right thank you so much for the joining this uh session for the azure cloud administrator we can say associate cloud administrator in microsoft azure online training this session is uh online training and uh this is completely in a microsoft azure training why we need to learn that azure when we talk about azure it is a cloud technologies in uh trending technologies right in in the current situation everyone all the infrastructure on premises environment moving to cloud so the resource are looking here to hire and to support that an azure platform need a skill set people so because of that we are here to understand what is cloud why we need to learn this cloud and what is the benefit we are getting this cloud and how uh career path right the career path the prospect of the career how we can start in this azure cloud and what would be the package and what is the pre-request is all we are going to talk about in this today's session right due to the crowd as i said earlier i have restricted for the mute yourself and speak and if you have any question feel free to raise your hand i will give access to unmute yourself and speak it right let me just take a notes then we can talk about that's right this is a uh overall one-hour session today's so this is the session is azure one not four the certification name called is one not four associate cloud administrator the session and training name is this and uh let's talk about on the azure so basically we are going to learn for that is in pre-requisites of to learn this and any background skills required to learn this needed and what is the benefit of azure learning and a career path after completion of this training right and what would be the package all about this we are going to talk about and why you need to choose us so we are the best trainer or we are the best in the training industry we are providing training not for the traditional kind of training we are probably training can be complete and use cases with example because you know when you go to because you have already held lot of information available in the internet right you have all the resource all the sources to go to the youtube you want to learn for yourself you can learn it right and the many sources are there to learn yourself right and some uh ready made when you say that the recorded sessions will be would be there right recorded sessions 300 400 people can sell their record session right but here after completion of this training from our end the benefit you are getting are from our end you can crack the interview easily from your end that is the a confident we are giving because every topic you will be understanding thoroughly with the lab 100 and uh whatever you are here it means maybe some people are in a server administrator some people are in a software developer some people are in a fresh air no matter what you are but ultimately when you want to start career in the cloud technologies and this is the right time and right place you are here so the goal is to basically everyone are to get a good package and good company on the good technology you need to work so you should have the very clarity and clear understanding what you are going to do because you know when you are going to read in a youtube or google and recorded session if you don't know that fundamental how it works there is completely in a confusion mode and you don't have a control on the topic but here you will be getting the each and every topic what we are going to discuss in the az104 every topic is a clear understanding with the basis of the basic fundamental uh the basic fundamental is a clear understanding i would say then this you you will be getting benefit from over end it can easy to crack interview also you can pass the exam which is az104 so once you have given the exam or when you get a certification global certification from the microsoft you will be authorized you can directly apply for any of the cloud administrator requirement so if you have already planned then it is the right place you are here and whatever you need it we are here to help you to support right the goal is to you need to learn from the thoroughly each topic rather than any single confusion point all the topic will be get clarified and uh because you know that is a the most important and important in technologies you should know that is in fundamental very clearly if that is not available then it's very difficult to manage it so you will learn from the uh from the scratch to advanced level in a z104 right so this course is made for you only and i would like again thank you for joining us today so whatever you have expectation put set into that and myself is neil i have a twelve years of an idea experience and i worked in ibm we proven microline and currently i'm working with one of the mnc company as architecture in azure and working in automation leading the team right uh the basically the three prerequisites to learn of this course right maximum people has asking question for is that i need to have some some basic knowledge on uh networking some basic knowledge on other technologies if people are in a different different technologies how do i move into that is in cloud technologies here it is there basic at least if you are fresher that's fine because we will try to help you to understanding why you need to learn this cloud and how do you move your career in cloud technologies but the recommendation is so who want to become a successful azure administrator you should have that at least some basic knowledge on operating system virtualization cloud infrastructure you can leave this cloud infrastructure but at least you should have there is some basic knowledge and storage and networking this is a recommendation from the microsoft what i am showing the presentation is pre-requisite by microsoft to ask the candidate or the student must have a basic knowledge on these technologies so basic network knowledge is required and how the active directory works is required sorry excuse me so even though if you don't know so no matter but i'm here to help you to get into the decision in a basic level i'll try to explain you for to understanding and bring into the right path but as per the microsoft recommendation to learn this as 1.4 at least you should have the basic knowledge of networking operating system virtualization platform but what would be the role for after completion of this training you know the currently the every company are looking for cloud administrator but they were not getting the right persons to support because maximum people are moving to the cloud but someone must be there to support right but how they are shortlisting the candidate because some people every companies are asking for you should have the experience then only we will hire you but people ask now they have started to learning this azure or cloud administrator but you should showcase as i have a knowledge strong knowledge on this cloud and i can be able to manage if you get a chance that way you will be get ready to prepare yourself based on this training the training you will be going to