foreign everybody and um here I am doing my next  live stream can I just say first of all um because   we still have this vexed question of what's  happening to the videos the follow-up videos   um I've been having various discussions um it  does look as if the problems are the ability   of the platform to absorb these very long videos  that I do so I'm trying to find a way uh that I'm   working in fact on a way to answer questions in  a somewhat more shortened format and I think you   should be seeing the results of that shortly  that's just to say that you know this isn't   something that's gone away although I'm forgetting  about it's uh something that I will be working on   and in fact working on all the time so let's  press forward because obviously we've only got   90 minutes down it's 1200 it's good to see you how  am I um I am well I call it cold but it's only a   mild cold cold this time nothing else in London in  England Coles I'm afraid I'll come in the Autumn   is it just me or is Rishi sunak brain farting on  his China as the new enemy that's my I like the   expression speech when trade with China is one of  the few things the U.S UK has going for it at the   moment I think brain farting is a wonderful  way of describing it I was an extraordinary   speech by the way very typical of Richie sunac  in that it appears to say one thing and then   it actually says something slightly different  you have to pass it very carefully he clearly   understands the importance of maintaining  trade relations with China at the same time   he also understands that the political imperative  at the moment is to be as tough with China and   Russia by the way as possible so he makes these  various convents which he thinks will buy him   political space and in fact what they actually  will do is they will box him in it's going to be   much more difficult as this pressure to harden  the stones on China continues to actually do   otherwise so brain farting it describes it  very well so um let's continue bullockov these   expressions of incredulity coming from Europe  regarding the war profiteering being conducted   by the United States is truly laughable who  exactly do they think it was that they were   getting into bed with I'm not going to add any  comments to that and we'll look off you put it   beautifully I think you've got it exactly right  zarielle good to have you back Saturday are the   new local administrations in Taiwan likely  to affect the political landscape around the   South China Sea and how influential were outside  forces as opposed to internal forces in bringing   about this change in other words to the Taiwanese  people regard their potential liberators as the   greatest threat or was the change brought about  solely by domestic issues I do not believe that   it was brought about solely by domestic issues  in a situation where you're living in a country   which is at the heart of a massive geopolitical  crisis to the point where the Chinese military   was actually rehearsing a blockade of Taiwan  obviously geopolitics foreign policy had a   decisive impact as to the way people voted what  difference will it make though I don't think it's   going to make any difference if by difference  you mean creating a move for an improvement   of relations between the West between China and  Taiwan and a distancing of Taiwan from the West   on the contrary my own feeling is that very much  like zelenski's victory in the 2019 elections   in Ukraine when he won overwhelmingly on a peace  platform what these elections will do is that they   will harden The Stance of the hardliners in Taiwan  and in Washington even more and unfortunately we   could easily see how they will accelerate the  crisis in Taiwan which undoubtedly is coming um um and Ross imperialists continuing for another  published follow-up videos on my point about mad   being the most Humane and life-saving concept of  the 20th century it was actually a loose quote   from Mikhail leontiev rosneff's spokesman and  the meaning was that the concepts say millions   of lives in my opinion under impartial logic  Soviet intelligence and scientists that managed to   produce the device to counterbalance American ones  should have gotten the Nobel Peace Prize well I'm   not going to disagree with that my own personal  view I've discussed it I think in a recent program   uh might have been the one no it wasn't I  can't I did discuss it in a recent program   what the cold war did by establishing a balance  between those two great superpowers was it it   actually created a system a structure which  established a kind of stability over the world   now we didn't appreciate that at the time  but I do remember the climate the political   and international climate on the second  half of the Cold War the 60s the 70s the   80s and yes there were ups and downs  and problems in relations but overall   it was more stable more peaceful and people felt  more secure much more secure than they do today   and Ross imperialist goes on to say no weapon can  be strictly speaking called Humane weapons of mass   destruction least of all that the creation of the  situation where no sign is using said weapon can   be and mad was and still to some extent is just  that a situation of balance well there you go   preventing not only the usage of nuclear weapons  but also major conventional confrontations between   the adversaries yes and Zara says welcome to the  code club and the live stream with Gonzalo was   fantastic well thank you very much and thank  you by the way for being a moderator on that   uh um and uh near the fusion you're very  welcome and thank you for your kind words   sad state is the use SG behind media calls  to free Assange the USD US government I wonder um I don't know   um all I will say is and I I um so angry about  the Assange Affair angry with my own country   with Britain for the way that's been managed  I'm angry with the British government angry   with the political class with a labor party  and of course with the British court system   um all I will say is if the US government were  to make that decision uh well I would be relieved   for Julian assange's sake but I'm not putting  any money on it I don't expect it I I suspect   this was just virtue signaling from some of the  media the merry Democrat as Ethiopia is in the   headlines after the truesome to gray I would like  to expand on the name being seminal for Africa   the name has to do with the myth of feather who  asked Elios to let him steal the Chariot which   pulls up the Sun every day as uh um goodness I've  just moved forward suddenly sorry as as Helios had   foreseen faithon failed and failed fell on the  earth Africa that is this explains my watch of   Africa is Desert and why its inhabitants are  colored well that's the Greek mythological   explanation Ethiopia comes in the two Greek words  Ethel and Ops and then literally means bird face   I didn't know that well thank you for that um  very Democrat you are always as a sort of fun of   knowledge about these things that one I did not  know of course the story of faith on trying to   drive the son's Chariot is one of the most famous  stories in Greek mythology teach at 1200 in your   serial analysis you excluded that the US in Syria  