serious this victim here is from east germany and he's obviously very easy to manipulate he already purchased google play and steam gift cards that are worth like 2 000 euros yeah he was so confused and probably didn't even know what the course were meant for we did call him and explain him what's going on but he simply wouldn't believe us here somehow charm convince him to believe everything he does is legit by using the trust sentences as we like to call them when we say trust sentences we mean sentences that would convince the other person of you being a good human being for example if i really wanted your money i would have just taken it because i can i'm from microsoft it took a while for him to understand why they would use gift cards and all that but there was one argument that we couldn't really say anything against he has already purchased the gift cards and gave every code of them to charm so it looked like there was nothing that could have prevented essa's techno from getting 2 000 euros from this old man right so let's say hypothetically in the middle of the night charm came back online and transferred the gift cards over to his pc and let's say hypothetically we copied them to google play cards worth of 400 euros and reported these to google we should give a shout out to the google play support because it actually took them five minutes to act on this which is especially in the situation we are in right now very good and let's say hypothetically that we took steam cards worth of 400 euros again and took the money theoretically now that 800 euros of gift cards are missing what is charm going to think about that this poor poor guy [Music] orange maybe this team wallet core you ever entered has already been previously redeemed on your account seeing a scammed in the first place but in order to turn the revenue into real money it would take us some days and we needed some of his information to send him the money back so we needed to call him once again but he didn't pick up anymore at all we tried days and weeks we would leave him voicemails but just nothing happened we we do have some theories regarding this unless something happened to him he probably finally realized that it was a scam and he doesn't pick up the phone to strangers maybe we were suspicious to him as well maybe he thought that we are a part of the scam but whatever it is we hope that he is fine we donated the money to charity [Music] oh [Music] so here's here's the fun part because we were in home office the call center would kind of become a daily sub for us it was quite funny but we didn't understand anything since they were talking in hindi and this is exactly where our friend the german knight of knee comes in this legend actually took the time to translate bobartic.tel it is absolutely free and you can even dial tote numbers by using calling credits and these calling credits you can get by dialing toll-free numbers for a long time maybe you already know where this is going now we had control over a scammer's toll-free number with which users from bob rtc could earn their calling credits from some of them would be on hold with us for like hours while some users earned credits we use their second line to call some other numbers welcome guys to the hottest most erotic stories request three stroke my big block for you i share my little wife and we would do that a few times of course our actions didn't remain unseen by them at some day in april when we were working on something charm called their own number to find out what's going on and and we took the call hello hello stop calling me please tell me how can you use my number i don't want to talk about space ghost no tell me from where you are getting this number how you can use this extension on your xlite or any software from where you are getting this password and all this can you please tell me and who are you save it after that incident we decided to leave their phone system alone for a bit we just waited a few months and then we just did the same steps as before it was a lot of fun and we were already waiting for them to call again and ask him how the frick were able to