complete and you will be completing for yourself at least two or three time lab then you will have the lot of confidence on that yes your profile and uh your skill and your confident make you to take a right path as become a cloud administrator this is all journey has to has to set up to target another next three month you can plan it today you have started your journey to learn the cloud administrator in microsoft azure this one month course is a 36 hours course you will be completing the course next one month will be prepare it it prepare means what you need to do the preparation lab completion any questions and any doubts are that you have to clarify yourself and reach out to us to get clarified any time because ultimately you you have decided i need to move into the cloud administrator with uh getting good package this is this is the right a time and you have started journey down the line the next three months this is june started july and august end our september first week you should get a two to two or three hour later in the cloud technologies this is overall target i was saying that is a set expectation uh if you go through this uh roadmap then i'm sure you will be the somewhere in a right technologies with a good package and right company so what would be the cloud administrator role and when you join the company based on your training completed when you have practiced everything when you're performing yourself right when you're performing yourself you should know that what is my role the role would be that you need to provide the service which is the cloud service the test span storage networking compute when we talk about compute is a virtual machine cloud capabilities with a deep understanding of each service across the full id cycle basically everyone know that is and when we talk about on-premises on-premises it means that is in data center physical data center where that is in configured everything with the high cost high manpower and why i'm moving to the cloud all you are going to understanding based on that you will be providing the service so your next role would be they take end user request because you need to explain to the customer explain to the benefit of cloud then give the service to the company to they will be ready to move into the cloud his entire infrastructure so you need to explain to the customer what is that cloud applications make recommendations on the service to use our optimal performance and scale as well as provision capacity monitor and adjust as appropriate this role requires communicating and coordinating with vendors you have to explain to the customer to the vendor why you need to come to the cloud sorry and what are the benefit you are getting and again cloud administrator user azure portal where we are going to talk about uh the portal you are going to use and uh you will be configuring all the services you will be going to use by using the powershell and other command line interface which is azure administrator some methods are directly using by using gui mode or portal you should be able to connect azure portal via powershell and a cli which is command line interface and you will be become a cloud administrator role or you will become a cloud administrator and you will be managing the role even after completion of the certification also you will be have a authorized person as i said so it based on your current experience it will help to manage your existing cloud administrator which is start with the role experience in operating system virtualization cloud infrastructure storage structure and networking so overall you will be the it support guy in a cloud rather on-premises administrator there is a certification point where uh this is journey actually when you talk about so microsoft has given the some certification roadmap if you are fresher right you are completely new to this environment on cloud so microsoft asked to go ahead for learn the a0900 sorry excuse me there is a fundamental is a 900 because it will give you that is in very basic and very very uh to the new to the cloud then he will explain you why you need to bring the cloud and how do you learn it so the certification name called as is 900 and little no some are one or two years of experience and i t system administrator or desktop support or network engineer or any of the developer software developer or storage administrator database administrator no matter which administrator you are but you can learn a cloud uh the next level of next step is a z104 which we are going to talk about which is azure administrator that's called as a az104 and the next certificate name called as a solution architect so once you get a job on the cloud and you are working on infrastructure after two or three years or you can say down the line five years you will become a solution architect so the road map is you need to reach to the architect level in a cloud also you can learn the parallel you can up-skill yourself there's automation particles powershell and you can learn from the devops so down the line another six year or seven years you are in a architect level and your package would reach minimum 25 to i would not say 25 you can say 20 to 25 within 10 years of experience it's a guaranteed so this is a journey and roadmap you want to plan for this way go ahead and get registered and learn it okay this is a is it not for certification area we are going to talk about these areas step by step and proper flow where you can say the first area is manage azure identities and governance in examination it will ask 15 to 20 percent of topics implement and manage storage it will ask you the 15 to 20 again deploy and manage as your computer resources again 20 to 25 this is a major topic both configuring configure and manage virtual network and azure compute resources it means the virtual machine virtual machine configuration all the more questions will ask these two areas 20 to 25 percent and 25 30 and monitor and backup resources 10 to 15 percent so overall ultimately the end result and the end of this training you should be able to understand that is in topic each area then you will be getting confident you can able to write exam and get certification global certification as well as you can crack the entry whatever they ask question during the interview you will have a confident to understand the question and you can able to answer most of the people are not able to understand the questions at all if the questions is not understood that they won't be able to answer it because they have a lot of confusion they make self-studied are maybe multiple articles referred but today and here in the training you will be getting for uh the clear and crisp understanding what topic we are going to talk about what is it and how do we configure and what benefit we are getting and every step by step you will be getting you will be learning from our end right and these are the outline of the course talk about there are 11 topics are there where out of these five areas so we will be distributed to the east topic administer identity governance and compliance