still wants control of Syrian oh oil fields and so   removing itself or letting turkey exercise control  will be resisted so I'll say you no I I agree with   that I mean we couldn't cover every angle it's  impossible in videos but actually I agree I think   the Americans will not want to lose control  of serious oil not because it's important as   oil that of course some people benefit from them  but because from from those old Wells but because   of the leverage it gives the United States towards  Syria and in the Middle East January so they will   cling on to those oil wells for as long as they  can and they will resist any and every attempt   by the Turks by the syrians by whomever to try  to take them from from them very to neuter so   it looks like the seizure of the farmer's land  on Holland is going to go ahead absolutely the   reasons for this seem very Sinister but could  it be replicated in other countries yes it's the   short answer um of course it's very Sinister but  we are seeing Sinister things happen all the time   and every day I mean look at what's happening  now with um the way in which the European   commission wants to seize Russian assets and  he's talking about setting up a war crimes Court   in order to somehow justify doing so in early in  legal terms let me reiterate again if the what   I've said on other occasions if the European  commission if European governments start   making laws which have a retrospective effect  they allow the possession of assets which have   been already seized then that is not law making  that is plunder and what we see in Holland well   it's in the Netherlands it's different  but not that different in my opinion and   the legal Machinery to do this exists in many  countries in Britain we already have compulsory   purchase for example now it's supposed to  be subject to Administration by the courts   but who trusts the courts anymore so yes it  is Sinister and it can be replicated in other   countries Irish parties aren't great to have  you here danics 1200 what do I think if the   German deal with Qatar for supplying LNG to uh at  Germany for 14 years beginning in 2024 isn't it   too little too late well of course it is yes and  in fact I was reading a fascinating piece in the   financial times of all places when it turns out  that 17 of the LNG that Europe has been importing   is coming from Russia so I wonder is how that's  going to work out and apparently they still plan   to import LNG from Russia irrespective of what  happens Russ imperialist and Irish partisan   are agreeing that things are calm in their  capitals Minsk the cap places where they live   Minsk and Moscow and absolutely I spoke to someone  recently who was in Saint Petersburg um a Russian   acquaintance that he told me the same was the  case there and Carol seven very great to have you   um now here we go merry Democrat I have noticed  that also the Duran fought of the fallacy the   technology equals chip manufacturing that is  obviously wrong and even the claim that modern   technology is impossible the seven Micron  ships was equally ludicrous I would like to   reiterate that since 2006 to chip technology is  essentially stagnant the bulk of all chips uses   use lithography lithography processes larger than  130 microns and all processes below 28 microns are   ineffective now that's very useful and remarkably  coincidental that you said that to me very   Democrat because I have had an extraordinarily  interesting email very very long and very detailed   from an individual I'm not going to name this  person or identify him in any way but somebody who   is directly involved in the technology a scientist  in front and he made exactly the same points that   you have done correcting me by the way about this  in exactly the same way and he um basically said   that in terms of military Technologies chips um  that the the most advanced ships that you need   need only be 60 microns and the Russians have been  making those for quite a long time and in fact   he went exactly the same point that you did that  um um going below um a certain level 28 microns   well he said set anything under 7 microns it's  just marketing that was according to him and 28   microns is about as advanced as you need for  pretty much all applications and he also said   exactly the same point that you made that the  technology really is quite stagnant so it's a   very very interesting article by the way uh that  a rather email that he sent me and I'm afraid it   confirms very much you said now he was talking  very much about Russian production of microchips   and things and it was very very interesting what  he said and he basically confirmed your belief in   mind that the Russians are self-sufficient  to all intents and purposes in this area   and he said also something which I haven't fully  understood but which I'm you'll be explaining to   me in more detail that the Russians have a lead in  something called low-level programming over other   a technological powers and low-level programming  is extremely important for the uh it is in fact in   some ways more important than the power  of the microchips themselves and that   um what has happened in the west is that  because people have had access to hyper and   microchips they have been neglecting low-level  programming which would be in some respects more   um technologically useful anyway I I'm summing  up his this email I just wanted to say it it   conforms very much with what you said and Mary  Mary Democrat goes on to say as it's typical of   defense and Aerospace products a high reliability  availability and resilience against electronic   counter measures can only be attained by proven  old lithography processes therefore all this   talk about tsmc and their chip manufacturing is a  psychological warfare narrative wow okay thank you   down it's 12. you're at time on Election analysis  seem isolated to two major facts one nearly every   Chinese family in Taiwan has either a relative  or a family member working on the mainland and   two China's China is taiwan's number one trading  partner how say you I don't disagree I accept both   points entirely I didn't know the first but  you know I don't dispute them at all it makes   complete logical sense all I would say about  that is that again we weren't looking at the   causes of the vote so much as the geopolitical  circumstances around it and um another point   that we made is that the media focusing on these  scattered minor protests in China and is regarding   these local election results in Taiwan looks to  me to be straightforward about it and exercise   in misdirection very Democrat more about chips  chips don't win Wars it's good or or of it's good   old physical brutality delivered by explosives and  bullets the U.S idea of alleged Force multipliers   is all but a selling point and be aware that The  Narrative of allegedly decisive Precision strikes   delivered by intelligence is also psychological  warfare narrative the slaughter of the adversary   must be perpetrated on an industrial scale such  as the stochastics kick in in war size and numbers   do matter by all means I don't have any doubt  about that I think fundamentally you are right   I will simply say this though I will say this I  think