places we will be talking about migration so in migration you're using any third party tools or otherwise microsoft we're using no the same spmt sharepoint migration tool only we will use it so the simple example what is that we will be doing a slip you will be migrating a share drive on to a sharepoint site sharepoint document library will be migrating it what is the duration of this course complete the complete duration is going to take around 35 to 40 hours so the yeah so that's the plan so it's going to be a weekend course so we can every weekend we will try to cover say like two and a half to three hours per day which will go say like five weekends five weekends is the total duration we are trying to cover but in case due to some reason if i'm not able to cover it because if the batch is bad sizes more and if there are like more questions coming in that that can definitely extend to one more week and also it's not again i'm saying like it's not timeline based it's like it's like knowledge sharing based so so unless uh unless until i don't cover the topic the class will will go on till till the successful completion that is what i generally do it so in teams online so you can cover like a team administrator means all types of policy creation and policy deployment and users also we will talk only about the policies creation we will not uh will not talk to too much deep into it because i'm not i'm not i've not worked on teams online uh to be honest with you so i'm i know say like a l1 l2 level on this teams but all the other ones i know up to l3 level so that is the only thing so in teams i will tell you how to create the policies and what is the use of each of the policy i will be i'll be telling you but uh not not up to the deployment i will not be able to help you out [Music] so what is a topic like is a troubleshooting office 365 so the in a total in a common way if you talk about office 360 by troubleshooting say like every topic has its own troubleshooting one so say like if you take out your active directory if the identities are not syncing if if like if the azure id connect is not running if your door sync is not running if it is not running for one user if it's not running for all the user how will you work like that you take exchange online totally cloud-based you just introduced means you cover or otherwise you like as a hybrid setup you just just you do a hybrid setup right [Music] and this correct yes password right back is part of azure id connect sspr yes we will cover it and mfa also we will cover it okay and will we integrate any third party application and uh vendor application to integrate with are you ready to create the sso no no so we will be using the azure id connect itself because microsoft is also recommending microsoft is also recommending azure ad connect so we will we will go with the default azurity connect tool itself we will not go with adfs or you will not go with any third party tool what is the cost of the course so cost of the course so please check with mr amit his account manager so he will be able to guide you with the queries uh what is the duration um and the duration is going to be like 35 to 40 hours in total uh we can just win uh maybe i'm in not in india okay so it would be like mostly weekend evening the time which the the current time let's say like evening six to eight or six to eight thirty it will be mostly that time okay ist uh hi though yes um actually this number i i i did attended the previous seminar as well that google cloud one okay uh so and that also mr amit's number uh was provided but this number is not reachable when i'm dialing this number it is showing that on this number incoming facility is not available no no that's okay that probably some intermittent issue why don't you just whatsapp him he is available on whatsapp so is this number available on whatsapp as well yes [Music] library we will be doing we'll be doing it we'll be doing a c drive or say like a one share drive we will be migrating from from the on premises to uh on premises to the document library that's what we will do okay on the reverse order it's anything scenarios like sorry uh so we'll also cover like uh one drive migration like google drive to one drive migrations you know because this is also the features of uh operations yeah true but no we are not going to cover that we will cover from on-premises to the site sharepoint site we will cover so that's what i'm saying let's see it's extremely vast so if i have to cover everything right so it's not going to be covered within the formula [Music] okay so i'll just try to reply answer so so we will not be covering intune mdm so it's uh oh so no we will not be covering in mdmv ps we already spoke so share share tpm so today is going to be a demo session it's like get to know each other so today today is not going to be a technical one so there's going to be just a just an introduction and a demonstration and what will be the reasons of demo so demo this is a demo so i'm just trying to get introduced to everyone and and just tell the way that we are going to proceed the course so that's the plan so demo in the sense like i'm sure you would have gone through gone through the youtube link with a demo which is available so and and i'm just trying to tell you that this is this is the plan we have for the batch okay is it okay it says rf yeah good i actually see uh saturday and sunday's weekends i'll be working so if i miss the class will i get any recording something yeah so so team thanks for asking this so yes every session is recorded and you will be provided the endpoint manager thank you all right okay and we'll also kind of cover like conditional access calls you know yes continuous policy is part of azure active directory as we will be covering that yes so apart from this particular office 365 what are the other courses that can you please highlight those things and how can i do those things okay so i take i take powershell and office 365. so just check with amit if there are any other courses available from him so i take active directory exchange on for myself also but provided if if the batch is set i can take it so that is the plan okay i think there is one question from shiva right so shiva i don't take uh on premises exchange uh on premises sessions i uh generally i don't take it i take it but but provided not not that active as we do it idea over here so there is a lot of scope the scope is like now huge for office 365 so that's why you know we are having so much of requirement on that so now if you can see like many organizations are now expanding and even microsoft is also uh like requiring a lot of engineers so in that case like yes after you complete this course you will be able to confidently attend an interview for a for a l2 level on office 365 because like i also take lot of interviews so i will teach in a way that how an interviewer would think i will just put it as a question at this particular place you can expect a question if you expect a question and how you should answer it that that will also i will tell you so that like you will be able to crack the interviews very easily because like whenever you're attending an interview an interviewer will have some bunch of catchy words in their mind that they expect from the from the from the candidate so those those words i will be telling you so that like you can keep your definitions extremely clear when you when you try to answer a question in an interview okay so team that is that is for everyone so yes when you are and you are when you are you should know the basics of on premises okay because like going directly to the cloud you know it's not that recommended you should know what is on premises okay so for example let's take an example say like what are all why nokia failed what are all the challenges what all the challenges are like they were not able to cope up with the with the changes right so that's the same thing so from the on-premises why people are going to the cloud that you should know okay that's when for that you should first know what is on premises so i would say that on premises idea is something which is you need to have it as a terrific site if you have that you will be able to do it so karthik you know with my ideology yes you can pick up but you know what apart from others you have to work hard on it you have to you have to put a lot of effort on it so that's when you will be able to match up to the expectations because if you go to an interview that interviewer should not feel a difference that you are coming from a different domain to id so that that you know you should prepare to that level is what i'm saying all right so the total duration of the course is going to be like a 40 hours course 35 to 40 hours course so within that you'll be able to cover during the so this is there's going to be a purely a weekend course so that's the that's the plan [Music] okay so team feel free to