these two comes under for azure active directory and azure resources you will be going to create a resource called uh storage networking virtual network these are all comes under foreign resources virtual networking connectivity traffic management storage virtual machine platform as services compute options and data protection and administrator monitoring around 11 topics are there you will be going to learn from the step by step each and areas right let's come back to here why i need to learn that is in you know before i'm moving to the cloud the traditional data center if you go and see you might see that is in traditional data center right the data center when i talk about example on premises data center what are those are here this is my data center here on-prem right here we have that is in server right maybe when i talk about servers right it's maybe windows server or linux server doesn't matter which servers are there right these are all servers are deployed in a particular location or data center and you can say networking it should be required find all devices where you say devices means what you know router switches cable all is connected physically in the data center and power you required for the region power support which is electricity right storage devices required find cooling right cooling devices these are all when you talk about in on premises so one of the company one of the production company has their i.t data center to manage they need a big space right they need a big space and physically they have to buy all the servers networking power support storage devices everything they had to purchase and implement manually physically right so ultimately if you see the how much effort is going to happening and how much cost is applying right and uh also there is a maintenance right what we are going to talk about here why i need to move into the cloud because we know that already in a on-premises environment what are the challenges we are facing here and how do we uh mitigate the challenges and what would be the solution so here is a solution so maintenance so maintenance is not so easy you have to have a resource to be higher data center should be persons required right maybe sometime there is a planned or maybe sometime is unplanned it's all together right so every day there's a you might have seen that is already if you're working on production environment and you might see there is an everyday p1 ticket p2 ticket right which is production impacted because of the power failure because of the server down because of the storage impacted because of electricity and unexpected power goes on power goes off so these are all because of this is a dependency services that may stop and your critical applications not working and impacted for all the users and production environment and these are all routine day-to-day it support day-to-day life right but uh how do we come out from this year so to come out the solution parties you have to move into that let me save this demo let me see this on prem then the solution is you have to move into the cloud so when i say that the end user here this end user want to without any purchasing the place without any investment you want to connect one of the server what he needs to be done right end user so he has internet right he has internet and now the microsoft is a vendor microsoft is a vendor he has built a data center across worldwide right across worldwide take example for this i'm going to take a few data center if you say a name called as a central india right central india the one more data center called as a central us right and one more you can say europe data center microsoft has built his data center across worldwide and i'm talking about one the few data center okay so now these are all data center connected each other which is internal the azure backbone network right azure backbone network these are all data center across worldwide the connected microsoft which is private backbone you can say this private network and same things it's the same ms private backbone cable which is private network right this is all connected but ultimately they have connected to the internet so these are all data centers connected to the internet so now the recommendation is why i need to move into the cloud the end user needed for he want to build some web server he want to build one web server he needed web server right so he don't know anything about i mean he don't want to invest anything so you want to fulfill his requirement right so he learned it the how the the cloud is provided what services provided he will go to the https portal.azure.com right he has all the information he can date and everything in place within a few minutes he will be get ready with what he is required web server and ultimately the whatever you are spending spending for the earlier challenges what is that cost effort maintenance right these are all you are going to fix in this place because ultimately how much time you don't want to purchase a place you want to purchase you don't want to purchase the hardware you don't want to purchase any of the licenses or operator system no microsoft is saying it tell me what you needed and i'm ready to help you and deliver it and you don't invest unnecessarily because of the less time or because of the less requirement and you give me that is in the cost you give me the decent price pay as you go the model so how much resource you are utilizing everything i am ready to provide you for whatever you need it you need a service you need applications you need a software tell me what you needed everything is available so you can take it use it with your base on the subscription and pay me how much you use it so is one of the leading cloud service provider from the microsoft also maximum requirement is there maximum vacancies are there in microsoft because of this you have to learn azure comparatively other cloud there are other leading clouds are there aws will be there also gcp will be there since you already working as a system administrator is a microsoft server support administrator or desktop support administrator i would recommend go with azure because based on the current experience you can add on that you can learn easily understand the topic easily then you will be continue with the same experience what you had and you will be continuing with the same experience and connect with that current experience and upcoming experience so when you go to the portal when you're logged into the portal right this is a url portal.user portal.azure.com