Precision weapons have been shown over the   course of this war this conflict in Ukraine to  be important it is what has made these Russian   missile attacks on Ukraine so deadly and so if  effective one can't say that Precision guided   weapons therefore have no utility just as of  course to say that would disregard these sort   of grander conflict between the superpowers  which is conducted at the levels of icbms and   you know all that kind of very high technology  and and uh um Weaponry but you're absolutely   right if you're talking about the battlefields if  you're talking about the kind of battles that are   going on in donbass just now Mass matters that  is indisputable the fact that according to Alexa   zelenski spin doctor the Russians outnumber the  ukrainians by a nine to one factor in tube act   artillery in the battles around Bachman and are  therefore able to pile on masses of shells on the   Ukrainian forces there that is what matters and  that was what wins those sort of Wars so you know   we're not in disagreement but I would actually  just add that particular nuance um so Saturday   does Ukraine have significant numbers of diesel  locomotives in order to deliver new weapons to the   battlefronts and to recover its damaged artillery  for repair it does have some I'm not going to tell   you how many it has but it does have some diesel  locomotives but um in fact the disruptions to the   railway system and the Ukrainian Railway system  is largely electrified is apparently now having   an effect and I'm starting to read that there  have been complaints from uh military commanders   Ukrainian military commanders and Soldiers on  the battlefronts that because the train system   is now so disrupted they're not getting all  of the weapons and supplies that they need uh um spring spirit is about dogs uh I meant  you mentioned on your last hostility to dogs   unfortunately seems a global Trend my dog was  killed by poison oh my godness my goodness   thrown around on the street by dog haters and it  happened in Moscow that was always very much a   dog City well I am very sorry to hear that  I'm sorry for your poor dog I've heard of   things happening like that in London by the way  there's a park where we used to walk our dogs and   we were told not to do so because some unknown  person likes to put food out which is poisoned   in order to kill dogs so I'm afraid there is an  awful lot of hostility to dogs in more and more   places and as somebody who has two dogs um  I have to say I found that both horrible and   incomprehensible because for me they are lovely  creatures I I I love them very much that's all   I will say a monkey 12 says that Ukraine  doesn't a few Soviet era diesels in service toilet saw says the Germany wants to sue gas from  for the rising gas prices well good for them let   them try as Putin would say um so um so Matthew  ch um discussion read the discussion with decent   sackwell was Russia's attitude towards ending  the Cold War perhaps comparable to the British   attitude towards granting Independence through the  50s 70s EG not seen as a defeat well I think there   was a fundamental difference and that is that  the the British tried to tell themselves that   it was not a defeat and you know rationalized it  they talked about the end of Empire as something   that had happened because the British you know  had come to this nice realization this good   realization that all these nations needed to  be freed the reality this simple reality was   that by the 1950s Britain had become weakened to  the point that unless it had had the unqualified   support of the United States in holding on to  its Empire it had no realistic choice but to   let most of it go so they first did that with  India and then gradually steadily they had to   do it over the rest of the Imperial possessions  that they controlled and the more of the Empire   the more of the Empire the law they lost the  less logical and more difficult to justify it   became for them to cling on to of the remainder  so if you're talking about the British Elite   I don't think they were happy about dismantling  the Empire at all if you're talking about the mass   of the British population working class Britain  I want to say this they were never very keen on   the empire in the first place from their point of  view they carry the burden of Empire they had to   go around to all of these places uh um you know as  soldiers or whatever and do the fighting there and   they saw very few of the benefits which tended  to go upward so there's a different mentality   a different Outlook now Gorbachev towards the  end of the Cold War when he was talking about   you know peace in half time and all that um I  think he did not expect we were talking about   new thinking he did not expect that the Soviet  Union was about to collapse he didn't understand   the implications fully of what he was doing  that's my own taken on him and so I think   that he was being much more idealistic  than the British were in the 50s and 60s um Nestor machno 1917. that's a name  to conjure with um rust imperies worry   will tell us much more about Magna than  I can but as I recall he was a Anarchist   um leader in Ukraine During the period of  the uh Russian Revolution and Civil War   and quite quite a quite a colorful character  from what I remember so anyway I read in the   past how American soldiers made a difference in  World War One in part because they were fresh   is this an unexpected result of the quick turnover  of Ukrainian soldiers no I don't think so I think   that maybe you know the fact that the Americans  came in fresh from a country that had not been   involved in the war up to that point that was  brimming with exuberance and energy and which was   essentially in its own domestic circumstances of  Peace well maybe that didn't happen that kind of   an effect on the mood and and did have an impact  on the outcome of the first world war I'm not an   expert on the first world war so I can't say one  way or the other for certain but I know that you   can make them parallel with Ukraine Ukrainian  societies become retired it's becoming uh   it's it's experiencing a progressive economic  collapse many many Ukrainian families have   lost their sons and brothers and fathers in  some cases and I don't think that there's   any freshness about the quick turnover of  Ukrainian soldiers I would say oh the country that   um it's something that far from invigorating  Ukraine is probably demoralizing it even further   as more and more people more and more people are  sent into what priguration called the Mead grinder   I hate the word but I can't think of a better  one star eight where the de-industrialization   zooming forward are the full green policy being  accelerated before our very eyes how could this   possibly possibly fail in the near future is its  inevitable outcome overrated making us all think   we don't have a chance well we do have a chance  we always have options if we push back strongly   enough we can prevent the industrialization  taking place if we not only elect parties to   stop the industrialization but try to hold those  parties to account well we can make a difference   unfortunately people are not all organized in  that way and I have to say this up to now in every   Western society that I know of when a process  of de-industrialization begins to take hold   it proves up to this point it's  proved irreversible now that's not   an iron law that's not set down in tablets of  stone but that's been the reality up to this point so quick answer how can the West African States  break out of the French currency control can   they start a new Regional National or  an African Union pan-african currency   perhaps they can do all of these things perhaps  they will uh um I would have thought there's a   fair chance now that they will um I by the way  have known about this currency for a while and   I was a little surprised to read somewhere that  most people outside Africa had never heard of it   but then of course I had contacts with France  I even lived there for a short time and um the   extent of French interest and control in France  of West Africa um and the importance of that   two fronts should not be underestimated and I'm  talking about the psychological effects as well   so if West Africa breaks away from France in that  way it will be a big event it'll be a big event I   think personally a liberating effect in France  itself as well but anyway put all that aside   yes the Africans can do all of these things they  can set up their own currencies they can do it   through the African Union a pan-african currency  I'm not sure that would work very well they have   huge differences between African States and I  wonder how effective or successful that could be   or they could have their own National currencies  and perhaps their own National payment systems   like Swift might continue to use the European  system all of that I suspect is going to happen right okay and capitalism um is talking about oh  this is about the uh explosion of the Ukrainian   Embassy um um and capitalism is talking about  the fact that he's afraid because there's several   Ukrainian churches and is worried that there might  be problems there I wouldn't worry too much by   the way I think that this particular letter bomb  Affair was probably um some rather unhappy person   um sending a letter Bob I don't think that  this is that there is any Mass intention of   targeting Ukrainian centers or facilities  anyway I hope not so uh Saturday do I   think the Russians will soon be fitting  fighter jet chips into washing machines It's a Wonderful Joe thank you um  you know I'm going to be a little bit   um I'm going to take that a little seriously  which is to say this I think that as the Russian   chip industry evolves and progresses and this  person who wrote to me this long email showed   to me how that is happening and predicted that  by 2030 the Russians will have the whole range of   Technologies chips whatever that they that exist  pretty much everywhere in the world but anyway   as the Russians develop more of this industry  well why shouldn't they use some of that chip   technology that's been developed for the military  increasingly their civilian Technologies I I'm   sure that was that's what will happen and  Ross Imperials came back to that question   by Matthew CH about British attitudes the end of  Empire and Soviet Rosenberg says similar I guess   if you strictly compare those two events the  dissolution of the Soviet Union however as a   separate matter as it's seen as a catastrophe if  anything it's more alike to the man of Scotland   gaining independence I don't think we should push  any of these analogies too far and I I think that   um the Soviet Union the British Empire  Russian Empire were profoundly different   things I don't think we should force  these analogies um too strongly so um why username says um low-level programming  is called assembly programming I had it in school   nowadays my kids look at it and understand  nothing wow okay I'm not going to pretend   I understand many of these things but as  I said this person did say that this was   something that the Russians excelling and  which we've lost the skill for in the West so let's see um I have to read this this is about the um  inserting fighter jet chips into washing   machines resident Bedouin says clothes dryers  three settings delicate tumble dry and afterburn   thank you for that uh quick man Sam have you any  analysis on the pipe dream East African Federation   it was intended I did it was an intended idea of  federalizing a handful of East African States but   faded to Oblivion sometime after 2010 can this be  revived well I don't know I mean I I think that   there's been actually many many attempts to create  federations and groupings in Africa and of course   the African Union um was part originates from the  um a 1960s drive for African unification which of   course never came about so I'm not saying I'm not  going to say that these things will never happen   perhaps one day they will but it's going to be  take a long time and I think the obstacles in   the way are huge can I just say if we're talking  about the one East African State Ethiopia well   already that is a state made up of many different  ethnicities and nationalities and overall I think   it's fair to say they they live together pretty  harmoniously but they've been enormous many   tensions they've been Wars and conflicts and I  thought it would wonder whether an attempt to   create some bigger Federal entity um might not  magnify those problems rather than solve them   and John g59 thank you for those um kind words and  Ireland has many things to be proud of by the way   um one of the most beautiful of countries I  should I should add and if you want to see   Natural Beauty on on a level that is  magical the west of Ireland is extraordinary um um right well again let me let's let's move on um and Socrates Detroit says that   um this is about the diesel and locomotives that  Ukraine might have he says well it's decided all   the Russians need to do is to hit the  railroad track and the train can't go   railroad tracks as I understand they're quite  easy to repair and can be repaired quite fast what I think might eventually come I mean  I mean there are you know bigger Railway   facilities which you can destroy and that  will destruct disrupt the railway system   more comprehensively and of course remember also  diesel trains need attention and repair and all   kinds of things but ultimately I think and this  is my own View but I think that eventually we   will see a strike against the deeper Bridges  and those are the critical nodes through which   the railway system functions there's also  I believe an important railway tunnel in   the west of Ukraine and if that's destroyed  well again it all becomes very problematic and Socrates Detroit says that Greece is  the most submitted NATO State sadly yeah   my somebody who is Greek I I can't disagree   and Mary Grossman says what is low-level chip  programming I remember not geoprogramming I   think it's something different actually low-level  programming I remember in electronic s assay we   had Ram ROMs epoms Etc I am the last person  to be able to answer questions like that   and uh jjhw going back to that other joke  about fighter jet chips in washing machines   says I don't think afterburners  would be very good for my washing   um quite uh monkey 12. how close do you think  France is to panic now Marley has told them to