and when login to the one of the user you have to register if people are new to this uh they how to get registered with the free account what do you say 30 days free account will be available just uh if everyone are new to or some people are already registered then it would it would help you to you how to get registered which is azure account creation you can go there free account and you will be giving for 30 days uh you can say 28 days for the free account just 10 around 200 uh promo value he will provide you and limited access will be providing by microsoft it is just for the look and feel you can you can see the trial and error what how it looks is that the benefit is giving me or not so you will have the 30 days to use it in addition of a free services right along with the usd 200 so you must require the one credit card to register and one email account is required so that's all you will be getting for your account will be activated for the 12 month your account will be activated for the 12 month and 28 days you will have free services of azure services if you say the start free here so this is a mainly pay only for water use later after 30 days you want you can try for the 30 days what kind of services you needed what kind of requirement you needed you learn from the end user point of view our single user point of view then when you're going to support it will be corporate rpp production environment you will have that is in pay as you go method then you can utilize 200 credit only pay for you what to use and beyond that free accounts of services then you have to convert as a pay as you go there's no free r free to maintain your azure free account do not offend commitment and cancel any time right so this is all facilities providing by microsoft it is just it is nothing new to the environment right you don't you are not we are not learning the new tool right we are already as generic if you talk about in a transport point of view instead of buying a car right you want to when you buy a car you have to invest lags together and once you buy a car you need to have some parking place some monthly maintenance and manpower required drivers and all and ultimately the cost is high effort is more and later if you're not utilizing the more that car what you buy there is no point to buying that right instead of that you just go a book a uber or ola car and travel it you can pay how much utilize it that's all you don't have any maintenance activity you don't have any fuel filling up and you don't want to any investment on that the same service is providing by microsoft he's saying that is in you don't go and investment your own money to purchase the place and invest the purchase the hard ways and softwares and all don't worry here is it microsoft is providing all the services when you go to this portal when you logged in you can see there is a services are not resources just you go to the services here all services they have categorized all the services the categories they have all the services one is the general there are 18 services are there and compute which is a virtual machines topic virtual machines related there are 28 services are added and microsoft is keep keep adding the enhanced feature on the respective area and they keep adding for these services that is what they have categorized separate areas one is the generic which is general second one is a compute there are 28 today you are looking 28 and the next another one or two month you might see that in the number might increase because some some of the features has been added and you can utilize it and networking again ultimately whatever in on premises we are using and all are bringing to the all are we are bringing to the cloud so whatever we are having the challenges in the cloud sorry in on premises we all all are in servers networking power everything is in in one central location which is portal.azure.com you can access it and you can build it what you need it and access it and whenever you want access you can power on otherwise you can delete it so no matter how you want ultimately how much you used you can pay it and you don't want you can remove it you can see the storage there are 15 services web there are 16 services mobile there are three services container there are seven services databases 21. so ultimately in a on-premises environment you need all we are already know that these are all services we are using already analytics we are using artificial intelligence and machine learning we are using there are 26 are there internet of things iot we are using mixed reality integration identity which is azure active territory right how many are there 23 services are there security there are 23s are there devops there are eight are there migrations you want to migrate from the on premises to azure azure to other cloud all the facilities is provided by microsoft what else you don't need right everything is available monitor management and governance hybrid cloud see the intune the recently they are developing mobile devices right as of now there are two services so the eyes of another four services are there so it might increase it's a mobile technologies keep keep growing you very very soon you will see there isn't more services in intune right all are in central location microsoft developed all the services what we needed in day-to-day life right see these are our services whatever they have enhanced future increasing excuse me implementing they will be fall under particular areas and they'll be add on that services so when you want to create any of the virtual machine so go to the one of the virtual machine you build the virtual machine quickly create a virtual machine so easy right you can just when you're familiar with all our gui method no any complicated right but ultimately you should understand what is the training of this you should understand some terminology where to go how to configure all are you are going to understand what you mean by subscription what whatever resource group right what you mean by egn all are you are going to learn in this training because ultimately there is already available we want to learn each and every steps when we want to build the machine we need to understand what you mean by subscription what purpose it is it what is the meaning of the subscription if the subscription is not available can i uh can i conf can i create a virtual machine or not what do you mean by resource group what purpose you are going to create all or you are going to learn is a part of training right let me quickly create for uh one resource group for you right this is say demo i'm going to creating and virtual machine demo vm and as i said the data center is created by microsoft across multiple location which is central u.s i'm going to take one of the central u.s my machine is going to build in a central us i don't want any availability we'll talk about later for that let's build it to the no info infrastructure required and i'm going to take the operating system which i needed 2016 right where you can see that operating system server we have it already in a data center right servers either windows or linux i'm going to build in cloud one of the data center in central us i'm taking the windows server 2016 right with this configuration to cpu and 4gb memory i'll give the user name called neil and my password right keep the by default everything don't worry i'll explain later for this just you simply see that is you need a disk networking management everything is a predefined microsoft so uh what you call all aspect that thought and they created and giving us is a ready-made food for us to go ahead and do it see the ultimate the cost of this three point five nine one five nine five one rupees in indian rupees it's a per hour three rupees forever three rupees you are going to pay it's so flexible right you use one hour this machine and you pay him only 3.5 rupees