leave French nuclear power is entirely dependent  on African uranium where the Russian musicians   replacing French military presence uranium  extraction and the colonial control through   currencies looking very insecure what do you  think macron will do to protect 75 percent of   the French power assist at power generation the  answer is I don't know what he's going to do but   I can tell you one thing he is seriously concerned  very very angry and very very despondent about all   of this he he understands all the points that  you've made about the Power Systems and the   importance of uranium and he also is I think  he's vanity makes it very very difficult for   him to accept that this collapse of France's West  African position is happening on his watch whilst   he is in you know president of France well what is  he going to do I think if he sends the French army   for example to try to control these countries well  I don't think for instance society would support   it I don't think the French army would support  you and I think it would be a it would be a   disaster I think the French would get bogged down  in West Africa and it would be a Calamity for them   I think most likely what the french will do is  what they have always done they will try and   activate whatever assets they have they will use  their currency position their economic interests   to try to unbalance these countries to the  extent that they would can they will call   on their friends in the United States to try and  help them to do all of these things and in other   words they will try to undermine all of these  new governments which are appearing and which   are trying to take West Africa in a different  direction and if that creates chaos and War   in the process well I'm afraid the French pretty  ruthlessly will accept that price in order to   achieve whatever objective it is that they hope to  achieve anyway Ross imperialist this is all about   these microchips in the the from the fighter jets  in the washing machines for an old joke yesterday   at four o'clock in the morning the Chinese  attacked a peaceful Soviet tractor the tractor   repelled the treacherous attack with heavy Rockies  and machine gun fire after which it turned on its   main engines and it disappeared into near Earth  space I can remember that kind of joke so by the   way I should say Russian humor to those who don't  know is highly developed it's one of the great   humors of the world the Russians have a brilliant  ability to create jokes uh the Soviet period I   have to say this also was a very fertile period  for uh Russian humor as well uh very Democrat   replied to replying to my remarks on Precision  strikes the added value of the Russian missiles   is their long-range strike capability I doubt that  the Precision itself is also important I think   they're both important obviously the long-range  capability is enormously important the ability   to strike anywhere in Ukraine is tremendously  important that the ability to strike accurately   is what makes these weapons so deadly and so  it's the combination of the two Jay listo uh   thanks be from my analysis do I think Poland will  make an intervention in West Ukraine I read in uh   RT Warsaw plans to submit weighty restitution to  monster kiev for the 1943 for linear massacres the uh chief of Russian intelligence or at least  the svr has now said that the Ukraine the polls   are putting the finishing touches to plans  for occupying Western Ukraine well I'm not   saying it won't happen um I think um a possible  polish intervention in Western Ukraine is indeed   possible but I'm not 100 sure that it will  happen I think the Russians would oppose it   I don't think the Russians would agree  to a partition of Ukraine in that way   and I think the polls realistically could only  do it with the support of the United States   uh that might be difficult to  justify if the government in Kiev   which the U.S says it's supporting  opposes it so I think from there are certain indications that the polls  might indeed be thinking about doing something   like that but I wouldn't say it was certain  and we'll just have to see whether it happens and monkey 12 suggests that the reparations  the polls might be seeking might be   take the form of territory well we'll see but as  I said I think that the Ukrainian government I'm   going to call it regime uh at the moment it's very  very committed to Clinging On to every millimeter   of territory that they say is Ukrainian and I  think that surrendering territory to Poland was   fighting for every millimeter of territory  against Russia might not be easy to justify foggy analysis uh it says earlier you mentioned  the Germany admitted they knew who was responsible   for Nordstrom and wouldn't disclose it do I  have a source for this I have some skeptical   chat friends who are challenging this I actually  saw this I saw there was a German Minister I'd   have to try and track down who it was that  was some weeks ago but a German official   uh and I think it was somebody a ministerial  rank actually came forward and said as much   um I I have no doubt that the  Germans the swedes that they all know   uh so quick learn Sam do I think Russia May  refrain from moving on Odessa to avoid causing   it damage it's an interesting point instead if  they do intend on liberating the city they would   do they were they would do so after the collapse  of the Nazi regime in Kiev handing the city over   to Russia well that's a very good point actually  by the way I mean it is apparently a beautiful   city it's one of those great 19th century  cities which is preserved its architecture   and its character and I think the Russians would  be deeply mortified if it was destroyed in the   way that say man you pull or Bachman to one of  these places is destroyed so I I think that the   Russians will try to avoid seeing that happen and  you may very very well be right they may wait for   a Ukrainian collapse to happen before they march  on Odessa I don't know what Russian plans are   um it has been pointed out by a number of Russian  channels that when the Red Army recaptured Odessa   from the Germans during the second World War they  did so after there'd been a big breakthrough in   the central regions of Ukraine in other words if  I remember this correctly after Kiev itself had   been recovered by the Red Army so the the the the  Advance on Odessa came from the north from as it   did for rehearsal region as well by the work for  us on the city of hearthstone as well and then   he came after the full rather The Liberation of  Kiev so it could be that that's the ultimate plan   the very very Democrat again no we're starting the  importance of Hardware software is decisively more   important than chips when push comes to shove I  think that's basically what this long letter I got   told me so it is worthwhile to mention that Russia  has her own operating system called astral Linux   it's available both in a commercial and a military  version Russia possesses a reliable technological   foundation for all her weapon systems and again  that's exactly corresponds to what this person who   sent me this email said he said that