right that's fine right if you want to purchase this machine with this took this configuration of the two cpu and 4gb memory uh so it is a huge chord rise cost right at least you want to spend some at least 20 to 25 000 rupees minimum i'm talking about so some small requirement you want to build something your requirement you don't go you don't don't put more invest right so here it is a few minutes your machine will be get ready and you will be get connecting this machine and you can do whatever you want it will take maximum two or three minutes to build your machine right it's under deployment in in progress now so once it's process is completed it will tell you the reason yes your machine is ready go and use it now you can connect the machine i have that rdp is installed here i'll connect this machine right let's say get a group i can say demo here i'll going to connect the server with the public iprc your motion is ready go to resource the machine name is demo vm take the public ip address copy add server paste your public ap address give the name called demo vm say add and just connect it see you are here just another next three to four minute you will you have connected the machines and it's get ready and do whatever you want how much you want to use how much time you want to spend do it so instead of but instead of purchasing the hardware instead of the purchasing the place not required right how much time you're spending how much cost you are saving how much effort you are saving right this is a all about benefit you are getting for because of the cloud so ultimately you will be you will be getting the benefit from the microsoft benefits are you can say of cloud which is you can say specifically azure which we are mentioning number one is you can say pay as you go subscription number two scalable right number three elasticity so more flexible right in front of you only i have did it everything in a few minutes i have built a server right and secure the most important to secure and file it's a you can say reliable not in that much of expensive right you can connect for the cross worldwide wherever your place are there it's not like okay this place is not available you can say global and the most important cost okay cost so these are all benefit you are getting right why i need to choose cloud why i need to learn cloud because the every companies are moving to their infrastructure and you can just you don't want go back to the what you have created the resource group right go to the resource group here and i just created one resource group called a demo and you can directly go and delete it we don't need copy delete resource group and it's going to delete it we will talk about when we start the batch all networking part whatever the topics are there right which we have explained which we have covered in a in a couple of minutes back you are going to learn all the configurations part nothing else different something we are not developing anything newly just only we need to learn that where to go how to configure okay when you talk about the storage part how do i configure storage part how do i create a vm and uh how do i manage my virtual network everything step by step with a clear understanding we will be going to learn and uh ultimately you should feel yes i have learned it and because of this i will be somewhere and you should crack the interview and you should get a job this is the overall benefit and you will be getting with a very less time and less free structure and you can go ahead and decide yourself that's all from my end over to you if you have any question please raise your hand happy to answer i'll make it one by one yes nami go ahead and speak hi neil thanks a lot for the presentation thank you i have a few very basic i guess go ahead go ahead are you covering the bicep part of it for infrastructure allocation rather than the gui browsing part because goes will keep changing based on their you know how they are exposing these rest apis from their infrastructure correct and then secondly predominantly their infrastructure is actually running on kubernetes and they're exposing it via a gui in front of us and they are asking us to get used to these uis but in inside what we usually have is there should be some registry for all these images which we are building and hardening these images and then we are exposing these via helm charts you know we should also have those helm chats ready usually in production environments we operate like that right there will be objects which we pass through the values references you should also have some exposure towards golang right golang is where we modify these true values programmatically right yeah why we should be able to take care of all these so does does microsoft as a service provider do they provide their sdks and clis and relevant documentation for us to go through and allocate these infrastructures on the fly for cloud bursting at least because what happens is currently all the organizations have already invested their infrastructure and nowadays they are utilizing these cloud providers only for cloud bursting purposes cloud bursting only when there is a demand during the peak time correct because now when they go to cloud when they migrated what happens to their existing purchase which is already done the capital investment you don't want to just base that right through using it to their full potential and after they are saturating it that's when they are going for cloud bursting that's it that it correct agreed agreed yeah so only for cloud bursting purposes we would like to actually automate the whole pipeline either through terraform which is a cloud agnostic solution or at least through biceps you know the sdk if we are more if our leadership decides to go ahead with just the azure as a cloud provider if we have those pipelines ready in their documentation we could leverage that and we could trigger our pipelines when there's a demand coming later on as and when our infrastructure becomes old and when we have to do hardware refresh then yes we will go ahead and we leverage azure or azure yeah to their full potential because we don't have to refresh our cycle so they have to wait for at least three hours three years to do our refresh cycle right yes yes we cannot right now right we have to wait for every reference cycle to happen right exactly exactly because whatever the capital we have invested right that has to be taken care of because we don't we would want to see roi for that maybe maybe we could use this training as a platform to get ready before the refresh cycle completes and that's one possibility yes yes correct so again uh this station what training we are talking about is that one not 104 as i said uh we don't talk about all what we discussed right for api and uh some uh the cloud bursting right so that is a different actually all together which is using for the automation technology terminology called terraform and all but yes that is uh actual requirement when we go to the uh infrastructure level where uh which is not using much because people are are in hybrid model right they were using for you know on premises as well as in some partial devices are in cloud so such scenario this this will not be a work but yeah ultimately i agree with you couple of areas has to be leveraged and it's make automate uh to uh to get rid of the capital amount what we have invested already so that is again yeah yeah yes yes yeah and also one more thing why organizations nowadays are preferring cloud agnostic solutions like terraform is because they would like to see who is providing the best price for example azure provides at a low cost or if aws provides at a lower cost or gcp or alibaba or ibm there are so many clouds yeah so whichever cloud provider is providing at a lower cost we would want our terraform pipeline to go ahead and do the cloud busting for that particular session and in future if any other cloud provider who wants to compete and match with that lower price if they are providing at a better price we will go ahead and trigger their buy trigger their paypal yeah all together business and we have to the ultimate is the cost comes under here so service we are providing we have to align with the same obviously when we are taking the product any of the product we should think about that cost right the same quality we are providing and why should i pay more money to other service yeah similarly like you have explained 3.5 rupees per hour that's yours offering right yeah like if we go to aws they might provide at a much more cheaper price you don't know moment i don't want them it will be a little high actually in aws and gcp yeah if it is atp or if it is you know it could be alibaba it could be ibm it could be any other provider we have to just look at the configuration anyways we can define configuration in our pipeline itself in the provider modules you know and we can also initialize our terraform environment variables accordingly based on their cli definitions so that always all of that it can be done but leadership decisions are usually boiling down to the cost agreed this is this is every organization has a challenge and even i was in the part of discussion uh in a current organization still isn't under discussion only yeah so now they say 3.5 rupees per hour after we invest all of our infrastructure suddenly they spike up to 12 rupees we have no go we couldn't go anywhere else right true true this is you know two years back i think three year back geo network has bought into that market right now it's at a cheaper product and now we cannot go out that is called vendor lock-in we don't want that lock-in to happen so actually in this technology right and i mean yeah you brought into the right topic actually and uh very interest i don't know the others uh for they are getting or not yeah this is another i would say hidden business point of view naveen so obviously people also you know right business has to do the business so 3.5 rupees is nothing for when you talk

about individual machine when you talk about an infrastructure level it's different when you are already in a log to the one of the infrastructure then because of the small amount you cannot go back so you have to have a long long situation yeah exactly that is the reason we can't move back so yeah that's all strategic decisions along with resilience on our infrastructure part suddenly we see a spike in diwali season for example a retail business owner is doing it and suddenly he sees okay some other club provider alibaba is providing it is much cheaper cost and we don't require such a high costing model at the moment we can do a lot of margin optimization at our bottom left and on the top line we can provide our services to more customers across india and we can do more margin because that comes in only as a one season model as a seasonality salesperson true agreed event it's all together business right again when we see that infrastructure level we will not be moving immediate because of the cost which is their spikes is different but it is huge again last for us you know that when i've taken the loan from the one bank and they were calling me that is when we are giving the compare to the lesser then that maintenance and again transfer speeds and everything is applicable customer only exactly so so these are all there but we have to think about initial only with agreement all with vendors so so that is the reason uh most of the organization nowadays are looking at technologies which are common across all providers true okay say for example kubernetes yeah kubernetes is getting offered as aks eks gke right from all the providers most of the problems correct correct so they are building pipelines on terraform with provided customized yeah and gke all three in the same you know just modifying through the environment variable and whoever is providing at a much cheaper cost they are triggering their pipeline straight away correct agreed also they are building their own architecture they are increasing their replica accounts in the communities objects and they are doing rollback horizontal pod auto scaler vertical pod auto scaler they will increase only based on the need they will control their increased traffic egress traffic they're doing all sorts of configuration in the helm charts itself by passing in values and they are building environments on the go yes yes yes yeah there is console right console is one of the tool in uh kubernetes which is doing neutralization between two data sensors one could be the case another could be in aws for resilience purposes correct correct so all of these have to be considered and that's the reason i was thinking does at least you know does azure provide their own sdks so that we will have flexibility to trigger their pipeline only when there is in it because if we go through goi once we do a gui suddenly the price reduces and we have to again delegate everything again we have to redo it there is a lot of human effort which goes into keyword that will be there then i mean i'm working in this uh microsoft from last 12 years microsoft server was signed all right he will not have that much of flexibility you know the talent server because he's reducing that flexibility he's asking the users to do it because eventually you will go back and you tell your leadership no we cannot do it on the fly because we have done it all the way all the effort has come in so you are actually creating an underlocking situation because of difficulty loss yes yes but you are forced to tell your leadership team it will take at least two to three days to delegate everything and allocate something else on other infrastructure and leadership team will not have tech skills to go ahead and do it talk to that people and yeah because if you see if you ask me right if you see that is in on-premises server patching activity you