the Russians  are able to do all the things that they need to do   by the way he basically said that you know um the  super Advanced chips the ones below seven microns   even chips below seven microns chips below 28  microns uh they're basically they're used for   leisure activities they're not even necessary for  powerful computing that's what he said so that's   it our edible edible bugs appearing in British  supermarkets yet and if so have you eaten any   I have actually eaten any edible bugs but not in  a British Supermarket I did this in a restaurant   in China I tried to see what it would be like and  well let's put it like this I have no interest in   repeating the experience I've not seen them in  Britain on sale in Britain I don't expect to I   think things will be really catastrophically bad  before you can get the British people to turn to   things like that but as I said on that live stream  I did earlier today with Gonzalo lira eggs poultry   the almost impossible to obtain now in London um well foggy analysis you're asking  whether to whether to preface with   mention or question or both um I leave it  to you I think you could do either actually   um um that's fine Mary Democrat what do I  think about the following observation a war   cannot be won by proxy but it can be lost by  proxy I think it's an excellent observation   oh it's entirely wrong jjhw the British Empire  actually cost Britain money well you know the   lady not pal made that point many times his view  we didn't just cost Britain money but that it   cost Britain energy that the the Life Force if  you like of the British Isles was expanded on   trying to maintain this Empire which at one  time I believe brought together a quarter of   the Learned surface area of the of the world and  20 of its population so it was a huge Empire that   had to be kept together by this very small  country at the center but the point I was   getting the point you always understand about  the British Empire is that it might have been   a liability for Great Britain not at all  times I suspect perhaps towards its end   but within Britain itself there were extraordinary  beneficiaries I mean some individuals a group of   individuals the British oligarchy if you like made  themselves incredibly rich as a as a result of it   very Democrat says that he's seen bugs as  processed food in Burgers well there we go gosh   um and Didi HD says they started serving edible  bugs in Welsh schools as a trial I think that's   revolting oh my goodness I hadn't I didn't know  well there we go a Socrates Detroit this is about   the fresh American soldiers and the comparison  with Ukraine and this is a good comment uh the   Americans were fresh due to inexperience the first  ones took lots of casualties America did not have   a large army in April 1917 when it entered the war  but by summer 1918 when huge numbers came over it   was clear the U.S troop tidal wave would wash  over Germany so Germany agreed to an Armistice   on November 11 1918 the lines were still in France  and Belgium right gosh well thank you for that so um Mr machno um says it's not just the way  I think uh why being different to others   that does not make the world better this is  about about expats I think this is a line   of questioning that I missed I'm afraid so I  I can't really comment about this sorry but   um quick man Sam do I think Colombia has achieved  any semblance of independence from America with   the election of their left government  they have been mending their relations   with Venezuela any hope that I don't know I  get to say a few things about this I've had   an email by the way from someone in Venezuela  who says that the present Venezuela well the   Venezuelan government the Maduro government  is um moderating its criticism of the US   um is is actually taking steps like making RT  for example less accessible in Venezuela does not   strongly support Russia over Ukraine so if that's  the case and the Maduro government is indeed   involved in some kind of soft or approachment  with the United States this person also said by   the way that the dollar has largely replaced the  Bolivar of the Venezuelan currency for most retail   transactions if that is the case then the new  government in Colombia improving relations with   Venezuela might not be that great Act of defiance  against the United States that one might think it   is so I have to say I inclined to that kind of  view to that sort of more cynical interpretation   I don't think there's been any fundamental change  in Colombia at all that's my own view anyway um monkey 12 responding to Merry Democrat on  um Russia's the fact that the Russians have   their inoperating system uh uh monkey to us is  the biggest asset is the technical skills to   develop and maintain the software Russian China  have these in-house NATO company countries are   highly dependent on U.S companies for manufacture  and development absolutely that's completely right   JJ jjhw says Gorbachev thought the USSR  could be saved but the Turning Point had   already been passed in the 1970s now I know  some people who think otherwise but jjhw   has a big complex subject about which I'm not an  expert and I know that is the more consensus View   so let's see um so this is a good question but  what I can't really answer foggy analysis can I   please bring this up to date on the situation in  Pakistan I can't because I haven't been following   it very closely my understanding is that Imran  Khan is still active despite the assassination   attempt has still been massive protests he's still  leaving a protest movement the present government   is still Clinging On though and the country seems  to be in a state of General crisis but that's all   I can say and I think that I would need to revisit  the whole question of Pakistan and look more   closely at what's going on there much more closely  to be able to answer that question properly uh so   let's see oh yes and jjhw about bugs says  that he hasn't seen any nor have I but they   are pushing plant-based Foods virtually no  one buys them and yes that is absolutely true   um I learned about nobody buying them but  certainly now you will find them in every   supermarket and um they're they're very  widely distributed across Britain nowadays   um let's see what other people have been  saying I'm afraid it's jumped again um so here we go I'm sorry for the brief Interruption but I hope  it won't be long here we go okay rust imperialist   and says that he's the seeds of  decay in the USSR was served by   Nikita Khrushchev well that puts it back to the am I uh visible again um I hope so I don't know  what happened there I think there was a power cut   um can anybody can can people see me um I think  they can yeah is it as as is is everybody able   to see me again gosh um I think I think we had a  brief power cut well we are we are in a strange uh   situation here but there we go there we go um let  me see if I can uh return to the questions that I   was going through and um I hope everybody can see  and hear what I'm saying but anyway um something   clearly um clearly went wrong and I suspect as  I said that it was connected in some ways to   um the collapsing electricity system here in  Britain now let me see I'm