know correct every month it is people all our support team and everything is fed up with this patching process every month they will release the patches right critical patches and security patches you have to do all religion and rid of that all this manual effort right why you need to spend a lot of time and more impacted one or two server products server may goes down so these are all strategic sir and they will be keep releasing the operating system you observed in a client operating system as well as a server operating system so every four years they'll keep releasing and you have to keep upgrading keep migrating under all resources how much time you're spending these are all will be there i mean we know but customers should think about all the aspect and leadership should come out from this kind of anywhere even i was thinking the same group policies are there right group policies or register settings are there they are all manual effort when we want to fix the issues but can't help because already infrastructure is a huge complicated environment has been created and we cannot come out from the uh in one night right correct correct that is the reason image registries are made available in the cloud once we do image hardening for one os image we will just upload it and we will do packer building right vagrant is also a tool so we will do engineering by adding layers of this different installation and we'll build again another image on top of it and we can make it available through an environment variable to a helm chart i'll help that we will just you know keep ctl apply once again and it'll pick the latest image and it'll go ahead and apply quickly on all the boxes right all the parts correct correct yeah i agree with all that flexibility is there in kubernetes but it is in an audio it will not that much still it is in under innovation and uh you can show a nice feature there will be but i'm not sure exactly what they were doing in the background since we are in infrared support uh yeah uh need to look into that navy yeah so i was just looking at all this because my leadership team is very serious they want all these people they are saying clearly we don't want vendor lock-in bring in all sorts of flexibility what azure is providing what aws is providing what gk they are also even ready to go ahead to you know any other add-on cloud providers like linord you know there is another very difficult i'll tell you this is not going to because you know already is ultimately if you come out this kind of scenario right they will be in uh in different positions and it is it can't make can't make a business it will be there somewhere will be there because across worldwide you know that microsoft has already acquired 70 to 60 to 70 percent market rate so if they bring into this situation immediately it will be a different way it will be going to turn up but it is doing good in fact yes exactly that is what they're very uh less time they they competing to them bigger and higher technology provider called microsoft it's not easy to compare to the microsoft right correct they are also providing their own versions like acs and yeah yeah yeah so they have many more sources if you want more control they are ready to give more control also and if they want to abstract they are giving abstracted services also yes yes a great level all sorts of flexibility i mean mostly the crowd is attracted towards all the ready-made services like how you have explained just now right very beautiful very easy very simple to use a lot of goodness you know hidden secrets underneath it business point of view yeah they will be there for all hidden but when learning point of your supportive point of view as we are in the front lines property we need to learn this what i explained so now we don't mind uh can i q uh that just this uh we'll connect with later uh for the all discussion sure let's see that thank you so much for the bringing this all points and we will connect it sure sure yeah uh yeah go ahead paul if you have any question and yeah wait for paul you can unmute yourself and speak thank you um it sounds like naveen is a way farther than a somebody who needs 104 so i'm not surprised i'm very surprised why even he's in this class i mean i understand your expertise naveen your kubernetes and everything but you know most of us here are still at the basic level when you say kubernetes a lot of people may don't even know what that is uh a container so all the other jergens that you just spoke so i'm not sure if that's any useful to rest of us especially it was not useful to me anyway um and i thought this was to be an hour-long session so i i i'm not sure are you going to be respectful of everybody's time during that class or is it going to be going on an entourage ramble like this so if that's the case maybe i need to reconsider but my question is what are you going to be your training schedule and how long is that training will last and i'll go on the mute and listen thank you yeah and uh yeah so basically uh thank you so much paul you have concern right but yeah there was never had uh rise this point for some challenges as a business point of view and uh and infrastructure point of view so yeah a little went for the longer period discussion sorry about this that's fine uh yeah now we will talk about later for this all and yeah this course is uh 36 hours total uh which we are talking about and is a duration uh the the class is going to do that is weekend batch only weekend which is saturday sunday right and the timing would be uh we need to decide based on the student registration done so as of now available in the evening time in indian time evening ist time so amit is a point of contact please contact him uh for the time detail so let me give his number so for the more details he will help you too for scheduling the time and all but but as of now i will be available for this evening time so please contact this guy nine one nine five four zero six six two eight zero six amit you're there in the call is the correct number i am giving nine five four zero double six two eight zero six right please contact this guy for he will help you for the timing guys okay thank you paul i hope answer your question okay go ahead speak yourself and meet yourself and speak hello good morning good morning good morning in here is good morning basically i miss a lot of part i only i was able to join only last five or ten minutes okay no worries i have a record registration don't worry i will share this record it and you can go through this and you will be getting the more details i have recorded this session okay so i have just uh one question regarding uh when i saw the screen it says uh azure administration as your admin on on-prem data center correct so this is only will be on-prem but not something called as your cloud administrator no here you want to see the screen right this is what we you can see i have given the example uh which is on-prem data center where we are supporting currently and lot of challenges are there uh for the effort cost maintenance every day you will