trying to find my   place now and uh Russian period is here  we go Ross imperialists had told us about   um about um the seeds of Decay for the Soviet  Union having been laid in the 1970s uh and   rather in under in the time of Nikita who's Jeff  and well there we go I could very well be true   um so quick that's um do I think the  high suicide rate amongst U.S troops   ever increasing since World War II has it has  any relation to the fact that each War America   embarked on since was less and less Justified  and more obviously um imperialists and against   far weaker and in some cases almost defenseless  opponents absolutely I would add this that you   know the second world war people who were in  the military in the United States knew what   they were fighting for at least they believed  they did they were fighting for because Japan   had attacked the United States there's been this  Pearl Harbor moment and Germany had declared war   on the United States I think that in all of these  other Wars American soldiers are not really sure   why they are fighting they're fighting far away  from their homes they're not fighting to defend   the United States some of them are forced to  do all the terrible things that are always   done in every war and I think that many of them  come from this with deep psychological traumas so um to continue National machno says that the  turnover of troops is horrendous in Ukraine and   my I made some good points excellent points  before well thank you for those kind words   bring Spirits speaking of Ukrainian Society it  seems that the activity of Ukrainian trolls in   the Russian internet is increasing and  already bordering on hysteria could be a   sign of desperation if you ask me absolutely can  I say that Russian telegram channels are full of   people who are their threads who I think are are  probably um trolls and quite the many from Ukraine   and I personally believe that it would be wise of  some of these channels to basically close their   chat functions I have one in particular one in  one in particular in mind which is slavyan grad I   think that reading the threads on Slovenian is an  incredibly depressing exercise foggy or nervous um says it would be really nice if this information  was written down somewhere on this site there   is an FAQ for example that doesn't get  any information about how to participate   in live charts okay right jjhw Zimbabwe  has started issuing gold coins to allow   people to save their money I didn't know that  that's interesting monkey 12 Gaddafi wanted to   establish a gold-backed African currency look what  happened to him absolutely true very very true   uh and um let's see Loyola just staying  on American soldiers uh and their suicide   rates says that it responds to quick when Sam  you're absolutely correct troops come back   with PTSD after killing girls the civilians and  realizing what they've done how it blackens the   soul they're also vaccinating the troops into  Oblivion they are nothing more than guinea pigs so pug body do the Russians stop at the  Nipper when they begin their offensive it   seems counterproductive to their goals to do  so as it allows the remains of the Ukrainian   Army to organize along a shorter front along a  major defensive barrier with shorter interior   lines of Supply I think any analysis of the  coming Russian offensive needs to consider   that they need to breach the NEPA River as soon  as possible not simply reach the Eastern Bank my   thoughts right well I think I'm going to make  a number of observations about this the first   is of course that what I have to make which  is that the Russian military leadership the   general staff General Sullivan do not share  their plans with me that's the first thing I   think I'm going to say that's the first thing I  I must say now the second thing I have to say is   I don't think the Russians will stop at the NEPA  because I don't think that Ukraine will do the   only thing that might persuade the Russians to  stop at the NEPA which is to negotiate a piece   so given that that is so I don't see any incentive  for the Russians to stop at the NEPA I think they   will want to push on now my brother who unlike  me takes a huge interest in military history   said that in 1943 the Red Army had no difficulty  crossing the NEPA the the Nipper is so long we're   talking about such a huge expanse of river that  they were able to find a place they could cross   obviously the Germans resisted there was Heavy  casualties but they were able to push across the   deeper and he believes and I'm sure he's right  that that the Russians will be able to do this   as well so that they will push beyond the deeper  but I'm going to make a third point which is   you to talk about Ukraine possessing interior  lines of Supply bear in mind that the further   the Russians advance from their bases the  more extended their own supply lines become   so following again the pattern of what happened  during the second World War I suspect that when   the Russians do reach the NEPA as I'm sure they  will they will pause to build up their supplies   to build up their infrastructure to support  whatever Advance across the neighbor they may   be planning and somebody who I discussed this with  who I'm not going to just disclose who this is but   who has a more of an insight into these things  than I do thinks that the push across the neeper   will probably come around zaparosia the major  Target will be zaporosia City Once that's taken   the Russians will push across the deeper technical  pull and crevoirog and perhaps near property and   push up towards Kiev from the south that was what  this person thought I'm not saying it's right I'm   not saying it's wrong I just pass it I just I just  convey it we're so Michael morcock drifting from   his fantasy novels wrote a lovely Grand historical  series the payat quartet that includes Ukrainian   history it's where I learned to Magno Etc well  okay I learned Mac Miller University and um very   interesting man as I said very colorful there  and perhaps less well-known than he should be   um um and National merkno says that  this is goes back to the question of   um the Soviet Union and its collapse the  cynicism present in Soviet Society towards   the end was profound a cautionary tale that is  very true and can I say it's a cynicism which   persisted well past the Soviet collapse and has  been in my opinion the single factor that held   Russia back it's been very very difficult  to rebuild trust and confidence in society   um I think that we're closer to that point  than we've ever been but I think that's been   one of the great problems that Russia has  faced coming out of the Soviet experience   Russ imperialists on the collapse of the EU in the  one of the videos published today my comment is   one of the old Russian sayings better a horrible  end than a horror Without End yes I agree with   that I completely agree with that too um I I think  that is exactly true I'm not sure which video it   was but I know remember the one you're saying  if it has to end let it end quickly prolonging   this thing would be a horror uh and jjhw this  is again about U.S troops Mass PTSD plus being   discarded after they leave the military is pretty  miserable