have the uh fed up with supporting with on premises right where you have invested a lot of money and physically connected to the all the devices but how do we come out from here so the solution is azure where i was talking about this infrastructure the microsoft has provided the across worldwide data center instead of you doing or instead of you investing microsoft is already invested in across worldwide i have taken the three data center which is central india central u.s and europe and all the resources are already available which they have connected with the microsoft private backbone which is private network connected to internet and the end user if you want to build the web server and you don't want to invest any single rupees right use the portal.azure.com connect one of the region wherever you want and build the machine right you are going to reduce all this so that whatever challenges you you are highlighted in on premises you have fixed the cost to fix the effort and maintenance with the pay as you go with the lesser cost right and we have built the machine in a two minute within two minutes this is a demo vm build and i have already deleted this after build and we are connected this is what we have discussed nahar oh thank you so uh the job title will be uh as your cloud admin yes cloud admin cloud admin in azure right and i think you said uh you mentioned that even though i will watch the video uh over again but i'm just asking for my from my curiosity go ahead um so this will be 36 hours course and then uh your team will help us to build our resume right yep we will be helping you interpret interview preparation interview preparation helping for profile updating right so maxim people are they i know you know that people are completing the training but they're not very serious to go hit the uh to upskill this they're upskilling but they are not serious in uh moving towards the what they want to become so here we are supporting them they should target three month first month they will be completed training practice it and get confident on the topics then start preparing interview and updating a profile then upload your profile you know already there is a job portal right upload your profile to job portal then you will get a call though you must have getting a call from hr or recruiter consultancy then they will ask question so your profile has been shortlisted and we are looking this job are you interested to yes you are you should answer say interested and how good you are in azure you already knows preparation done training then you can say yes i am very good in azure which i gone through the training i am certified and out of 10 if they ask other question out of 10 how much you rate yourself confidently say i can get i can give the 9 out of 10. give the rating not a problem but when i ask question interview do you know how the networking works in azure yes do you know how the storage works in azure how to configuration yes do you know how to configuring vm right how to take a backup out of the azure ad all are you are going to learn now whatever the entry questions ask you will be able to answer confidently right and ultimately the goal is you should get a job with a good package these are all we are here to support because of this this requirement only we are here to provide a training just not for the only presentation or something going through right that limitless ultimately you should feel yeah this i have spend money and i spend the time and learn it then i got a benefit and you should not feel the later yeah whatever i spend money it is a waste of time and waste of money it is no no point going for this training should not feel like that oh perfect so how much um for the training course you're asking fees yeah pointed this guy he will help you amit yep okay uh i have another question go ahead so it will be this was 36 hours which you already told that one month course so so the time uh maybe we it depends person to person it varies person to person i may take two months someone may take like half 15 days on even not any extra hour because they're very expert or they already know or something and so so my case is i have to um you know practice after one month courses because i'm a working lady and and a full-time mother so i need more time to learn it so in that case if i have any trouble like let's say i have roadblock while i practice on it so in that case who will help me how will i get the help if i have an error good question so basically every session we are recording right we're recording so as you said some person to person very agreed with that some person may learn from the basic background of some technologies he might learn for the reason 15 hours 20 hours doesn't matter how much it is but the goal is to the end of result everyone should be equal but people are first time and they're going to going through they might not understand basically during the class they might understand 10 to 15 percent and some people might hesitate to ask the question over the crowd and did not clarify over the during the class but ultimately they should learn they should put some effort but the recording it will help them to watch uh again and again and do the lab once again if ultimately they do the follow the lap step by step i'm sure they will get some error right and contact with us we will help to the supporting second time try to do lab without help right without help and go google and find it somewhere you got it and third time you will be going to do the lab with the confidently right so that is what you are learning here it will not be uh getting our understanding the one shot or one minute or one class so these are all effort we have to put so here the class is to understanding or showing the roadmap right showing the roadmap once we reach that place you cannot ask me shall i go right or left that is your decision think about where you want to go then your thought to work there and decide and move forward so i just said the recording is there notes is there right in three preparations we are providing and profile updating we're helping all our with uh what needed for the job selection our job uh getting the job we are here to help if any is technically required help always reach out to whatsapp i am here to support there's no time limitation there's no restriction because ultimately you are my student and you should feel everyone not only anara so you should feel that yay i gone through this training from here and yes because of this i am here you should proud and we should also provide yes many students are learn from our end that they are in some good position so ultimately the requirement and request is should read understand practice again practice again practice these are all roadmap that's all success you should get a job at least two or three hours later and you should call me neil i got a two offer tell me which company i need to select right nara i hope you got to my my answer is that underst understood yes nara i think you okay let me unmute yourself oh yeah the way you said uh it gives me con