for many sadly gosh up to happy four uh um says it was nice to hear my voice on the  Gonzalo show I'm glad people enjoyed it I'm sure   we'll be doing more together by the way and um  quick man sir the ethics of beauty by Timothy   petitsus addresses the issues you brought up the  blackening of the soul in Warfare very well you   may find it interesting I will certainly look it  up actually uh quick about Sam if the war is won   by Russia will the disgraceful split between the  Orthodox Church in Russia and Ukraine or soon to   be Western Russia be undone and reunified what if  any are the long-term damage to the faith I think   it will be I I think I mean I can't imagine this  uh um creation create confected Church surviving a war in which Ukraine and Russia are you  reunified and one where Russia is successful   in this war so I mean I cannot imagine this church  which doesn't apparently have much traction with   Believers anyway surviving but it will continue  to create do huge damage first of all it's highly   likely one has to say this that there will be  some people in the west some ukrainians in the   west that will continue to adhere to this church  well we can ignore those but what has happened is   that there has been a major crisis in confidence  in the confidence in the in the position of the   ecumenical patriarch in Constantinople the  Russian Church I think will find it very   difficult to reconcile itself with him and I think  that's something that this uh Affair well we're   we're going to see the implications of that the  consequences of that play out over many decades   yeah so um dark Parrot Key 01 what are the names  of the most important humanitarian organizations   that will eventually help Ukraine and most  important mode of transportation they will use   what would be their biggest obstacles getting  this Aid to most vulnerable ukrainians my own   straightforward answer to that question is that  the only organization that can go into Ukraine and   provide help to the ukrainians that most need it  is the Russian government I think the aid has to   come from Russia and it has to be distributed by  Russia I think if you're looking at saving people   in Ukraine itself Western interference  is not going to resolve these problems   Western agencies are not going to resolve these  problems they're only making the problems worse and spring Spirit speaking of religious aspects  of the war did I see the video of Polish Crusaders   burning the Orthodox Bible I absolutely did I  was always horrifying and the Schism is very   rapidly developing too with persecution of priests  absolutely that also and raids on churches and   harassment of uh religious leaders all of that as  well I have always said it's a religious war and   I'm not glad to be proved right and I agree with  you completely wholeheartedly on the last Point   um end capitalism from you my opposed with  Alex earlier today regarding tutakia planning   to storm the Kurds in Syria does this mean that  Syria still won't be able to regain their rights   to their own land will they ever that's a very  good question my own personal view is that we're   starting to see the outlines of a deal I think  the Turks have the priority to smash the Kurds   and I think one way or the other they will do  it and I think the syrians will not the Syrian   government will not be entirely sorry if that  happens then the idea is that there's a deal done   these territories are returned to the control  of the central Syrian government in Damascus   in other words to ursan and Assad then does a  deal or series of deals with erdogan which will   then establish Turkish economic and political  influence in Syria and the Russians were broker   this deal and the latest talk by the way is that  the venue for a possible meeting between Assad   and erdogan has now been changed and instead  of it happening in Kazakhstan it will happen   in Moscow which is quite a big quite will  be quite a big event if it does take place   so Lada ym thank you for your tip uh do I  think the turkey and most likely will enter   Northern Syria or less likely and it's all a  bit of a bluff on erdogan's side I'm afraid   I don't think it's a bluff I think it's meant in  entirely seriously after all that is what happened   um back in well I think it was 2016 after the  uh coup attempt in Turkey when the Turkish High   command was removed um erdogan did begin to  move Turkish troops into Syria so he's always   wanted to do that and I don't think he's bluffing  I'm afraid on this occasion I don't think he is so um toilet Source Molly banned all  ngos that have any connection to France   France in turn Cuts Aid good for Marley  I know how Western Aid programs work   food aid for example comes from heavily subsidized  European Farmers with which the farmers in the   country would receive the aid cannot compete  in price this is a big opportunity not just for   Mali but for all francophone Africa but can the  government in Mali pull it off well that is the   big question I mean the African people the peoples  of the many different peoples of Africa have been   fighting against this kind of Western extraction  and exploitation our wealth and centuries   but perhaps they're closer to  winning now than they have ever been   we'll see they do have friends I mean the Soviet  Union was there back in the 60s just trying to   help them 70s but of course it couldn't provide  the same kind of economic support that the West   in those days still had I mean the West  dominated the world economic system today   things are different so perhaps countries like  Mali for the first time have genuine choices um the resting period says that my point about  likening Scottish independence and dissolution   of the Soviet Union was that Belarus and Ukraine  and parts of Kazakhstan for example are very much   seen as part of Russia and splitting it apart  was something unimaginable for the most yes   that's completely true but do remember that  Scotland not only had an independent identity   a distinct identity from England which it  does but of course for most of its history   and it's a very long history it's been independent  of England it's been separate from England there's   been a kingdom of Scotland there's a long line  of Scottish Kings Scotland has its own history   and that does make it different from I think the  Belarus Ukraine Russia connection also and for   what it's worth and I think it is worth a lot  by the way remember that the Scots the English   I mean the Scots are Celts there's a Celtic  culture they may speak English but they feel   different if in some ways from the English in  way and are different from the English in ways   that I personally find Russians ukrainians better  Russians are not there is a much closer connection   between the Slavs than there is between the  nations of Britain I don't want by the way to   say that um these these differences are you know  I don't overstate these differences in Britain   and I want to say also that though I personally  think that Scottish independence is inevitable   at some point it is something which I personally  would also regret I would not I do not relish the   thought of seeing the disintegration of Britain  but I realize it'
